Reduction the costs is the important thing to the management in the
organization, which leads to product good productions and decrease the
costs at the same time. And that leads to sell it in the market in
competitive prizes which enable the organization to keep on the present
customer, and get on the new customer. Taguchi`s aim is customer
satisfaction, and he represent it as a quality loss function. Depending on
this way, we could determine all the costs which correspond the bad
quality. To explain how the costs is increase, when the production variant
from the customer desire. By depending on Taguchi`s way, sociality loss is
a reason of weak performance. When the loss is low, then the production
is well. And when the production is fare away from the aim place, then the
loss is high. So, Taguchi wants to decrease the loss. That leads to decrease
the costs and increase a quality production

The problem and goals of the frame research can be determined by
the job characters in dimensions of product quality. The connection
between the work characters (independent variable) and there variables
(complexity of work, processing of data, solution of problems, typing of
efficiencyances) and between an dimensions of product quality (the
followed variable) and its variables (product doing, effectiveness,
compatible outside appearance, strength, serving capability, quality).
These comparisons came from two basic base hypostases, the first

Try this research shows that the relationship of the strategic decision
in the banking performance, with the use of a range of financial ratios for
banks to conduct the analysis, the study included a sample of Iraqi banks
eligibility, was reached conclusions indicate the existence of a strong
relationship between these two variables.

In this research, we shall classify and discriminate a certain kinds of
dates by using the discriminate function in case of more than two groups
.Four different kinds of dates are taken . Whereas each one consists of
four different variables and each variable contains (25) observations
which are taken by random . Each one of the selected kinds is similar to

two big groups in which every group have number of variables which
wanted to be searched for this reason it must have a coordinate system in

This study identifies the main factors behind the psychological state of
the individuals at Al-mustansiriyah University after the last war on iraq in
2003 , this brought to the surface for the first time many factors . Particular data have been obtained depending on questionnaire
designed for this purpose , the mentioned questionnaire has been applied
on Al-Mustansiriyah University for it indicates different classes of iraqi
people such as (Teaching , students , Adminstrative staff) , the
questionnaire is designed to carry out in different areas of the country .
Statistical analysis has been made to specify the affected factors on the
psychological state of individuals at Al-Mustansiriyah using the principal
components method of analysis , the final results have disclosed by the
study , have direct effect on the health of individuals .

organizations witnesses quick changes because of the globalization of
activities ,political and social changes , the increase in the conscience of
consumers and quests to gether with the increase in their requirements
and needs.
These changes result in an environment of great competition where a lot
of organizations can not survive .therefore ,many organization have to
increase their production and improve their services ,performance and
competitive capabilities.
Accordingly , ham sure that this paper meets these needs aiming of
developing our organizations in order to increase their efficiency and
effectiveness in the field of assurance quality performance from
