A study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of ozone and its impact on growth inhibition molds Aspergillus and Penicillium and determine the dose and time optimization to get this effect. The results showed that the use of ozone gas dose 1 g for 60 minutes was enough to inhibit the growth of Conidia spore of the fungus Aspergillus and Pencillium suspended in distilled water sterilized and the conidia spore of penicillium suspended in whey by 100%, while requests use the same dose of ozone increase the exposure time to 90 minutes to get the same percentage of inhibition 100 % for the growth of spores Conidia of the fungus Aspergillus suspended in whey while requests exposing Conidia spores fungus Pencillium suspended in whey to 60 minutes to get the same percentage of inhibition and this is due to the role of wheyproteins and other materials in providing protection of Conidia spore, while the use of ozone gas At a dose 1.5 g for 60 minutes was enough to inhibit growth Conidia spores of Aspergillus and Pencillium suspended in distilled water as well as the case of the spores pending Conidia in whey.

The present study aimed to extract oils from waste fish running Asian Silurus triostequs cheap using organic solvents, has been studying the chemical content of these residues (head and tail skin), it was noted that the percentage of all of the moisture, protein, ash and fat which were (70.10, 72.04)% and% (22.86, 21.43)% and (1.77 %, 1.12)% and (5.17, 5.29), respectively, and then extract the oil which was the proportion holds oil extracted from this waste is good and amounted to (5.07, 5.59)%, respectively, and characterized oils resulting properties sensory (color, smell) good, and when the study of the properties of fat chemical oils extracted and represented b (No. iodine, peroxide value and the value of pH and the percentage of free fatty acids and saponification value and acid value Althaiobarepettyorik fatty acids college), and then statistically analyzed to determine the impact of the type of waste fish running (head and tail skin) It was observed that the averages of each of the (No. iodine value of pH and the percentage of free fatty acids and saponification value) vary with significant differences at (0.05 P <) depending on the source of the oil. while there was no obvious effect or moral to all of the peroxide value and acid value Althaiobarepettyorik (TBA). Meat is an important food source to meet the need of the consumer of the protein, which is one of the criteria for measuring the development of well-being of the peoples of the world so seek to provide all the product types of red meat and white through local production or import in the absence of possibilities. But as witnessed in the Iraqi market from its inability to provide food needs due to lack of output current, and exposure to markets for red meat imports has affected the reality of the production of farm animals, creating a gap for a major food between what is available from animal products, local and what must be provided to cover those needs.
This study aims to identify the reality of livestock in Iraq through the study of one of the main vocabulary, namely red meat, And to identify the reasons for the high price of Iraqi red meat in order to develop solutions to address this phenomenon. . And identify the views and attitudes of consumers in the province of Baghdad on the nature and quantities and types of red meat consumption and the reasons for preferring a specific type of another type.
Questionnaire method was adopted as a tool to execute the search by examining the views and attitudes of a random sample of consumers in Baghdad.
The study results showed that the most prominent reasons for the high price of red meat is the lack of Iraqi government support in terms of providing feed and veterinary treatments as well as the prevalence of smuggling of livestock out of Iraq.
Statistical analysis also showed that the sizes of families in Baghdad are large and those families consume large amounts of red meat, and that consumer preferences for meat imported back due to high prices of red meat, although the Iraqi quality of local product. In addition to cheap prices of imported meat and give religious legitimacy to be addressed and which will affect negatively on the production and consumption of red meat in Iraq.

Lavandula officinalis(Lavendar) flowers is widely used in traditional medicine to treat various types of ailments. The evaluation of toxic properties of Lavandula officinalis flowers is crucial when considering public health protection because exposure to plant extracts can result in undesirable effects on consumers. Hence, in this study the oral toxicity of methanolic buds of flowers extract of Lavandula officinalis was investigated in mice. The Qualitative Phytochemical analysis of methanolic extract of of Lavandula officinalis contained many bioactive chemical constituents including tanninis, alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, coumarins, terpenoids, glycosides, phenol, and absence of steroids. Twelve male albino mice were randomly selected and divided into four groups A, B, C and D of three animals each. Groups A, B, C and study groups were treated orally 500,1000and1500 mg/kg body weight (bd. wt). with of methanolic buds of flowers extract of Lavandula officinalis respectively, while group D control received equivalent quantity normal saline for the same period. Animals received their doses once a day daily orally, via polythene cannula for a period of 14 days. The mice were observed daily for clinical/pharmacological signs of toxicity and mortality were observed after the administration at the first, second, fourth and sixth hour and once daily for 14 days. On the 15th day, the mice were humanely sacrificed by cervical dislocation for necropsy examination. The Internal organs including liver, kidney, heart, testis were surgically removed. The gross pathological observations of the tissues were performed by histopathological examination. No toxic symptoms or mortality were observed in any animals, which lived up to 14 days after the administration of methanolic buds of flowers extract at single dose level of 500and1000 mg/kg bd. wt. The behavioral patterns of animals were observed after the administration at the first, second, fourth and sixth hour and once daily for 14 days. And the animals in both vehicle treated and extract-treated groups were normal and did not display significant changes in behavior. but in the treated group1500mg/kg bd. wt. In the one hr of 14 days rapid heartbeat and Tremors were observed after the receiving the oral administration of the extract. Histological sections of the liver, kidney, heart and testis derived from experimental mice treated with methanolic buds of flowers extract of Lavandula officinalis 500,1000,1500 mg/kg bd.wt./day for 14-days appeared abnormalities were observed in sections when compared with the control group. Histological sections of the liver derived from mice treated with the dose of 500,1000,1500 mg/kg bd.wt. /day, showed infiltration of lymphocyte and hemorrhage, infiltration of lymphocyte respectively compared to the controls.. Histological sections of the kidney derived from mice treated with the dose of 500,1000,1500 mg/kg bd. /day, showed infiltration of lymphocyte and hemorrhage, necrosis respectively compared to the control. And distruction of basement membrane of the seminiferous tubules. was observed in histological sections of testis derived from mice treated with 500,1000,1500mg dose compared to the control. There were no observable microscopic lesions in the heart the mice in the all groups. This study has shown the toxicity characteristics of the methanol extract of the buds of flowers extract of Lavandula officinalis in short time treatment with the extract. Despite the reported potentially beneficial effects lavandula officinalis, its use as a medicinal plant should be with great caution and Additional future pharmacokinetics studies are suggested.
