This study is an explanation of the surplus effect or uncontrolled expansion of cash liquidity (m1 , m2) on indicators of economic stability . the search problem has focused on the development of liquidity growth on GDP, the general budget , the exchange rate . the study shows that the increase in liquidity growth rates has a negative impact on economic stability and its indicators for the period of study (1991-2017) the uncontrolled expansion of liquidity leads to inflation due to the decline in GDP due to the lack of diversification of the economic sectors in Iraq . the study has only reflected the increase in the budget deficit due to increase spending on imports and deficit balance of payments , which in turn leads to the devaluation if the local currency of the Iraqi dinar .the economic analysis of descriptive historical data of the variables of the Iraqi economy has shown that the growth rates of money supply significantly exceeds the rates of variables referred to in the research ,and found that this expansion of liquidity caused by the cash issue in the nineties to finance the deficit experienced by the Iraqi economy because of wars , and the deterioration of economic and social conditions and the low standard of living due to the blockade before 2003 . also , the study shows the relationship between the presentation of money and indicators of economic stability in theory .

The determination of the competitiveness of any sector, industry or organization is determined by analyzing its competitive performance , Therefore, this study focused on the analysis of the reality of the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in Iraq, through the study of specific indicators to judge the level of performance in it. It is the index of the contribution of the manufacturing sector to the structure of GDP, the value of production index of the manufacturing sector, the number of employees and the number of industrial establishments operating in the manufacturing sector, The determinants of the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in Iraq were also analyzed according to the Porter model, and the extent of the mutual effects between all parts of the model in order to infer the magnitude of the impact of each factor individually, and how it contributes to raising the competitiveness of this vital sector. The study concluded to present a set of measures that can be followed to support the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in Iraq.

The Iraqi economy Faced and still faces the burdens of both internal and external indebtedness. The indicators of indebtedness can be a measure of the ability of the Iraqi economy to cope with the burdens of these debts as they help in determining those burdens and risks, and the way of managing them. They also help in understanding and analyzing the nature of the relationship between the public debt and the performance of the Iraqi economy in general and the financial situation of the government in particular. Most indicators of indebtedness show that the Iraqi economy is able to bear the burden of indebtedness and that the values of indicators indicate that they are within the internationally accepted limits, but these indicators are heavily affected by the main source of foreign currency, namely oil revenues.

The research aims is to Study the facts and prospects of private education in Basrah City in all it`s Level (Nursery , primary , Secondary and high School) and it`s Efficiency in handling the weakness in Education . Local Schematic indicators Framework , in Iraq , And the Study Shows a large Number of Private educational institutions in Basrah in all it`s level is reached (423) in Situation distributed with (71) nursery (179) Primary , (19) Secondary (154) high School and with different Percentages (16,8%) ,(42,3%) , (4,5%) , (36,3%) respectively , while the children and Students who enrolled educational institution on this way (4758) Child , (40107) Student and (1194) Secondary Students , (25676) and high School Students.

The UAEs economy is considered one of diversified economies, which experienced a remarkable growth during the period (2000-2017) according to a strategic plan . Many factors contributed in this plan , most notably are the oil exports , openness on the global economy depending on the market way and giving a great role to the private sector ,which led to create a services sector that represent the main link of the UAE economic structure .The researchers depended on a set of statistical tests to estimate the parameters of the model . There was a long-term equilibrium relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables . They recommend putting more efforts in the field of developing the oil industry in order to keep up with the global oil developments . In addition to ,transferring , operating and resettlement the modern technologies for the production of oil reservoirs , which leads to an increase in the volume of oil reserves that has been experienced stability during the study period.

This research aims to analyse and diagnose the effect of marketing intelligence in achieving competitive performance , marketing capabilities based on the marketing intelligence system and essential requirement for organization’s success in achieving competitive excellence , which require paying attention the necessary important to this concept by understanding the meaning of marketing intelligence , and generalize the impact of its practices In organizations, in order to achieve this goal we have relied on literature and research which dealt with the concept of marketing intelligence.
This research presented a literature review on the subject and its role in achieving competitive performance. The practical side was represented by choosing the role of marketing intelligence based on data and information collected from the questionnaire which was developed to measure the dimensions of marketing intelligence and competitive performance in the organization .the research reached several conclusion , notably the weakness of marketing intelligence in the organization , the most prominent recommendation was the need for the organization to pay special attention to the implementation of marketing intelligence and improve its competitiveness in the industrial environment.
