Abstract:-
Raising and raising boys and girls have similarities, but Islam recognizes differences between raising girls and boys. This difference, of course, does not mean that one is superior to the other, but rather stems from the differences in the physical and spiritual makeup of both sexes, as well as the responsibilities and roles they assume as they mature and grow up. Typically, since boys and girls have different internal characteristics, they will also be socially situated in a particular social and behavioral context. This is evident in the type of play they play with and interact with peers, as well as the type of relationship they have with their same-sex parent. Therefore, parents must deal and act based on these behavioral, biological, and physical characteristics of their children, encouraging or punishing them accordingly.

Abstract:-
The metaphor is one of the elements of aesthetic formation in the text, and the metaphor has a splendor and beauty that is well-placed in the soul, as it brings the distant image closer to the mind, and brings the familiar to the unfamiliar in novelty and creativity, and the metaphor is one of the argumentative tools that take the place of evidence and proof in poetry, so the poet uses it in his composition to demonstrate a certain issue, or to bring something outside the mind closer to something familiar internal, and scholars have excelled in diving into its secrets and talking about its beauty. The poet Al-Tha'alabi used more than similes in his poetry, and similes appeared in different types in his poetry. In view of its importance, we studied similes in his collection of poems. The poet used more than sensible and rational similes, and they were of four types: the first: sensible similes with sensible ones, the second: rational similes with rational ones, the third: sensible similes with rational ones, the fourth: rational similes with sensible ones. Through them, the poet embodied his feelings towards the outside world and described his personal life and praised some people. In general, the similes were wonderful and varied in his collection of poems, which indicated his skill in formulating them and his creativity in writing them.

The multiplicity of social relations is one of the important foundations for the cohesion of individuals and societies with each other, and trying to understand social relations is based on reconsidering many of the intellectual issues and problems raised by the concept of social relations. Proposing the concept of social relations makes it a necessary concept for work in light of the challenges facing societies. Our practical need for social relations in society requires us to work on rooting the concept of social relations in thought and practice. Man is social by nature, inclined to form relationships and build bonds with his fellow human beings. He cannot live in isolation from others, because isolation, when voluntary, is a kind of self-suicide. When it is by force and coercion, it is a strict punishment taken against a certain type of criminal, or a slow killing when applied to an innocent person. The aim of this research is to understand social relations and the extent of the experiences of Western societies in light of the Holy Quran. Analyzing critical directives that explicitly emphasize commitment to dealing with others, emphasizing their role in building social relationships and the manner in which these relationships should be structured in Western society, and standing with a critical model, which is the position of Western society, by examining the approach it has adopted and how this has had a direct impact on its relationship with others, on the one hand, and on the Da'wah movement in general, on the other. The main question of this research is: How can the experiences of Western societies in social relations be critiqued based on the Holy Quran? Western civilization has proven its inability to bring happiness to humanity and its need for an alternative civilization that is compatible with human nature, meets its humanity, and is consistent with the laws of nature in social, familial, and professional relationships. The book “Revealing the Truths of Revelation and the Eyes of Sayings in the Faces of Interpretation” by Abu al-Qasim Mahmoud bin Omar bin Muhammad al-Zamakhshari al-Khwarizmi, known as Jarallah, is one of the oldest and most comprehensive Qur’anic interpretations that imbued the Mu’tazila approach in speech because its author, al-Zamakhshari, emerged in the fifth century AH from the great Mu’tazila men who were their imams. A significant impact on enriching Islamic thought. This article studies the style of fanqalah by Jar Allah Al-Zamakhshari in his rhetorical analyzes in his great interpretation Al-Kashshaf of the Truths of Revelation and the Eyes of Sayings in the Faces of Interpretation, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach The results of the research indicate that Al-Zamakhshari relied on the method of verses to approach many aspects and present and discuss different issues. Then the science of badi’ did not receive the attention that the other two sections of the science of rhetoric received, namely the science of rhetoric and the science of meanings. The reason for this from the point of view of the study goes back to his view of this branch as a tail of them. Therefore, he included his issues in the issues pertaining to these two sciences, such that the issue relates to explanation and meanings and overlaps with them.

Abstract:-
There are various interpretations of the concepts of interpretation and Allegorical exegesis. This article employs both descriptive and analytical methods to explore the relationship between interpretation and Allegorical exegesis in the verses of the Holy Quran. The findings of this research indicate that one of the well-known meanings of interpretation is "the clarification of ambiguous and inadequate expressions." Based on this, the application of interpretation arises in contexts where, due to the complexity and intricacy of the words, the meaning becomes vague and inadequate. In contrast, Allegorical exegesis is employed in situations aimed at dispelling doubts and ambiguities related to ambiguous statements and actions. In addition to clarifying ambiguity, Allegorical exegesis simultaneously dispels doubts, so wherever there is ambiguity in the wording, a lack of clarity in meaning arises. Consequently, in Allegorical exegesis, both the clarification of ambiguity and the dispelling of doubts coexist. Interpretation and Allegorical exegesis are not entirely alien to one another, as both pertain to the Quran and non-Quranic texts, as well as spoken and written discourse; according to certain definitions, interpretation also encompasses Allegorical exegesis.

Artistic shift is the change that occurs in the essence of the word without considering the objectivity of metaphor, metonymy, synecdoche, and simile, it studies the features of the contrast that exists between the simile and the likened, which leads to a violation of the norm and the appearance of surprise, which gives the text a great deal of splendor and attraction, the artistic shift comes in several forms, it performs its function in conveying the intended meaning in several ways, most notably metaphor, simile, and metonymy. The poet Lamia Abbas Amara was a modern Iraqi poet, and a pioneer of modern Arabic poetry. She is considered one of the pillars of contemporary poetry in Iraq. The poet emphasized employing the The art of shifting in her poetry, so this study aims by adopting the descriptive analytical approach, to reveal the beauty of artistic shift, and how shifting is present in it, this is done through analyzing the original structures and semantics of shifted structures.
The research concluded that the rhetorical shift appeared in its various types in her poetry due to its rhetorical impact and its psychological impact on the recipient’s awareness. The manifestations of the rhetorical shift in her poetry were numerous and manifested in three forms: simile, metaphor, and metonymy, each of which has sub-types. The image was eloquent, and it left the most profound impact on the psychology of the addressee and aroused his feelings and made him share the poet’s feelings and thoughts about modern issues and the concerns of the Arab citizen in the modern era.

Abstract:-
The book (Al-Luma) by Ibn Jinni is one of the most prominent texts in the science of Arabic grammar and linguistics. Ibn Jinni (d. 392 AH) is one of the greatest Arab linguists and grammarians. (Al-Luma) focuses on studying the grammatical, morphological and semantic rules of the Arabic language, and includes detailed grammatical analyses and multiple examples from Arabic literature. This research deals with the objections recorded against some of the commentators of Al-Luma, as the first section included the objections against Al-Sharif Al-Zaidi Al-Kufi (d. 539 AH) in his commentary (Al-Bayan fi Sharh Al-Luma) and an introduction to the author and the book. The second section dealt with the objections of Jami' al-Ulum al-Isfahani (d. 543 AH) in his commentary (Sharh al-Luma' fi al-Nahw). The third section included the objections of Ibn al-Dahhan (d. 569 AH) in his commentary (al-Ghurrah fi Sharh al-Luma'). The fourth section only dealt with the objections of Ibn al-Khabbaz (d. 639 AH) in his commentary (Tawjih al-Luma'), then the conclusion, sources and references. As for the objections, they are simple and do not detract from the importance of this science and its great books. These examples indicate its scientific value, which qualifies it to be a useful reference for students of knowledge, and a fertile field for scientific studies and research.

The poet Lara Malak is considered one of the Lebanese poets in the modern era. She has many poems in which she struggles to improve the status of women and their rights. Given the importance of this poetry and the eloquence of its content, we sought to shed light on her poetry to study it from the content aspect and to show its trends and aesthetics through the descriptive analytical method. The research focused on the contents of her poetry and it became clear to us that her poetry as a whole revolved around erotic contents, as she describes love and passion, her suffering in the path of reuniting with the beloved, the difficulty of parting from him, his aesthetic features and her adventures. In general, her poetry is erotic in its entirety, and this is what we discussed in the first section within many sub-topics. The poetess’s contents varied, although they all revolved around eroticism, in an effort to spread her liberal thought regarding love and passion. Music is one of the manifestations of every culture and civilization. Today we see that music in the Arab world has reached the level of emergence and development and has created a sublime status for itself. On the other hand, one of the characteristics of culture and civilization is the exchange of cultures and civilizations with each other. We know that music was not well known in the pre-Islamic era, and after the conquest of other countries by Muslims, it gradually entered Islamic civilization. Many believe that music in the Islamic world is most influenced by Iranian music. This can be proven in different ways. In this article, we intend to achieve this by focusing more on the names of musical instruments and answering the main question, which is how to prove the superiority of Iranian music over Arabic music using the names of Iranian musical instruments. The researcher hypothesizes that since most of the musical instrument names in the Islamic world have Persian roots and some have not even changed, the aforementioned influence can be accepted. To enter the main discussion, we must mention introductory topics such as the definition of music and singing, the history of Arabic music before Islam, and other topics. We conducted this research using historical data we extracted from authentic historical sources. Additionally, we used analyses from Arab and non-Arab history and music experts, so our approach in this research will be descriptive and analytical. It is worth noting that the names that were extracted were based on Arabic dictionaries, and some may not be used in daily conversations today, which is not in contrast with the validity of the search results.

The subject of the meaning of origin is one of the important topics in the Arabic language, and its clarification of the words of the Holy Qur’an has a great impact on the interpretation and understanding of the divine intent of the noble verses, and understanding this meaning facilitates the work of interpreters and researchers in the sciences of the Qur’an, as well as clarifying the rulings and deducing them from the noble texts. The semantic origin of Arabic language materials is not an easy task, not to mention its truth in the Holy Qur’an, given the sanctity of the word of God Almighty, which requires experience in the language, training, and effort in research, investigation, and separating the multiple meanings attributed to a word from its original meaning. This is what distinguished the scholar Al-Mustafawi’s approach in His book, An Investigation into the Words of the Holy Qur’an, which he devoted to clarifying and investigating the original and true meaning of the words of the Holy Qur’an, explaining the effect of that on the interpretation of these words, including an explanation of the divine intent in His Holy Book. Also, presenting the opinions of linguists and commentators and comparing them with his opinion provides further clarification and explanation of this intention. Therefore, in our research, we are trying to explain and reveal this effect that knowledge of the meaning origin of Quranic vocabulary has on interpreting and understanding the divine intent in the Holy Qur’an.

Abstract:-
The research deals with three doctrinal principles that are the cornerstone of every religious person who follows one of the heavenly laws, which is built his religious personality -scientific and practical- they are: (monotheism, prophethood, and resurrection). The research attempted to extrapolate the Qur’anic verses that described these three beliefs among the Jews over the course of their history and dealings with their prophets, then compare this description with the biblical texts that established what Jews believed in. I have deliberately -as much as possible- cited the texts of the first five books of Torah, or what is called the Books of Moses, because they believe that they are attributed to Moses (p.b.u.h.), and they are most authentic books for them, not only for them but also for Christians.
The research was divided into three sections, preceded by an introduction. The first section dealt with belief in divine monotheism, the second dealt with belief in prophethood, and the third was devoted to belief in resurrection. It was followed by a conclusion with the most important results that emerged from the research.

The research problem focuses on studying and analyzing religious media discourse on Facebook pages, with the aim of understanding the topics related to human rights that are being addressed and identifying the informational sources that this discourse relies on to formulate its vision and present these issues. These sources play a crucial role in determining the level of credibility of the discourse and its ability to address human rights in a manner that reflects Islamic values while simultaneously confronting the intellectual challenges posed by other media, especially Western ones.
The researcher employed content analysis methodology and relied on analytical categories. Among the significant findings is that the pages "Khan Jagan" and "Yalla" ranked first in the category of "Talent Discovery and Support," with a percentage of 45% and a frequency of 5 for each. Additionally, the category of "Expressing Gratitude and Love" in the pages "Al-Khuwah Al-Nazifah" and "Yalla" achieved first place with a percentage of 36% and a frequency of 4 for each. According to Table 6 in the results chapter, the page "Al-Khuwah Al-Nazifah" came in first place within the category of "The Same Page" with a frequency of 9 and a percentage of 81%. Meanwhile, the page "Khan Jagan" secured the second position in the same category with a frequency of 8 and a percentage of 72%. According to Table 8, the results showed that the positive trend was the most frequent in the pages "Khan Jagan" and "Al-Khuwah Al-Nazifah," with a percentage of 63% for each. The page "Yalla" distinguished itself with a frequency of 9 and a percentage of 81% in the same category.

However, it is an essential term in most value systems since ancient times, even if it does not appear with its current name and formula, as justice has always been at the top of the pyramid of virtues and positive values. Justice and its nature are affected by the nature of its reference that determines its principles and standards; and this reference is the guarantor of the legitimacy of its application and reception in social life. Justice is not a stereotypical concept, as it has several types and forms. It can be complete equality or inequality, it can be absolute or relative, it can be a concept, a virtue, or it can be an institution, all of which is determined according to the interpretive perspective and the reference of perception and representation. The history of justice provides an important lesson on the diversity and importance of the concept of justice in history, philosophy, political, social and daily life. Justice, like everything and all concepts in history, has been affected by historical developments and various discoveries and cognitive, cultural, social and political shifts in the history of humanity. Philosophy was the most interested in the question of justice. In fact, justice was the focus of the most important foundational texts written in philosophy, starting with Plato's Republic. The study aims to analyze literary texts that have portrayed the events of Karbala and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBUH), and how these texts have contributed to solidifying concepts of sacrifice, patience, and resistance in the collective Islamic consciousness. It also explores the differences in how this event has been addressed across various sects, with an emphasis on literature as a medium for conveying social and political messages. The research demonstrates that Ashura literature, whether in poetry or prose, was not merely an expression of grief and sorrow but evolved to become a tool for unifying the Islamic nation and reinforcing values of justice and freedom. Poets and writers have used this historical event as a symbol of standing against oppression and tyranny, making Ashura an enduring source of inspiration for writers across different eras. Furthermore, Ashura literature has imbued the events of Karbala with a spiritual and intellectual dimension, transforming it into an integral part of Islamic cultural identity. The descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted in this research to study the impact of literature and poetry on portraying the tragedy of Ashura. The study involves describing and analyzing literary texts to understand how the events of Karbala and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBUH) have been depicted in Arabic literature. The analysis relies on examining the texts to uncover the social and political messages conveyed through Ashura literature among Shia and Sunni communities. Through the study of literary texts and their development, the research highlights the role of literature in preserving and transmitting the Ashura heritage to future generations. Literature was not only a means of commemorating Ashura but also played a crucial role in shaping cultural identities and concepts in Islamic societies. The research concludes by providing insights into the continued influence of Ashura literature in the modern era as a tool for expressing human values and confronting injustice.

This study aims to design media strategies to enhance food security in Iraq using the SWOT analysis methodology and the quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM. The study population included 9 experts in the fields of food security, agriculture, and media, where data was collected and analyzed to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting the media environment. The study relied on the strategic analysis methodology to develop strategies applicable in the Iraqi context. The study also emphasized the use of artificial intelligence in "developing targeted media campaigns" and "continuous communication to direct media messages", to ensure rapid interaction with cultural and social changes. Long-term strategies include “organizing media campaigns in cooperation with international alliances” and “launching international awareness campaigns,” which enhance the ability of Iraqi media to compete in the international arena. These strategies are a practical framework for improving the effectiveness of media in promoting food security, with the possibility of implementing them gradually according to priorities and available resources, which helps achieve a sustainable impact in society.

The study's first chapter addresses the methodological framework, the second discusses the role, importance, and functions of specialized media, the third discusses children and their age characteristics, the fourth discusses satellite channels, and the fifth discusses satellite channels dedicated to children. The researcher used a descriptive and analytical approach to reach the desired results, the most important of which was that specialized media for children requires planning and multiple strategies for the form and content of media materials and programs for children to enhance the effectiveness of the media message in shaping children.
