The Impact of Strategic Thinking Skills on Enhancing Strategic Response Processes - Analytical Research on the Opinions of a Sample of Medical and Nursing Staff in Private Hospitals in Karbala
The present research aims to determine the impact relationships and the relationship between strategic thinking skills and strategic response processes at the level of a sample of medical and nursing staff working in private hospitals in the holy province of Karbala, where the measurement of strategic thinking skills through three dimensions are (meditation, organizational thinking and reformulation) Strategic response processes were measured in four dimensions (resource liquidity, business process maturity, business response to the environment and proactive business to the environment), and the research relied on a descriptive and analyticalapproach to the collection and analysis of research information. The questionnaire was used to collect data and information from a sample of (218) of the medical and nursing staff of the hospital staff. The natural distribution test, empirical factor analysis, descriptive statistics, simple correlation analysis (Pearson), structural equation modeling (SEM) were used. And Path Analysis through statistical programs (Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS V.25, Amos V.23). The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the presence of a direct significant significance of strategic thinking skills in the strategic response processes, as well as a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to fully orient towards the development of strategic thinking skills of its members doctors and nurses in order to ensure the improvement of their ability To achieve strategic response to various environmental condition

The research sought to demonstrate the role of leadership empowerment behavior in achieving high performance , As the leadership empowerment behavior is one of the modern approaches that security organizations can adopt in facing challenges to their actions, In addition to the benefits that it achieves, such as job satisfaction and performance excellence, It also highlighted the concept of importance and dimensions of leadership empowerment behavior, as well as the concept of importance and dimensions of high performance, This research came as a result of the successes achieved by the application of leadership empowerment in other organizations. The researchers used the intentional sample to test the relationship of the impact and correlation of leadership empowerment behaviors with its dimensions of (delegating authority, being accountable, making self-directed decision, continuous improvement, sharing information, developing skills, training on creative performance), And the high performance in its dimensions represented (quality of management, openness and active direction, continuous improvement, quality of workforce), Through a questionnaire included (80), Among the officers who have administrative positions in the researched organization (the leadership of the fifth region borders), and to process the data and information collected, the researcher used a number of statistical methods, namely: the weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Simple correlation coefficient,(Pearson),Multiple regression coefficient, scale (T), Coefficient of determination(R2), Scale (F), Program(SPSS).
The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Through the leadership empowerment behavior, the high performance of the leadership of the fifth region borders can be enhanced. The research made a number of recommendations.

Abstract
The research aimed to discover the effect of strategic Entrepreneurship on enhancing the capabilities of agile organizations by applying to a sample of the branches of mobile communications companies in the Middle Euphrates region. In order to achieve this, the dimensions of strategic Entrepreneurship (Entrepreneurial Culture, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Strategic Management for Resources), and the capabilities of agile organizations (Responsiveness, Competency, Flexibility, Speed). Mobile communications companies (Asia Cell, Zain Iraq, Korek Telecom, Alkafeel Omnnea and Iraq Cell) operating in the Middle Euphrates region were selected as an applied field of research by distributing a questionnaire that included (68) respondents from the branch managers and heads of departments and divisions and their units to the sample companies for the research sample In addition to the directors of companies with exclusive agencies. The simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) was used, the data normalization test and the exploratory factor analysis were used .One of the most important conclusions reached is that the dimensions of strategic Entrepreneurship effectively affect the enhancement of the capabilities of agile organizations for the research sample in light of the great competition in the mobile sector in Iraq. The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the necessity of employing the dimensions of strategic Entrepreneurship in enhancing the positive impact relationship between them and the capabilities of agile organizations within the mobile communications sector in a manner consistent with continuing to create services of strategic value for companies and their customers through its newly deployed service centers in the provinces of the research sample.

Abstract
This study aims to address one of the most prominent problems faced by organizations that provide public services with multiple goals, represented by the failure to define the basic criteria indicating possible future changes due to the multiplicity and inconsistency of those standards. This, in turn, affects the formulation of plans and the introduction of appropriate development to decision strategies. This study, therefore, measures the relationship between the multi-criteria decision-making and the strategic performance management system.
The quantitative methodology has been adopted to analysis data collected by questionnaire from the staff of the General Directorate of Education in the Holy Karbala Governorate. The research’s sample was the central administrative leaders in the directorate’s office, which consists of (16) department. The researchers used a variety of statistical methods to analyze and process the data obtained from the measurement tool and by adopting computer-ready statistical programs to extract the results and comment on them, and among the most important of these programs (SPSS, SMART PLS).
The researchers reached a set of findings, and the most prominent of which is the existence of an association relationship and an impact between the multi-criteria decision-making and the strategic performance management system. The study, therefore, recommends, including understanding the factors that contribute to supporting multi-criteria decision-making, the reasons that influence such that decision. The predict in behaviours and motivations that enhance the strategic performance management system. Also, the decision makers should consider specific criteria that ensure the sustainability of public services.

The current research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is to increase the interest of university leaders researched by the reward system through its financial and moral activation.

Abstract:
The study aim to determine the impact of financial performance on the market value of the bank, and the study conduct in on listed of Iraqi and Jordanian commercial banks the sample of the include study (10) Iraqi banks and (10) Jordanian banks during the duration (2006-2015). Research variables were measured by the appropriate financial indicators for this study. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study hypotheses were formulated and then tested by advanced statistical means. Reflects positively on the market value of Iraqi and Jordanian banks. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which were the need for banks to be interested in building advanced and effective financial information systems that support investment decisions and their impact on financial performance such as expert systems and what-if systems.

Abstract
The research seeks to identify the effect resulting from the output gap in the financial policy in the Norwegian economy during the period (1990-2018), and to find out the type of financial policy in which it operates, is it an automatic financial policy , or a periodically modified financial policy, and accordingly, has been calculated The output gap in the Norwegian economy using the (OKUN) unemployment law and measuring the impact of the relationship between financial policy and the output gap using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL). A number of conclusions were reached, perhaps the most prominent of which is that the Norwegian economy is an economy that managed to manage oil financial revenues wisely and in an optimal way and followed a method of financial policy based on the periodic amendment of the changes in the output gap, and moved to a diversified economy based on a broad base of economic sectors.

Abstract:
This study aims to measure the extent of the effect of the foreign currency sale window in Iraq as an independent variable through the dollar that is purchased from the central bank and a sale for the purposes of transfers, credits and cash and its impact on the profitability and liquidity indicators of the study sample banks as dependent variables Four indicators were used for profitability, namely (the rate of return on assets, the rate of return on ownership of property, the rate of return on deposits, the net income margin), while three indicators were used for liquidity, which are each of (the ratio of cash to total assets, cash rate , trade rate) This study was conducted for a sample consisting of (3) Commercial banks from the banking sector dealing in the window, for the period from 2013 - 2018. As the quarterly data was relied on for the banks of the study sample, daily purchases from the dollar were collected for the purposes of transfers, credits and cash for the study sample banks and transferred to Quarterly, The problem of the study on the knowledge of the extent of the effect of the foreign currency sale window has been embodied in the profitability and liquidity indicators of the study sample banks. The study hypotheses were tested and analyzed statistically using programmatic (Excel ,SPSS v.25) in order to reach the goal of the study .The study reached a set of conclusions, perhaps the most important of which is an impact relationship and a significant statistically significant relationship between the sale window of foreign currency and some indicators of profitability and liquidity in some banks. The sample of the study is the effect of cash on banks' performance indicators more than transfers and credits. ABSTRCT:
The research aims to conduct a standard statistical analysis to estimate the rate of monthly consumption per capita of certain food commodities in the holy province of Karbala and to study the impact of two main factors, namely income and family size on monthly consumption rates, by building a standard model to analyze the relationship between research variables, based on cross-sectional data obtained through a questionnaire prepared for research purposes, highlighting the importance of research by monitoring the level of income distribution in families seeking to satisfy their needs of different food commodities. Thus this disparity affects the rate of consumption and its nature, as the research provides us statistical indicators based on the real expenditure of the individual enables us to estimate the needs of the local market of those goods and know the amount of surplus for the purpose of developing future plans by the relevant authorities, as the results of the tests of the differences between the consumption rates of each food commodity alone according to some characteristics of the sample do not have a moral contribution to the sample attributes on the rates of individual consumption as the value of the box eta φ^2 did not exceed the average limit 0.14, this means that the characteristics of the sample, whether or not it has a moral effect on the rate of individual consumption, this effect is weak in the amount, i.e. the value of the effect is small, and the arithmetic medium has a significant role in influencing the estimated per capita consumption rate, which is represented by the fixed limit in the estimated equation and for all commodities, and the rate of individual consumption of all food commodities decreases unevenly as the number of family members increases, which is consistent with economic theory, While the rate of per capita consumption of all materials increases by increasing the number of employees in the family, which indicates the high purchasing power of the family, the coefficients of explanatory variables in all estimated equations have values of less than one, as confirmed by the results of the analysis.

Abstract
The research aims to diagnose the best time series model for fluctuations in the monthly average price of Iraqi crude oil for the period (2006-2017), and to apply the stages of the Box-Jenkins method in building the appropriate model for volatility from the ARCH family and after conducting several statistical tests to study the stability of the studied series, And the detection of the existence of the problem of heterogeneity characteristics of these models, after converting the original chain to the return series, which is often used with financial time series, the best model was diagnosed as AR (1) and TARCH errors (2,2) using differentiation criteria (AIC, SBC , HQ) and moral parameters. The model is estimated to have achieved the lowest values for the mentioned criteria. It was clear from the results that the shocks that occur in past periods destabilize, as well as the presence of asymmetry in positive and negative shocks, and there is a decrease in subsequent price volatility .
