About the Journal
Description
Ashur Journal of Legal and Political Sciences is issued by the Iraqi Association of Legal Sciences. It specializes in legal studies that address contemporary issues of interest to society, and contributes to providing research services to researchers at various levels. The journal is issued periodically, and works to be a platform for scientific publishing that addresses topics that represent practical solutions for society inside and outside Iraq. The journal allows writing research in both Arabic and English within high-quality scientific foundations. Ashur Journal of Legal and Political Sciences seeks to achieve a qualitative addition at the level of publishing and scientific research by stimulating the writing of scientific research according to high-quality standards. This can be achieved by benefiting from the expertise of researchers from the most prominent international research centers, and works to stimulate creativity and innovation by supporting research that is characterized by originality and creativity.
Journal Scope
Objectives and Scope Vision Achieving the highest levels of leadership in the field of legal research on scientific and global foundations. Objectives The journal aims to achieve the following objectives: • Building strong scientific partnerships with scientific institutions around the world • Providing an opportunity for researchers to publish their research and studies according to solid global paths. • For the journal to be a window to the world in order to achieve a dynamic state of exchange of experiences among researchers.

Ashur Journal of Legal and Political Sciences is an open access scholarly journal that provides free access to all its contents. The articles published in this journal are subject to the Creative Commons Attribution License CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode). This license allows licensees to freely search, download, share, distribute, print or link to the full texts of the articles. In addition, licensees may index the articles for classification purposes and reproduce them in any format, provided that they provide appropriate citation to the author(s).
