Suicide is one of the dangerous matters that has infiltrated Muslim countries, and for that I like to recall the causes and treatment of suicide and the position of Islamic Sharia and Iraqi law, starting with the problem of suicide that lies and is often committed because of despair, which is often known to be attributed to a psychological disorder such as depression, mania, schizophrenia, or alcoholism. Or drug abuse. Stress factors such as financial difficulties, the death of a loved one, or problems in personal relationships often play a role, and the questions will be identified in the research.

A new year enters our Journal, eighteen years in which it reaches the peak of scientific maturity, with seventy-five issues, which included hundreds of useful researches, in various human sciences varied between languages, legal sciences, history, geography, social and educational sciences, and other sciences of a human character, It bridged thousands of researchers and scholars from different universities and countries, experts, arbitrators and glorious researchers.
Our Journal continues to tributary the fields of science, from the researches it has enriched, and from the researchers I distinguish them, as it is a source from which the researchers draw what they find from the sciences.

The study of inheritance in Islam is one of the most serious and deadly issues. Meanwhile, it is held in a special position and there is considerable reward for it and is considered the most rewarding.
Inheritance is an inborn system which responds to the requirements of human instinct. It makes the human tend to transfer all that he/she has collected from personal belongings and properties to whomever succeeds him/her including his/her children, grandchildren and relatives. Due to its importance and people’s dependence on this field of study, Allah Almighty has explicitly indicated stated the obligations of inheritance in His Koranic verses. He has indicated each heir’s/heiress’s share in a combination of Verses therein. Thus, the statuses and sharing and distributing them becomes the object of people’s covet and their desires. Inheritance is generally divided between men and women, old and young, or else there will be room for injustice, opinions, and desires. This is why Allah Almighty in His holy book has conducted it Himself and given it separate chapters and made it among the heirs with utmost justice, mercy and benefit for all.
Furthermore, the perceived quantitative difference and the lack of numerical equality among the heirs/heiresses can be attributed to the judgement of the true balance that observes all the considerations to fulfil objective justice in the matter.
Therefore, this study has been conducted to investigate and comment on this manuscript, which contains the rulings on inheritance and what each heir should or should not take. We hope that what we have achieved makes a contribution, though small, to the great efforts made in the field by our scholars in the service of the prophetic Sunna and its sciences. We pray for Allah’s help to count it onto the scale of our virtues and good deeds.

The Islamic law clarified the foundations of a correct life that guarantee the preservation of rights, including its clarification of the human relationship with other creatures on this earth, and its setting of controls for that relationship. Therefore, Islamic law set controls for the enjoyment of animals, regulated the relationship with them, and indicated the duty towards them. These animals share life with humans on earth, so some of them mix with them, or live close to them, and some of them cover their utensils and brushes, and they may be infected with their urine, sweat, and saliva, and they may receive the water from which they drink, or purify themselves with it, or fall into it, and so on. So, this research was about the ruling on the purity and impurity of the saliva of dogs, a comparative study, because jurisprudence is one of the most honorable sciences, the highest in value, the sweetest and the most extensive in impact.

After fully studying the poetry of Abu Al-Tayyib Al-Mutanabbi in the book Summarizing Al-Miftah by Al-Qazwini, I was able to find out the truth of his poetry in the book “Summarizing and Al-Muftah”, and all the books that explained this book showed that: Al-Mutanabbi’s poetry did not take up much space in the book “Summarizing Al-Muftah”, as I found only one chapter in eloquence , And two houses in the science of meanings, and two houses in the science of statement, while the knowledge of Badi’a received the majority of Abu al-Tayy’s poetry, but most of it came in the chapter on poetic thefts, whether in the whole or part of the meaning, or his heart. Al-Mutanabbi’s poetry was large compared to the rest of the poets of his time, or the readiness of the poetic witness, and because the rhetoric at that time depended on transferring the poetic witness repeatedly from one rhetoric to another, with the aim of educational benefit, and for expansion only only On the level of the witness\'s explanation, but this does not preclude that the poems that came in the poetic thefts of the father of al-Tayyib have high formulation, quality in organization, and a large number of similes and metaphors, and this is the fact of contact with him in reading and processing verses rhetorically

The Arab heritage was and still is the sea abounding with its various sciences. It is the inexhaustible fountain of giving. No guarantee sought it unless it quenched its thirst, and no need seeker sought it except that its need was fulfilled. The available information does not provide us with adequate information about Sheikh Al-Tashkandi, as it is very scarce and hardly gives his donation and scientific efforts, as it is surprising that we do not find a large translation or mention of him in the books of classes, nor in the books that dealt with the history of the tenth century AH, although he is a Hanafi school of thought.

This research aims to demonstrate the significance of the variation in the word between gerund and other disposable formats and the implications of this variation in the seven, ten and higher Quranic readings. It stands for the creamy verses in which the word reads two readings. \", one as gerund from the trio and the other, and again as another different formulation as if the name of an effect or adjective were suspicious, overrepresented, actual or otherwise, and after an accurate count of the readings\' matching. It was shown that their number (40) Formulation, based on a comprehensive extrapolation of Quranic readings. We have taken in a study of one term of each formulation to be exhaustive, sufficiently frightened by the presentation and result of repetition, and after analysis the features of the study formed in the introduction and researchers, the first of which is in: (different reading due to the absence of formation and its effect on meaning), and the second in: (Different reading due to the lack of proof of the \'Alf drawing and its effect on meaning). Then we stood on the readings in some words, and we showed the difference in reading them, detailed in their meanings of changing the formula, followed by a glossary of the study sample words. This issue is one of the poet\'s attempts to confront the idea of annihilation and death, as it shows the boy\'s strength of repentance and his exploits in many poems in which she praises him and shows his chivalry, courage, generosity, and the love that bound them despite the fact that fate separated them, meaning that the image of the elegy It was manifested through the hereditary feelings that it embodied in the image of strength and chivalry.

This is a study on the affirmation of the negative present tense verb with the foundations of affirmation, in which I dealt with the provisions of the affirmation of the present tense verb: the obligatory, the permissible and the abstaining, and the ranks of the state of permissibility (close to the duty, a lot, a few, and the least).

The study of Sudanese-Egyptian relations may take us back to the depth of the roots struck in history, until the change of regimes and leaders greatly influenced the course of these relations. They moved from intense to tension through close proximity, as well as the geographical factors linking the two countries and the historical relations that made the relationship a strong special. In addition, the political situation between the two countries witnessed a state of political stability for the period 2001-1997AD, and Sudanese-Egyptian relations improved during this period, as Sudan and Egypt were the most politically connected countries of the Nile Basin.

This research is not the first study presented about the city of Samarra, the beautiful star of the Abbasside caliphate as many studies were submitted about the growth of the city, its development, population structure and the old ruins that distinguished it from other Arab and Islamic cities. However, this study presents Samarra as it was seen by the travellers who passed through it and the impressions they had about it, whether passive or positive, they didn’t form any influence in the opinion of the one who reads about this deep-rooted city, which was not paid attention in the right way in the Ottoman era just like other Arab cities, which suffered as they were ruled by non-Arabs. The Ottomans could not offer the city and capitals they dominated what they used to offer to their capital.
A reader might notice that this study didn’t cover all the aspects that should be mentioned when speaking about any city, because this research focused only on what the travellers mentioned in their observations about the city and the points they drew their attention exclusively just as mentioned by the title of the research (Samarra in The books Travellers in The Ottoman Era). The research sheds light on the emergence of the city and the reason behind being chosen by the Abbasside and then the description of the city location, its nature, populations, the plan of the city with a focus on the description of all the religious buildings in the city, which is the most prominent thing that drew the attention of the travellers and encouraged them to write about the city such as the religious shrines, the big mosque of Samarra with its famous minaret and also the palaces of the abandoned Abbasside caliphs. As for the economic and social aspects in addition to the city administration, only a little information was mentioned.

This study contributes to laying the planning foundations for the development and development of recreational services in the city of Bald, located in the south of Salah al-Din Governorate. It needs a lot of work to develop and equip neighborhoods that suffer from a lack of services in accordance with local planning standards and to find solutions that require re-signing the spatial services On ways to study the future need for recreational services, which were recorded through future estimates (82) services for the year 2021, and the estimates for the year 2023 came with the need for (89) recreational services distributed over residential neighborhoods, while the estimates for the year 2025 came with a higher number than the two years that preceded it with (95) services Recreational, offset by an increase in population numbers to cover the supply and demand for recreational services in the city of Bald.

The research aims to give a detailed picture of the reality of the spatial distribution of educational services for secondary schools in the study area for the year 2021 AD, and to determine the pattern of their distribution, the efficiency of their distribution and their spatial repercussions using the contemporary applied method that adopted the application of geographic information systems (GIS), using many of its functions in the analysis process. The study found that there is a clear defect and shortcoming in the spatial distribution of secondary schools in terms of the lack of buildings allocated to them. Which made it adopt the convergent cluster pattern that tends to cluster in the distribution, as the calculated (R) value reached (0.12), which leads to the weakness of the service provided to its current locations, and that (6.91%) of the total area of the judiciary in general and actually (55.18 %) of the total urban communities area amounting to (26.07) km2 for the year 2021 is actually serviced, while (44.82%) of the urban communities area in the study area is located outside the current impact ranges (Buffering) for the planned distance of (800) meters, which indicates the size of The lack of ideal coverage for this type of service despite the fact that there is a surplus in its current distribution compared to the population size as per the schematic criterion.

This research is an applied research that seeks to study the actuality of the geographical evaluation of communication networks (Zain Iraq) in the Karkh side of the city of Baghdad in terms of the spatial distribution and the factors affecting its locations and levels of coverage and the relationship of its spatial signature with the variables (area and population), and to reveal its efficiency and determine levels The population’s satisfaction with it. Finally, the research found that the distribution of the towers was randomly dominated by a dispersed pattern with a value ranging (1.99-1.26), in addition to the presence of a discrepancy in the serviced spaces at a rate of (14.10%) of the total area, thus, it is necessary to reconsider the structure of the spatial distribution, including what serves the population.

The research directs the attention of scholars to the mental reasoning that Dr. Abdullah al-Naqshbandi has advocated, and it is in the same manner and direction of the innovators of the Ash\'ari school and the Maturidi school, since the era of al-Baqalani, and those who came after him, which compares between these personalities and what Dr. We researched under the title of Contemporary Speech Reasoning by Dr. Abdullah Al-Naqshbandi (d.: 1321 AH), in writing The Ashtat Complex, to refute the allegations and philosophical trends that go in a direction contrary to Muslim sages and philosophers.

However, not all first parts have their second parts right away. An insertion sequence emerges when other adjacent pairs mediate the main adjacency pair. One adjacency pair is contained within another. The data is brought from Prophetic Hadiths as they are the written forms of social interactions between two or more people, typically Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) and one of his wives or companions. Hence, the study\\'s goal is to determine how adjacency pair categories are applied to Prophetic Hadiths, to investigate the various social acts and potential uses of the Prophetic Hadith\\'s insertion sequences, to find out the social purposes behind using them, and to figure out whether the preference organization is contingent on the insertion sequences or not. The study has a qualitative description as the data has been purposefully selected from Al-Bukhari and Muslim books and drawn upon Yule (1996). It focuses on the insertion sequence as related to the first part of the adjacency pair. The study findings point out that adjacency pairs and insertion sequences are natural occurrences in Prophetic Hadiths and an integral aspect of social communication.
