The research aims to identify the activation of the culture of quality in the development of educational aids in a sample of schools in Salahalddin education, based on the hypothesis that do factors affect the activation of quality culture on the development of educational means?, The questionnaire was distributed to (130) schools in the center of Salah al-Din governorate and its branches, and recovered from them (116). After analyzing the data for the responses of the sample of the research, and testing the hypothesis using a number of tools and tools and verifying the hypothesis from which the research started. Several conclusions were reached, the essence of which is the need to pay attention to the dissemination of the culture of quality among the educational leaders School administrations in line with current competition variables, and conclude the research with a set of recommendations .

The research aims to clarify the management of high involvement, which is summarized in some of its dimensions, which are (functional integration and participation in decision-making) and talent management represented by (attracting talent, managing talent performance, developing talent, and retaining talent). The data taken from the research field was analyzed through the questionnaire form, which is considered the main tool, as it was distributed to (75) respondents and (65) forms were retrieved using the statistical program (SPSS) to test the main hypotheses that are based on the existence of a correlation and impact between the variable Independent and approved, and several conclusions were reached that confirmed the existence of a correlation relationship and moral effect between the administration of high involvement and the management of talent and through the foregoing the researchers sought to provide recommendations and proposals that achieve more benefit for the research field. The current research aims to identify the reality of the work of the researched directorate and the extent of its dependence on electronic media in the implementation of its work in an effective and efficient way and overcome them for the various crises facing it, as the researcher sought to study the opinions of a sample of workers amounting to (28) employees in the mentioned directoratein order to stand on The actual reality experienced by the aforementioned directorate, as it relied in its analysis of its data on statistical analysis using the statistical program (SPSS), and its most important results were the presence of a significant significance effect for electronic media in the stages of crisis management, while the research concluded many proposals Work on choosing the appropriate emergency plans and activating the appropriate electronic media networks by promoting digital work.

The teaching in the teaching process should have a set of attributes, namely the attentive personality ie the need to pay attention and focus to what is going on around them, as they have the will and resilience through which address the events of life. The current research aims to identify: 1 vigilance personal teaching at Al-Qalam University College.2 difference in the attentive personality of the teaching staff of the University of the Al-Qalam by variable (sex) males and females.In order to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher has the following procedures: The current research community consisted of the teaching staff of Al-Qalam University College in Kirkuk for the academic year (2018_2019). The research included 127 teachers where the scale has been applied upon a sample of 30 teachers 15 males and 15 females where they have been chosen randomly. Statistical methods were used to extract the results:1- T-test for one sample to measure the attentive personality as well as find the differences between the arithmetic mean of the scale and its hypothesis average The current research has reached the following results:1. It was found that the members of the research sample possess a good level of attentive personality.2. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of alertness between males and females.In the light of the research results, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions as follows:1 - the need to pay attention to the extension units in the Iraqi universities phenomenon of personal vigilance for the development of professors and students2 - the need to hold seminars and seminars on the importance and benefits of personal vigilance for employees of private colleges.

The research aims to:1.Identify the personal characteristics of disabled athletes in the province of Sulaymaniyah.2.Identify the differences between the arithmetic mean of disabled athletes in Sulaymaniyah governorate and the hypothetical mean of the scale.3.Identify the hierarchy of the elements of the scale of athletes with disabilities in the province of Sulaymaniyah. The researcher assumed the following:1.Athletes with disabilities in Sulaymaniyah governorate have a good level of personality.2.There are significant differences between the arithmetic mean of disabled athletes in Sulaymaniyah province and the personality traits scale.3.There is a variation in the level of personality traits of disabled athletes in the province of Sulaymaniyah.The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey and comparative methods. The research sample consisted of (29) disabled athletes in Sulaymaniyah. The researcher used the Freiburg measure to measure the personal characteristics of the players translated by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hassan Allawi. The measure included (8) personality traits (neurological - aggressive - depressive - excitability - social - calm or composure - control - control or palm)The scale contains (56) phrases distributed over (8) attributes rate each attribute (7) statements.Data were treated statistically using the arithmetic mean, hypothetical mean, standard deviation, percentage and sample tests.The researcher concluded the following:1.The personality traits were neurological and depressive and excitability and tranquility or composure and control and control or stop at an average level and came the characteristics of aggressive and social level acceptable that the arithmetic average came below the hypothesis average of the scale of disabled athletes.2.There are significant differences between the mean of the research sample (disabled athletes) and the arithmetic mean of the personality traits in personality traits (neurological and depressive and excitability and calm or calmness and control and control or palm) and for the benefit of the research sample.3.There are significant differences between the mean of the research sample (disabled athletes) and the arithmetic mean of the scale of personality traits in the two personality traits (aggressive and social) and in favor of the hypothetical arithmetic mean of the scale.4.There are no significant differences between the mean of the research sample (disabled athletes) and the arithmetic mean of the personality traits scale in the control or palm trait.5.The chronological order of the personal characteristics of the research sample (disabled athletes) is as follows:- Calm or cool.-Depressive. - Nervousness - Excitability - Control - Social - Discipline or desist - AggressiveThe researcher recommended the following:1.the use of the psychological treatment program for cases of negative features that exceeded the arithmetic average and the promotion of positive personality traits for the rehabilitation of athletes with disabilities for sports competitions.2.The use of the Freiburg scale of personality traits to early detection of negative personality traits to be addressed before they prove to disabled athletes and invest positive personality traits.3.Direct the disabled to the games according to the requirements of the game of personality traits during the selection phase.4.not to involve athletes who have the characteristic of aggressive in group games because this will lead to damage in the team because of the frequent violations and penalties.

This paper looks to study the legal nature of the Iraqi Fund for Foreign Development. It is to be noted that the activities which the Fund practiced since its inception in 1974 which were represented by providing development assistance، grants and loans without interest to the countries run by the same system or the same nationality، such as the Arab countries and poor developing countries، in order to achieve some political goals had been the reason that prevailed ambiguity on the nature of the Fund and raged the debate about its legal nature. So، this paper clarifies the nature of the fund whether it is a sovereign wealth fund or not.

In everyday communication, it is theoretically agreed on that people need to obey the four maxims of conversation to make their communication cooperative, namely the maxims of quantity, quality, manner, and relevance. This process of obeying maxims is represented by Grice under the cooperative principle. But, maxims are sometimes deliberately flouted for a reason or another; one important deliberate flouting of such rules may occur in film discourse. Based on this fact, it is hypothesized that film makers make great cinematic chances from the utilization of such linguistic rules in their works, just like many other linguistic phenomena; linguistics contributes deeply to TV-show makings. The current paper, therefore, first aims to investigate the flouting and/or observance of Grice's maxims as a tool for making "The Invention of Lying" film. The study also aims to highlight the different purposes that observance and/or flouting serves in the film and, thus, the different messages that are successfully conveyed through them. On the other hand, avoiding threatening people's face is another essence in any interaction in life. Linguistic studies have long discussed the means to save one another's face, both the positive and negative. Taking this into consideration, the current study hypothesizes, also, that "The Invention of Lying" film may constitute a suitable ground to investigate the relationship between the cooperative principles and politeness theory.
