Diversity management and organizational equity are crucial components of any successful company or organization. The goal is to create an inclusive workplace environment that values individuals from all backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives. Practicing diversity management means implementing policies and strategies to ensure equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of factors like gender, race, etc. This can be accomplished through hiring practices that promote diversity, providing training on cultural awareness and sensitivities, creating mentorship programs for underrepresented groups in leadership positions facilitating open communication channels among employees. Organizational equity ensures that all employees are treated fairly and equitably in terms of pay and promotions while also holding people accountable for their actions. Achieving these goals leads to increased productivity and employee satisfaction as well as a healthy work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. This study aimed to measure the impact of the application of diversity management in achieving organizational equity among employees (research sample), by defining hypotheses that contain the dimensions of the two variables (diversity management and organizational justice) and relying on the analytical descriptive approach, as well as using the questionnaire form in order to prove The validity of the hypotheses or not, by distributing 50 questionnaires to the employees working in the mall, from which 50 questionnaires were retrieved, in addition to conducting an interview with the human resource manager in the study community. This study was divided into four chapters that included the methodology, the theoretical framework and the practical framework. And separate the results and proposals, as the results proved the validity of the hypotheses that indicate through statistical analysis that there is a strong correlation between the dimensions of diversity management represented by the application of the policy of equal pay, racial discrimination, religious non-discrimination, discrimination on the basis of sex, the distribution of equal opportunities, and the achievement of organizational equity. The study concluded that implementing diversity management strategies helps create a more equitable and inclusive work environment, which leads to increased productivity, employee engagement, and job satisfaction. By assessing diversity, promoting justice and fairness, organizations are able to attract a diverse group of talented employees and retain them, contributing to greater success and long-term competitiveness.

The research aimed to investigate the impact ergonomics in organizational social capital. The Directorate of Water Resources was chosen as a field for testing the research problem, which includes questions about ergonomics in organizational social capital, the nature of the relationship between them and the effect of ergonomics on organizational social capital. The questionnaire was used as a main tool in the collection of data. According this research was conducted on a random sample of (43) individual. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS)was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The researcher used many statistical methods to achieve the research objectives, such as regression and the results showed the presence of a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of Ergonomics and the dimensions of organizational social capital.

The study aims to examine the ability of CAPM model to evaluate required return, this is done by comparing with the actual returns,and in order to achieve this the study adopted two hypotheses as as preliminary answers. The study seeks to verify their validity, the most prominent of them can be summarized as follows: (The inability of the capitalist pricing model to predict the returns of stocks For banks the study sample ،As well as the adoption of time intervals does not lead to a discrepancy or difference in the actual rate of return( The study targeted a sample of banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange represented by 10 banks for the period (2012-2021), A number of appropriate statistical and financial means and tools were used and the Excel program was adopted , The study reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which is that the actual return rate is greatly affected by the period used to calculate it, The study came out with a set of recommendations, Adoption of time breaks in calculating or predicting the return because of its role in the variation of the return.

The objective of the research is to provide a conceptual framework on performance, its importance, objectives, the philosophy of added economic value and performance evaluation to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the institution and then to develop appropriate solutions
The importance of the research is to provide a knowledge and applied framework to business companies on modern indicators in evaluating financial performance, and the research shed light on modern performance evaluation indicators, including the added economic value and the improvement of the level of performance in companies. The research sample included six institutions listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange from different economic sectors (banking sector: Gulf Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank of Iraq, Bank of Baghdad, the insurance sector included Al-Amin Insurance Company, the agricultural production sector included the Middle East Company for marketing agricultural production and the Iraqi company for the production and marketing of agricultural products). To show the reality of these sectors whether they achieve added economic value or they are interested in accounting profit only. That is for a period of five years. One of the most important conclusions of the research is that the process of re-engineering contributes to significant improvements in financial performance in general and the economic value index in particular by achieving positive results for the institutions of the research sample, and one of the most important recommendations is that the agricultural sector companies must pay attention to the economic value added index by correcting the deviation in their performance.

The current study aimed to determine the impact of information technology flexibility on the competitive performance of Iraqi ports. A hypothetical scheme has been developed according to the variables of the study, in the light of which the main and sub-hypotheses were developed and formulated. The current study was applied and tested in the government sector in the State Company for Iraqi Ports - Basra. The questionnaire was used as a method for collecting data from a sample of (205) working individuals. The results of the study showed that there is a positive impact of the flexibility of information technology (in its transparency, standardization, scalability dimensions) to make it able to adapt to environmental changes and respond to them by creating the appropriate climate to facilitate operations, and to give some kind of complexity to competing organizations that try to imitate the organization\'s strategy and operations.

The study aims to introduce the importance and role of information systems in improving the quality of maritime services through the study of the variables that have been chosen, as a questionnaire form was developed to ensure that there is a relationship between the study variables (information systems) an independent variable, (the quality of maritime services) a dependent variable. and the study concluded that there is a positive impact relationship with significant and statistical significance for information systems in improving the quality of maritime services. The study also concluded that there is a positive impact relationship of moral and statistical significance for each of the technology, individuals and databases in the quality of maritime services, so the researchers recommend the need to pay attention to technology and its application and keep pace with modernity and development in the field of maritime work, and attention to development courses for individuals specialized workers or users of information systems in order to raise efficiency and increase experience, and the need to create an integrated database that contributes to the link of maritime departments

This study aimed to identify simple, traditional and modern administrative techniques used in small and large projects in Basra Governorate, as well as to know the requirements that help small and large projects in using important administrative techniques.
For the purpose of achieving the objectives of this study, researchers developed a questionnaire model and developed it by taking advantage of the following studies similar to the topic, and distributed (70) questionnaires to small business managers in small-sized projects in the industrial and services sector in Basra Governorate. (62) questionnaires were obtained, all of them valid for analysis. The questionnaires are transcribed into the statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Interviews are also conducted with the results of the questionnaire results with some distinguished managers and project owners, the study technician.
The study concluded that advanced techniques use lower administrative levels than previous projects, that is, the study, as modern use is limited to good traditional administrative techniques to a greater extent than, and that medium projects use more than small projects in which they may not be used to some extent, and also that the beverage industry is Most commonly used compared to service alcoholic beverages, moreover, subscription and environmental structural requirements respectively to help small-scale businesses significantly in the use of techniques and management.

The current research aims to study and analyze the performance efficiency of container yard cranes at container terminals, which is one of the most important logistical activities (container handling) at container terminals. This is done by measuring the performance indicators of those cranes represented by the expected number of transport trucks and the expected waiting time for trucks using mathematical models of the theory of parallel queues, for the purpose of balancing waiting and service costs, reducing the total cost, reducing waiting periods, increasing the rate of service activity, and determining the optimal number of service channels (Number of yard cranes container terminal).
The research relied on the mixed method, as well as on the case study strategy by conducting the study on two container terminals in the port of Umm Qasr, which are (the Basra multi-purpose terminal and the Basra Gate terminal). The data of the study were collected through field visits, and interviews with those responsible for management port logistics activities. The collected data included recording the arrival times of domestic transport trucks to the service channels represented by container terminal yard cranes, in order to apply the mathematical models of the queuing theory.
In the current research, the researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the working system (queuing system) for cranes in both stations is unacceptable and that the process of allocating cranes is not commensurate with the efficiency of those cranes after measuring the performance of yard cranes operating in the two stations specified in the research. Recommendations were made regarding the need to adopt queuing systems for each station at the end of the research.

The study aims to identify the impact of the collective negotiation strategy and impression management in improving the quality of work life. The hypothesis was built according to three variables, in the light of which the study hypotheses were developed. The study was tested in the Basra municipality directorate, and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data from a sample size of (310) employees. The results found that the collective negotiation strategy and impression management have a positive impact on improving the quality of work life

The study aimed to analyze and measure the impact of the basic functions of commercial banks on the value of the number of deals index for companies of sectors listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange, where most market sectors suffer from weakness in their activity, which in turn affects the market activity in general. The study used a set of financial and statistical means to achieve its goals Multiple regression analyzes for the purpose of testing the direct effect relationships between the dimensions of the research variables and by using the statistical program SPSSV.23 and the Excel program. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the value of the number of transactions index was uneven between sectors, where the high value of the index is noted in the banking and industry sectors, while the value was very low in other sectors such as investment and insurance. The study concluded with some recommendations, the most important of which is that commercial banks should make more efforts through Multiple means to encourage saving awareness among the public in a way that increases the ability of those banks to grant credit to companies that need it, in addition to companies that suffer from weakness in their activities due to lack of funding to increase the activity of the stock market
