Ovarian cancer is the second most common cause of death with cancer, and the third most common malignancy. Many factors considered to be risk factors, among that, age group, family history and marital status. A total of 183 samples were collected from three northern Iraqi provinces and one from the south. Patient women samples with ovarian cancer were collected from Kirkuk, Erbil, Sulaimannyah and Dhi Qar. Patients samples were collected during the period from first of January 2013 to the end of December 2013. The data were collected through a questionnaire.
Age produced positive effect on the presence of ovarian cancer. This positive effect started from the age of 31 years and upward. Marital status produced positive effect on women with ovarian cancer. On the other hand, family history has no effect on women ovarian cancer in the Northern Iraqi province, while it has a positive effect in the South (i.e, Dhi Qar provinve).

Microscopic features of the adult rabbit uterine tube during estrous cycle were studied. Twenty rabbit uterine tube were used. Rabbits were collected from local market. Sections from uterine tube infundibulum, ampulla and isthmus were prepared for histological study. Lengths and widths of various parts were obtained from the right tube.
Ampulla formed the longest part, isthmus was narrowest segment and connected to the uterus. The infundibulum was with fimbrae. Epithelial liming was with few types of cells, and were; ciliated; non-ciliated secretory (peg cells) and basal cells were also demonstrated. The type of epithelial cells was pseudostratified epithelium. In the ampullary mucosa, large number of primary branches at the follicular phase was observed. Ciliation was more at the follicular phase than luteal phase. While secretory cells during follicular was less than that at luteal phase

Type 2 is the most common metabolic disorder characterized by the increased concentration of glucose in blood due to insulin resistance or relative insulin deficiency. Changes in human behavior and lifestyle over the last century have resulted in a dramatic increase in the incidence of diabetes worldwide. Interleukin 6 is pro inflammatory cytokines secreted by immune cells, adipose tissue , Muscles is able to accelerate or inhibit the inflammatory processes .High circulating IL-6 levels have been associated with insulin resistance and greater risk of T2DM .
80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (40 male and 40 female )are diagnosed by specialized in medicine in general Salah- Aldin Hospital in Tikrit city and 40 apparently healthy Controls (20 male and 20 female ) were included in this study This study carried out in Tikrit city from 1st October 2017 to 1st of April 2018 Anthropometric measures include, Age , BMI , were done for all participants Fasting serum samples were obtained and used for the measurement of serum glucose Interleukin- 6 (IL-6) and Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) .
The results of current study showed that Fasting serum glucose (FBS), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) are High significant increase (p<0.01) in diabetic patients when compared to control group.
In Conclusion, serum interleukin -6 (IL-6) and Tumor necrosis factor – alpha (TNF-α) has high significant increases level in diabetic patients compared to control.

There was significant difference between genders and H. pylori infection (P<0.05). From the 176 patients attending private laboratories in Kirkuk city for the period from 1/8/2016 to 1/4/2017, 86(48.86%) belonged to blood group O, 42(23.86%) to A, 41(23.29%) to B and 7 (3.97%) to AB and There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) in the incidence of H. pylori infection between these groups, there was significant correlation between the presence of particular blood group in H. pylori positive patients related to the reported frequency of the blood groups in Kirkuk population, the correlation between the Rh factor and positive H. pylori patients was not significant to the frequency of the Rh factor in the population (88.06% Rh+ and 11.93% Rh-). the H. pylori positive test was slightly, but not significantly lower in comparison with the negitive H. pylori patients test values showed a highly significant difference (P<0.01) in H. pylori posative and H. pylori negitive patients., in adults H. pylori infection depend upon gender, blood groups but they do not depend upon the Patients age or Rh factore.

This study was done in the Pediatric General Hospital and Al-azadi Educational Hospital , the period from September 2017 to February 2018, aimed to evaluate levels of Growth hormone (GH), Insulin and Vit.D3 levels for children suffering from hypoweight aged (1-5)years, include 40 child, in addition to 20 healthy child. A medical syringe was used for collecting blood samples, drawing (5)ml of venues blood from them and put it in test tube free from any coagulation material, it was put in centrifuge (3000rpm, 15min) for purpose obtaining blood serum then serum are separate and drawn by micropipette put it in a test tube used for (Growth Hormone, Insulin and Vit.D) tests. After test complete, the results of study showed a significant decrease (p≤ 0.01) in GH, Insulin and Vit.D2 levels.

The study has included the ability of Acinetobacter baumannii (isolated from clinical infections and hospital environment) to form a biofilm and investigated the possibility of inhibition this biofilm by using some materials: EDTA, five amino acids and five plant extracts.
The results showed that all isolates of A.baumannii had a good ability to form the biofilm (100%). Four isolates which had strong former of biofilm which were selected as well as a standard isolate (A. baumannii ATCC19606). The inhibitory effect on biofilm formation was investigated. EDTA had a good inhibitory effect, also, all amino acids showed good inhibitory activity , with the best inhibition in Glutamic acid at a concentration of 50 mM, while plant extracts varied in their inhibition ratio to inhibit the biofilm, turmeric, cloves and rosemary had a good inhibitory effect, Bay leaf has the ability to inhibit the biofilm formation but less than others, while the plant extract of the Myrtle did not show any inhibition activity.

The current study deals with measuring the level of interferon-ɣ for 96 sample of infected women with Toxoplasma gondii , whose attended Salah- El-Deen Teaching Hospital in Salah- El-Deen Governorate from 13/10 /2016 to20/4/ 2017. The samples have been divided into 50 infected pregnant women with Toxoplasma gondii and 46 women as a control group which included 23 pregnant women and 23 non – pregnant whose as not infected. The study shows significant difference in the level of interferon ɣ between the infected women group and control group .The level of interferon ɣ in infected women was higher compared with the control group 1.658± 0.977 and 0.765 ± 0.524 pg. / ml, respectively, at the level of probability p< 0.01. concerning on to the measurement of the level of the complementary proteins C3, C4, It was shown the result exist variances moral if were valued in infection women of 0.3708± 0.0107 and 0.3851± 0.0306 mg/dl, respectively, compared to the valued in non-infection women 0.2528± 0.0463 and 0.2142±0.0608 mg/ dl, respectively, at the level of probability p< 0.01.

Entamoeba histolytica is an enteric protozoan parasite which caused tissue invasive amoebiasis. It can induce the production of cytokines (such as IL-8 and TNF-α) and chemokines (such as MCP-1) from intestinal epithelial cells. This study was done to detect the serum level of IL-8, MCP-1 and TNF-α, using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, in 60 children affected by amoebiasis to correlate the production of these cytokines with infection and comparison with the healthy persons (n= 30). Three aged groups (1 month- 2 year, 2-4 year and 4-6 year) were entered in the study for patients and healthy controls. The level of IL-8 (37.22 ± 7.06, 37.35 ± 1.981 and 36.45 ± 4.39 pg/ml) in children with amoebiasis were higher significantly compared with the level in healthy children (29.95 ± 4.30, 26.90 ± 4.17 and 25.32 ± 2.31 pg/ml) in all age groups (1 month- 2 year, 2-4 year and 4-6 year, respectively). Significant differences in the level of MCP-1 which were higher (28.92 ± 1.48, 30.85 ± 3.78 and 31.91 ± 6.82 pg/ml) in children with amoebiasis than in healthy children (18.44 ± 0.74, 22.62 ± 6.25 and 18.30 ± 1.43 pg/ml) in all age groups (respectively). Also, the level of TNF-α were higher significantly (58.05 ± 6.90, 55.87 ± 3.81 and 57.32 ± 8.86 pg/ml) in children with amoebiasis compared with healthy children (42.91 ± 2.54, 43.54 ± 3.42 and 42.64 ± 3.47 pg/ml, respectively) in all age groups (respectively). These findings reflect a role of IL-8, MCP-1 and TNF-α in E. histolytica infection.

Polycystic ovary Syndrome is a common disorder in the endocrine glands, which is characterized by the aggregation of small bags surrounded by theca internal layers bloated follicles .
The level of hepcidin and some other biochemical parameters were examined in (60) patients In addition to (30) blood samples of healthy control .
The results showed a significant decrease in hepcidin level as well as E2 and progesterone while there was a significant increase in prolactin and testosterone in polycystic ovarian syndrome patients Compared to healthy control. There was no correlation between hepcidin and all other parameters but there was some correlations among parameters used, there was positive correlations between FSH with LH and Testosterone as well as between E2 and Testosterone and between T4 and T3

A simple, rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method for determination of sulphadiazine (SDZ) in aqueous solution is described. The method iis based on the oxidation of SDZ by potasium Periodate, and coupling with ortho-amino phenol to give a violet colour of maximum absorbaance at 532 nm. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 5-40 µg /ml of SDZ with a (R2=0.9980) and molar absorptivity 5581.6 L.mol-1.cm-1 and a relative error in the range of - 0.06 - 2.3 % and a relative standard deviation of not more than 0.31 %. The composition of the resulting product is also investigated and it is found to be1:1. The method is successfully applied for the determinatiion of SDZ in pure and pharmaceutical dosage forms, with recovery of noot less than 101.1%.

Evaluation the Iron status and some electrolytes balance in patients with chronic renal failure

In This research we study the effect of photo chemical etching and electrochemical etching on topography of porous silicon surfaces, the results showed that photo chemical etching produced roughness silicon layer which can have thickness be less of porous silicon layer which is produced by electro chemical etching When all the wafers have same etching time and hydrofluoric solution (HF) concentration, the wafers have same resistance (10 Ω.cm).
Also the results showed the roughness of porous silicon layers produced by electro chemical method which is bigger than the roughness of porous silicon layers produced by photo chemical method and the results of roughness of porous silicon layers, Pore diameter and porous layer thickness were produced by electro chemical method (1.55(µm) ((0.99(µm)) and ((1.21(µm) respectively), the results of roughness of porous silicon layers, Pore diameter and porous layer thickness were produced by photo chemical method 0.63)) nm -1.55)) (µm) ),so the (84.9 (nm)- and (3.94(nm) respectively .
This is reinforces because of using the electro chemical to etching the wafer surf ace of bulk silicon and changing it to roughness silicon surface be share in success of many practicalities

This research involved the preparation of Bi2-(x+y)PbxAgy Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+δ with different concentrations of (x,y) which are (x=y=0)(x=0.05,y=0.15)(x=y=0.1)(x=0.15,y=0.05) by the method of solid state reaction under hydrostatic pressure of 8 ton /cm2 and at annealing temperature of 1123K in presence of sufficient amount of oxygen.
In order to obtain an increase in the regularity of crystalline composite and also to obtain the best critical temperature, the annealing was repeated on these samples at 723K.
After X-ray diffraction (XRD) test to know how effective the partial substitution and repeated annealing is, it was obvious that the crystalline composite was of tetragonal type and the best substitution ratio is when (x=0.05,y=0.15) where the values of lattice dimensions were a=b=5.4056°A, c=37.4226°A, after repeating the annealing process on these samples ,the crystalline composite kept its type and with conspicuous increase in the length of c-axis, but the best sample after repeating the annealing was at ratio of (x=y=0.1) where the values of lattice dimensions became a=b=5.4030°A,c=37.5230°A when it was a=b=5.4011°A,c=37.0660°A before repeating the annealing .When the electrical properties of these samples was studied ,we noticed that the oxygen has an important role in increasing the critical temperature and we obtained the best critical temperature Tc=144K and that’s when x=0.05,y=0.15 while after repeating the annealing it was Tc=146K and that’s when x=y=0.1 and it was Tc=136K before repeating the annealing

The present research aims to assess the radionuclides concentration in the soil samples by using the spectroscopy technique of high-purity germanium detector. Four samples of soil were collected at depth of 15 cm for selected regions of Kirkuk and Salahuddin governorates with two samples for the two governorates. The study shows that the activity unit for the 226Ra, 214Pb, 212Pb, 228Ac, and 40K in the studied samples ranged between (11.4±0.7-5.6±1.2) in a rate (9.4±0.85) and in a (3.8± 0.4-29±4) and rate (19.3 ± 5.4) (2± 0.1 – 9.4±0.7) in a rate (6.4±0.54) and (1.6±0.2-11.4±1.2) in a rate (7.95 ± 0.775) and (64.2 ± 4.2-226.2 ± 8) in a rate (172.25 ± 7.7) Bq.kg-1, respectively, as well as, calculated EQ Radium (60.7194-12.8314) Bq.kg-1, activity concentration indicator (I_γ) (0.4448-0.096133), internal Risk indicator (0.236988-0.049795), external risk indicator(0.164015-0.03466), values of absorbed dose in air (28.79214-6.23074) nGy.kg-1, the annual effective dose internal factor (0.141243-0.030566) mSv.y-1, the annual effective dose external factor(0.035311-0.007641) mSv.y-1. All these values do not exceed the internationally permissible standards recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and have no adverse impact, on the human health or the environment.

The nanocomposites ferrites (BaFe12O19/Ni0.3Cu0.2Zn0.5Al¬0.5Fe1.5O4) with (x=10,25,50,75,90%) were prepared by sol-gel auto combustion. The micro-structural features of the samples were studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The results were compared which show that the grain size of the nano composites which prepared by sol-gel auto combustion about (25-46) nm.

In this paper, the relative intensity of X-ray diffracted from Aluminum (Al) was found, and taking into account the influences on the intensity of these rays. There was good agreement between the calculated and measured values, the simple differences between them can be attributed to the fact that all crystals in nature are real and not ideal crystals, on the other hand, the accuracy of atomic positions are must probably effected the calculated results.

In this paper, the notion of SS -π- regular fuzzy ideals of semi groups as a generalization of regular fuzzy ideal has been introduced and some of their important related properties have been investigated. Characterizations of fuzzy interior ideal , anti fuzzy ideal , anti fuzzy bi-ideal and anti fuzzy generalized –bi -ideal in terms of SS - π- regular fuzzy ideal have also been obtained .

In this paper, the dynamic of prey predator model was discussed when the relationship between them is functional response type III. In addition, when prey exposure to the disease as nonlinear function. Also the infected prey exposed to harvest as a nonlinear and as linear function. The bounded and positive solutions, periodic, conditions of equilibrium points and the stability were we discussed Some results were illustrated in numerical simulations, and show we can use the linear function of harvesting to control on the dices.
