In this work,new compounds of derivatives were synthesised by using traditionalmethod, wich was represented by adding 2 mole of the chloro acetayle with1 mole of various aromatic amines such as O-phenyle amine and 1,8-Naphthalene di amine, lin different conditions , The different basic basis was obtained for the first materials and then add mole to 2 mole of the ring-semicular ,such as Morpholine, bipyridine, pyrazin ,pyridine and the reaction was monitored by using thin layer chromatography (TLC). All these compounds were investigated by the and were characterized by spectral methods such as infrared spectrum, (FTIR) proton nuclear magnetic resnance (1H-NMR) and carbon 13 (13C-NMR). The antibacterial study was investigated by using two types of bacteria Escherichia coli[Gr-ve] and Staphylococcusaureus[Gr +ve]. The tetracycline and ciprofloxacin were used as a control in this study.

In this work, by oxidative polymerization, we prepared poly para chloro aniline (P (p-ClAn)) and their composites with nano manganese dioxide (MnO2) in different percentages (13, 26, and52 %). It was characterization by the electronic scanning device, FT-IR infrared spectroscopy, H.N.M.R spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry, and also measured the electrical conductivity. By FT-IR and HNMR spectroscopy were confirmed of polymer structure, Also the material crystallinity was confirmed by characterization a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The electrical conductivity of the prepared polymer and their composites was also measured in different ratios and it was found that the conductivity decreases with the increase of the percentage of MnO2. The surface morphology analysis of P(p-ClAn) \MnO2 nanocomposite shows that polymer capped with inorganic material which is MnO2.

The L-ligand was prepared from the reaction of 2mmol of the compound 4-methyl-O-phenyldiamine with 1mmol of oxalic acid as well as the preparation of complexes of chemical formula [MLCl2] in a ratio of (1: 1) and complexes of chemical formula [M(L)2]. In a ratio of (1: 2) with the diodes of metal ions zinc, cadmium, and mercury .The geometric shapes of the prepared ligands and complexes were obtained by careful analysis of the elements, FT-IR spectrum, U.V spectrum, the 1HNMR spectrum, and the mass spectrum, and the results showed that all the prepared complexes gave a geometric tetrahedral shape .The bacterial efficacy of the prepared ligands and complexes was studied using two types of bacteria, E. coli and Bacillus subtilis, with the ability of most of them to inhibit select bacteria.

This study describes two extraction-free and direct spectrophotometric methods for the determination of Cephalexin in a pure and pharmaceutical dosage form. In this study, a zero-order method has exhibited maximum absorption max at 263 nm, while area under curve method has calculated in the range 260-266nm. The Linearity of both methods in the range (10- 60 nm), the limit of detection (LOD) is 0.808 for Zero-order method and 0.781 for the area under curve method. These methods are successfully applied to determination of Cephalexin in a pharmaceutical dosage form.

This study conducted on 50 patients 18 of them are females and 32 are males their ages ranged between40-73 years diagnosed as myocardial infarction patients in Samara general hospital in Samarra city for the period between 1/9/2019 to 9/6/2020 compared to 25 apparently healthy people as a control group. Serum fibronectin was significantly higher (P≤ 0.05) in patients (5.771±1.461) compared to control (0.374±0.089) ng/ml. Salivary fibronectin was significantly lower (P≤ 0.05) in patients (0.424) compared to control (9.775) ng/ml.Total cholesterol, TG, LDL-c was significantly higher (P≤ 0.05) in patients (230.62±34.989), (217.60±39.894 ، ((152.34±35.319 (compared to control (169.20±21.136), ( 132.92±32.058 69.04±10.510 ( mg/dl respectively. There is positive correlation between serum and salivary fibronectin in patients with MI and between serum fibronectin and serum total cholesterol,There is significantly correlation between serum and TG and LDL-c in control .

The second-largest cause of losing quality in vegetables and fruits (VFs) is enzymatic browning (EB). As a result of polyphenol oxidases (PPOs), EB leads to the color performance of vegetable and fruit yields. To inhibit the activity of PPOs, chemical and physical methods have been developed and several synthetic chemical compounds are widely used as Anti-Browning Agents (ABA) in VFs products. In recent times, emphasis was placed on customer-oriented food manufacturing innovations. Customers have a tendency to encourage the usage of PPO inhibitors that are natural and environmentally friendly. The aim of present review is to illustrate the underlying mechanisms of PPO chemical inhibitor anti browning action and current trends in some of these inhibitor studies. Studies developed over the last decade have been reported and discussed, such as Natural, chemical, physical, controlled atmosphere and coating techniques to avoid EB. The purpose of this review article will be to assemble and reveal an up-to-date demonstration of browning inhibiting natural and synthetic compounds. The details available in this review could also take to facilitate the ultimate objective of developing new inhibitors of enzymatic browning (plant extracts, natural and synthetic compounds) that are acceptable, healthy and beneficial for the food industry.

Nanoparticles of gold that for years have been recognized are the concept of an increasingly rising reports number and of promising for electronic, optical, magnetic, biomedical and catalytic applications in century of 21st. Because of Nanoparticles of gold stability, an interest in such research is a reason for performing the current work. There are various types of AuNPs: Zero-dimensional AuNps: quantum dots, spherical nanoparticles. AuNPs as 1-dimensional: nanowires, nano-rods, nano-belts, nanotubes. AuNPs as 2-dimensional: nano-plates of gold, nano-shell and, AuNPs as 3 dimensional: nano tadpoles of gold, nano- dumbbells of gold (AuNDs), AuNPs being spread, for example, nano-dendrites of gold, nano-pods, and nano-stars. Au NPs, in the field of medicine are investigated for several applications include vectors of drug delivery, agents of contrast, and therapy of localized heat, biomarkers of ultra-sensitive and more. AuNPs are very attractive material for biosensor, chemosensory, genosensor and immunosensor production

The study dealt with isolating fungi inside the plant from the root and shoot systems of tomato plants taken from three different regions including Baiji, Al-Alam and Sharqat within Salah al-Din province. Anti-fungal tests were performed with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Pythium aphanidermatum using the double culture method. The results indicates the highest inhibition of the two endophyte fungal isolates, SLC1 and ALS6, against P.aphanidermatum, had an inhibition rate of 75%. The fungal isolates BSR3, BRM3 and SRS2 achieved the highest antagonist activity against S.sclerotiorum, with an inhibition rate of 75% in double culture. The fungal isolate that gave consensus against the fungal pathogens at the type level Fusarium fujikuroi ARC3. The most efficient fungal isolate was identified at the species level Fusarium fujikuroi ARC3 and the results of the field experiment showed the effect of this fungus on vegetative markers to superiority of the chlorophyll content of tomato plants in the treatment of the treatment of fungus ARC3 (irrigation + spraying concentration of 1010 conidia/ml) in the presence of pathogens P. aphanidermatum and S. sclerotiorum superior on other treatments in chlorophyll content in tomato plants resulting in 36.74 and 34.66 spad, Sequentially, compared to 25.74 and 23.21 spad in these pathogens alone. The same treatment illustrates the highest of height plant elevation rate. The results cocern the effect of the endophytic fungus ARC3 on the percentage of plant infection in the presence of P. aphanidermatum and S. sclerotiorum present a significant superiority in reducing the infection rate in the treatment of ARC3 (irrigation + spraying concentration of 1010 conidia/ml), reaching 15.14 and 19.27%, Sequentially, compared to the highest infection rate of 86.83 and 78.71% for pathogen-only treatments, Sequentially.

The study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of Endophytic bacteria in controlling of Pythium aphanidermatum and Tilletia caries/Tilletia laevis. 50 isolates of bacteria were isolated from wheat plant tissues from different regions of Salahaddin province. The results of the direct antagonist test of the isolated bacteria with the pathogen P. aphanidermatum indicated that the extent of inhibition ranged from (0.3-9.3 mm) with the highest inhibition rate in SHSt2 isolate with a inhibition zone of 9.3 mm, this isolate diagnosed to the species level of Pseudomonas flvescens (SHSt2. In the field experiment, the treatment of P. flvescens (SHSt2. (seeds + spraying 1012 bacterial cells/ml) showed a significant superiority in the vegetative markers such as chlorophyll content and height of the plant. Treatment of P. flvescens (SHSt2) has affected the infection rate of pathogens P. aphanidermatum and T. laevis/T. caries with the lowest infection rate in the treatment (seeds + spraying 1012 bacterial cells/ml) resulting in 19.94 and 11.13% respectively, compared to the highest infection rate in the of the presence of pathogens, resulting in 81.57 and 58.47% respectively. In the productivity markers, the same treatment of P. flvescens (SHSt2) increased the total weight of the plant by reaching the highest weight in the presence of pathogens P. aphanidermatum and T. laevis/T. caries resulting in 60.4 and 58.71 g respectively, compared to the lowest weight in the control of pathogens at 26.47 and 20.56 g, respectively. In addition, the effect of P. flvescens (SHSt2) (seeds + spraying 1012 bacterial cells/ml) was reflected on the index of harvest, in presence of pathogens P. aphanidermatum and T. laevis / T. caries which reached to 36.5 and 28.75%, respectively, compared to the lowest harvest index 22.42 and 18.42% in present of both pathogens, respectively.

Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring with identity 1≠0 . For a non-zero R-module M. We prove that a multiplication primeful R-module M and H_R^k (M) are I-cofinite and primeful, for each k>0 where I is an ideal of R with I⊆Ann(M) . As a consequence, we deduce that, if M and N are multiplication primeful R- modules, then 〖Ext〗_(R )^k (M,N) is primeful. Another result is, for a projective R- module M over an integral domain, M admits projective resolution P_∙^+ such that each P_i is primeful (faithfully flat).

The current study is conducted to find out the effect of some plant nutrients on the algal diversity in the water of the Kirkuk irrigation project within the city of Tuz Khurmatu in three sites. The first is located before the project enters the city and the second is located within the city limits which is the meeting of the project with Aqsu stream and the site of dumping sewage waste from the city of Tuz Khurmatu. The third is located outside the city, at the rate of one sample per month from November 2018 until August 2019. The results of the study show that there is a variation in the concentrations of the main nutrients depending on the nature of the site and the date of collecting the samples. The values of phosphate, silica and nitrates ranged between (0.24-2.40) mg Phosphorous atom - phosphate / liter, (0.56-3.31) mg silicon atom - silica / liter, (0.54-3.75) mg atom nitrogen - nitrate / liter respectively. Eighty-three species have been characterized in which diatoms composed (36) species which represent the majority. The most prominent of these are Cycotella, Navicula, Synedra, Amphora, Nitizchia, Cymbella and (25) species belonging to the chlorophyceae and its genera are Pandorina, Protococcus, Schorederia, Eudorina, Microseta, Aphanocha. , Spirogyra, Stichococcus, Zygnema Cosmarium .Thirteen species belong to the cyanophyceae and their genera which are Oscillatoria, Rivularia Gloeocapsa, Chroococcus, (5) species belong to the chrysophyceae,(1) species to the euglenophyceae of the genus Phacus and (2) species to the pyrophycophyta of the genus Peridinium.

A Software tools have an important role in different research areas. Generally they provide time and efforts saving. In computer science filed these tools can help in communications, web site development, software metrics finding, data mining, machine learning and many other fields. There are many specialized tools built to support specific purpose. Users and researchers spend a lot of time and efforts to select between the large amounts of the available platforms. Each has its own characteristics, some are open source and the other licensed with trial version to test them. In this work we will focus on some platforms related to data mining research area. The selected tools represent widely used and trusted ones with most updated version. We will study platforms from different perspectives. They have different data processing features, but they support common algorithms helps us to evaluate between them. Four data mining tools and four data set were selected. The assessment procedure done from multi-points of view as we will see in the methodology section of this article. The criteria collected from a survey done among a population of researchers interested in the field of data mining and machine learning. The Contribution of this work is to assess the selected platforms depending on new actual needs criteria. These criteria give a clear idea for the researchers to determine the best platform according to their resources. The results highlighted the power for each platform. Orange and Weka show best performance over the rest. These results will be the guide for beginners or researchers out the computer science field to select the appropriate platform for their needs and available resources.
