This research mainly aims to determine the role of strategic capital and pioneering performance at the level of the sample from all branches of the Mobile Communications Company in Iraq, Asia cell, based on a main problem that was diagnosed by several questions that included the extent to which the influence relations between variables are perceived in the field, and to root the philosophical foundations, the research adopted In measuring strategic capital and entrepreneurial performance, there are several measures, and the descriptive analytical approach has been used mainly in presenting, analyzing and interpreting information, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting research data and information, as well as some personal interviews with the sample members who were represented by a group of managers in all branches The company is a sample of the research, as their number reached (169) individuals, distributed among heads of departments, administrative divisions and supervisors. For the purpose of statistical analysis and treatment, the research relied on confirmatory factor analysis as basic structural tests for the validity of the approved standards. The aim of the study is to know the role of the value system building the ethical behavior of human resources according to a group of employee opinions in educational institutions in the Holy Karbala governorate. The value system was measured based on the model (Stanley & Waldrop, 1952), which consisted of six dimensions Theoretical values, economic values, aesthetic values social values, political values, religious values) and moral behavior was measured according to the model: (Nishimura & Yamada, 2021) consisting of three dimensions (autonomy / independence, justice, charity / non-abuse). The tool that was used in collecting data and information from the members of the representatives of the sample was (the questionnaire), and (200) questionnaires were distributed to the universities (Wareth Al-Anbiya University, Al-Zahra University.

The purpose of this study is to show the level of influence of tacit knowledge on creative performance, through the dimensions of the independent variable of tacit knowledge (experience, skill, ability to think) and the dependent variable of performance based on innovation in its dimensions (creativity, fluency, originality, adaptation). The research started from a major problem (to what extent do medical and nursing staff possess tacit knowledge and what is the possibility of applying creative performance). It was applied in private hospitals in Karbala governorate, and the study population was represented by the number of female staff, which numbered (985) workers, and the study sample amounted to (278). The researcher relied on the descriptive analysis method in collecting and analyzing information, and the main tool for collecting information was the questionnaire, and for the purpose of the analysis a number of statistical methods were used in the two programs (SPSS. V. 23), (Amos. V. 23). The importance of the research was to address two important variables through the intellectual importance of the current study. He reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the private hospitals in Karbala governorate have a good level that qualifies them to deal with problems and diagnose the necessary treatments.

This research seeks to interpret, translate and develop the relations between work and cooperation in the development of work in the field of work in the College of Imam Al-Kadhim "peace be upon him" after the work of building the image in a good image began, this image was full in 2010, and based on talents from the community Al-Iraqi, and to achieve this, the researcher distributed (58) questionnaires to a number of employees, where the retrieved questionnaires were (55) questionnaires, while the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was (53) (my promotion questionnaire) (98%) of the retrieved questionnaires. The results showed that there is a knowledge gap in explaining the relationship between workers at work and withdrawal from work in the working organization. Our current study aimed to know the main role of rituals as an independent variable in its impact on organizational socialization, and to clarify the relationship and influence between the variables of the study in light of the previous contributions of each variable from a group of researchers and to test this relationship. The overall response rate was 90.8%.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a positive statistically significant correlation and effect between organizational values and organizational socialization. Following the conclusions, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the call of the administration in the Maysan governorate office to allow the dissemination of democratic culture and high flexibility in the administration and to listen to the employees’ opinions, aspirations and suggestions.

The current research aims to assess the role of strategic planning in achieving organizational agility at the University of Maysan, as well as the Determining the nature of the relationship between strategic planning and organizational agility represented by the dimensions (response, ability, flexibility, speed) and the model proposed by (Sharifi & Zhang 1999 :17) was used as a measure for the organizational agility variable, which obtained the highest citation rate of 1273, as the research problem embodied By raising a set of questions ,the purpose of which was to clearly diagnose the problem of the research and what is going on around it, and one of the most important of these questions, which represents the main problem of the research, is what is the role of strategic planning in achieving organizational agility at the university. To find out the level of strategic planning application and its role in achieving organizational agility for the university. The sample included (166) administrative staff at the university. It includes all faculty members who held leadership positions in the university’s organizational structure and adopted a number of statistical methods and tools such as percentage, normal distribution and primitive stability according to modeling. The University of Maysan was specifically chosen because the researcher is one of its employees and he found through his experience of the university\'s reality that it does not have organizational agility, which prompted him to conduct this research. The research found that the university administration has focused on strategic planning and its organization and the scope of benefiting from it in achieving organizational agility and getting rid of career slack and the ability to sense changes in the educational environment and respond to them in a more efficient and superior manner.

Research aim to explore mediating role of strategic alignment with its dimensions (culture and shared beliefs, organizational ability, communication) in strengthening relationship between adopting strategic behavior with its dimensions (Exploratory Behavior, Defensive Behavior, Analytical Behavior, Responsive Behavior) and high performance with its dimensions (continuous improvement and renewal, openness and active orientation, quality of management, quality of employees, long-term commitment) . The intellectual research problem was represented by main question (Does adoption of strategic behavior contribute to enhancing high performance through mediating role of strategic alignment). While problem of field study to face repercussions of Corona pandemic was manifested through administrative staff that adopt strategic behaviors to achieve high performance required of them to cross this crisis and sustain it through strategic alignment in its various dimensions. Importance of research was evident from importance of field of application, which needed to provide various solutions to advance and develop reality of educational and administrative performance. Research was applied in Directorate of Education of Najaf - Al-Manathira on a random sample of (60) respondents from its administrative staff, based on a questionnaire form prepared for this purpose. Used a set of statistical methods to analyze data, including correlation coefficient (Pearson) using SPSS V.25 and structural equation modeling using AMOS V.23. Researchers reached a set of conclusions, most important of which is existence of a direct correlation and a positive significant effect between research variables, in addition to presence of an indirect and significant effect of strategic alignment in relationship between adoption of strategic behavior and promotion of high performance.

This study aimed to test the effect of differentiation in the relationship between the leader and the follower, which is a one-dimensional variable on the outcomes of the strategic decision with its indicators (decision quality, decision understanding, commitment to the decision) through an intentional sample of Top management teams (Department managers) in the directorates of the Ministry agency for administrative and financial affairs in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, using a set of statistical analyzes, including mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient (Pearson) and simple regression through statistical programs (SPSS V. 25) and (Amos v.20). The data was collected from the field reality by relying on the main data collection tool (the questionnaire), as 226 questionnaires were distributed to 47 directorates and were examined through the analysis The confirmatory factor, and using the aggregation method, the data of the respondents were collected into groups, so that we have (47) team or working groups. Through the results of the statistical analysis of the responses of the research sample, it was found that the differentiation in the relationship between the leader and the follower (LMXD), which is based on personal and social relationships, negatively affects the outcomes of the strategic decision, and on the contrary, if the type of differentiation in the relationship between the leader and follower is based on performance, it may affect Positively on the outcomes of the strategic decision. and based on the conclusions that were reached, it was Presenting a set of recommendations, the importance of which is that leaders should enhance working relationships with members of top management teams who are characterized by high performance and avoid personal and social relationships at work. On the contrary, leaders should reduce relationships with members who are characterized by low performance and tend to form personal and social relationships, which negatively affects positively on the outcomes of strategic decisions.

The current research aims to demonstrate the impact of green human resources management practices in achieving the quality of educational service within the research community represented by private universities and colleges in the Holy Karbala Governorate. The research sample was represented members and councils of universities and colleges researched. Their number is (120) members. In order achieve this, the independent variable was measured, green human resource management practices, as the dependent the main research problem, in order to reach the results of using the descriptive analytical approach and data collection through the questionnaire. The research relied on a set statistical methods based on programs ready-made (SPSSV.23AMOSV.23 Excel10). resource management and, and this indicates that the educational organizations examined are of great interest because of green human resource management that raises the best qualifications and capabilities.

The research aims to reveal the impact of leadership styles through their dimensions in reducing cases of social loafing based on the answers of a sample of workers in the Administrative Technical College / Kufa. Which the organization may be exposed to during its life cycle represented in (indifference, disruptive behavior, interruption of work, and decreased effort), the research is based on the main hypothesis that (there is a significant impact of leadership styles in reducing the phenomenon of social loafing ). To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire consisting of (32) items was designed and distributed to a sample of (70) employees, of which (62)questionnaire are valid for statistical analysis. The research also reached several results, the most important of which is that the Administrative Technical College in Kufa, represented by its leadership, adopts a supportive leadership style mainly to reduce the phenomenon of social loafing , and the research also came out with several recommendations

In this paper, we attempt to diagnosis of some of exponential distributions, represent by the normal distribution as a criteria with two others distributions (Gamma & Exponential) distributions we attempt to analyze the effect of the number of parameter(s) two or one parameter(s) in the distribution on the maximize likelihood estimation for the three distributions. That proved the maximum likelihood estimates (MLE’s) of the parameters; it's obtained by using some packages (e.g. fitdistrplus) insides some algorithms in (R) that based on behavior of the simulated data like parameter and sample size. A comparison is carried out between the mentioned distributions based on the classical kolmogrov-smirnov distance to minimize distance estimation test statistic and Grammer von misses distance, to emphasize that which distribution fitted to the data better than the other models. The research aims to measure the impact of intellectual capital on financial performance in improving the profitability of Iraqi commercial banks by answering the following main question: What is the impact of intellectual capital on the profitability of Iraqi commercial banks listed in the stock market? To achieve the objectives of the research, the two researchers prepared a questionnaire, a copy of which is attached with the research, and distributed electronically, and in a random sampling method to Iraqi commercial banks, and the number of answers reached 105, analyzed using the spss program according to the objective and hypothesis of the research The research concluded a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the interest in intellectual capital because of its impact on improving production, increasing the creative capabilities of employees, maintaining customers and attracting new ones. Competitiveness is considered the basis for building and progressing economies, as it is no less valuable than physical assets. Human capital is the most important component of intellectual capital, since customers are the source of revenue for the economic unit.

The application of modern production systems has become a local requirement in light of contemporary developments, as it saves effort, time, cost, and speed in most production strategies. Organizations must re-engineer their operations to keep pace with these developments, especially technical ones, and maintain their competitive advantage for survival and growth. Therefore, this research came to identify the nature of the relationship between the concepts of process re-engineering and smart manufacturing in the chlorine and soda production plant / Al-Fart General Company for Chemical Industries and Pesticides / Al-Musayyib. The questionnaire tool was used to obtain data and information in order to determine the relationships between Re-engineering of Production Processes and Smart Manufacturing, and statistical programs (SPSS v.28, Microsoft Excel 2016) and some statistical methods (Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression coefficient) were used to analyze the data The questionnaire amounted to (102) questionnaire. The research attempts to answer a main question: "What is the nature of the correlation and influence relationships between the concept of re-engineering production processes and smart manufacturing in its dimensions?" One of the most prominent results of the research was that there is a correlation and a significant impact between the concept of re-engineering of production processes and smart manufacturing in its dimensions. The current research aims to know the relationship between customer experience interaction and its role in organizational commitment in (Noor Al Kafeel Company).
