Research Summary
The purpose of the study is to identify the differences in some functional variables (heart rate - number of respirations - systolic blood pressure - diastolic blood pressure - pulse pressure - arterial pressure rate - lactate buildup) at the Run distance of (200) meters measured before and after the anaerobic effort. The research community consists of the (88) second-year students of morning classes/ Department of Physical Education at Alqalam University College (2019-2020). As for the research sample, it has been intentionally chosen from the level of a “good athlete” which consists of (10) students. The descriptive approach is used as it is relevant to the nature of this research. Tests and measurements are used in this research as well as data collection. The following statistical means, mean, standard deviation, difference coefficient, and test (T) for the associated samples are all used in this study. The results show an increase in functional variables (heart rate - number of respirations - systolic blood pressure - diastolic blood pressure - Pulse pressure - arterial pressure rate - accumulation of lactate) after anaerobic effort. Conducting physiological medical examinations continuously before and during the application of training curricula to observe the functional adaptation of vital systems is highly recommended by the researchers.

The problem is summarized by the fact that the training programs proposed by the trainers for the 100m and 200m contestants did not take into account the individual differences between the two actions due to the lack of a study that touched the biomechanical variables during some of the technical stages (start, acceleration, top speed) of these two activities. This research is devoted to explore this problem by using the Dynafoot3 system, through which biomechanical pressures of the front and back feet can be extracted accurately and for all parts of the foot areas and for each step of the race. As for the aim of the research, it is to identify the relationship between mechanical pressure (pressure and strength variables). (Shoot on the front and back feet of the start, acceleration and top speed of the 100m event. The research community is identified as those (6) players of the Iraq team for the 100m and 200m effectiveness of running

The sample represents 100% of the community. Two attempts are given to each player for the two events, i.e. 12); an attempt for the effectiveness of (100 m) and (12) an attempt for the effectiveness of (200 m). (i.e) the number of attempts is (24) on all areas of the race, analyzed by the program (Kinova -0.8.20) and statistically processed by the program (spss). After discussing and analyzing the results, the research comes up with some conclusions: Through analysis of the events 100 m and 200 M in the starting stage on the starting armrest there is an effect of some variables of mechanical pressure on the front and back feet areas, especially the back foot of the 100-meter event where pressure for the back foot is greater than the pressure for the back foot in the 200-meter effectiveness and is evident in the thumb area and the second and third toe of the foot in the event 100 m and the lowest pressure and strength for the effectiveness of 200 m. The use of the advanced and modern Dynafoot 3 device is recommended to research the reasons for poor performance in the technical stages in the race for the two events (100 m) and (200 m) by repeating scientific experiments on the players periodically to find out the defect.

Research Summary: The first chapter included the introduction and the importance of research and the researcher touched upon it through the acquisition of teaching methods modern trends in the world because of their impact on the capabilities of the human mind. Organized efforts began to employ modern educational strategies in designing programs that meet the needs of the learner and given that the learner is largely affected by the methods The teacher follows, therefore, the importance of learning that is based on experimentation and application to convey an easier effect than deaf learning, which only the learner is taught with, new teaching methods have emerged that help transfer the educational process from the academic subject to the learner. The problem lies in the low skill level of students in high javelin throwing and not achieving educational goals set for the curriculum, so the researcher decided to use the peer-guided learning strategy to develop some physical characteristics and the level of performance of the player's effective javelin for beginners.

Abstract
This research aims at designing a sensitive electronic device to help students surpass the difficulties they face during their performance of the approaching run in touching the takeoff board before taking off and this somewhat shakes their confidence and consequently their ability to perform this activity.
The long jump event is one of the athletic activities that largely depend on the high technical performance considering what it requires of high motor and physical potentials that contribute to accomplishing achievement and perfect performance. The target of any pedagogic activity is to achieve a level that enables participants of motor performance of the determined sport activity, and attempting to develop and improve the abilities of the students in a way that enables them to perfect their approaching run without wasting any attempt or losing it in order to achieve the goals of that pedagogic activity successfully in that performance. This is the aim of this study this subject, having in mind that the researcher herself teaches athletics, to determine the validity of this device during performance exercises to teach students how to adapt to this device, then to perform without it to consolidate self-confidence. Fourth-year students of physical education and sport sciences college/ Mosul university, of the study year (2018-2019) (150 students) have carried out this procedure, whereas the sample of the research is (60) students only. The statistical program (SPSS) is used to obtain the results which proves that exercising accompanied by the use of the electronic device designed to teach the students is effective in limiting the false attempts in performing the long jump event, and that self-confidence of the students increases significantly after using the device.
