The study included the detection the effect of Surlactin produced by Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria against Staphylococcus bacteria isolated from different injuries includes wound infections ,burns , wounds,and urinary tract infection . 33 isolates of S.aureus Bacteria and 27 isolates of S.epidermidis bacteria were Dignased in average of (%41.77, %38.18) from 79 isolates for different types of bacteria were collected from injuries and Diagnosed for cultural and microscopic characteristics and Biochemical tests and confermation test using Vitek 2 system.
The Resuts of the study confirmed the Activity of Surlactin Crude extract from L.acidophilus superratant in Remoral of Biofilm and inhihition of adherence of S.epidermidis the also may have an effective inhibitor of the growth of bacteria S.aureus after dialysis gainst 0.01 mol of phosphate buffer , and the concentration of protein and Carbohydrates in crude extract extract 3 microgram/ml and 7 microgram/ml Respectirely

because of widespread chronic infections, especially among patients with heart and vascular inflammatory factors were measured two levels as vital functions Biomarkers for coronary heart disease, namely fibrinogen , high sensitivity C reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) . The study was carried out in the educational Baquba hospital from 1/ 9 / 2015 to 1/3 /2016, which collect venous blood samples 5 cm³ from patients who are lying in the recovery unit (CCU) , consisting of 35 patient with myocardial infarction and 35 patient with angina pectoris , Both groups of patients were compared with a group of 20 healthy people . Use 2 cm³ of blood to measure fibrinogen in blood by using coagulation homeostasis analysis device , The rest of the blood were put for centrifugal speed 3000 rpm for 10 minutes after you coagulated serum separation and put in was placed in my Cobas Integra 400 Plus device to measured fibrinogen and other biochemistry indicators for measuring . The results of the study showed that : There is differences signification p < 0.05 in fibrinogen, high sensitivity C reactive protein, low density lipoprotein, and low levels of high density lipoproteins of patients with myocardial infarction and angina pectoris compared to control (healthy).

Field study was conducted in the fields of Gollege of Agriculture to evaluate the effect of three acaricides on the two spotted spider mites Tetranychus urticae Koch and the Coccinellidae predators. Results indicated that the acaricide Ortus was the most effective against all stages of mite followed by Oberon and then Abamactin. Mortality percentages for adults were 76.9, 73.4, and 69.8% recorded for three pesticide respectively. Mortality percentags were 79.6, 76.2 and 73.3% for moving immature stage . As for eggs stage Oberon was the most effective followed by Ortus and then Abamactin ware 74.5, 69.0 and 66.4% respectively after four weeks. Results also showed that The pesticide Ortus showed some harmful effects on Coccinellidae predators. Followed by Oberon, while Abamectin was relatively harmless. Aduls of the predators were less sensitive to the three acaricides than the other stages. Mortality percentages were 1.9 ,1.6 and 0.7 recorded after three weeks of treatment for intended acaricides respectively. Therefore, the application of the integrated management to control this pest should take in consideration the choice of the effective acaricides such as Abamectin with less toxicity to the predators and other natural enemies in the same time.

The study included 50 samples collected from the stool of children with bloody diarrhea and acute watery and were aged under five years of age, if possible, get a 14 bacterial isolates out of 50 samples and 28%, while the samples where growth does not appear, which were represented by 72% of the total samples may be due to the presence of other pathogens that causes it may be sick from parasites such as Entamoeba histolytica, and Giardia Lamblia and Crytosporidium Parvum and Cayetanensi Cyclospora, or may be due occurrence of diarrhea to the presence of viruses, especially rotavirus which is one of the most viral common types and causes of diarrhea among children under the age of five years, as the bacteria E.coli accounted for the highest percentage, bringing the total isolation of 10 at a rate of 20% of the total samples, either Salmonella bacteria have been getting the isolation of a single 2% of the total samples, and the other was to get three isolates belonging to the bacteria Shigella 21.4% of the total isolates

This study was conducted in the vegetal garden belonging to the Science Department / College Of Basic Education / University of Al-Mustansiriyah for the winter growth season 2015-2016 to see the effect of Increasing concentrations and levels for each growth regulator Gibberllin (GA3) and Potassium and the overlap between them in some of the in morphological and flora characters of Cumin Cuminum cyminum L. .
The Cumin seeds planted in 1/11/2015 using Potassium levels 0,150 and 300 Kgm.h-1 added to the soil in addition to concentration of Gebberellic acid 0 ,50 and 100 mg.ltr-1 sprayed on the plants, The experiment designed as Randomized Complete Block Design with three replicates so this study included two factorial experiments 3×3×3 each experiment included 27 experimental units each area size was 1×1 m2 there were a daily follow-up for the experiments of the study to hold soil and yield services of irrigation , remove the bushes and fertilizing.The spraying of 100 mg.ltr -1 from Gibberllin led to an increase in plant height 23.25% , dry weight 23.25%, number of inflorescence 15.06%, number of flowers for the head inflorescence 23.19% and dropping in the number of branches 30.40% compared with the control treatment . Also the addition of level 300 Kgm.h-1of Potassium led to an increase in plant height 30.46%, dry weight 11.28%, number of inflorescence13.85%, number of flowers for the head inflorescence6.84 % and number of branches 35.66 % compared with the control treatment.The overlap between Gebberellic acid and Potassium gave a significant increase in some of the studied characters where the overlap between concentration 100 mg.ltr-1 Gebberellic acid and level 300 Kgm.h-1 Potassium led to increase in plant height 60.25%, dry weight 72.56%, number of inflorescence 26.49%, number of flowers for the head inflorescence 47.93 % and dropping in the number of branches 1.41% compared with the control treatment

This study was carried out in the green house of Biology Department, College of Education for Pure Science\\ IbnAL–Haitham( Baghdad University), during the growing season of 2015,Experience has included study the effect of the concentrations of kinetin (25,50,75,100) mg/L with two level of NPKZn manure,It added level 160 Kg/H as well as the lack of added which is the control treatment, the effect of sodium chloride in two concentrations (50,100)mM/L and their interactions in concentration som major elements (nitrogen , phosphorus , potassium, magnesium , calcium experiment was conducted according to the design of Randomized Completely Block Design(RCBD). with three replications, the results confirmed the following: The existence of a significant decrease the impact of sodium chloride of the Soil in the rates of traits studied compared to the treatment of control and a significantly increased in the qualities mentioned above at spray plants with kinetin and fertilizing with NPKZn fertilizer, individually or their overlap and minimize the negative effect of sodium chloride. Focus (75) mg/L of kinetin was beating if given the best rates above mentioned qualities,with the superiority of treatment(the level160 Kg/H of manure and focus(75) mg/L of kinetin) was beating if given the best rates above mentioned qualities..

The depletion of non-renewable energy resources leads us to discover an alternate eco-friendly fuel. Objective of this study to design Biological Fuel Cell (BFC) whichare bioelectrochemical reactors in which chemical energy stored in "organic compounds" are converted through "biocatalytic oxidation" by microorganisms. which contains two working electrodes (cathode and anode) to generate electricity simultaneous west water treatment and to select the most efficient microorganism to generate electricity . In this technology we used west water sludge which successfully generated a power of (0.4-3) V and current (0.6-0.89) mA. Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) define as the oxygen essential to oxidize organic material in water and convert it to inorganic mater under reaction conditions of time, temperature and availability of oxidation agents was 85%, TDS which define as the combined content of all inorganic and organic substances contained in a liquid, removal efficiency was 55%. Different isolates of microorganisms were isolated which are :Saccharomyces cervisia , Pseudomonas putida, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Aspergillus niger,E.coli, and Saccharomyces cervisia showed the most efficient isolate to generate electricity. This study insure the ability of (BFC) to treat waste water successfully and the microorganisms which exist in waste water sludge responsible of electricity generation in which (+ve ion) released from the fermentation process

An experiment was carried out by using plastic pots during growing season 2014 – 2015 in private nursery in Baghdad governorate to study the effect of seeds soaking with Salicylic acid ( SA ) ( 0 , 0.5 , 1 ) mM and salt stress with NaCl ( 0 , 50 , 100 ) mM and their interaction in some growth parameters in Vicia faba L. included : plant height , branches number , pods number , pods length , pods weight , weight of 100 seeds , chlorophyll content , protein percentage and electrolyte leakage in leaf tissues . The experiment designed according to Completely Randomized Design ( CRD ) with three replications . Results showed that salinity stress significant reduction in the averages of growth parameters (plant height , branches number , pods number , pods length , pods weight , weight of 100 seeds , chlorophyll content , protein percentage ) and significant increased in electrolyte leakage , while the seeds soaking with SA caused a significant increase in all the growth parameters and significant reduction in electrolyte leakage . The results showed significant effect of interaction between both factors in all traits .

The results of this study were showed that there were four species of Aphids on the wheat crop(Ebaa99veriety) during the season,these are oat aphid Rhopalosiphumpadi (L.) ,corn aphidSchizaphisgraminum ,grain aphidR. maidis (Fitch) andEnglish grain aphidSitobionavenae (Fabricius) . Population densities of these species were varied, and the superiority was to R. padi at percentage of 86.56% of totalnumber of aphids species. While the corn aphid and grain aphids were 8.13% and 4.96% respectively. English grain aphid was appeared at low number at percentage of 0.35% for one weak at the end of seasonal and then disappeared. Temperatures and maturity of crop have impacted on the population density of aphid, it have been noticed that the low number of aphids was with temperaturesless than19°∁ and it was increased gradually with the increase of temperature . The higher density was 826 insect/50sample at temperatures between20-24℃ . Then it was decreased with an increase of temperatures up to 24℃ and higher until they reached to 15 insect/50sample. That is compatible with the maturity of crop.

The current study was included properties of anatomical parts vegetative details (root, stem, petioles, leaf) for two species of the genus Hibiscus cultured in Iraq represented in okra Hibiscus esculentus and Hibiscus rosa-sinensis. The study was including also stomatal index and rate of both the length and width of the stomatal complex and the thickness of the periderm, cortex, phloem, radius of xylem, the number of xylem arms and xylem units per class.
The study was showed that a clear differenced in the properties above and this helped to distinguish the two species under study indicating the importance of the anatomical characteristics.

The study aimed to investigate the incidence of Repeat Breedingsyndrom (RBS) in cattle and Buffalo Cows to resolute and correct thes disorders for those two important animals in Iraq . The study was carried out (257) cattle Cows during 2011 and ( 290) during 2012 and (383) local water buffalo Cows ( Bubalusbubalis ) during 2011 and (404) during 2012 in some villages around Baghdad (Al- Fudalea , Nisan and Basmaia ) wher animals were reared . Case history , clinical examination for reproductive status wer documented by private clinics during (2011 – 2012) . Results revealed that (RBS) incidence percentage in catte was (19.8% , 17.2%) during (2011 , 2012) respectively . Whereas it was (17.49% , 15.6%) during (2011,2012) respectively in buffalo Cows , Highly significant differences (P ≤ 0.01) between species was observed yearly and Low significant differences (P ≤ 0.05)in some months during the years of study . We concluded that (RBS) in two species in moderate case with comparied with other countries . The (RBS) difference between species relate mangmant programs and enrirometal changes may lead to monthy and yearly differences in (RBS) .

This work involved studying the effect of some Schiff bases compounds on activity of acetylcholinesterase enzyme in human serum . Different concentration of these compounds were used the type of inhibition. Theses results obtained form line weaver – Burk plot indicate that the inhibition type was noncompetitive with arrange (39.44 - 87.16%).

Bacterial Qualitative screening was used to get fifty five bacterial isolates from the obtained ones, all of which were undergone to bacterial quantitative screening to get two bacterial isolates. The first one which was taken from an industrial district, characterized by fast growth on Nutrient agar medium contained the minerals, Fe, Cu, Cd, Pb and Ni at concentration of 400 mg/l both individually, while the second one which was obtained from Al- Daura refinery, characterized by fast growth on Nutrient agar medium contained Ni element at the same concentration. The two isolates were identified on basis of the morphological and cultural properties, also VITEK test was done, in addition to the conduction of some complementary biochemical tests to make sure that they are Bacillus subtilis bacteria. The first isolate was named as Bacillus subtilis 1 and the second as Bacillus subtilis 2 Both isolates showed their resistance to the antibiotics Penicillin, Tetracycline, Ampcillin, Methicillin, Chloramphenicol, at concentrations of 10mcg, 10mcg, 10mcg, 5mcg, 30mcg,. both isolates showed a high ability to grow at high temperatures which included 50 to 60̊ c. consequently The maximum concentrations used for the Bacillus subtilis 1 isolate were from 800 to 2000for the minerals Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Fe, and Cd consequently, while the maximum concentrations used for Bacillus subtilis 2 isolate was 2000for the mineral Cr.

In the present study , the biosynthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles were included by fungi Fusarium oxysporum , the particle size were 30-90 nm , fungi Fusarium oxysporum was isolated from soil using serial dilution technique , biomass was harvested and used to biosynthesized TiO2 nanoparticles . The biosynthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles was characterized by UV Vis. Spectroscopy (UV) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) , atomic force microscope (AFM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) studies .The biosynthesized TiO2 nanoparticles were tested against gram Positive and gram negative bacteria . results showed that TiO2 nanoparticals have a remarkable antibacterial activity against gram Positive and gram negative bacteria .

This study was conducted in the laboratories and climate rooms of the Bio-control unit college of Agriculture / Baghdad University to study of effect constant tempreture on development time of predator and accumulated degree days of predator D.manihoti . The results also showed differences between the development periods of the predator D.manihoti according to the rearing temperatures being, 31.44 and 18.13 and 13.34 and 12.5 days at temperatures 20 , 25 , 30 and 35 ± 2 ° C, respectively . the lowest developmental threshold of egg , larval stage I, II and III and the pupal stage as well as the duration from egg to adult reached 8.98, 8.78, 8.63, 12.58, 8 ° and 9 C° respectively, while 42.37, 28.24, 47.16, 43.85 and 139 heat unit, for the accumulated day degrees . The accumulated day degree of period from egg to adult was 303 heat units. Optimum temperature was 33.32 C° while Upper threshold was 42.39 Cₒ for D.manihoti respectively.

As for the social side the corporally activism will help in enhancing participation in active way in society and give the individual the chance for social and cultural interaction and work on improving the image of the age for the younger age categories.
In our study we tackled on important subject and that is the effect of practicing some physical activities on health for the elders and their effect on the health and the items of practicing these activities. And identifying the elders. As well as tackled the goals for practicing the sports on the general health. Then we refer to most pioneer previous studies that have relation to our subject. As for the study curriculum we used the descriptive curriculum which describe the phenomena in thematic way through the data we got, as well it detect the phenomenon as it is in reality, and then trying to interrupt the phenomenon as prerequisite to reach for general rules for the phenomenon under study. As for the study sample it was represented by the individuals and restrictedly by the elders in Baghdad city. And the sample was selected accidentally of 50 men and women who go to the clinic of media exhibition and inbred treatment in the technical medical institute / Baghdad for checking and treatment in addition to some to a number of the institute staff members and in a reality of 20 men and 30 women. The study time interval was lasted for 9 months. And after spreading the questionnaire , calculating the percentages, analyzing the statistical tables, and then demonstrating the results and making the recommendations and the suggestions related to the study.
1- The study assured that 52% of the sample had knowledge of sport importance on the general health of the body and that through the programs and the reports which the see on satellite channels and internet sites and others. While 48% do not have the information or the knowledge for the positive effect of corporal activism on the physical and psychological individual health.
2- The study assure that 68 % of the sample have the want in making some sports which 32% do not want doing so giving reason for their health conditions and not having enough and suitable time in addition to negative look of the society.
3- The study showed that the highest ratio of the study sample practice hiking in that it is the easiest type of sport and the most beneficial from their point of view in addition it does not cost. And some of them mentioned that they got used on hiking in accomplishing their works in addition to the cuts and the closing of the streets which imposing walking and this ratio was 40% from total ratio. As for the lowest ratio they practiced swimming by enlisting in clubs and the total to 8%.
4- The study assures that 46% and it is the highest ratio of the individual sample did not dedicate special items to practice corporal activism but they do so when tiles is available for their family and employment commitment but most of them mentioned that they practice physical sport relative to the corporal capacities and age, and the lowest ratio which was 14% are these who practice corporal activism for an hour or more.
5- The study assures that 36% of the study sample do some sports activities in some places like gem centers and many ladies assured that or going to malls or public places and others on foot or by using bicycles to fulfill some demands and other things, while the lowest ratio of the sample are those who practiced some sport activities in parks and at restricted times as available. And they mentioned that they couldn't do so due to the security environment which limit doing so and that ration was 12% of the total sample members

In this paper, the Boubaker Polynomials is used to find an approximate solution for mixed linear Volterra-Fredholm integral equations of the second kind. Three examples are considered and the simulation results were discussed numerically and displayed graphically. By increasing the order of Boubaker Polynomials, we can improve the accuracy of results.

Fluorine doped tin oxide, SnO2: F (FTO) thin films deposited on glass substrates at 405±2˚C have been prepared using Spray Pyrolysis Technique. Structural, electrical and optical properties of FTO thin films under different doping concentration (5, 15, 20, 25 and 30) wt% are investigated using XRD patterns, Hall effect measurement and UV–Vis spectrophotometry. X-ray diffraction studies of FTO films indicate that all films are polycrystalline with tetragonal structure. The lattice constants a and c vary from (4.7269 to 4.7557)Å and (3.2548 to3.2103) Å respectively. While the crystallite size D varies from 8.07 to 7.85 nm. Electrical measurements showed that all the films are of n-type conductivity. Carriers mobility (μ), concentration of carrier (n) and resistivity (ρ) reached 6.05 cm2/Vs, 5.62x1019cm-3 and 8.79x10-2 Ω cm, respectively. The energy gap decrease from 3.9 to 3.78 eV with increase fluorine concentration from (5-30) wt% respectively. FTO films can be used as conducting layers(Electrodes) in photovoltaic devices.

Previous studies have shown that learning arts have a significant positive effect on student creativity through using a suitable curriculum. It has been found that arts have become an important and essential part of developing the creativity of students, as it helps the the students to build their confidence and knowledge and to engage with other children. Moreover, it provides them with the necessary skills to develop their creativity through using curricula that were made specifically for teaching arts. This paper reviews the role of creativity in art education, and the role of art on the development of students’ talents. Also, this paper reviews the role of teaching techniques in enhancing and developing the art creativity of students. In addition, the students’ experiences and their exposer to different teaching concepts is how they can achieve full potential creativity and talent.

This study includes a collection of 140 samples of blood which have been collected from patient infected with H. pylori ,these samples were collected from AL – Kindy Teaching Hospital in a period from ( November- 2015 to March - 2016 ) with age ranging from 15- 70 years .
The results showed that from 140 blood samples diagnosis infection with H.pylori by rapid test and make confirmatory for the infection by ELISA technique, make ELISA IgG test technique in this test give 60 patients. Measure the serum level cytokine in the patient infected with H.pylori explain that anti-inflammatory IL-6 chronic phase: (391±5.4 pg/ml )and acute phase : (318.6±7.7 pg/ml) . In the cytokine pro inflammatory TNF-α chronic phase : (391.8±8.6 pg/ml) and acute phase :(290±11.3 pg/ml) and in the proinflammatory MIF cytokine chronic phase : (45.05±2.5 pg/ml) and acute phase : (29.08±2.1 pg/ml) .

In this paper, the secret text is first encryptedbyusingAESwhichhasverygood performanceandisamostpowerfultechnique. Now this encrypted text is embedded using steganography. Our proposed system gives threestages of security for secret. The main aim of proposed method to increase security of embedding and extraction phase using AESencryption,steganography and change pixel location. In order to evaluate performance the proposed algorithm performs series of tests. These tests include, PSNR and MSE.

A pattern recognition system based on the n-tuple technique is developed and evaluated for use in classifying non-deterministic data with particular reference to non-restrained hand-written India numerals.
The system presented in this research fulfills the requirements of simplicity and efficiency making it attractive to practical use in present day industrial environments. This simplicity of operation is afforded by the self evolving nature of the classifier, since it is based on a training phase where the recognition logic is developed.
The obtained results showed that a very high performance can be achieved, providing evidence of the validity of the proposed techniques.

In the last decade, activity recognition (AR) of humans via smart phones became important and attractive subject for scholars and develop-ers in many areas from health care to real-time security systems. In this research, we worked on AR that based on data collected from Android-based smart phone's accelerometers held at waist region while performing different activities (i.e. walking, jogging, climbing stairs, downing stairs, sitting, and standing). To achieve this goal, six classification algorithms were performed: Naïve Bayes (NB), Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP), Bayes Network (BN), Sequential Minimal Optimization (SMO), Kstar, and Decision Tree (DT). Experimental results of the six models were il-lustrated and analyzed. Comparison results declare that MLP algorithm outperforms other algorithms.

The reaction of camphor with glycine under the showing conditions yielded (E)-2-((1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-ylidene)amino)acetic acid ligand . The complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Zn(II) and Fe(II) with ligand have been obtained by the reaction between copper bromide, hydrate nickel chloride, hydrate cobalt chloride, zinc chloride, and iron bromide with ligand in 1:2 mole ratio. The free ligands and their metal complexes have been separated in the solid state. The spectroscopic data of the complexes recommend their 1:2 structures which are researched by elemental analysis (CHN) 1H NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy. From the spectroscopic data proposed the octahedral structure for the all complexes.
