Abstract:-
The Quran includes between its covers many verses that talk about the divine laws that God has implemented for his servants, and among those laws is the law of change, that God does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves, and the messengers took charge of bringing about the process of comprehensive change in societies, covering different aspects of human life.
The concept of the term change that has entered our widely heard and read literature without looking closely at its implications has caused great harm to our thoughts, exceeding the limits of calm dialogue.
The research attempted to monitor this term through its primary sources, our Quran, the Prophetic Sunnah, and the Sunnah of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), explaining its significance and the horizons in which it moves.

Abstract:-
The “motif” is the repetition of a word or a subject, which the poet employs as one of the exclusive rhetorical methods, to express his vision, ideas, and psychological struggle in a poetic language that is transient and exciting to the recipient’s sense. The “motif” in the poetry of “Maarouf al-Rusafi” is considered one of the aesthetic tools that help him to bless his work in a realistic and imaginative manner without escaping to hypothetical issues in his long narrative poems, especially in the poem “Poverty and Sickness”. that matter. The purpose of this research is to investigate and reveal the motif of sadness in the poem “Poverty and Illnesses” by the contemporary poet Marouf Al-Rasafi, where sadness and pain are in the scenes drawn by the poet from the life of a poor and destitute man called “Bashir” who worked as a wage-earner day and night, who has nothing in this world. Except for a tender sister named “Fatima”, he had schizophrenia “heart disease” and then Fatima died. This topic has not been touched on before, so this research is considered new. In addition to that, extracting poetic images and showing the narrative formation that the poet employed in his narrative and dialogue poem, which is based on showing deprivation, loss, and raising sorrows in most families. It was overshadowed by tragedies, deprivation, sadness and depression. In this research, we tried to study that entire poem, then explain it and show the state of sadness prevailing in the events, and the poet's psychology after witnessing these events.

Abstract:-
Crime of possession of firearm is a dangerous phenomenon and a global problem. It threatens the security of the individual and the state. This, in turn, is reflexed in all aspects of the economic , cultural and political life and in the comfort and reassurance that the individual feels about himself, his money, and his family members. So, the possession and the use of the firearms and the resulting serious crimes and destruction of countries and societies, which requires combating this crime by establishing deterrent and strict legal rules that ensure that anyone who tempers with and breaks the law is held accountable by imposing a strict penalty on him, so that countries in general and Iraq in particular can enjoy a life of comfort and security if weapons are restricted to the state and anyone who violates that is punished.
To address the issue of the crime of possessing a firearm, we will discuss it in three sections. The first is the concept of the crime of possessing a firearm. Abstract:-
Purpose: The current study aims to test the relationship between the behavior engineering model and the performance of the tour guide through moderating effect of the entrepreneurial mindset in tourism companies in Najaf.
Methodology/Design: The current study targeted a comprehensive inventory method on the study population represented by the directors of tourism companies and their assistants, as (111) questionnaires were distributed, and after the data was sorted and checked, it was found that the questionnaires were valid for analysis are (95) questionnaires out of (101) questionnaires were retrieved, and they were analyzed According to the method of structural equations modeling/method of least

Abstract:-
The study is a biographical important aspect of life; the aspect of homeland rights. Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, (PBUH), was a pioneer of a distinctive and important experiment in reflected in Nahjil-Balagha. He is considered one of the active contributors to affirming the foundations of Islam and its experience in various aspects of life, especially the citizens’ rights. On the other hand, there is a state of defeatism and despondency in most people of the Islamic nation. Hence, the Muslim citizen has lost his rights in the dilemma of text and reality, as well as the universal values and private characteristics. Moreover, people have lost faith in the rights of citizens and claiming to defend those rights and voiding them of their true content. In this turbulent sea, the ship of Islamic survival emerges, which has enriched the aspects of this topic, between the importance of justice and the rights of citizen in Nahjil-Balagha, in addition to Imam Ali’s life and political movement. The study adopts that spreading and disseminating the experience of Imam Ali (PBUH) and his vision of citizen rights in Nahjil-Balagha in its theoretical and practical dimension is essential, through its dissemination and adoption as a method of work in the official, religious and social institutions of our society. This will undoubtedly contribute to the development of awareness and practice of citizen rights in order to present a distinct civilizational model who not only is an umbrella to the Islamic nation, but also an asset to humanity.

Abstract:-
Since it was made the capital of Muslims in Andalusia in the year 97 AH/715 AD, Cordoba was considered the turning point of the country’s events as it was its capital and the seat of its rulers. However, its condition changed during the reign of the Tawaifs (422-484 AH/1030-1091 AD) and then during the Almoravid eras (484- 541 AH/1091-1146 AD) and the Almohads (541-626 AH/1146-1228 AD) because the rulers abandoned it and adopted other rules.
The Christian side made unremitting efforts to seize Islamic cities and lands in Andalusia, and the city of Cordoba represented one of their most important goals because it represented in its history the glory of Muslims, the greatness of their victories, and a symbol of their greatness. This led the countries of the world to guarantee the demonstrating right in their constitutions as a democratic feature of every constitution and through the continued exercise of this right, some demonstrations did not keep their peace, and some violent deeds and riots may be taken place by demonstrators under some condition that may transform of the demonstration from its peaceful to non-peaceful that may endanger public order, and thus endanger the security of the foreigners residing in that country as a result to the crimes committed by demonstrators against them. This prompts the state authorities to take the necessary legal measures to combat crime affecting foreigners and provide adequate protection to preserve their lives from the danger of demonstrators' crimes, and redressing the damages that they suffered because as a result of these crimes. As the competent authorities proceed with investigative procedures in the crime committed by the demonstrators against a foreigner and search for sufficient evidence to issue a sentence of punishment against the perpetrator. If it is proven through investigation procedures, that there is a causal link between the crime and the damage that befell the foreigner, he is allowed to submit a request for compensation.

Abstract:-
Bloody wars among the conflicting sectors, since the ancient till the current time, result in great violation of the human international law in general and the principle of distinguishing the civilians from the fighters in particular, which was representing a conventional that organized those wars. Gradually these rules occupy a great deal of the attention of societies. Later they are organized within obligatory rules according to international treaties and conventions that became known as the human international law. Of the most important rules is distinguishing the civilians from the fighters that becomes an obligatory rule during the armed conflicts to be imposed on the conflicting parties to distinguish between the civilians from the fighters, that is to say distinguish those who participate in the armed conflicts from those who do not participate to direct the military operation against them, and to aim at the military targets in a way that maintain the civilians protection. The two parties are distinguished according to the discriminating and qualitative standards as the first considers the personal attribute, that who carries a weapon is a fighter and that who does not carry a weapon, while the second standard considers the participation in the military operation including the injuries and patients who are not participating due to their healthy condition so they became civilians. So these two standards are the base of distinguishing the civilians and the fighters, so as to provide the protection for the civilians. On the other hand the fighters who are captured by the enemy should be treated as prisoners of war.

The emerging cyber world is devouring the real world around us every day and with its technological acceleration, it has affected our personal and social life. The cyber governance of America, China and the super companies of the world with the view of the globalization of ungodly lifestyles is the existing principle of our current cyberspace which, along with the speed of transformation of science and technology, has created many changes in the economic model of the people of the world. Based on this, we are in the transition from a world to a modern world where the cyber spirit has been breathed into all its dimensions. While keeping up with the technological changes in the world, we should strive to be a leader in the digital field as a country with Islamic Iranian culture, and this will be achieved when we implement cyber governance with Islamic values.
In this research, using a qualitative and comparative method, by examining the foundations of Quranic verses and narrations, the steps of Islamic cyber civilization, which include cyber revolution, cyber system building, cyber state building, society building, and Islamic cyber governance, by studying successful countries in the field of governance. Cyber has researched in America, China, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Russia. Based on the findings of this research, the implementation of "Cyber City" in the high-tech cities of the country is an effective step to achieve "Islamic cyber governance".

Abstract:-
One of the challenging questions about Ta'zir is whether such punishments are limited to corporal punishments and specifically, whipping, or whether they include other types of punishments, such as verbal punishment, imprisonment, exile, and fines. Is it possible to limit the financial rights of citizens, etc.? Some scholars of jurisprudence are strict on the theory of the monopoly of Ta'zir in whipping, but some others do not accept such pressure and believe in the generalization of the scope of punishments. This research seeks to re-read the basics of these two concepts from the perspective of two important principles of criminal justice, i.e. the principle of proportionality of crime and punishment and criminal segregation. The results of the research show that the consideration of justice as one of the important purposes of the Shari'ah in the interpretation of texts has strengthened the emergence of absolute traditions and prevents it from being restricted by hadiths that introduce whipping as the exclusive method of ta'zir.

Abstract:-
Joseph Campbell is one of the most important contemporary theorists in the field of myth. He proposes her mono-myth theory according to the common themes and themes of myths in different cultures. And deals with the fact that myths follow the single forms of archetypes and they are transformed according to different cultures and take on a new form. He believes that all those heroes are in the process of becoming heroes, they have gone through three basic steps, which are: Departure, arrival, return. The Qur'an also tells many stories in order to develop human thought and guidance which can be examined and analyzed in the same way as the heroes. Considering that the story of Prophet Moses (pbuh) has this capability to conform to the theory of the single myth of the hero, this study examines the structure of the story of Prophet Moses (pbuh) based on the Campbell model to determine at what stages this story conforms to this theory.

An example of human scientific progress is what we observe in the field of artificial intelligence and its various applications, to the point that today all sciences and fields have become dependent on it. Rather, the economic, political, social, experimental, industrial, media, space and construction sciences, and even the human and religious sciences, have been affected by the development of artificial intelligence, and in a not-too-distant time, these connections will be more intense and deeper. Perhaps it will be impossible to imagine the transfer and development of these sciences without artificial intelligence.
The first question that people ask when they encounter artificial intelligence is how can something that a person created himself and designed his programs with his own hand, achieve results that even the designer himself could not achieve, quickly and accurately? Another question is whether this artificial intelligence can possess all the abilities and capabilities of the human mind or not? If artificial intelligence is not yet a complete replacement for humans, will it be able to achieve this ability in the not too distant future? Also, if the AI was designed by an artificial superintelligence, what capabilities would it have?

In this article, it is stated that, knowing the pattern of the prophecy enabling the man rightfulness and the right attitudes. It is also prevented the man from criminal behavior. The human disciplinary has been shaped on behalf of the familiarity of God, the apocalypse, the counsels of reason and the intelligent dealing of the familiarity of enemies. In conclusion, the Preventive cognitive pattern shaped an optimum level of humanity as well as society. In addition, the pattern has hindered the non-Islamic strange school of thoughts.

Limited research has been conducted on the matter of fi wāqi‘ah (particularized ruling). Consequently, the aim of this study is to explore the indicators and attributes of fi wāqi‘ah rulings within Imami jurisprudence. The research employs a descriptive and analytical methodology, relying on a library-based data collection approach. The findings are as follows: In the realms of jurisprudential principles and logic, the fi wāqi‘ah ruling is denoted as an external proposition. However, within Imami jurisprudence, it is also referenced as a personal or particularized proposition. Jurists assert that narratives inherently encompass genuine rulings, signifying generality and permanence. Nevertheless, if a narrative contradicts others, lacks consensus among jurists, and is issued due to a specific ruling or precautionary dissimulation, it qualifies as a fi wāqi‘ah ruling. In such instances, jurists discard the narration, refraining from utilizing it as a foundation for any ruling or generalization. The fi wāqi‘ah ruling is tailored to the questioner's circumstances and reflects the intended ruling of the infallible Imam. Consequently, it serves as a foundation for juristic decisions in various areas. Despite this reliance, its characteristics, such as a specific subject of ruling, ambiguity, and discord with established rulings, have led to its classification as non-generalizable.

Abstract:-
Narration is the system upon which literary arts such as the novel and short story are based, and it is appropriate for reporting actual events. Each story has elements that distinguish it from other types. There are many divisions in the elements of the story, the most important of which are the topic, angle of view, plot, character, dialogue, time and place. In fact, narration is not specific to narrative literature. Rather, narration has been used in poetry for a long time. A narrative poem is a poem in which the poet narrates his poem in different ways. Ghazal in the Arabic language is one of the oldest poetic purposes that is motivated by social and cultural conditions full of feelings and emotions. This purpose has witnessed many fluctuations in different eras, including the mention of narrative and story in it. Ghazals were used in the introduction to poems and were sometimes written independently in one poem. Omar bin Abi Rabia (93-23) is the Umayyad Arab lyric poet who was one of the first poets whose poetry was in the service of ghazal and in which he sang independent poems and pieces, and the narrative context can be seen in his poetry. This study is an attempt to illuminate the narrative structure in the ghazals of Omar bin Abi Rabia and to reveal the narrative techniques used by the poet. The results indicate that when presenting the incident, Omar’s poetry does not rely only on narration, but rather, he provides other narrative elements in his poetry, such as appropriateness in the introduction, excitement in the knot, aggravation of the situations, humor in the solution, and a natural summary of the conclusion.

This study has aimed to explain and identify the differences resulting from human cultural knowledge from the perspective of the Qur'an and the knowledge obtained from anthropology، which is a very important subject and its goal is to achieve comprehensive knowledge، because the Qur'an is the source of truths and knowledge، especially what is related to the unseen، such as faith in God، angels، destiny، the hereafter، etc. In addition، the Quran is the source of the principles and foundations that organize human life and the values on which the lives of individuals and groups are based.
Considering the difference between the Quranic understanding of knowledge and the anthropological understanding of knowledge in such a way that they appear as two extreme states، this difference revolves around the sources، nature and purpose of knowledge. Their difference is revealed by the subject matter، method and goal of each of them، as well as the relation between this knowledge and cognitive integration، which is the characteristic of Quranic teachings and has an effect on the scientific، cultural and civilizational renaissance، which is contrary to anthropological knowledge and cultural anthropology and what anthropology thought conveys that it suffers from lack of knowledge and does not achieve the result of knowledge in accordance with the intellectual goals of the Holy Qur'an. For this reason، I will discuss the fundamental differences between the knowledge obtained from human cultural knowledge from the perspective of the Qur'an and the knowledge derived from anthropology، to reach the inevitable conclusion that the Qur'an is the first source of knowledge that represents the cultural and civilizational challenge of material thought in all its forms , which is considered a cultural and cognitive miracle , so that the Qur'an is the main source of science and knowledge، because it contains scientific comprehensiveness and gathers everything that humanity needs in every time and place.

In modern Arabic poetry, women attained a higher status than they were before, and they enjoyed a presence that varied in levels. Poets competed in drawing her image, and women became one of the axes they used to express their various experiences. Thus, they constitute an intellectual starting point through which they depict their personal concerns and the afflictions of their souls toward... The political and social conditions, and towards humanitarian issues in general. One of the most prominent Arab poets who used the symbol of women in Arabic poetry was the Egyptian poet Hilmi Salem, who used it to express his political and romantic concerns at the same time.
This article seeks, through the descriptive and analytical approach, to study the connotations of women in Helmy Salem’s poetry. It became clear after studying his poetry collection that the poet Helmy Salem is one of the most prominent Arab poets who linked the image of women to the homeland, making them two interconnected images. The woman in his poetry is a symbol of the homeland, and she was carried in general. Four connotations: homeland, martyrdom, struggle, and mistress. The poet, due to the heroic role of Palestinian and Arab women in the modern era, glorified her in support of the movement to glorify the revolution and its heroes, as we find in the poem (Yes, Weary, So She Sleeps), as he brings up the story of a woman named (Yes, Fares), embodying her in the image of a martyr during the siege imposed on Lebanon in the year 1982, and a poem (Sally Zahran) to glorify the Egyptian Mrs. Sally Zahran after she fought in the 2011 Egyptian revolution and embody her in the form of a fighting woman. In addition to that, liberated love is one of the most prominent connotations related to women that the poet reflected in his poetry, but the poet granted women more freedom.

Tafsir Tafhim al-Qur'an is one of the most reliable commentaries authored by Abul Aala Maududi. Tafseer Tafhim al-Qur'an lacks a comprehensive and complete introduction that expresses the foundations, rules and interpretation method of the commentator. Considering the position of interpretation of the Tafhim al- Qur'an and as one of the most famous and influential interpretations in the Indian subcontinent and recently in Islamic countries and the importance of discussing the rules of interpretation, the present research is responsible for explaining its rules of interpretation. With the follow-up that was done in the Tafhim al-Qur'an, it was found that the exegete follows the rules of interpretation such as: the rule of considering the correct reading, the rule of paying attention to the lexical meanings and concepts of words in the era of descent, the rule of paying attention to Arabic literature, the rule of paying attention to the evidence of the word, The rule of being based on science and science and the rule of paying attention to all kinds of meanings have been used.

This is why Comte was interested in sciences because they are the main factor to form the pillars of the positive philosophy. When studying any work, the true empirical philosopher must present an introduction to the science he presents. Comte's studying of sciences is considered to be of real significance whose aim is to organize the society from within. Thus the mental side of positivism is considered a new beginning to get rid of metaphysical theological thinking an a continuation of positivism.

One of the most important issues that humans have to face is the issue of death and life after death. Allameh Hassanzadeh Amoli, one of the contemporary scholars, believes that the states of people after death are due to the deeds they have done in this world, which results in the body being made or acquired. An acquired body is a good form that is obtained for a person due to his good deeds in the world, and an acquired body is the result of his bad and unworthy deeds. The findings of this research, which was carried out with a descriptive and analytical method, show that according to Allameh Hassanzadeh, a person is surrounded by the absolute good or bad deeds that he has done and become a queen for him. Also, in the world of purgatory, man benefits from life, knowledge, perception and free will in a more complete and stronger way; From his point of view, based on the verses and traditions, the evolution of Barzakhi is certain and divine sages have tried to prove it through rational reasoning.

Abstract:-
This study attempts to determine how well a microteaching-based training program can help female student teachers improve their grammar instruction. In order to accomplish this, the study aims to respond to the following queries:
1. What grammar instruction techniques are suitable for female student teachers?
2. What are the pillars upon which the suggested curriculum is built to help female student instructors enhance their abilities in teaching grammar?
3. What is the suggested microteaching-based training program designed to help female student teachers improve their grammar teaching abilities?
4. How well does the suggested microteaching program help female student teachers improve their grammar teaching abilities?
The study's sample comprised thirty-two female students enrolled in the College of Education for Girls' Arabic Language Department's fourth stage. The study instruments were created by the researcher and consisted of an observation card (pre-post) for grammar instruction and a list of some grammar instruction abilities suitable for fourth stage students.
The study's findings demonstrated the following: The observation card scores were analyzed for the experimental group both before and after the application of the program. The (t.test) test was used to determine the significance of the differences between the averages to compare the pre- and post-measurements of the same group, and the “2" Eta square was used to determine the program's efficacy.
