The research aims to identify the institutional performance and its relationship to administrative skills, and to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of field research and distributed it to the research sample, where the study community consists of principals and managers of middle schools, and after selecting the sample, 60 questionnaires were distributed, and after statistically processing it showed results The research indicates that the middle schools adopted the concept of institutional performance with all its components, but middle school principals enjoy a high level of institutional performance and a high level of management skills, and that there is a relationship that has demonstrated the effectiveness of institutional performance and management skills. The researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education should consider school principals as having an active and vital role in achieving the goals of society. And that the good and kind treatment based on respect and appreciation between school principals and members of the educational body should prevail in all schools clearly and explicitly.

The research aim to identify (The effect of Teaching according to the augmented reality technology on the achievement to scientific fifth-grade students for biology), and in order to verify the goal of the research, the researcher depended on the experimental approach with partial setting of the two equal groups with the dimensional test of the achievement test , and representing the research community all the scientific Students of the fifth grade for daytime government schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Education Of Baghdad / Karkh II, and alshakerin preparatory for boys was chosen intentionally, which contains two divisions the researcher chose (b) division to represent the experimental group and (a) division to represent the control group randomly through the lottery, and reached The number of students of the two groups (53) students by (26) students for the experimental group, that studied according to the augmented reality technology, and the other represented the control group consisting of (27) students, that studied according to the usual way, and parity was carried out between individuals of two research groups In variables )time age, Intelligence test, previous information test, previous collection scores), The researcher applied experiment in the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, and after completing the experiment, then the researcher conducted the achievement test for both two groups, and the results showed to presence statistically a significance difference For the experimental group in the achievement test.

The current research aims at (uncovering the literal formations of contemporary Iraqi ceramics and showing them in the conclusions of students of the Technical Education Department). The research specifies the ceramic products of the third grade in the Technical Education Department. The research followed the analytical description method and the research community was composed of 12 works. The search sample was 3 works chosen in a purposeful manner. The current research aims at building a guide for Arabic language For the fifth grade of primary school in the light of cognitive aims. This research is determined by the subjects of the books( Arabic grammar language and Arabic reading) at the fifth grade during the academic year 2019/2018.The researcher adopted descriptive research because it is the only one that achieves the goal. The researcher built the only research tool which is the evidence according to a jury and experts who agreed on the face validity and arbitrators to make the guide ready for implementation.

The current research aims to know (the effectiveness of the rule-based summary strategy in developing the spelling performance of fifth-grade primary students), and the research community was identified from the primary schools of the Baghdad Education Directorate / the third Rusafa for the academic year (2018-2019). The researcher followed the appropriate experimental approach in his research, and the research sample was intentionally chosen from (Al-Waeli Primary Boys School); As the number of individuals in the sample reached (75) pupils by (38) for the experimental group, and (37) for the control group, and then defining the study subject that included topics from the Arabic reading subject to be taught to fifth-grade primary students, the researcher prepared teaching plans for the subjects of the experiment, and goals Behavioral, and dimensional testing, and the results of the tests were statistically treated using a number of statistical means where the results of the research showed the superiority of the experimental group students who studied according to the summary strategy based on the rules over the control group that was studied according to the traditional method of spelling performance, and in light of this the researcher put a set of Recommendations I also suggest conducting subsequent studies to complement the research.

This research deals with a five-year time series, in which researchers track the quantitative growth in the private educational sector in the six directorates of education in Baghdad, taking from the academic year (2013-2014) a base year, to the academic year (2017-2018), including each academic year Three tables:
Table (a) includes the kindergarten stage, in terms of preparation, and the total number of children benefiting from this kindergarten, up to the total numbers of the educational body in this kindergarten in each of the six directorates of education in Baghdad, taking into account giving the percentage of sexual representation to know the extent of what it provides This sector of female empowerment.
Table (b) reviews the numbers of private primary schools distributed among the general directorate of education, in terms of their numbers and distribution to male and female schools and mixed schools, as well as the numbers of students in these schools according to each directorate, with a percentage given to the sexual representation of girls or students, and the total number of members of the body of Educational level, and the female representation within the educational body.
Table (c) includes the numbers of secondary schools in each directorate, the arrangement of these districts according to the numbers of schools in them, and the total number of faculty members in private schools in each directorate, with the sexual representation of female teachers in them.

The current research aims to analyze the content of the geography book for the fifth literary grade in the light of the dimensions of sustainable development, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach as a methodology for his research, and to achieve the research goal, the researcher prepared a questionnaire for the main sub-fields of sustainable development (environmental, economic, social) and the questionnaire consisted of (43) sub-indicators , I was presented to a group of arbitrators to indicate their opinions and observations about the tool, and honesty and consistency were extracted for it, and appropriate statistical methods were used, and after applying the tool the following results were reached: The content of the geography book includes the three main sustainable educational dimensions, Geography book cared about the environmental dimension, but there is weakness in caring for the economic and social dimensions, knowing that the three dimensions represent an integral link, and we cannot neglect any of them ,The researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposals

Based on the foregoing, the research problem was determined as follows: “The absence of an educational philosophy of higher education in Iraq.” Therefore, the researcher tried to present a proposal to build an educational philosophy of higher education in Iraq by looking at a number of relevant literature, and was able to reach basic concentrations. The current research aims to: Know the effectiveness of the Six Dimensional Strategy (PDEODE) in mathematical achievement and thinking among fifth elementary pupils in mathematics. The research sample consisted of (70) pupils, which were distributed into two control and experimental groups, and the two groups were equated with variables: (chronological age, previous information, choice of intelligence Parents' academic achievement and mathematical thinking). Prepared two tests, the first of which was made up of 40 items and the Mathematical Reasoning Test consisted of 30 items, and both tests were of a multiple-choice type and the results of the research were: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the mean scores of the achievement test in mathematics and the mathematical reasoning test between the experimental group students who studied with the (PDEODE) strategy and the control group students who studied using the usual method for the benefit of the experimental group.

The present research aims at identifying the effect of using Designing an educational website on achievement in mathematics and Attitudes of the Students in Preparatory Stage Towards the use of internet in Teaching and Learning , The sample consist of (60) students from fifth grade preparatory in preparatory Al- Warethen Boys which follow the general education directory of Baghdad / al – rusafa 3 for the academic year (2019-2020), To achieve the aim of the research was prepared researcher achievement test in mathematics from (30) subjective items (multiple– choice test), they have validity and reliability have been confirmed , by Corder - Richardson (20) has been used, It is (0.86), and prepared the Attitudes scale towards the use of internet in teaching and learning consist of (35) items , The appropriate statistical means were used, found using designing an educational website in teaching students chievement in mathematics and attitudes scale is better than the usual way , In the light of the Results , the researcher recommended was necessary to make use the internet as aids in educational curriculum and design and provision of educational sites on the Internet for various topics in mathematics for all grades.

The research aims to know the effectiveness of using :
1- Barman's model in the achievement of scientific concepts among first-intermediate grade students .
2- The Felder-Silverman model in the achievement of scientific concepts among first-grade intermediate students
The research was limited to female students of the first intermediate grade in the Elaf Intermediate School for Girls affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Rusafa 3 for the academic year 2017-2018 from the first course and on the four chapters of the Science Book / Part One, where the researcher followed the experimental design of three groups studied for the first group according to Barman's model The second experimental group according to the Felder - Silverman model. The group is controlled according to the usual method. The three groups were rewarded in several variables. As for the search tool, the researcher prepared a scientific concepts achievement test consisting of (40) objective paragraphs of the multiple-choice type. The researcher verified the validity and reliability of the test and the psychometric properties. The data were processed statistically and the results showed the superiority of the Felder - Silverman model over the Barman model. The two models also outperformed the method. In light of this, the researcher developed a set of recommendations and proposals

The research aims to identify Classroom Teaching Skills For Social Studies Teachers For Primary Stages.In order to achieve the goal of the research,the researcher adopted procedures of description method presented by choosing research sample which included (328) teacher of social studies of primary stage by ( 105 ) teachers and ( 223 ) female teachers .The researcher prepared a note form regarding Classroom Teaching Skills For Social Studies consisting of (42)clauses divided into(7)fields,the Researcher confirmed its veracity and applied it on the research sample in the period from (25.09.2019 – 02.02.2020) and reached the conclusion that social studies teachers posses classroom teaching skills in an approximately average percentage. The researcher used ( SPSS) statistical portfolio to process the data.
