A field experiment was conducted at Hussainyah Province of Karbala /Iraq to study the effect of the concentration of medically active compounds and yield sepal leaves on Roselle plant. The experiment included studying two factors. First factor included concentrations nano organic fertilizer (Optimus plus), which are (0, 1, 2 and 3) ml L-1. the second factor included three spraying dates of the nano organic fertilizer (Optimus Plus), which is (spraying after a month of planting, spraying after two months of planting, and spraying after three months of planting). The experiment was designed as RCBD. The result showed the following points: Spray date fertilizer S3 has significant effect on the concentration of medically active compounds Gossypetine, Protocatechunic and yield Sepal leaves on Roselle plant. The effect of a concentration of (3 ml L-1) was significant in increasing the concentration of medically active compounds Gossypetine, and yield Sepal leaves on Roselle plant.

The experiment included studying two factors. First factor included concentrations nano organic fertilizer(Optimus plus), which are (0, 1, 2 and 3) ml L-1. the second factor included three spraying dates of the nano organic fertilizer (Optimus Plus), which is (spraying after a month of planting, spraying after two months of planting, and spraying after three months of planting). The experiment was designed as RCBD.
The result showed the following points:
1- Spray date fertilizer S3 has significant effect on the concentration of medically active compounds Quercetin and Hibistin and concentration of nitrogen and potassium.
2- The effect of a concentration of (2 ml L-1) was significant in increasing the concentration of medically active compounds Quercetin and Hibistin and (3 ml L-1) concentration of nitrogen and potassium Sepal leaves.

The experiment included studying two factors. First factor included concentrations nano organic fertilizer, which are (0, 1, 2 and 3) ml L-1, the second factor included three spraying dates of the nano organic fertilizer (Optimus Plus), which is (spraying after a month of planting, spraying after two months of planting, and spraying after three months of planting). The experiment was designed as RCBD.
The result showed the following points:
1- Spray date fertilizer S3 has significant effect on the concentration of protein, chlorophyll, vitamin C and anthocyanin in sepal leaves.
2- The effect of a concentration of (3 ml L-1) was significant in increasing the concentration of protein, chlorophyll, vitamin C and anthocyanin in sepal leaves.

This study was conducted to ascertain the nature of the presence of organic-mineral complexes and their impact on the availability of some of the trace elements namely copper, iron and manganese in some of Iraq's southern marshlands. Six pedons were selected for sites for the marshland where the sites included Al-Ahrar. (Wasit governorate) represented by one soil Bedon in Hor al-Delmaj, ALmsharah (Misan Governorate) represented by two soil pedons , the first is located in Hur Al-Azim 1, the second in Hur Al-Sanaf, and the Al-Kahla (Misan governorate) Represented by one pedon soil located within Hor Umm Na 'aj, and two pedons in AL Kalaat Saleh(Misan governorate) the first is located in Hor Al-Taraba and the second pedon is located in Hor Al-Sodda. The pedons were numbered from 1-6. According to the above sequence, some of the physical and chemical properties of the soil samples of the six pedons were determined. The x-ray diffraction technique was used to examine selected models of studied pedons that included a sample of a surface horizon and a sample of a subsurface horizon. The results showed the appearance of a set of peaks reflecting the proportions of the presence of clay minerals in studied pedons. Biotite mineral appeared at 4.8-5 A in all pedons. The results of prevalent X-ray examinations included some regular interstratified minerals. The regular interstratified mineral appeared Mica-Smectite at 12 A as well as regular interstratified Mica-Chlorite. The variability in the values of the peaks between the studied samples was reflected in the minerals to different degrees of weathering. Use the scanning electron microscope to examine selected samples of clay separated particles for some horizons of studied pedon soil.

This work is part of a larger research project studying exudates roots of three different plant species,
including Zea mays L. (C4), Spinica olereaca L., and Aloe vera L. (CAM), all of which were applied
with three replicates (A،B and C). The Investigated presence of compounds (Sugars, proteins,
phenols, flavonoids, Terpenoids, hormone Gibberellin, hormone Abscisic acid, Amino acid (proline),
Tannin, Catalase Enzyme and Enzyme Superoxide Dismutase). The highest percentage of sugars
appeared in the exudates of Zea mays L. Where it was recorded as 0.638 ml/gm, the highest
percentage of proteins appeared in the exudates of S.olercea plant, where it recorded 24.53 mg/l, and
the highest percentage of phenols appeared in the exudates of Zea mays L., where it recorded 56.61
mg/mL, the highest percentage of Flavonoids appeared in the exudates of Zea mays L., where it
recorded 6.16 mg / ml. The highest percentage of terpenoids appeared in the exudates of S.olercea,
where it recorded 377.33 μg / L. The highest percentage of the hormone gibberellin appeared in the
exudates of Zea mays L., where It was recorded as 0.057 µg/l. The highest percentage of abscisic
hormone, a lion, appeared in the exudates of Zea mays L., where it was 0.028 µg/l. The highest
percentage of proline concentration appeared in the exudates of Zea mays L., where it recorded
49.533 µg/ml. The highest percentage of tannin concentration appeared in the exudates of Zea mays
L., where it recorded 16.58 mg/ml. Catelase enzyme appeared in the exudate of S.olercea plant,
where it was recorded as 0.61 units/ml.

This study was conducted to find out the effect of ionic strength, addition of organic matter and soil texture on wheat plant. A field experiment was carried out during the agricultural season (2201-2022) in the College of Agriculture - University of Wasit using a completely randomized design (CRD). The study included 48 units resulting from a pot experiment. Wheat crop (Ibaa 99) and the use of three factors: ionic strength with three levels, denoted by F1, F2, and F3, two types of soil tissue, denoted by T1 and T2, and humic acid with two levels, denoted by M0 and M1. The study results showed that the increase in ionic strength led to a significant decrease in growth characteristics. And the yield of the wheat plant, as there was a decrease in the concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the leaves of the wheat plant, and the F1 treatment was superior to all treatments. And its content of nutrients, where the addition treatment excelled in all plant characteristics, and the addition of organic matter affected the dry weight of the vegetative total, the weight of a thousand grains, the biological yield, the grain yield, and the rate of plant height.

The study was carried out during the 2021-2022 growing season in a field of College of Agriculture /Wasit University, for the purpose of studying irrigation scheduling and water consumption for potato plants based on moisture depletion rates and the addition of transpiration inhibitors to the cultivated plant. The experiment was carried out within the design of a factorial experiment with a split or regular RCBD arrangement. The moisture depletion with three levels (moisture depletion level of 30% of the available water A1, and a moisture depletion level of 40% of the available water A2, and a moisture depletion level of 50% of the available water A3) Allocated to the main plot. The second factor was transpiration inhibitors are in three levels: (Armoruax inhibitor, symbolized by B1, and licorice inhibitor, symbolized by B2 without adding B0) allocated to the sub-plots. Where these inhibitors were added by spraying on the leaves and Armoruax inhibitor (B1) was added at a concentration of 1 ml/liter for each experimental unit for the treatments of this inhibitor. As for licorice (B2), it was added at a concentration of 1 ml / liter of water for each experimental unit of the treatments for this inhibitor. The control treatment (without adding licorice or Armoruax) the experimental units were left without addition.
The surface drip irrigation system with DR type (GR) was adopted in the irrigation process. Irrigation was scheduled for the growing season in the light of the moisture depletion rates mentioned above. The comparison between the averages of the treatments was done using the least significant difference L.S.D at a level of significance of 5%. The results can be summarized as follows: The results showed an increase in the number of irrigations for the treatments that were irrigated with a moisture depletion of 30% of the available water compared to the other two levels of depletion 40% and 50% of the available water. The number of irrigations for treatments sprayed with growth inhibitors and irrigated at the three moisture depletion rates reached 29,24,18, respectively. While the number of irrigations for the control treatment and irrigated treatment at the three depletion rates decreased to 24, 19, and 16 irrigations, respectively.

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of interaction between organic fertilizer and biofertilizer EM-1 on the growth and yield of plant. Randomized complete block design (RCBD) was used as a factorial experiment with three replicates at 5% probability level. Organic fertilizer (cow manure) was added to the soil at three levels (0, 2 t/ha-1, 4 t/ha-1), symbolized by H0, H1 and H2 respectively, while biofertilizer EM-1 was used at two levels (0 and 20 L/ha-1). The results showed that the interaction treatment 4 t/ha-1 + 20 L/ha-1 (H1B2) had a significant effect on most of the vegetative growth indicators and yield components represented by plant height (cm), number of fruiting branches. plant-1, number of capsules. plant-1, weight of thousand seeds (g), number of capsules. Plant-1, total seed yield (kg/ha-1) compared to the interaction treatment without adding (H0B0), this matter is of great importance to find an alternative fertilizer to chemical fertilizers because of its important advantages for human health in particular and its friendliness to the environment in general.
