Kinetic and physical, taking into account the individual differences between them, and given the importance of the chemical components, which play an important role in muscle contraction, which is an important indicator of the training process, and through the experience of researchers in the practical and theoretical field as trainers for different activities, and by following a match for the goal ball for the blind depending on the upper limb in Playing practice Note that there is weakness or fatigue that affects the upper limb and that it needs counseling and motivation in order to win the game. Therefore, the researchers prepared the stretching exercises (PNF) in developing the speed characteristic of the blind goal ball players. Hence the importance of research in planning and preparing exercises through which we can provide the disabled with a cognitive movement that helps him to develop the basic movements that are the main engine for the disabled to interact with the ball in order to win the game.
