The link relationship reached its maximum value during the month of April, as the more it falls in the dry times of the year, the greater its impact on the occurrence of traffic accidents, when the soil is dry and the rains are abundant and sudden, which increases its impact on the occurrence of more traffic accidents

The study includes axes which are the names of Gods in the old testaments that are of different indications and of different contents in term of names attributed to Gods among the Jews , besides , contradictions among these names with mentioning all the verses where these attributes were mentioned as indications for that. The 2ndaxe deals with the subject of the reverent names of Allah in Arabic Language with mentioning the Hebrew Translation opposite to these names and its relations with each other in respect to correspondence and difference . This study aims at describing the identity crisis of Diaspora people (Arab -American) in "LailaHalaby's" novel "Once in A promise Land". Halaby tackles the issues of racism, exclusion, and instability of identity that affect the Arab American community after the terrorist event of eleventh of September. She sheds light on the experiences of her significant characters Salwa and Jassim in America, clarifying how this event weakened their social position and turns their presence in America questionable. "Halaby" describes the bitterness of her characters who are induced into a dream of belonging to a land that transcends their original culture and religious values as well as their language. "Halaby" explains the subsistence in America involving challenges to face the harassment and verbal transgression. She reveals the failure of Salwa and Jassim to transcend the policy of fear and aggressive acts of America which help in dispersing them.

This studyisa contrastive analysis between Arabic and English in terms of the semanticscope of negation. It is aimed at showingthe degrees of similarity and difference betweenEnglish and Arabic regarding the meanings involved in negative ambiguous sentences and figuring out their behaviour syntactically and semantically. The behaviour of modals is non-expectable under negation, the study is, therefore; focused on investigating the scope of negation of modals. The researcher also investigates negation that exists in such syntactic aspects as adverbials, quantifiers, subordinate clauses, prepositional phrases and others as well as touching upon intonation in orderto highlight the importance of reducing the degree of ambiguityinvolved in specific negated sentences. Hence the study isdealing with the phenomenonas a grammatical not a phonological one. The contrastive analysis adopted in this research aims at exploring how far the two selected categories being contrasted (the scope of English and Arabic negation) are similar or different and what their points of similarity and difference are. The findings show that there are considerable number of similarities and differences in the scope of negation in English and Arabic. The findings reached show that the scope of negation inEnglish and Arabicinvolves a noticeable number ofsimilarities and differences. The results show that the two languages are different in terms of the scope of negation in modal auxiliaries for it is more obvious and can bemore easily perceived in Arabic than in English. In Arabic the negative particlenegates the part of the sentence that follows it while in English, it is characterized by absence of any formal way to identify whether it is the main verb or the modal auxiliary that is negated. The role played by intonation in determining the scope of negation in English and Arabic sentences is also shown by the results

This study investigates the impact ofthe congregational sermons of the Grand Ayatollah Al:Sistani on Iraqi society 2014-2016 , by using a pragmatic analysis. It aims to investigate how these sermons are influential and affective in the society reformation. In order to achieve this study, there are certain hypotheses that have been hypothesized to get a clear idea about the studypresented. One of these hypotheses is that congregational sermons have a great impact on societies in all aspects of life, particularly the Islamic societies.This study is carried out by using Searle’s contributions to speech act theory presented by felicity conditions (1969) and the classification of speech act types (1975)
