The research aims to identify the importance and functions of the taxonomy through its applications on the websites. The importance of the research lies in explaining the application of navigation systems and the site map in University of Babylon Website. Follow the research in the descriptive and analytical approach, as it was represented by studying the applications of taxonomy in the website of the University of Babylon through data collection tools that were represented by the direct examination and the checklist, and the research came out with many results, the most important of which are:1. It is clear from studying the site of the University of Babylon that it provides Structured Navigation in a horizontal form at the top of the main page.2. With regard to Associative Navigation, we find that the website under study provides most of the elements of Associative Navigation arranged randomly, in addition to its lack of contextual navigation. The research came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are: 1. The necessity of providing all elements of Navigation Systems on the University of Babylon website because of its role in organizing its contents and facilitating access to it.2. The necessity of organizing the elements of Associative Navigation, and allocating places to it, because of its role in providing categories that do not exist in other navigation, penetration into the depths of the website, as well as linking to related websites and pages.

The research aims to identify the legislative frameworks of Iraqi university libraries and their response to the requirements of the technological environment, also aims to know the extent to which Legislative No.(92) issued in (1995) entitled (University Libraries Instructions) is applied by university libraries. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the questionnaire data that was distributed to five central university libraries which are: Al-Mustansiriya University Central Library, University of Baghdad Central Library, AL- Iraqia University Central Library, University of Technology Central Library, Al-Nahrain University Central Library. The research used an evaluation approach to evaluate the paragraphs of the university libraries legislations, and the ministerial circulars issued according to it, in order to know the extent of their application by the libraries, using the appropriate statistical methods. The results shown that the application of ministerial circulars constitutes has a higher percentage than the application of the university libraries legislation and instructions, where the rate of application of ministerial circulars reached (84%), the rate of application of legislation reached (75%). On this basis, the research urged the Libraries and Informatics Development Division in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and recommended the importance of activating paragraphs of legislation and instructions for university libraries through circulars and orders issued by them, and the need to invest them by directing these libraries to the requirements of the technological environment to fill the shortage in paragraphs of legislation in the technological aspect .

The present study aims to study the quality standards of the skills of the employees of the IT departments in the information institutions, and measure them based on the four quality skills standards (jobs, technology, methods, culture) within five levels representing them (incompetent, innovative, advanced, professional, freelance). Thus, determine the degree of correlation with the performance of the information technology institution and the impact of each level that performance and the amount of development. The study used a set of tools in data collection such as personal interviews, direct observation, statistical methods and various quantitative treatments implemented on the spss program. The level of the (beginner) (5.61), the third level (advanced) impact ratio (12.32), the degree of influence of the fourth level (professional) was (13.23), and the last level (freewheeling) rate of impact (14.48), shows that the total impact of skills The five (incompetent, novice, advanced, professional, freewheeling) in Tat See the information institution amounted to (44.77). The study also came up with a set of recommendations, including: Retaining distinguished individuals and holders of higher certificates, which represent the true value of the IT organization.

This research aims to identify the most important developments witnessed by the digital environment and the extent to which Iraqi university libraries keep pace with these developments. The pattern of electronic work with a special focus on the role of workers in it, the research sought to develop a scale to find out the reasons for the failures of the professional level of workers and specialists in the Iraqi university libraries by taking the Central Library of the Iraqi University as a model in order to reach developmental solutions commensurate with the requirements of work in the digital environment. One of the most important results of the research is the holding of development and rehabilitation courses for specialized and non-specialized workers in the central library of the university, and the development of a number of digital services in order to provide advanced information services from serving the beneficiary community and guiding them to how to access the required resources by traditional and electronic methods, and the need to create a continuous education division in the library for the purpose of training beneficiaries as well as assisting workers in developing their skills. The research also recommended the need for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to appoint specialists exclusively in the field of libraries and information and place them to work in university libraries

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of social media platforms at the educational level in the Technical College of management / Baghdad, and was used descriptive analytical method, to suit the purposes of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (50) students were randomly selected from the Department students information technology, consisting of three axes distributed over (19) items, and verified the validity and reliability of the tool and the use of statistical program SPSS and statistical processors for data processing and statistical treatments: percentages and analysis of variance single, correlation coefficient Alpha Kronbach, and The most significant results of this research are the significant effect of the independent variable (social media platforms) on the dependent variable (education), where the coefficient of interpretation (0.66%), which is the impact of the independent variable and the rest (0.34%) due to Other variables. This proves the strength of the variable social media platforms and its positive impact on the results. The most prominent recommendations were to encourage students and faculty and all those who have an active role in the educational process to conduct more researches on the possibility of activating the use of social media platforms in education and focus on Iraq.
