Abstract
The success of any performance of the various skills requires special abilities that guarantee overcoming the weight and masses of the body, so the physical capabilities and the development of the physical level of the basketball players through the use of exercises similar to the performance using tied ligaments, which is one of the modern training methods in this field and access to high skill performance.
Due to the importance of the physical abilities of basketball players, the researcher decided to address this issue, because of its utmost importance in developing the two explosive forces that are distinguished by speed and through the development of the physical level of the players. The most points scored, and this is what every player seeks to win.
The researcher believes in adopting scientific research to solve this problem because it is the best way for it, and the aim of the research is to develop special exercises using the tied ligaments and to identify the impact of these special exercises using this method in developing the two explosive forces that are distinguished by speed and accuracy of shooting from jumping with basketball for the sample members, and the researcher assumed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and posttests in the two explosive forces, which are distinguished by speed and accuracy of pointed to or directed to from jumping for the sample members, and there are statistically significant differences between the pre and posttests in the level of accuracy of pointed to or directed to from jumping for the sample members, and the researcher identified the research community which is the talents of the National Center for the Care of Sports Talented in basketball whose number was (10), and a sample of (8) players was selected.
Homogeneity and equivalence were carried out in some variables, including: (training longevity, weight, tests of the two explosive forces, which are distinguished by speed), and all field procedures were implemented, including pre- and post-tests and evaluations, through which the necessary data were obtained, and then appropriate statistics were conducted and tabulated in the form of tables, analyzed and discussed and drawn up appropriate conclusions and recommendations from the achieved results.

Abstract
إنَّ نجاح أي أداء للمهارات المختلفة يتطلب قدرات خاصة تضمن التغلب على وزن الجسم وكتلته، لذلك تعد القدرات البدنية وتطوير المستوى البدني للاعبي كرة السلة من خلال استخدام تمرينات مشابهة للأداء باستخدام الأربطة المقيدة والتي تعد من الوسائل التدريبية الحديثة في هذا المجال والوصول إلى أداء مهاري عالي، ونظراً لأهمية القدرات البدنية للاعبي كرة السلة، لذا ارتأت الباحثة تناول هذا الموضوع؛ لأهميته القصوى في تطوير القوتين الانفجارية والمميزة بالسرعة ومن خلال تطوير المستوى البدني للاعبين، وقد تجلت أهمية البحث في وضع تمرينات خاصة أمام المهتمين والمدربين باستخدام الأربطة المقيدة لحل مشكلة البحث هي باستعمال هذه (الأربطة المقيدة) وفق أسس علمية لتطوير القوتين الانفجارية والمميزة بالسرعة ودقة التصويب من القفز الأكثر إحرازاً للنقاط وهذا ما يسعى اليه كل لاعب لحسم الفوز، وإيماناً من الباحثة في اعتماد البحث العلمي لحل هذه المشكلة كونه الطريق الأمثل لها، وهدف البحث الى وضع تدريبات خاصة باستخدام الأربطة المقيدة والتعرف على أثر هذه التدريبات الخاصة بإستخدام هذه الوسيلة في تطوير القوتين الانفجارية والمميزة بالسرعة ودقة التصويب من القفز بكرة السلة لأفراد العينة، وأفترضت الباحثة أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في القوتين الانفجارية والمميزة بالسرعة ودقة التصويب من القفز لأفراد العينة ، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في مستوى دقة التصويب من القفز لأفراد العينة ، وحددت الباحثة مجتمع البحث وهو موهوبي المركز الوطني لرعاية الموهبة الرياضة بكرة السلة والبالغ عددهم (10) وقد اختيرت عينة قوامها (8) لاعبين، وقد تم إجراء التجانس والتكافؤ في بعض المتغيرات منها: (الطول، العمر التدريبي، الوزن، اختبارات القوتين الانفجارية والمميزة بالسرعة)، وتم تنفيذ جميع الإجراءات الميدانية من الاختبارات والتقييمات القبلية والبعدية والتي من خلالها تم الحصول على البيانات اللازمة ومن ثم إجراء الاحصائيات المناسبة وتبويبها على شكل جداول وتحليلها ومناقشتها ووضع الاستنتاجات المناسبة والتوصيات من النتائج المتحققة.
