Feedback is the most important element of evaluation in teaching process as it provides students with a statement of their learning and advice about improving the system. The existing system for teaching evaluation being used at most of the universities and institutions, relies on an inflexible paper system that uses outdated and labor intensive technology. This paper suggests a system to reduce the workloads and time consuming of staff members who must process forms and transcribe written comments before releasing the evaluations for faculty review and generating statistical reports for their progress, also, improve the quality of students’ feedback that play the important role to enhance the instructors’ performance. This study aims at studying performance evaluation system and its impact on the performance level of academic staff at School of Administration and Economics (SAE).

The study focus on the basic idea that the availability of the causes of functional alienation in Kirkuk Education Directorate ,its confirmed on the basic philosophical concepts ,its goals monitoring for the causes of functional alienation and identify symptoms and stages and a description of its effects, as the study built on a scientific holistic integrated framework and intellectual knowledge and a clear framework in addition to the field frameworks and an exact statistical practical methods. The study is importance because it was tackled the sector of educational services which is one of the most important sectors that affect the culture and values of society that should be promoting and see how educational reality that individuals suffered from as a result of their functional alienation. The questionnaire form is a basic tool in the collection of the information, as study sample consisted of (39) individuals whom working in Kirkuk Education Directorate were analyzed and diagnosed the study sample and test its hypotheses by using the statistical analysis(SPSS-17) The study also confined to a set of conclusions, including:
1.The individuals whose working are feeling of functional alienation within the surveyed Organization, through the influence of the causes on individuals, which leads to a high alienation among workers.
2.There is a big weakness in the system of incentives in terms of the application and the distribution so as to be one of the main causes of functional alienation within the Organization.
3..The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among the variables of functional alienation.

E- Management is one important topics which received considerable attention from various organizations in developed and developing countries, as it has been addressed in the context of the possibility of the development of information systems for transaction processing as an essential step for apply the E-management . The problem of the paper centered on the need to take advantage of technological developments in support of the concept of E- Management as transaction processing systems based on computer . This paper depend on case study approach. Nineveh province center for training as a case study. The aim of this Paper is to design and implement a computerized system for transaction processing focuses on operation of daily transactions, store and process operational data will be the adoption of a software package (Microsoft SQL Server 2008) and take advantage of them in the design and implementation of the system and relying on the foundations for sound scientific in the design and implementation of systems information and employment commensurate with the needs of the organization. The paper found that there was a willingness in the surveyed for the apply of the proposed system in the organization. According to obtained results of interviews conducted by the researcher and observation there are necessary hardware, software and procedures for apply the proposed system and the most important proposals the case study organization to be able effectively and efficiency to practice its activities must have successfully growing interest of computerized information systems and give it a key role in the completion of daily transactions.

This research aims to frame the contents of electronic coopetition by its main dimensions (cooperation, competition, electronic technology), these contents mergers with each other in the frame of dealing with electronic coopetition in the perspective of process in its three stages, are: (Reasons, Mechanism, Results) to express the organization electronic cooperation with competitors, and access to comprehensive and focusing insight can contribute in extraction and concluding the main contents in the electronic coppetition process.
The research done in the telecommunication sector in Iraq, by using the interviews and scouting the opinions of a sample of managers in the technical and managerial units in the Zain Al-Iraq co. for telecommunication in Kirkuk Governorate, then the researchers adopted a questionnaire that included 60 questions about the contents of electronic coopetition process, to determines the main reasons to adopting electronic coopetition perspective, and the mechanisms that the company depending on to facilitate the electronic coopetition process with competitors. Finally, the results can be achieved by adopting electronic coopetition process. The factor analysis is adopted by suing SPSS-10 For Windows program, to interpreting the extraction factors that can be used in expression the reality of each content of adopting electronic coopetition process.
The research concluded some conclusions, the important one is: the availability of electronic coopetition process contents under the (Reasons, Mechanism, Results), therefore, the researchers suggesting some suggestions related to the putting the comprehensive strategic plans to disseminate the electronic coopetition process perspective, and reinforcing the interesting from the companies and countries experiments.

The research aims to procedures of Health and Safety Occupational for a number of Industrial Organizations in the Duhok province ,to determine the concordance and the gap between the actual procedures and instructions Health and Safety Occupational No. (22) for the year (1987) and the prevailing, which are awarded on the basis of work permit organizations.
The theoretical side of the search was written by taking advantage of the literature of the subject, the practical side of the search has been through field visits and interviews with ,Managers and inspectors in the Directorate of Labor in the province of Duhok, Employers and workers, was the use of the checklist and distributed to employers by the surveyed organizations (50) List.
Through the statistical procedures to research, found a set of conclusions, including: The results of the overall evaluation of the instructions was in which the general application rate (1.2) It is mean applied to any extent, and the Search presented a set of proposals, including: Apply the health and safety occupational procedure In spite of the need to amend and re-drafting of the paragraphs to suit the requirements of the current era.

The present study aimed to identify the role of strategic foresight and organizational excellence, according to the perspective of the strategic flexibility through the relationship between these variables impact analysis. And was named the health sector in the province of Kirkuk field of study and testing hypotheses, was adopted as a tool head of the questionnaire form in the collection of data relating to the field side of the study and the total sample size (95). Was reached to a set of conclusions that is the most important strategic exploring the link and moral effect relationship in both organizational excellence, and strategic flexibility. As well as a correlation between the moral and the impact of strategic flexibility and organizational excellence relationship. The study concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals.

The study aims to determine the role of the learning organization characteristics in enhancing the quality of banking services in selected banks group, as it included research on a sample of (42) employees working in banks, research sample and flying of model Default take into account the nature and dimensions of the relationship between learning organization characteristics of variables and the quality of banking service, and guided by this model was built two assumptions major from which a group of sub-hypotheses, and testing has been relying on a A set of statistical methods in the program )spss) program methods and study reached important conclusions which prove hypotheses and propose a set of recommendations that focus on the role of the learning organization characteristics in promoting quality Banking service in the surveyed banks.

Find cares diagnosis of the technical requirements for the shift towards electronic management of employees in the words of company communications in the province of Kirkuk , in order to realize the extent of these workers to these requirements and their impact on the process of transformation of the traditional method of management style towards the goal of modern management and electronic.
Was used form questionnaire prepared for this purpose, and distributed to the (40) members of the staff in the offices of Kalimat Telecom in the province of Kirkuk, and for the purpose of testing the hypotheses used statistical methods represented by the media arithmetic weighted, and desired weight, to see and diagnose the nature of the relationship between the variables of the research.
Search resulted in a set of conclusions and recommendations which we hope to contribute to the provision of the bases, which is the starting point for a shift towards electronic management in business organizations of all kinds and competence.

The research try to illustrate the roles of empowerment dimensions in enhancing customer satisfaction through two key hypothesis, the first focus on testing correlation relationship, while the second emphasis on examining the impact of all empowerment dimensions as independent variable in customer satisfaction as dependent variable. And two branch hypotheses focuses on testing the correlation and the impact between two variables of research, in this field, the researcher rely on the descriptive analysis manner depend on scientism sources, such as books and theses, it was designed an questioner for collecting data which relating to the study variables and analysis them.The research conclude that both banks apply empowerment strategy and use this strategy in enhancing most dimensions of customer satisfaction. According to conclusions the research recommend that both banks should empower employees and give them wide authority to be able to perform their jobs in order to undertake empowerment strategy and apply it in some of customer satisfaction dimensions especially for those dimensions whose not work well.

This study aimes to identify the role of Servant leadership with its dimensions (Empowering and developing people - Humility – Authenticity - Interpersonal acceptance - Providing directions- Stewardship) in achieving job involvement of teaching staffs at the University of Sulaiman. The Theoretical concepts were written after reviewing the literature and the study models and hypothesis were built according to Servant leadership dimensions and Job involvement dimensions. The questionnaire was designed to collect data and measurement standards was developed using the random sampling method، the questionnaire forms was distributed to the study sample represented by the teachers in the different colleges of Sulaimani University. Several statistical techniques were used including statistical Cronbach's alpha and arbitrators to ensure the honesty and consistency، Pearson correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed the existence of a positive relationship between the variables and the effect of varying proportions. Based on the results، a number of recommendations were presented which are related to the necessity of managers and leaders following the servant leadership dimensions in order to achieving job involvement by the teaching staffs. Many suggestions were also offered to the other corporate and suggestions for the future study also inserted in this field.

The purpose of this research is to identify the "internal marketing and its impact on the achievement of organizational commitment" from the point of sample of view of the workers at the Faculty of Management and Economics at the University of Sulaimaniyah, and after identifying the research problem Which is ( Included That Many Organizations Don’t care about the Internal market which will show the negative Impact of organizational commitment ) and the major hypotheses of the research which Included by ( ther is an Impact of Internal Marketing dimentions in organizational commitment ) have been drafting a question naire to reflect the research variables, where the deployment of (70) form random sample of employees of a college in question, and the number of valid questionnaires for analysis bcome (63) form, the percentage rate of returned form is (%90), as depended on a scale Likert Quintet, were analyzed, using averages, standard deviations, and coefficient of variation the study concluded Results of the most important: "There is a significant moral effect to ward of internal marketing in check organizational commitment.In the end research has concluded a number of recommend dations including Activation of the strengths of the surveyed college and re-examine the weaknesses in terms of the application of internal marketing dimensions(selection recruitment, training, motivation, communication) and find new ways to make internal customer loyalty through the satisfaction of material and moral needs in order to increase their commitment to the college".

Research aimed diagnose the level of Perceived Organizational Support, and extent it match with dominant style of Organizational culture in the University of Mosul.
A questionnaire used for collecting data of applied framework, indeed analyzing (134) form, distribute on lecturer and employees who working in the colleges in Mosul University, hypothesizes of research focused in measure degree of match between Perceived Organizational Support meaning it dimensions with nature of dominant style of Organizational culture in the University of Mosul . For analyses data and tested hypothesis we used statistic tools such as Chi square for determinate degree of match between two variables .
Research adopted analytical descriptive method because it describe existing phenomenon and it's explication, we conclude that level of Perceived Organizational Support was moderate relativity, research recommend from necessary attention of employees who working in the University of Mosul.

The study seeks to diagnose the fundamental criteria that must be the focus of management model health centers in the evaluation of services and stand on the reality of the conduct of services provided to citizens by the centers. The study relied on a method of case study and to achieve its goals was the development of a checklist included (7) Head of Standards (Family Medicine, administrative indicators, medical units, Unit laboratory, radiology unit, unit pharmacy, hotel services) falls under each criterion standard measurement indicators. It included a study (5) model health centers in the province of Kirkuk.
Results of the study showed that the highest percentage assessment of the health services to the fourth quarter of 2015 the level of the share of the pilgrims center compared to other centers under study, while the lowest percentage evaluation of the share Wasti Center, the highest evaluation standards at the level of the centers as a whole is standard indicators Management has received the highest rate applied in most of the centers, while the standard radiology unit has received the lowest evaluation on the level of most of the centers under study, while the highest proportion of evaluation at the level of the four seasons of the year in 2015 was the share of pilgrims center, and the lowest percentage assessment share Wasti center. The study made a number of proposals was the most important, is to provide high quality health services should be provided with the human, financial and material requirements for health centers.

Learning organizations located under threats that leading a chain of dilemma it is measured need to depending mange criteria that interpretation of bench marking and supported a vital of its organizations that delete of organizational dusting, That’s motivate researchers to facing problem study it goes from questions content:
Did learning organization have criteria's that assured successful in business environment that’s putting in the level of world of learning organizations?
The questionnaire tool of collecting data of studying phenomena the sampling study that random and choosing from title (Profess and assist-profess) and the researchers using many statistical tools. The study reached many conclusion such as:
There are many criteria in learning organization that field study and then a relative state difference among it depending of answering of a sample study.

Research one of the topics dealt with contemporary management accounting, is the subject of lean accounting, and study the possibility of application of the flow of value stream costing in the industrial companies in Iraq. The researcher discussed the concept of lean thinking the corner stone of the lean Manufacturing, and learn about the lean accounting system, which fits the lean manufacturing environment, explaining the importance of the rules, principles, practices and tools. As the definition of the value streams and their types, elements, the requirements of the application, performance indicators, and the value stream mapping.
The research was adopted on the premise that " available in the manaual gas plant in the city of Kirkuk, an appropriate environment for the application of the lean accounting tools, it allows for the best use of resources, eliminating wastage and idle time, which will lead to the reduction of costs".

It is known that Islamic banks perform activities according to Islamic shariah principles and play an instrumental role in investment and economic development. This has a great impact on boosting the standard of living of the individuals and societies up to the prosperity and achieving balance and social solidarity through committing to the religious rules and employing various methods such as lucrative Murabaha, Musharakah, Mudaraba and the non-profitable loan.
This research aims at figuring the role of the Islamic banks and their abilities of investing and utilizing the financial resources through assessing the economic role of the Dijla and Furat banks by a group of financial indicators during the period of the research. Some criteria were used in measuring the role of the bank in deployment and investment on the basis of the investment techniques level and the investment fields level. The research has come up with some suggestions and conclusions.

Foreign direct investments are considered one of the means to open the developed countries markets with new goods that are produced by them with the developing countries. Also, the foreign direct investments is an important source to polarize the foreign currencies to the developing countries that suffer from debts and considerably depend on imports, in addition to the several advantages of this type of investment. Therefore, the flows of the foreign direct investments witnessed a great increase in the developing countries since the decade of eighties in the past century due to the incapability of resuming the foreign assistances and the bank loans alone to finance the economic development in those countries. From this point, Iraq focused its attention to attract this kind of investments as one of means used to bridge this gap between its financial and local resources through accommodating the suitable climate for this investment. So, this research aimed at measuring and analyzing the role of the foreign direct investment in economic growth in Iraq during the period 1980-2013. In this research the result of the practical aspect showed the significance of the variable of foreign direct investment X1, export X2, industrial product X5, Local investment X6, population growth rate X8, Capital accumulation ratio to GDP X9, General expenditure X10, with positive relation with the dependent variable (gross domestic product Y), while the significance of the variable import X3, deficit in general budget X4, average inflation X7, with a negative relation with the dependent variable, there were no significance for the variable mean number of the education years X11, though out the period of the research.

The purpose of this study is to investigate The impact of the foreign direct investment in current account by using Johansen’s methodology in Co integration analysis and Granger causality, to study the nature and direction of the dynamic relationship between the exchange market and the stock market in Iraqi economy for the period (1992 - 2012). The results of the assessment revealed the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the foreign direct investment and the current account during the study period. As Granger test pointed out that the causal relationship is heading from current account to foreign direct investment.

Addressed the subject of the message the direct and indirect effects of space irrigation on agricultural output growth in Iraq in general and Nineveh province in particular, as the agricultural output of the most obvious indicators and an expression of the agricultural economic activity and the agricultural Domestic Product (GDP) in Iraq of strategic crops grown on land rain-fed and irrigated not up to high levels in comparison with neighboring countries or countries with agricultural science that Iraq from rich agricultural resources of the land and water .... etc. But the agriculture policies led to the lowest levels, since Iraq is suffering from a lack of production and inability to meet the basic needs of food and agricultural goods, and that the methods of raising agricultural Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate is the interest in modern Baltqanat methods of quench and improved seeds, fertilizers, machinery and sophisticated machines, in addition to the attention of irrigation projects that will bring stability and non-volatility of vital strategic crop production (Wheat particularly grains in general) and by the fact that irrigation areas, according to research hypothesis is influential direct the growth of agricultural output rates (wheat crop a model) in Iraq and Nineveh province in particular, the research aims to find out the influencing variables directly on the agricultural output growth (wheat crop a model) In general Iraq and Nineveh in particular province for the period 2000-2014, the results of the benchmark analysis showed that the irrigation areas have a direct impact on agricultural output, with an increase of these spaces is increasing agricultural output of the land irrigated, either for other variables were of indirect effects such as prices and fertilizer so it was It has to be attention to projects of irrigation and modern irrigation methods in irrigated agriculture to increase the rates of growth of agricultural output of strategic crops, in particular, stability and reduce volatility in its production rates.

This study contains theoretical and practical analysis of customer waiting time forecasting for Asia Cell Communication company, using a statistical technique agrees with analysis of phenomenon, this study leads to markov chain matrix and its application ability to identify and forecasting for customer waiting time. Markov chain can be used to forecast of future state which depends on current state by using transition probability matrix from previous state to another period that helps to identify states of phenomenon, the advantage of markov chain technique is: it doesn’tdepend on happen of phenomenon factors to apply analyzing and forecasting in future states. The aim of the study is evaluate and forecasting of customer waiting time in the Asia Cell company from estimate probability change in current time and then forecast for it by probability change in next time. The result of the study is that the company must be improve their incoming call system to reduce customer waiting time in the future.
