The world has been witnessed quantum leaps in the light of the speed of environmental changes, especially in the working and tools management through the adoption and activation of organizational learning capabilities as a process of continuous improvement and change in response to environmental stimuli. In the era the of know of ledge and environmental turmoil moved intense competition the concept of organizational creativity from the narrow view of the financial performance and short-term market share and efficiency to the overall outlook, which is based on the possession of strategic capacity to achieve sustainable competitive advantage transformation. Based on the foregoing and given the strategic role supposed to be played by the Iraqi Drilling Company one of the formations of the Ministry of Oil in Iraq, this as field test research with questions about the level of organizational learning capabilities and enhancement innovation process in this company and effects between them. The research aims to determine the organizational learning level and the process of innovation in the company and clarification and interpretation of the nature of the influence of their overall and at the level Dimensions. Data was collected by questionnaire designed for this purpose and has included answers of (110) managers and the use of statistical methods, such as the arithmetic mean and models of multiple regression and path analysis and the results have demonstrated that the company has an acceptable level of organizational learning capabilities with a significant effect in the Innovation process.

Empowerment has recently occupied a considerable position and has gained more attention from the researchers in the previous studies, especially in the management discipline There were several dimensions for the empowerment have revealed .On the other hand, integration in audit field has got attention recently. Therefore, the current research to shed light on both empowerment and professional integration (Concept, Importance and dimensions) by addressing a range of viewpoints for some of authors and analyze it to be in line with the accounting and auditing perspective. There forg, a question has been used to Analyze the data in the research. This research includes four sectors; extractive, industrial, health, education. In addition, it relies on a number of auditors. The research reached to the following: there is interest by the management of the sectors and to a reasonable extent the importance of enabling both the accountant and the auditor regarding of laws, legislation and specialization where. The relative importance of laws and legislation reached 84% and specialization 82% .

Organizational interest in motivating employees to engage in green information technology practices has increased markedly in recent years. Therefore, this paper aims to exam the influence perceived organizational support embodied in supporting the heads of departments, rewards system and environmental training on green information technology practice.SA research model has been developed to link three components, then study their effect on perceived organization support and employee’s engagement in green information technology practices. The model was validated using date collected from a field survey of 127employees at Thi-Qar university.A questionnaire was developed to collect data. It contains six major variables, exemplify by twenty items. Also, five dimensions’ scalar is used for the purpose of measuring, subjected to reliability and validity tests. Partial least squares (PLS) is used to test the research hypotheses and validate the model. The results of the study showed that there are significant relations among independent, moderate and dependent variables. Key research and managerial implications are discussed.

The research aims to investigate the impact of different organizational fit types, namely employee–organization fit, employee–supervisor fit, employee–job fit and employee–group fit on Service-Oriented Citizenship Behaviors and organizational identity as a mediator. The research problem is formulated in the following question: is there any impact of organizational fit types on Service-Oriented Citizenship Behaviors and what is the role of Organizational Identity in this impact? In order to answer the research question, the theoretical framework is formulated to reflect the research hypotheses. Data have been collected by using a questionnaire which is distributed to a sample consisted of (262) employees from governmental service firms in Basrah. Data were analysed by using SPSS V23 and Amos V23. The main conclusion of this research was organizational fit types play a critical role in enabling Service-Oriented Citizenship Behaviors along with moderating role of organizational identity. Finally, directions for future studies are provided.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the programme of high diploma in strategic planning and to determine it effectiveness at College of Administration and Economics / University of Basrah. This research adopts a descriptive approach to the (CIPP) model as a comprehensive evaluation model; including: context (content), inputs, processes, and outputs. The researchers developed a model in accordance with the variables of the Iraqi environment, by adding a follow-up ( Monitoring ( component, which is one of the most important elements in the evaluation. The information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research was conducted in the community graduates of the high diploma in strategic planning for 2015-2016 from the University of Basra,(8) persons, were conducted in each of the institutions in which the research community operates. The research used a checklist tool in three scales, (Yes, To some extent and No). Ratings of each aspect of the evaluation model is assessed by five categories, namely: Excellent, Very Good, Good, intermediate, Fairly. when the high diploma programme in strategic planning of long-term programs, the results of performance in this research were compared with a desired performance of 75%. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the high diploma programme in strategic planning was in the category of "good". The results also showed that it is still necessary to continue the programme and support it through the deployment of practical tools in the institutions of the state, as well as bridging the performance gap in the follow-up (Monitoring), which was revealed through the analysis of the results.

The objective of the research is to focus on the importance of taking risks associated with the investment process. The process of selecting investors to one of the available alternatives requires estimating both the expected returns and the risk surrounding each investment alternative. The research problem was that the opportunities for investment are surrounded by high risk. Economic and political trends are foreseen, and investment in stocks of all kinds requires investors to be familiar with the characteristics and advantages of investing in the financial market. The research, through many financial and statistical methods, has reached to conclusions. The most important one is that the analysis of the research data, specifically the market index, shows that the market is achieving positive returns. This indicates that the general movement of the market is an upward movement, which indicates to the recovery of the financial performance of the market. The research also shows the divergence of estimates of expected returns on the one hand and risk on the other. The research came out with a number of recommendations, including directing investors in the banking sector and according to the nature of the investors. If the investor is conservative towards risk, he or she is directed towards the Islamic bank, and if the investor is risk oriented he or she is directed towards the United Bank of high return and high risk.

The Purpose :The research started from a realistic problem that was embodied in a variety of conceptual and intellectual questions aimed at defining the conceptual, intellectual and philosophical framework of the research variables (strategic competences and marketing success), which are important and modern topics that have not been discussed together in the Iraqi environment. at the men's clothing factory in Najaf province and the extent of its use to achieve competitive superiority.
Methodology / Design: The analytical descriptive approach was adopted as a research methodology. For the purpose of obtaining data and information, the researchers relied on interviews and questionnaire (management, finance, quality control, planning and follow-up, engineering and research, internal control, , Sales, technology and unified design) in order to answer them, which consists of (36) paragraphs distributed on (20) paragraph of the variable strategic competences and (16) paragraph of the variable marketing success, The sample size table for (Krejcie & Morgan ,1970: 608) was used to determine the sample size that should be (n =140) for a Population of (229). (193) questionnaires were distributed, (189) were retrieved and (11) were excluded. Is not valid for statistical analysis. There are (178) questionnaires used in the statistical analysis to represent their share of the society (78%). The programs of Microsoft Office Excel, SPSS and AMOS were used for data processing and validation of correlation and impact hypotheses.
Research Value: The research reached that the actual interest in strategic competences and marketing success reflects the desire of the laboratory to increase their strategic awareness towards achieving their future goals within specific horizons and recommended the adoption of strategic competences to enable the lab to achieve marketing success and stay the longest in the competition and achieve excellence and marketing excellence.

The current research seeks to uncover the relationship and influence between Over confidence through its main dimensions and the criteria adopted in this research, and the cultural development strategies that have been measured through three main dimensions. The problem of research is that ((Is excessive Over confidence (high) in their combined dimensions leads to the building of Cultural Development Strategies in the organizational work environment)), The study focuses on its most important objective: "Excessive or over confidence of the organization's employees contributes to the development of innovative and rehabilitative strategies, openness to the external environment and the transfer of its strengths to develop the internal environment through importance of the role of the senior leadership at the University of Kufa in the study sample and to follow up the cases of over production of workers and how to lead to the building of cultural development strategies, To this end, the main hypothesis of the study was "(There is correlation and an effect between the excessive trust and cultural development strategies"). In order to ensure the validity of the main hypothesis, multiple tests were conducted to ascertain its validity. A questionnaire is used as a means of obtaining data. in the research and descriptive statistic method is used an analytic as a method and it was used to reinforce these concepts and focuss on the senior leadership of the Top management and his assistants and the deans of the colleges and their assistants at the University of Kufa, who represent the first leadership line in the university leadership and applied the research to (58) university leaders. Of the statistical methods (relationships of influence and correlation) and extracted the results using the software (SPSSv.20). One of the main findings of the research is that the over confidence of the university leaders in their work environment means full knowledge of organizational work. This over of confidence helps the employee, to expand his knowledge and provid him with a comprehensive view of the tasks that is assigned to him. He has knowledge of everything that is going on around him in his work environment reflected on his personality and behavior, and knows his rights, and is keen to perform his duties, and thus he has high confidence and cultural development in all its forms and aspects and phenomena and activities, and the most important recommendations is the need for the Organization keenness to establish educational and Training programs and workshops that are fundamentals to the development of the organization. It represents an important that embraces cultural development in all of its forms Development is a culture in the work environment. The more culture, the greater the development.

The research aims to emphasize the importance of intellectual capital in enhancing the competitive advantage in the Joint Stock ( JSC ) and to recognize the concept of competitive advantage, as well as to clarify the correlation between intellectual capital and competitive advantage for JSCs , and to achieve the goals of the research. The researcher has organized a questionnaire and then distributed to employees of JSC operating in the province of Basra, and the number of distributed questionnaires was (85).
(79) questionnaires were returned. Statistical tests were used such as means, standard deviations, and testing the statistical ( t - test) to analyze the results and test hypotheses. The researcher concludes efforts by best set of conclusions and recommendations that can serve the Joint Stock companies, and the most important findings of the research is a statistically significant correlation between each of capital ( human and structural and relational ) and competitive advantage, and the most important recommendations of this research as the following:
- Joint Stock companies Should deal dealing with intellectual capital as the most important strategic resource , It gets the JSC , and must maintain it constantly because it is the active component in the success of the company, and to emphasize the importance of its role in the JSCs success and achieve competitive advantage, especially in light of the huge technological and information developments enormous.

The current research aims to shed light on the concept of crisis management, clarifying the factors of success of crisis management and determining the availability of the factors that characterize the successful management of crises in the public sector hospitals in Dhi Qar governorate from the point of view of doctors.
In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was used that includes a set of parameters to deal with the crises of variables (planning, communication, information, skill and leadership, team) that were used to measure the commitment of public hospitals in Dhi Qar province to the management of crises according to the opinions of doctors working in these hospitals.
The research community consisted of workers in public hospitals in Dhi Qar province, The sample of the research was randomly selected by physicians working in these hospitals, The statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data obtained, conclusions and recommendation were provided to contribute in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of dealing with crises in public hospitals in Dhi Qar province.
