The aim of this current study is to reveal the impact of Strategic Fit
between Strategic Orientation and Environmental Turbulence on Strategic
Performance in Express Shipping Companies at Jordan via identify the
Strategic Fit between Strategic Orientation (Aggressiveness; Analysis and
Proactiveness) and Environmental Turbulence (Market Turbulence;
Competitive Intensity and Technological Turbulence) on Strategic
Performance to Express Shipping Companies at Jordan. The study depends on
descriptive analytical method using the practical manner; study sample
consists of Managers & head of section workers in Express Shipping
Companies at Jordan amounted (61). A major study finding there is a
significant statistical impact of strategic Orientation (Aggressiveness;
Analysis and Proactiveness) on strategic Performance to Express Shipping
Companies in Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05), there is a significant statistical impact
of Environmental Turbulence (Market Turbulence; Competitive Intensity and
Technological Turbulence) on strategic Performance to Express Shipping
Companies in Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05). There is a significant statistical
impact of Strategic Fit between Strategic Orientation (Aggressiveness;
Analysis and Proactiveness) and Environmental Turbulence (Market
Turbulence; Competitive Intensity and Technological Turbulence) on
Strategic Performance to Express Shipping Companies in Jordan at level (α ≤
0.05).

The increase rate of competitions and technological change and due
to the appearance of a number of communication companies wave led
companies to search for new methods and techniques to keep face with these
devilment to maintain its competitive position. One such method is the
balance score card with its four dimensions to determine the profitability of
customers and acquire new customers.
The research conclude that the four dimensions of BSC; financial, process,
growth and learning have an impact on customer\'s profitability and proves to
be a good method since it has financial and non-financial measures.
The research has focused on the importance of customers in making profit and
the impact of each of the four dimensions on that profitability. A questionnaire
was designed and used as a data collection tool, to achieve the research
objectives the questionnaire was designed and tested.
The main hypothesis is that the balanced score card is an important tool in
identifying to customer\'s profitability. A number of conclusions and
recommendations were given which show the role of the balanced score card
in determining customer\'s profitability

Latest advances in information technology has led to drastic changes
in the environment in which they exercise through which the administration, I
have increased the importance of the use of information technology as a result
of the complexity of the great tasks of modern management systems and
considered the information as a strategic resource. For the survival of
organizations in the light of regional and international competition and rapid
changes in light of the new world order. Has brought about a revolution in the
information technology systems of administrative work in order to achieve
the construction of an integrated system helps to do organizational
communication and decision-making and completion of the work effectively.
Based on the above research targeted design an electronic system using
Oracle to provide some services for hotels and Kalhdz query in Nineveh
International Hotel to reduce the time and effort spent in the booking process,
research has come to a set of results including:
1. Lack of dependency Weak on information technology in the provision of
services in electronic form.
.2. Lacks Nineveh International Hotel to an electronic system for reservations
and inquiries

This study aimed at identifying the impact of the factors
surrounding the appraisal in enhancing organizational values
exploratory study on the water sector in Jordan. To achieve this
objective, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample
consisted of (311) respondents. The retrieved and reliable
questionnaires for analysis were (271). The Statistical Package for
Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the collected data. The
most important results were as follows:
The perceptions of workers in the water sector in Jordan to assess the
factors surrounding the performance, and organizational values, were
high.
There is an impact of the factors surrounding the process of assessing
evaluation dimensions in organizational values, and that the factors
surrounding the performance evaluation alone explain (58.1%) of the
variation in the level of organizational values.
The study recommends necessity of the work on the effectiveness of
building a system which evaluates good performance for employees
and make training courses to the carers on the system of performance
evaluation.

This research is aimed to shed light on the role of bench marking in cost
reduction and improving the performance of the institutions within ministry
of higher education and scientific research. The research was applied to a
sample from technical institutes of Southern Technical University، namely
technical institute of A MARA and technical institute of Basrah.
The research is based on hypothesis that (bench marking contributes to the
cost reduction of service performance and performance improvement).
The researcher applied a descriptive method in the theoretical part, and
analytical method in practical part. The research reached a number of
conclusions and suggestions among which " educational institutions should
apply bench marking method which represents a method of
improvement،continues development and cost reduction through reshuffling
and reordering their systems as well as appointing advisory committee for
improving and measuring service quality and facilities availability for
applying bench marking

The rabid development in the information technology, with the
increasing and wide scope in fund stream, founding the need to product
and provide the accounting information to its users with timelines and
relevant reliability, therefore the firms tried to investment in information
technology as a knowledge base to process the accounting data in order
to provide and send relevant information\'s The study aimed to measure
the effect of information\'s technology on the accounting performance
through interview with head and staff in accounting department and
questionnaire was directed to a group of employees in the accounting
control department and. The study results that the information
technology has positive effect on accounting performance, and help to
decrease the time to complete actions and increase the performance of
accountants.

This paper explores the possibility of applying the Reverse Supply
Chain Processes in the National Company For Home Furniture In Nineveh.
Such processes have a great impotence represented by recovering the
consumed products and trying to make use of them again through reassembling
,manufacturing and re-cycling them at one time , or depositing
them in an environmentally correct manner that will not leave any negative
impact on the environment at another. As such ,the paper endeavors to make
use of this concept through setting a theoretical and field framework to help
the organization under study adopt these processes. To achieve this goal, the
study follows an analytical and descriptive method. A model is constructed
and statistically tested by using SPSS program and the questionnaire has been
distributed to a sample of the research amounting 18 person responsive.The
paper sum up with conclusions according to which some recommendations
were made.

This research aims to identify the creative accounting used in the
preparation of financial statements methods, and demonstrate the impact of
the independence of the external auditor detects and limits the creative
accounting practices, as well as "all know the impact of the integrity and
objectivity of the external auditor detects and limit the creative accounting

organized a questionnaire and then distributed to the external auditors working
in Southern Region / Bozrah - Misan- Dhi Qar, reaching auditors number of
distributed questionnaires (85) was returned (79) questionnaire was used
statistical tests s, usch as average tandard deviations, and testing the statistical
(t - test) to analyze the results and test hypotheses, and the most important
findings of the research is that the independence of the external auditor in all
its forms have an impact on the creative accounting practices and the detection
limit, and is the integrity and objectivity of the auditor during the audit with an
effective impact reduction process and the disclosure of creative accounting
practices The most important recommendations of this research work to urge
companies and professional associations to reduce as much as possible of the
available alternatives of accounting policies and financial procedures that help
in the exercise of creative accounting in order to minimize their impact on the
financial statements, and to emphasize the importance of the integrity and
transparency of the external auditor in order to ensure impartiality and any
side effects.

In the midst of the great economic openness witnessed in most global
markets on the one hand, and the Algerian markets on the other hand, varied
and complicated by environmental factors surrounding the institution, whether
those relating to the internal side or the external level, and become the one of
the main challenges facing the institution being affect them directly or
indirectly, and on many levels especially those attached to the fateful
decisions of the institution in situations of uncertainty.
And has concluded that the field study was conducted on a number of local
institutions Setif of Algeria on the state of the respondents individuals agree
on the impact of the marketing environment and the various components and
elements of both internal or external, whether, on the various activities of the
organization in general, and any decision on the industry in the organization
on the one other hand.
