يسلط هذا البحث الموسوم بـ (أثر التناص في الترابط النصي في شعر الشيخ عبد الحميد السماوي) الضوء على عنصر التناص بعده عنصراً مهماً من العناصر المحققة للنصانية، إذ تمثل النصوص السابقة خبرة النصوص اللاحقة، فيهتم البحث بدراسة التناص في ضوء مساهمته في تحقيق الترابط النصي في شعر الشيخ عبد الحميد السماوي.

Abstract

The research focused on a very important topic, which is food security indicators in Iraq. It examined the concept of security as well as the reality of food security in Iraq as it is closely related to human life.

أهتم البحث بموضوع في غاية الأهمية وهو مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي في العراق وقد بحث في مفهوم الأمن وكذلك واقع الأمن الغذائي في العراق كونه ذات صله وثيقة بحياة الأنسان .
ولما كانت الجغرافيا في جوهرها تسعى لدراسة وظائف الدولة سواء الخارجية منها أو الداخلية، فإن الأمن الغذائي يعد واحدا من بين هذه الوظائف التي ينبغي على الدولة العمل في سبيل تحقيقه وجعل سكانها بعيدين عن كل التحديات الناجمة عن المشكلات الأمنية.

يهدف البحث الى تحليل خصائص التوزيع المكاني للصيدليات في مدينة السماوة للتعرف على واقع التوزيع الجغرافي لها داخل نطاق المدينة وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات المحيطة بمواقع الصيدليات كالسكان والمساحة ومعرفة النمط المكاني لها .
استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف مواقع الصيدليات لفهم ابعادها المكانية وتحليلها باستخدام تقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) في دراسة نمط وتحليل التوزيع المكاني للخدمات الصحية واستخدام المقاييس الاحصائية والمكانية كمعيار المسافة والتوزيع الاتجاهي والمركز المتوسط والجار الاقرب ونصيب السكان من هذه الخدمات واشارت النتائج الى ان الصيدليات تأخذ النمط المتجمع وهذا يشير الى انها تتقارب من بعضها بأماكن صغيرة وتترك مساحات كبيرة غير مخدومة داخل مدينة السماوة .
واوصى البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة زيادة عدد الصيدليات لتلبية احتياجات الاحياء في مناطق المدينة ذات الكثافة السكانية المنخفضة

يهدف البحث الى دراسة نشاط التعرية الريحية وتوزيعها المكاني غربي محافظة كربلاء, أذ تعمل التعرية الرّيحية على رفع حبيبات التربة الجافة المفككة من الطبقة الخارجية والغير محمية بالغطاء النباتي وهذا يتم من خلال الطاقة الحركية للرياح, وهناك عوامل تساعد على جفاف التربة وتفككها وتعرضها للتعرية الرّيحية وهي الإرتفاع في درجات الحرارة وقلة نسبة التبخر وكذلك قلة الغطاء النباتي في المنطقة وقلة الموارد المائية, إذ تبين من خلال الدراسة أن قابلية الترب للتعرية في المنطقة تباينت من منطقة لأخرى, من خلال دراسة القابلية المُناخية وقابلية الترب للتعرية بالإعتماد على المحطات المُناخية(كربلاء, عين التمر, النجف), فإن المنطقة تعاني من إرتفاع في نشاط التعرية الرّيحية نتيجة لزيادة سرعة الرياح فيها الأمر الذي أثر سلباً على تعرية الترب وإنخفاض مستواها عن ترب الأراضي المجاورة, وقد تم إثبات ذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية, ومن خلال إستخدام الاساليب الكمية لقياس

تشغل بادية حافظة المثنى القسم الأكبر من مساحة المحافظة اذ تقع في القسم الجنوبي من العراق وهي تقع ضمن المناخ الجاف ولذلك فان للمياه فيها أهمية كبيرة اذ ان بادية المثنى تستلم كميات قليلة من الامطار في فصول محددة وكذلك تعاني من التبخر لذلك فان المفقودات من المياه اكثر من المطر الفعال ولذلك تعد الموازنة المائية المناخية ذات أهمية كبيرة لمعرفة الواردات من المياه السطحية والجوفية التي تعتمد على العلاقة بين كمية الامطار الساقطة وكميات التبخر /النتح الذي يمكن من خلالهما معرفة الفائض او العجز المائي لأي منطقة . وتتأثر الموازنة المناخية ببعض العناصر المناخية بشكل أساسي ولاسيما كمية الامطار والرطوبة النسبية ودرجات الحرارة التي يمكن من خلالها معرفة كمية التبخر وقد اعتمد البحث على البيانات المناخية لمحطات السماوة والناصرية والنجف باعتبارها المحطات الأقرب والحيطة لمنطقة الدراسة للمدة (1990-2022) وكذلك اعتمدت طريقة ايفانوف لحساب التبخر /النتح لأنه عنصر مهم في الموازنة المناخية وتم طرحه من التبخر الكلي لإيجاد التبخر /النتح الحقيقي ومن ثم طرح الأخير من المطر الفعال لمعرفة العجز او الفائض المائي.

To accomplish the aims of this study, 80 students from Vocational Education Schools (VES) were engaged to respond to the Oxford Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (OSILL). The findings indicate that the differences between gender and the six parts of OSILL reveal that neither males nor females are statistically significant in any of these strategies when employed in academic English learning contexts; the significance value is p<0.05. يطلق على هذه الجريمة بتسمية جريمة الضرب المفضي الى الموت في القانون العراقي, والحقيقة ان هذه التسمية لا تتناسب مع مفهوم الجريمة, لأن الضرب هو احد الافعال المكونة للجريمة, وارى اطلاق تسمية الجريمة متعدية القصد افضل, من حيث العموم مفهوما ومعنى, والجريمة المتعدية القصد من الجراىم العمدية الماسة بسلامة الانسان الجسدية والنفسية, حيث تتوجة ارادة الجاني الى ارتكاب فعل محضور قاصدا ايذاء شخص ما او توجيه له ضررا ما, لكن فعل الجاني تجاوز حدود القصد او النية الى احداث حالة اكثر ضررا للمجنى عليه مثل العاهة المستديمة, او الموت, مع العلم ان كلا الجريمتين ليس في حسبان الجاني, وان ارادته من الاساس لا تنصرف الى ذلك, الا انه يحاسب على انه فاعل لأي من الجريمتين استنادا الى ماجاء به قانون العقوبات العراقي المرقم 111 لسنة 1969, على انها ضرباً ادى الى الموت لانعدام القصد الجرمي في احداث هذه النتيجة, بل كانت الارادة لدى الجاني تقتصر على احداث الايذاء فقط, حيث قدر المشرع العراقي لها عقوبة وسطية بين جريمة القتل العمد وبين جريمة القتل الخطأ حسب الاحوال, اذ جعل عقوبتها لا تزيد على خمسة عشر سنة الا اذا اقترنت بظرف مشدد تكون عشرين سنة, وللقاضي سلطة تقديرية في ذلك حسب جسامتها وخطورة مرتكبها .
