Abstract

The research seeks to clarify the role that strategic planning plays in sustainable development, and the field of study is represented in the office of the Iraqi Ministry of Education. As for the sample, it included (60) respondents from the office of the ministry. The statistical program (SPSS: V-25), and accordingly, a hypothetical model was designed that shows the nature of the relationship and influence between the research variables, and the most prominent results that were reached: the existence of a positive and significant correlation and influence between strategic planning and sustainable development. The most prominent recommendations were: By working to achieve greater interaction and integration for all administrative levels, in the strategic planning process in the ministry.

يهدف البحث الاثر الذي يؤديه التخطيط الاستراتيجي في التنمية المستدامة، وتمثل ميدان الدراسة بديوان وزارة التربية العراقية، أما العينة شملت (60) مستجيباً من العاملين في ديوان الوزارة، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، من خلال تبنيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعمل البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS:V-25)، وبناءً على ذلك صمم أنموذج فرضي يوضح طبيعة العلاقة والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث، ومن ابرز النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها: وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ايجابية ومعنوية بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنمية المستدامة. أما أبرز التوصيات كانت: من خلال العمل على تحقيق تفاعل وتكامل أكبر لجميع المستويات الإدارية، في عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الوزارة.

Abstract

أعطى الإسلام أهمية كبيرة للتربية، باعتبارها عملية متشعبة ذات نظم نابعة من تصور الإسلام للأنسان والحياة والكون ، تهدف إلى تربية وبناء الإنسان منذ بواكير عمره في ملكاته النفسية والذهنية، وتنمية مداركه العقلية، وتهذيب مواهبه الفطرية وميوله الطبيعية، عن طريق التنشئة السليمة والتربية القويمة، وكل هذا لا يمكن أن يتم إلا في مجتمع تسوده القيم الإنسانية التي نادى الإسلام بضرورة اكتسابها والمحافظة عليها.
ولا شك أن المناهج التربوية من أهم عوامل التأثير في مرحلة صياغة الأفكار وترسيخ المهارات العلمية والقيم والاتجاهات وأنماط السلوك لدى الإنسان.
وجاء هذا البحث كمحاولة لبيان أثرر المناهج و المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية في بناء منظومة القيم واثر ذلك في تعزيز القيم الانسانية، وإبراز أثرر المناهج كمرتكز علمي وتعليمي وتربوي، لما لها من دور رائد في تشكيل شخصية الفرد وتأصيل هويته، بهدف بنائه وقدرته على الاسهام في تطوير مجتمعه بنحو ينسجم مع القيم والمثل العليا للمجتمع. وتكمن أهمية البحث من خلال النقاط الآتية.
1. أن المناهج التربوية هي صاحبة الدور الأهم في تكوين شخصية الفرد وصقلها من خلال قيم ومعايير شخصية ، تعكسها سلوكيات الفرد عبر ما يظهر من أعمال الفرد وتصرفاته التي تعبر عن مدى توافقه مع القيم أو رفضه لها .
2. أهمية رسم الطريق الواضح الذي تتبعه المؤسسات التعليمية في التأثير الإيجابي على أفرادها من خلال مناهج التربية الإسلامية .
3. التأكيد على الدور الهام والخصوصية التطبيقية في المؤسسات التعليمية والتربوية ، في بناء منظومة القيم الإنسانية .
4. عرض نماذج وتطبيقات من منهج التربية الإسلامية يتم تطبيقها وتفعيلها داخل المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية التي أسهمت في ترسيخ مبادئ الإسلام وقيمه السامية.
وتضمن البحث أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول (الإطار المفاهيمي) ويتضمن ثلاثة مطالب: مفهوم التربية الإسلامية، كمادة تعليمية في العراق، ومفهوم القيم الإنسانية في الشريعة الإسلامية، والمبحث الثاني (القيم التربوية والتعليمية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الثانوية في العراق) ويتضمن مطلبان: القيم السلوكية والتربوية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الثانوية، والصفات العلمية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الثانوية، والمبحث الثالث (قواعد تربوية وتعليمية في ترسيخ القيم الإنسانية من خلال مناهج التربية الاسلامية بالعراق)، والمبحث الرابع (تطبيقات تربوية وتعليمية في منهج التربية الاسلامية بالعراق تعزز منظومة القيم الإنسانية)، والخاتمة، ونتائج البحث.

تكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة الصف الثالث – قسم التربية الفنية / كلية الفنون الجميلة – الدراسة الصباحية البالغ عددهم (121) طالباً وطالبة يتوزعون على (4) صفوف دراسية صباحي و (2) صف دراسي مسائي، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من طلبة الصف الثالث / قسم التربية الفنية بلغت (42) طالباً وطالبة.
ولاظهار النتائج فقد استعملت الباحثة مجموعة من الوسائل الاحصائية، اما اهم النتائج هي:-
-تمتع طلبة قسم التربية الفنية بدرجة عالية من الاتزان النفسي وهذا ما ظهر جلياً في اجاباتهم على الاختبار الخاص بذلك ولصالح الطالبات.
التوصيات : توجيه طلبة قسم التربية الفنية / الدراسات العليا والاولية الى اعداد بحوث ارتباطية تبحث عن العلاقة بين متغيرين او اكثر كونها مهمة لتطوير جوانب عديدة في التخصص.
المقترحات : الاحكام الجمالية وعلاقتها بالتفكير التأملي لدى طلبة قسم التربية الفنية

Abstract

This research aims to study the semantics of the subject's noun and action in the Holy Qur'an according to a morphological, grammatical-semantic study in the light of the descriptive inductive approach as well as the applied approach.
The researcher divided his research into an introduction and four chapters that included an introduction and a conclusion, in which he dealt with every topic related to the subject of the subject's noun, and followed in these chapters the opinions of scholars and their doctrines of grammarians and linguists in general in everything related to the subject's noun in terms of rulings, actions and significance.. The researcher concluded that the structures of the subject's noun are among the derivatives most frequently mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, and that the origin of the subject's noun is an indication of occurrence, and that the proof of it is an emergency matter, and that the dispute in it is not limited to the concept and the cause of the origin, but rather the dispute is based on other matters.
The research ended with a conclusion in which the researcher recorded the results he reached in his research.

يرمي هذا البحث الى معرفة دلالات اسم الفاعل وعمله في القرآن الكريم على وفق دراسة صرفية نحوية دلالية والى معرفة أثره في تفسير معاني السور، ومناقشة أوزانه لغويا وصرفيا، وبيان اختلاف المذاهب وآراء المفسرين في إعراب المشتقات ولا سيما اسم المفعول والفاعل، وربط الدراسات النحوية والصرفية والدلالية بالقرآن الكريم كونها لغة العرب، في ضوء المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي الى جانب المنهج التطبيقي.
وقد قسم الباحث بحثه الى مقدمة وأربعة مطالب وخاتمة، تناول فيها كل ما يتعلق بموضوع اسم الفاعل، وتتبع في هذه الفصول آراء العلماء ومذاهبهم من النحويين واللغويين عامة في كل ما يتعلق باسم الفاعل من أحكام وأعمال ودلالة.
استنتج الباحث ان أبنية اسم الفاعل من أكثر المشتقات ورودا في القرآن الكريم وان الأصل من اسم الفاعل هو دلالة الحدوث وان الثبوت فيه أمر طارئ، وان الخلاف فيه لا يقتصر على المفهوم وعلة الأصل ، وإنما الخلاف قائم على أمور أخرى.
وانتهى البحث لخاتمة سجل فيها الباحث النتائج التي توصل اليها في بحثه.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the relationship between modern teaching methods and synthetic thinking among students of the Department of Art Education. The researcher placed two ghoals : 1- the use of modern methods of teaching in courses of department of Art Education. 2- Measuring the level of the synthetic thinking pattern among the students of the Department of Art Education.
The research community consists of students from the Department of Art Education - College of Fine Arts. Their number reached (622) male and female students. A sample of (100) male and female students was selected. Two types of tests were built, the first related to modern teaching methods and the second to synthetic thinking, which were presented to a group of arbitrators. To determine its validity to measure the goal that was set for its measurement. The most important results are: The researcher found that (46) male and female students enjoy synthetic thinking because they have the ability to synthesize different ideas and look for points of view that provide better solutions.

ان مجتمع البحث يتكون من طلبة قسم التربية الفنية – كلية الفنون الجميلة، بلغ عددهم (622) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيار عينة بلغت (100) طالبٍ وطالبة، وتم بناء نوعين من الاختبارات الاول يتعلق بطرائق التدريس الحديثة والثاني بنمط التفكير التركيبي عرضت على مجموعة من المحكمين للوقوف على صلاحيتها لقياس الهدف الذي وضعت لاجل قياسه، اما اهم النتائج فهي: تبين للباحثة ان (46) طالباً وطالبة ان هؤلاء الطلبة يتمتعون بنمط التفكير التركيبي كونهم يمتلكون القدرة على تركيب الافكار المختلفة والتطلع لوجهات النظر التي تتيح حلولاً افضل

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the performance effectiveness of design treatments in the interior spaces of event and wedding halls. And in the light of the changing formal values of the elements through them, and what activates the functional and expressive aesthetic aspect. In order to implement the aim of the research, the researcher conducted an extensive study that included three chapters.The second chapter contained the theoretical framework, which in turn included two sections. The first dealt with the effectiveness of the functional performance of the design treatments in the interior spaces. Abstract

The present research aims to: reveal the educational use of persuasion techniques in programs directed to children through the Karbala satellite channel, the researcher followed the descriptive approach (content analysis), the research community consisted of the Ammo Farhan program, and for the purpose of achieving the goal of the research, a tool (content analysis form) was built that It included (15) styles, and the most prominent findings of the research were (exaggeration style) ranked first with a weighted mean (2.63) and a percentage weight (87.67%), while the (provoking painful situations) style achieved the lowest frequency and smallest weighted mean (1.11) and a weight percentage reached (37%), to be ranked last.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى : الكشف عن الاستخدام التربوي لأساليب الاقناع في البرامج الموجه للطفل عبر قناة كربلاء الفضائية، اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي (تحليل المضمون)، تالف مجتمع البحث من برنامج (عمو فرحان)، ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث تم بناء اداة (استمارة تحليل المضمون) التي تضمنت (15) اسلوباً، وكانت ابرز النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث هو حصول (اسلوب المبالغة) المرتبة الاولى بوسط مرجح(2.63) ووزن مئوي (87.67 %) ، بينما حقق أسلوب (استثاره المواقف المؤلمة) اقل تكرار وأصغر وسط مرجح(1.11) ووزن مئوي بلغ (37%) ليكون ترتيبه أخيرا.

Abstract

يتضمن البحث مقدمة تناولت شكل النحت وما يرتكز عليه من مجسمات تلامس توظيف الخامات المتعددة رغم التغيرات في عملية النحت. وحددت مشكلة البحث بسؤال هو: كيف لنا أن نبين شكّل الخامة مثل الطين ليبدو مماثلاً للمظهر المرئي وشخصية التمثال غير المرئية؟ وايضا حددت أهمية البحث بالتعرف على جماليات الخامة وألية تشكيلها. وتعد الخامة هي اداة يحقق من خلالها الفنان أهدافه الفنية حيث تساعده على اظهار مشاعره وافكاره في اشكال فنية جديدة. ويهدف البحث إلى بيان شكل الخامة في فن النحت عبر الحضارات القديمة، لإظهار التفاصيل الفنية المعبرة في النحت المعاصر ومنها الاقتصادية. ومن ثم تم تعريف المصطلحات. والتأكيد على توظيف الخامة وتشكيلها في النحت كإطار نظري تم من خلاله تحليل هذا المفهوم. وأخيرا تم تثبيت المصطلحات في نهاية البحث .

Abstract

The current research dealt with (visual dynamism in European ceramics) through the manifestation of dynamism technically and constructively within the ceramic work. Its mechanism and goal, which was summarized in (knowing the visual dynamics in European ceramics), also touched on the limits of the research and the definition of the terms contained in the research. The second chapter contained the theoretical framework. As for the third chapter, it included the methodology used and the research community, which amounted to (48) ceramic works, and (2) ceramic works were chosen to represent the research sample, and then an analytical study was conducted for this sample. With regard to the fourth chapter, of the finished ceramics. The researcher also strives to mention a number of recommendations and proposals.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of Thelin's strategy in developing aesthetic preferences among secondary school students, as well as to identify the differences in this development according to the gender variable. To achieve this, the researcher put (3) zero hypotheses.
The study was determined by the students of the fifth secondary grades in Baquba city center, as it took (3) samples, one of which was for the exploratory study, and its number was (100) male and female students (50 male and 50 female students), and the second was an experimental sample whose number was (20) male and female students (10 male and female students). 10 female students) and likewise a third sample is a control sample. All these samples were taken randomly from secondary schools in Baquba city center.
The researcher used one research tool, The researcher conducted an experiment on the experimental sample for a period of (10) weeks using Thelin's strategy after she conducted a pre-test for the experimental and control samples, then after the end of the experiment she conducted a post-test for the two samples.

استهدفت الدراسة تعرف فاعلية استراتيجية ثيلين في تنمية التفضيل الجمالي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية فضلا عن تعرف الاختلافات في هذه التنمية تبعا لمتغير الجنس. و لتحقيق ذلك وضعت الباحثة (3) فرضيات صفرية. تحددت الدراسة بطلبة الصفوف الخامسة الثانوية بمركز مدينة بعقوبة اذ اخذت (3) عينات احداها للدراسة الاستطلاعية و بلغ تعدادها (100) طالب وطالبة (50 طالبا و 50 طالبة) و الثانية عينة تجريبية بلغ تعدادها (20) طالبا و طالبة ( 10 طلاب و10 طالبات) و مثلها عينة ثالثة هي عينة ضابطة جميع هذه العينات اخذت بالطريقة العشوائية من مدارس ثانوية في مركز مدينة بعقوبة.
استخدمت الباحثة أداة بحث واحدة واجرت الباحثة تجربة على العينة التجريبية لمدة (10) أسابيع باستعمال استراتيجية ثيلين بعد ان اجرت للعينتين التجريبية والضابطة اختبار قبلي ثم بعد انتهاء التجربة اجرت للعينتين اختبار بعدي توصلت الدراسة الى ان استراتيجية ثيلين اكثر فاعلية من استعمال المحاضرات

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على :" اثر استراتيجية أرسم أفكارك في تنمية الذاكرة العاملة لدى تلامذة الصف الخامس الأبتدائي في مادة التربية الفنية "، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة صاغت الباحثة الفرضيات الصفرية , وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من تلامذة الصف الخامس الأبتدائي ، في محافظة بغداد/ المديرية العامة لتربية الرصافة الثانية ، إذ بلغ عددهم (6838) تلميذاً وتلميذة موزعين على (368)للبنين والبنات وذلك لعدم وجود مدارس مختلطة ضمن المديرية ، وتم أختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية من المجموع , حيث بلغت (68) تلميذة من مدرسة بسماية الأبتدائية للبنات . وقامت الباحثة بمكافئة مجموعتي الدراسة . واستخدمت عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية , ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة الباحثة توصلت إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. وفي ضوء ذلك اقترحت عدد من من المقترحات ,وأوصت الباحثة بعمل دراسة مماثلة لهذه الدراسة في تنمية التفكير التأملي .

يختص البحث بدراسة ثنائية الشكل والمضمون وما توليه من أهمية على الأداء التمثيلي في العرض المسرحي والذي من خلاله ومن خلال العناصر الأخرى يرسم شكل العرض ويوضح مضامينه. تناول البحث اربعة فصول، يتضمن الفصل الأول الإطار المنهجي للبحث، إذ احتوى عل مشكل البحث والحاجة إليه، ومن ثم أهمية البحث في كونه يحاول إيجاد شكل ادائي يتوافق مع شكل ومضمون العرض، وهدف البحث الذي يتيح الكشف عن العلاقة بين الأداء وبين الشكل والمضمون، وحدود البحث المتمثلة بالحدود الزمانية والمكاني والموضوعية، ومن ثم تحديد المصطلحات وتعريفها.

شهد المسرح المعاصر تطوراً كبيراً في تصميم المنظر المسرحي, الذي يعد اهم اجزاء العرض المسرحي اليوم, فالتقنيات السمعية والبصرية والمسماة بالسينوغرافيا التي تتشكل من خلال الاضاءة والديكور والموسيقى والزي والاكسسوارات, تكاتفت هذه العناصر مع بعضها البعض لرفد العرض المسرحي عرضاً أكثر ألقاً وجمالاً وإبهاراً. وان هدف السينوغرافيا هو خلق صورة تشكيلة معبرة التي تترجم النص الى واقع ملموس على خشبة المسرح أي انصهار جميع عناصرها لتصب في بودقة الصورة. وفي سينوغرافيا مسرح الطفل اصبحت الصورة تسبق الكلمة من خلال خضوع عناصرها بكافة جوانبها إلى قياسات ابداعية جمالية مرتكزة على المحتوى الدرامي الذي يسعى إيصاله للمتلقي. وهذا يتطلب ان تكون ملائمة مع حاجات المتلقي (الطفل) لتحقيق أعلى قدر من الإبهار والتشويق نظراً لخصوصية هذا المتلقي الصغير وحاجاته النفسية والوجدانية .

The current research aims to:
1- Identifying the systemic thinking skills of the students of the Fine Arts Department / Fine Arts Institutes. 2- Exposing the extent to which systemic thinking skills are reflected in generating an artistic idea to express it in the artistic production of students of fine arts / drawing.
The research community consists of students of the fifth grades in the departments of plastic arts / drawing of the institutes of fine arts for boys and girls for the academic year 2021/2022 who have completed plastic art productions in the field of drawing amounted to (29) various artistic productions, with (15) artistic productions completed by students of the Institute of Fine Arts for boys and (14) artistic productions completed by students of the Institute of Fine Arts for girls. The research came out with the most important results: It appeared that the artistic executor of the results had a good systemic thinking level that enabled him to analyze the idea of production, reconstruct it, and reveal the relationships between its components and interpret them before implementing them.

The performance of the actor's body constitutes a cultural phenomenon that carries culture and knowledge, rather it is a language different from the usual language, so the researcher proceeded to study that body language and divided it into four chapters. Contemporary) and the importance of the rsesearch being an artistic field study in the field of theatrical art, and the aim of the research (know the manifestation of body language and its applications in contemporary acting performance) as well as defining the terms contained in the subject of the research, and in the second chapter the theoretical framework and the researcher divided it into two sections, the first (the starting points of body language) In it, the researcher reviewed the references for its appearance, how it was explored, and how it entered the neighboring sciences. The second topic (the work of body language in the theater), the researcher reviewed its theatrical use, how it was worked out by directors, and what constitutes a play. The third is the research sample, its methodology, its tools, and the analysis of the sample, which is the play (A Dream in Baghdad), written and directed by Anas Abdel Samad, and then the fourth chapter, the results and conclusions reached by the researcher, as well as recommendations and proposals, proven sources, references, and a summary of the research in Arabic and English.

Abstract

ان اداء جسد الممثل يشكل ظاهرة ثقافية تحمل ثقافة ومعرفة بل هي لغة مغايرة عن اللغة الاعتيادية , لذا عمد الباحث الى دراسة تلك اللغة الجسدية وقسمها الى اربعة فصول في الفصل الاول تناول مشكلة بحثه والتي صاغها بالتساؤل الاتي (ما تمظهر لغة الجسد وتطبيقاتها في اداء الممثل المسرحي المعاصر) واهمية البحث كونها دراسة ميدانية فنية في مجال الفن المسرحي , لذلك يهدف البحث الى (الكشف عن تمظهر لغة الجسد وتطبيقاتها في الاداء التمثيلي المعاصر) فضلاً عن تحديد المصطلحات الواردة في موضوع البحث , وفي الفصل الثاني الاطار النظري وقسمه الباحث على مبحثين الاول (منطلقات لغة الجسد) اذ استعرض فيه الباحث مرجعيات ظهورها وكيفية استكشافها ودخولها العلوم المجاورة والمبحث الثاني (اشتغالات لغة الجسد في المسرح) واستعرض الباحث توظيفها مسرحياً, وكيف تم العمل بها من قبل المخرجين وماذا تشكل مسرحيا , وبالتالي اختتم الباحث الفصل بما اسفر عنه الاطار النظري من مؤشرات , وفي الفصل الثالث عينة البحث ومنهجه وادواته وتحليل العينة وهي مسرحية (حلم في بغداد) تأليف واخراج انس عبد الصمد , ومن ثم الفصل الرابع النتائج والاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحث فضلا عن التوصيات والمقترحات وثبت المصادر والمراجع وملخص البحث باللغة العربية والانكليزية .
