Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the level of creative characteristics for
teachers of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science at the
University College Pen from the viewpoint of students to identify the most
important creative characteristics for teachers of the Department of Physical
Education and Sports Science, in the University Pen University from the
viewpoint of students the differences between the hypothetical arithmetic
average and the average students of the department Physical Education and
Sports Science, in the University Pen School, the sequence of creative
characteristics of the teaching staff of the Department of Physical Education and
Sports Science, in the College Pen University from the viewpoint of students,
the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit his nature of research, and
the research sample consisted of (36) Alba student in the Department of Physical
Education at the College Pen Gamah- fourth year. The researcher used the
creative properties scale and the data were statistically processed using the
hypothetical mean, standard deviation and test (T) for one sample, percentage
weight, and percentage. All paragraphs of the axes in the mental, psychological,
scientific, and human characteristics exceeded the hypothesis (theoretical) mean
of the phrases and the amount (3) exceeded the mean The axes of mental,
psychological, scientific, and human traits are the hypothesis (theoretical)
arithmetic mean for the terms (3), respectively: 3.94, 3.85, 3.39, 3.52 and
percent weight, respectively: 78.88%, 76.99%, 67.81%, 71.48%, i.e. the traits
were at a good rate except for the traits Science With an average estimate, there
were significant differences between the hypothesis (theoretical) and the
arithmetic mean of the axis and in the interest of the research sample at an error
rate of ≤ 0.01, the arithmetic mean of the scale of mental, psychological,
scientific, and human characteristics in general exceeded the hypothesis
(theoretical) of the scale and (3) With an average mathematical average of 3.71
and a weight of 74.35%, with a good estimate. The total value of the scale was
171 degrees, which exceeded the overall average of the scale of 138

هدف البحث الى التعرف على مستوى الخصائص الإبداعية لتدريسيي قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية القلم الجامعة من وجهة نظر الطلبة التعرف على أهم الخصائص الإبداعية لتدريسيي قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة ، في كلية القلم الجامعة من وجهة نظر الطلبة الفروق بين المتوسط الحسابي الفرضي ومتوسط طلبة قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، في كلية القلم الجامعة تسلسل الخصائص الإبداعية لدى تدريسيو قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، في كلية القلم الجامعة من وجهة نظر الطلبة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث ، وتكونت عينة البحث من (36) طالباً وطالبة في قسم التربية الرياضية في كلية القلم الجامعة- السنة الرابعة. واستخدم الباحث مقياس الخصائص الابداعية وتم معالجة البيانات احصائياً باستخدام الوسط الحسابي الفرضي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة والوزن المئوي والنسبة المئوية ، تجاوزت جميع فقرات المحاور في الصفات الذهنية والنفسية والعلمية والإنسانية المتوسط الحسابي الفرضي (النظري) للعبارات والبالغ (3) تجاوز المتوسط الحسابي لمحاور الصفات الذهنية والنفسية والعلمية والإنسانية المتوسط الحسابي الفرضي (النظري) للعبارات والبالغ (3) وعلى التوالي: 3.94, 3.85 , 3.39 , 3.52 وبوزن مئوي على التوالي: 78.88% , 76.99% , 67.81% , 71.48% أي كانت الصفات بمعدل جيد باستثناء الصفات العلمية بتقدير متوسط ، وجود فروق ذوات دلالة معنوية بين المتوسط الحسابي الفرضي (النظري) والمتوسط الحسابي للمحور ولمصلحة عينة البحث عند نسبة خطأ ≤ 0.01 ، تجاوز المتوسط الحسابي لمقياس الصفات الذهنية والنفسية والعلمية والإنسانية بشكل عام المتوسط الحسابي الفرضي (النظري) للمقياس والبالغ (3) بمتوسط حسابي عام 3.71 وبوزن مئوي 74.35% أي بتقدير جيد . وكان مجموع قيم المقياس 171 درجة أي تجاوز المتوسط العام للمقياس البالغ 138 .
