And I have come to the most important research findings:

Abstract
The term of humiliation came in the Quran Karim into two indications, the first is humiliation of human and second is humiliation of nature.
The subject of research study discussed (humiliation of human), who took in the Quran Karim a two-way: one is of ALLAH (almighty and exalted) to humans and this, a blameworthy humiliation, and another humiliation of man to man, and it is divided into two parts: the first is a good humiliation includes kindness and mercy and compassion and the second is blameworthy includes subservience and subordination. This research has been declared the causes of human humiliation and it's motives through analysis of Quranic verses.
The verses of humiliation characterized in the form of wonderful graphic and rhetorical multi-arts Perhaps one of the most important style of metaphor and style of counterpoint which increased the aesthetic of these texts and diagnosis of the state of humiliation. The term of humiliation is psychological and at starting it looks on the face of submissive and body, so focused-text on the face of submissive and senses by adorable style diagnosed the psychological state of servile in fantastic ways and styles of animating arise through the self a state of confusion, panic and fear in contrast to the good humiliation who sends in a self-comfort and tranquility because it carries the connotation meanings sublime and noble values reflect the social and intimate fraternal relations called by Islam and expressed it through the sign of good humiliation in the Koran karim.

Abstract
One of the manners that characterizes the Arabic language is the confirming manner, and there is no doubt that this manner is widely diffused in Arabic books. Many people studied this manner . in this research, we do not like to talk about the two branches of confirming, the verbal and the untangible but we talked about some of advantages of confirming in the holy Quran's expressions. We presented some confirming examples in the use of device, name, verb and sentence. This research is divided into three parts, each part deals with an confirming and it's usage in the Quran's expressions. The research started with an introduction after that the presentation of our subject, then we finished the research with the results and we found that some of these results may serve the Arabic language.

The respectable companions like Amer Bin Waathilah who represented Islam in thought and practice. Those companions were the best people after prophets and messengers , because they were honest and pure , and they sacrificed their souls defended the right. They also be away from the material life and seeking the paradise. Amer Bin Waathilah was one of those who saw the prophet and memorized Hadiths(Prophet Mohammed's sayings) and fought with Imam Ali in the battle of the Camel and other battles.

The study used the descriptive method in the collection of special data with regard to the variables of the academic program and creative thinking. The questionnaire was designed with three main axes for the study group consisting of 305 students from the fourth stage in the Department of Business Administration from some Iraqi universities. The appropriate statistic for the analysis of the sample results in the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the correlation and the T test, to show the effect of the independent variable in the dependent variable.
The study found the validity of the hypothesis that indicates the relationship of the effect between the variables academic program and creative thinking among a sample of students in universities, It also reached a number of conclusions and recommendation.

In this paper, the researchers dealt with a workshop about the geographical distribution of green houses in Sulaymaniyah governorate. It shows the geographical distribution for the green houses according to their number in each quarter, as well as their distribution according to area and the kind of crop planted in each green house. Therefore, it became clear that there is a difference in the distribution of the green houses among the quarters of the aforementioned governorate where Sulaymaniyah Quarter was in the first place with regard to the number of the green houses and the production. This is due to the increase in the population which results in an increase in the demand for crops, and the increase in the agricultural villages in Sulaymaniyah quarter compared to other quarters. So there is a noticeable difference among the quarters of Sulaymaniyah governorate when it comes to the distribution of the green houses and the production of crops.

I have divided the research into three sections; The concept and development of Nanotechnology has handled in the first. In the second, the protection of some aspects of Nanotechnology by commercial and industrial property rights has dealt with. In the third I tried to use copy Rights to protect other aspects of Nanotechnology.

The implementation of international humanitarian law is the responsibility of States, whether they are parties to the conventions of international humanitarian law or not parties to those conventions, in order to acquire this law as customary and therefore its rules are binding on all. This law has gained its importance because of its close association with man. It is the law that protects and protects many human beings. It is based on the reconciliation of humanitarian considerations and the necessities of war. The implementation of international humanitarian law requires States to undertake a number of measures to ensure their implementation in good faith and in a manner that fulfills the purpose of this law.
The first obligation of States is to respect and ensure respect for this law. This obligation obligates states to publish the law and to make it known. It also requires States to enact national legislation to ensure the application of the provisions of this law at the national level. In other words, to harmonize national legislation with international humanitarian law.
States also have the duty to take appropriate measures to prevent and suppress any violations of this law and to prosecute perpetrators of violations before their national courts before other courts that may be international tribunals. On the other hand, States are in order to facilitate the implementation of the law and respect it in a manner that ensures its implementation. The Iraqi legislator prevented the application of the death penalty for the accused who turned eighteen years of age and has not be an completed twentieth in the time of crime and that under article 79 sanctions .The legislature have returned and passed the imposition of death penality for the accused menthionid by resolution number 86 of 1994 if the trial court found what requires eradicated from society although of the article 259 of criminal procedure trials have enabled the court of cassation the power to impose the appropriate punishment according to the circumstances of crime and accused whether to ease his punishment that was severe (Article 259/3) or to reconsider the punishment that was tightened in order to light it if it were light (Article 259/4).

Abstract
Consistently, there are many arrangements in our lives, that need documentation and these documents should be secured from being fraud. In any case, seals, stamps, fingerprints, and marks are antiquated and can be effectively changed, fashioned or even stolen, making the arrangement's records simple to be defiled. There is a requirement for the nontraditional strategy to secure these arrangements out of defilement. In addition, need to apply computer programming and new administration ideas for the ideal and safe managing operations. This work concentrates on the utilization of watermark barcode, to protect the information in the documents from any change. The system proposed in this paper is based on two basic phases: Documentation phase and testing phase of the documents. The first one consist of extracting the important information and coded and convert to the barcode that placed on the logo of the document as a watermark background. While in the testing phase, the program gives an alert message to inform the user about the authenticity of the barcode and its connection to the document information. Finally, the barcode was achieved 100% as accuracy results at very high speed in all stages, it was noted that the program works easily and excellent in the process of reading.
