The boxing game has witnessed nowadays progress in the field of training,
physiology, psychology, bio-mechanics that have connected closely with training
process. The current study sheds light on preparing trainings on the rotary
punching device and putting trainings similar to the real motion movements in
terms of the arms and the trunk which in turn aim at developing the skill of diving
, which is an effective and helpful indicator on the player's performance through
the real movements.
The study problem which based on the researchers' expertise of this game ,and
on their attendance to the local championship lies in the fact that there is weakness
in the skill of diving and thus causes weakness in some of the basic skills of
players. The researchers believe that the use of the traditional devices and tools
and the absence of modern advices lead to keeping the players' real motion
movements away particularly the movement of the arms and trunk. Consequently,
the researchers tend to use modern trainings similar to the real motion movement
of the trunk and arms to make the players get used to such movements. So, the

study purpose aims at preparing exercises and trainings by using the rotary
punching device to develop the skill of diving.
Also, it aims at identifying the effect of these trainings in developing this skill
concerning the study sample. Finally, the hypotheses of this study proposed that
there are significant differences between the pre-test and post test in the skill of
diving for the benefit of the post test. Also, there are significant differences of
the post tests between the control and the experimental groups for the benefit of
the last one of the young boxers.

The research aims to reveal :
-The impact of exercises carrying the performance of the offensive
planner in a number of physical and skill variables, and the ability of the
diaphragm and anaerobic players of the experimental group Futsal stadium
between the tests tribal and remote.
-Significance of statistical differences between the two groups in a
number of physical and skill variables, and the ability of the line and the
anaerobic players of the two groups in the stadium Futsal in the post-test .
The experimental method was used to suit the nature of the research.
The sample of the research was determined by the players of the Nineveh
club who applied for Futsal for the football season (2018-2019) and the
number of (18) players, divided into two experimental and control groups
and (9) The main steps of the research were to conduct a number of
questionnaires and interviews with some specialists to determine the
performance stress and performance exercises and their relevance to the
research sample, and the design of the training curriculum for these

exercises. (3: 1) and 8 courses per week. The post-tests were carried out
with the same procedures that were adopted in the implementation of the
tribal tests.
Several conclusions were reached, the most important of which were:
-The players of the experimental group who carried out performance
exercises on the control group players exceeded the variables (speed,
power, agility, throttle, and anaerobic ability) when comparing the results
of the remote tests.
The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most
important of which are:
-The possibility of using exercises carrying the performance of the attack
planner close to the actual reality of the events of the game in the
development of the endurance of the players as well as the ability of the
anaerobic and planning for positive impact

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the progress achieved by the Iraqi digital achievement of
the four Olympic swimming events for a distance of 50 m for the period from 1990 to
2019, as well as to identify the progress achieved by the Iraqi digital achievement of
the four Olympic swimmers 50 meters for the period from 1990 to 2019. The
researcher used the historical method Also, the deliberate method of the Iraqi figures
recorded for the four swimmers was selected through the records of the Iraqi
Swimming Federation. The median statistical methods, the standard deviation and the

The importance of the current research in the knowledge of the effectiveness of the performance of football players futsal clubs for the Iraqi Premier League.
This led the researcher to conduct this study, to give a clear picture of the coaches and those interested in the game to know the effectiveness of performance during the atmosphere of the official games and then give a positive feedback to the coaches by choosing the appropriate combination and qualified to provide what is required of them, by analyzing the actual performance of participating clubs using the performance efficiency formula Players of the Iraqi premier league clubs of FUTSAL
The objective of the study is to identify the effectiveness of the performance of the Premier League matches, as an actual indicator to reach the actual performance of the players in the basic skills of FUTSAL
The researchers used the descriptive approach to suitability and nature of the research, representing the research community of FUTSAL
players for the halls participating in the Iraqi Premier League for FUTSAL for the season 2018/2019, which number (168) players distributed to fourteen clubs from the Iraqi Premier League clubs.
The sample of the research was the players of the clubs participating in the Premier League FUTSAL who the researcher was able to reach and photograph their matches for analysis, who are (40) players from the fourteen clubs participating in the Premier League championship.
The researchers reached the following conclusion:
The players of the Iraqi Premier League FUTSAL clubs have high performance efficiency and this is evident through their results.

The study aimed to detect the effect of learning the skill of beating overwhelming in volleyball and transmission of its impact on the effectiveness of learning the javelin.
The researcher hypothesized that there were statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test of the two groups in the performance art test and the level of achievement of the javelin effect, as well as the significant differences in the tests of the two groups in the performance art test and the level of completion of the javelin .
The sample was composed of (36) students divided into two groups (18) students in each group, the control group used the traditional learning method to learn the effectiveness of beating volleyball. The experimental group used two methods of learning learning the skill of beating and crushing javelin . The researcher used the statistical bag (S.P.S.S) to process the data and reach the results: The educational program has an impact on the experimental group to have a positive and positive side-impact learning from learning volleyball to learn the effectiveness of javelin throwing. The experimental group achieved progress in the results of the art of performance and the level of achievement and to a greater extent than the control group.
The researcher recommended at the end of the research: the need to apply the foundations of the transfer of the impact of lateral learning and positive learning in the order of similar events because of their impact in reducing the time and effort during the learning process. The application of program vocabulary during the learning of the effectiveness of javelin for beginners to have an effect on the speed of the learning process.
