Abstract:-
The present study is an attempt to investigate Trump\' threats towards Iran in terms of pragmatic analysis. Trump tended to utilize threatening in order to intimidate the Iranian administration or to influence their decisions as well as the American people minds and the international community before and during his era as a president of the USA. The current study also tries to identify the pragmatic concept of threatening that Trump resorts to them to convey his message of threatening to Iran. Thus, the study attempts to identify and investigate the concepts of threatening which Trump tends to employ throughout his tweets. Moreover, the study adopts (Muschalick,2018) framework as a model of analysis for the data at hand.

Abstract:-
In the course of the history of Islamic-Iranian civilization, critical approach has been one of the most important strategies of the thinkers of Islamic-Iranian civilization in their encounter with the scientific and cultural achievements of other civilizations. Generally speaking, application of the crticial thinking by different social classes particularly by the elites and the expansion of the spirit of questioning, searching, and the analysis of problems have improved the situation on the ground and paved the path for the development of societies while the lack of critical thinking has caused stagnation in societies and civilizations. Accordingly, this article aims at using the descriptive-analytic method in order to assay the influence of critical thinking on the rise and decline of Islamic-Iranian civilization (from 2nd to 7th centuries). The results of this study show that the more critical thinking expanded among the societies of Islamic civilization as well as the elites and scientific system, the further advance and flourishing of Islamic-Iranian civilization is achieved.

Abstract:-
This research undertakes the study of the general approaches to philology, their importance, the history of their emergence, and their types. These curricula have contributed to facilitating the study of language in general, tracking the stages through which the life of the language has gone through, and the development of its levels at the level of sound, semantics, and linguistic phenomena.
The importance of these approaches comes as they are the compass on which the traveler relies, so there is no way for the researcher to deal with a phenomenon except to seek the help of one or some of them, all of which are in some studies.
These approaches have varied according to the type of study that the learner and the researcher intend to research, and they are several of them. The descriptive approach, the historical approach, the analytical approach, the comparative approach, the contrastive approach, the transformative approach, and other modern approaches that researchers have found to have a close relationship with language sciences, such as the geographical approach in which the boundaries of different dialects are defined in the regions and countries of our vast world.
The research also touched on the foundations adopted by the curricula and stemmed from them, especially the descriptive approach adopted by the Swiss Saussure, and the generative and transformative approach adopted by the American linguist Noam Chomsky.

Abstract:-
Due to the expansion of the range of services provided by government institutions and the increase in the volume of expenditures, which doubles the tasks of internal control, which is the safety valve that contributes to maintaining the goals of the institution and identifying deviations, if any. It reflects positively on the performance of the institution and the preservation of its property and contributes to reducing administrative corruption. The research aims to test the influence relationship between the independence of internal control in reducing the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption in government sector institutions.
The descriptive analytical method was relied on as a research method, and for the purpose of obtaining data and information, the researcher relied on the questionnaire that was directed to the supervisory and administrative staff in the Directorate of Karbala Municipalities and Municipal Institutions, as (150) questionnaires were distributed to them, and (144) valid forms were retrieved. With a response rate of 96%, the data was analyzed by adopting represented by (Microsoft Excell, Spss.V23 program), for the purpose of confirming the validity of the impact hypothesis and drawing out the required conclusions and recommendations.
The most important conclusions: Through the study, several conclusions were reached, the most important of which were Failure to provide moral support and financial incentives commensurate with the size of the responsibility placed on the shoulders of workers in the internal control departments, which creates a spirit of indifference in performing professional duties, lax performance, lack of interest in the accuracy of information and adequate professional care, and the subordination of the internal control departments in municipal institutions to the direct management in The directorate, which loses its independence.
The research resulted in a set of recommendations, the most important of which are the following:
Activating the role of internal control bodies and granting them independence from direct management at work, which guarantees them immunity and safety from the pressures of those around them, whether “colleagues or officials at work, in accordance with international standards related to this standard and the issuance of laws that oblige.

Abstract:-
The Holy Qur’an is a miracle from God, Glory be to him in this research, we note that the rhetoric of depiction in the secrets of water is a kind of Quranic miracle consisting of two opposite images of the descending water. special nature according to what was mentioned in the download and photography is not a formal observation, but rather reaches an interaction between the recipient and the elements of the imaginary sensory image affecting the mental and psychological meaning that interacts and expands and is considered one of the most important literary methods of pleasure and beauty. The research aims to address the aesthetics of rhetorical expression by presenting the images of the sky and the earth, as well as depicting the rhythm of its two types, internal and external, and the participation of description with dialogue, and drawing the Qur’an the scene of water descending from the sky in an accumulative manner, and in this natural event there is joy in people’s souls by anticipation of goodness and livelihood in the impact of reviving the earth With rain water over large areas and the growth of plants and crops in the manner of rhetorical miracles (metaphor sent) with a causal relationship, meaning that the germination of plants is the rain falling from the sky, i.e. the connection of the cause with the cause, and the connection of the sky with the earth to achieve the life upon which man and the living organism. The Water is one of the secrets of the universe, and it is the origin of life on earth, without it man cannot live, and God Almighty has determined it in limited quantities without increase or decrease and in a manner sufficient for all the requirements of life on earth.

This question arises that according to the alliance of the corps of Khorasan and Ma’mun Abbasi, what vicissitudes did the relationship between Ma’mun and Tahir have and where did it end up? The political circles of Khorasan were not satisfied whit the oppressive domination of the appointed Abbasid rulers and were determined to fulfill their political and economic demands. In order to achieve the caliphate, Ma’mun sent the khorasanian army under the command of Tahir Ibn Hossein against the armies of his brother Amin and conquered Baghdad and killed Amin. As a result, both Ma’mun reached the caliphate and corps of Khorasan took control of the political and economic affairs of their land. This incident made Tahir historically famous and Tahir was chosen as the commander of the caliphate’s military affairs. After reaching the government of Khorasan, Tahir was killed due to his opposition to Ma’mun. But the cooperation of corps of Khorasan with Ma’mun continued. This article is a descriptive and analytical type with a library research method and based on historical sources.

Abstract:-
Expression and the order of holy Quran verses, the proportion and harmony between word and meaning, arrangement of words, terms and sentences, emphases in words of God as well as their sequence and priorities are among indices though which the serious intention of God can be understood. This study investigates 'The emphasis methods in Quran' and its various forms (emphasis in noun and verb clauses and predicative expressions) for identification of priorities and ranks of moral values. Collocation is the co-occurrence of two words that usually accompany each other and there is a conceptual relationship between them. The contemporary linguistics calls it 'syntagmatic relations'; however, some interesting information is found in previous scholars' texts such as Sibooyeh, Ibn Hesham, Ibn Aghil, Jahez, and AbooHelal. The present study attempts to clarify collocations in respect of the criteria of their co-occurrence, syntagmatic relations and their forms as well as their significance and status by using verses of Holy Quran; it also investigates the collocations in holy Quran.

Abstract:-
The knowledge of jurisprudence, as the main reference of the shari'a rules, is widely used in Muslim life and has a major impact on their individual and social behavior. The ayat al-ahkam of the Qur'an is one of the main references of jurisprudence knowledge. In the point of Allameh Tabatabai's view, all of the Qur'an's teachings are considered as a whole and there is a close relationship between all of its components, including rules of jurisprudence and ethics. Therefore, it is obvious that if jurisprudential rulings in the individual and social spheres are extracted with a moral and realistic approach and given to the obliges, that is, to use moral values and educational propositions as a basis for jurisprudential rules, it will be more successful in achieving its goal, which is ensuring the well-being of the individual and the society.
In order to achieve such an objective, it seems important to consider "ethics" in the process of ijtihad as well as extract the rules of jurisprudence along with other criteria. Accordingly, Allameh Tabatabai believes that all of the practical studies of Islamic sharīʿat are based on a virtuous ethic that facilitates the attainment of the desired happiness of Islam for human beings. Consequently, if in the process of jurisprudential ijtihad, the produced rulings are in contradiction with morality, such rulings cannot be attributed to the Qur'an and God, even if such an interpretation is apparently documented in the verses of the Qur'an or authentic narrations.

The of Methodology Study:- The study problem was identified in several questions centered around the nature of the role represented by the correlation and influence between the study variables, and for this, a hypothetical outline of the study was developed that expresses three main hypotheses, and in order to ensure the validity of the hypotheses, all of them underwent multiple tests to ensure their validity. The study used a questionnaire as a way to obtain data.
The Approach of Study:- he study used the descriptive and analytical method as the method of the study. The study population identified (520) workers at Al-Kafeel Hospital in the Karbala Governorate. The study applied a random sample to select (175) employees and achieved the sample.
A percentage (33%) of the total study population. The data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods (factor analysis, Kendall correlation factor, simple and multiple analysis factor, and Kruskal-Wills analysis) and the results were extracted using the computer program (pct v.23 SPSS).

And poets always pay great attention to these phenomena, but we see the use of the words of the celestial nature in the poetry of the pioneers of the realist schools is different from the rest of the schools, so we analyze and study how these words are employed through our research. Abstract:-
The Ismailis paid great attention to the concept of taʾwīl (Esoteric interpretation). It was of very great importance in their doctrine, and based on this importance, it becomes necessary to understand the Ismaili faith to answer the following questions: What is the place and role of taʾwīl in the Ismaili doctrine, what are the evidences for its obligation, what are the scopes of taʾwīl, and is hermeneutic science a secret science, and if so So what are the conditions for revealing it and broadcasting it to people, and what are the reasons for this secrecy? What is the relationship between the "exoteric"(zahīr) and the esoteric(batin), and what is their view of the "exoteric"(zahīr).
In this research prepared according to the descriptive analytical method, we tried to provide answers to the questions raised above,. We have noticed that there is a huge and very influential role for taʾwīl in Ismaili thought, and it is an taʾwīl that is not limited to religious texts and the transition from its surface to its interior. Rather, it includes all that is related to religion in terms of acts of worship, legislation, and rulings, and all that exists in this universe, for everything has an taʾwīl and an exoteric meaning. We have also noted the preachers’ keenness to keep interpretive knowledge secret and stipulate special conditions in presenting it to others, and we have pointed out some possibilities that could be the cause of this secrecy, as we have pointed out the importance of the "exoteric" in Ismaili thought and the necessity of faith and action in it as their senior preachers declare, and we have noted by analyzing the evidence for the necessity of taʾwīl It falls short of proving the taʾwīl that they specialize in proving the esoteric and the accepted taʾwīl of most Muslims.

Abstract:-
Muzaffar Nawab can rightly be called a "Palestinian poet", because he devoted his whole life to the cause of Palestine, its freedom and the struggle against the Israeli regime. As if he only cares about the freedom of Palestine and the Arab people. With an epic and cheerful speech, he constantly urges the revolutionary mujahedeen to stand firm against the occupation regime. Nawab's poems and thought show that he was strongly influenced by Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in the field of freedom and justice; For this reason, in order to achieve his liberating goals, he beautifully exploited the influential events in Islamic history and gave epic elements to his poetry and consciousness, to the extent that most of his poems and poems were political and revolutionary themes. This article seeks, with a descriptive-analytical approach, with a focus on the poetry of Nawab Al-Siyasi, to answer how religious figures reflect historical events in early Islam in their poems and how these events are contemporary. The results of the research show that Nawab, by naming religious figures and historical events in the early days of Islam, portrayed the reality of Arab society, especially Palestine, using important topics such as the uprising of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), the sedition of Amr Al-Issa, and treason. His followers depicted the story of Prophet Yusuf, the character of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), and so on.

Historians agree that Arabic poetry is a fertile source of history because of the facts and events that it contains and what emerges in it from the mind, thought, way of life and expression of relations in its various political, social, cultural and economic aspects The poet Ali Bin Al-Muqrabeeb is one of those poets who relied on history He narrated many of his ancient and contemporary events, which made Ibn al-Muqrab's poetry of utmost importance If his poetry became a source that historians relied on to trace the trail of the Ayyan state and the course of its emirs, and perhaps it was the only source for the history of this state, A state like Al-Ayyunia ruled the region for nearly two centuries. We would not have known anything about it, its rulers, its men, and the events that occurred to it had it not been for this Diwan. Where he was able to get acquainted with all the historical circumstances that surrounded it, picturing many battles, facts and detailed events with their places, characters and facts. He also depicted the relationship of the Ayyuni state with the Abbasid Caliphate, and our poet did not neglect to depict the conflict between the princes of this state and the symbols of the Qarmatian movement. And by reading the historical picture contained in it, we were able to see the circumstances that accompanied the establishment of the state, which the poet was keen to convey in the verses of his poem.

Abstract:-
The phenomenon of substitution in Arabic grammar is one of the most important phenomena that appeared in making text as it is characterized by the method of linking sentences to each other. It has the linguistic ability to put ( a word , verb or a sentence) place of another, with taking the full privilege of what was replaced with the existence of a hidden or apparent link between the sentences, it refers to what is not declared. So, It is the process of substitution and replacement in terms of word and meaning. So, the text has a different meaning, this meaning is based on the link within the concept of the substitution.
The substitution, in this image, which put a word in another place in a substitution way, or it shows the concept as having the desired meaning with the grammatical construction of what is replaced. This image has been discussed by the old grammarians , such as Sibawayh. However, the modern criticism treated it within the concept of connection and harmony within the text which leads to the process of transformation in meaning within the ability that the speaker possesses in a specific cultural community.
The central question : Is the concept put forward by Sibawayh and the ancient Arab critics a concept approaching the modern concept? Or is the term itself with modern adoptions in all its concepts and its cognitive and applied implications that indicate the intended meaning. This will be revealed in this research during researching the Arabic samples in the process of substitution.

Abstract:-
In conclusion, the honor of every revolution depends to a large extent on the honor of the revolutionaries, their good intentions, and the sincerity of their intentions. The Most High said: Al-Salam revealed this truth by saying: “The supplicant, the son of the supplicant, has focused between two things, between the basket and humiliation, and how far from us is humiliation.” Since then, a distinct cause for the free people of the world has been formed in society, which is the call to stand with truth against falsehood, and Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, became a beacon and example in giving and benevolence toward the entitlement of eternal life and immortal remembrance.

On this basis, we need to refer to these stages of the process of deduction for the jurist.It is known that there are facts that are presented to the jurist and there must be a judgment of God Almighty on them, based on the fact that God has a judgment in every incident, and accordingly he must search for and determine the legal judgment. And this, of course, is necessary for the jurisprudence to have a wide range of knowledge and to be able to compare between sayings, adjust the rules of jurisprudence and fundamentalism, and distinguish between abnormal opinions and others. And its separation and the sayings of the fundamentalists in it.

Abstract:-
The research deals with a poetry of a poet from the Mamluk Era, the Egyptian poet Sharaf al-Din Abu Abdulla bi Saeed al-Busairy, (d.696 AH). The search focuses on one poem of his collection. This poem has more than two hundreds verses; all the verses end with a hamza of one meter, which is the light meter.
I have dealt with the religious aspect of this poem which was my research title, (The religious trend in al-Busairy's poetry, its Hamza as a model). Through, we discover the depth of the poet's religiosity and his broad culture as well as the sobriety of language, expressed in a clear manner, far from ambiguity and symbolism.

Abstract:-
The Islamic law is the final law of all Divine laws. This is an axiom that cannot be debated. This finality necessitates that the Fiqhi system of Islamic law contain multiple sources of legal ruling after the era of backbiting and the interruption of the era of the text at the present time. To renew life and to meet the different human needs, and from this point of view, the scholars have exhausted their efforts in research and exploration in order to uncover the sources of legal ruling after they agreed the two main sources, the Qur'an and the Sunnah benefiting from them other sources of legal ruling as in the case of the endodontic evidence which is an important source of legal rulings. Hence, this research sought to shed lights on these evidence because of their great importance in knowing many legal rulings or affirming some of them, explaining others and clarifying many rulings as in consensus, rational biography, legislating biography and reason.

Abstract:-
The purpose of the research is to know the reflection of the human resource governance as an independent variable in its dimensions (strategic guidance, honesty, employee voice, information system) on the organizational ingenuity as a dependent variable in its dimensions (exploitation, exploration) by revealing the link and influence between the dimensions of human resource governance and the organizational ingenuity. This research was applied to a random sample of (72) employees of al-Najaf al-Ashraf Education. The research began with a problem expressed by a number of questions, it is the question about the extent to which senior management leaders are aware of the importance of the role of the human resource governance and organizational ingenuity. So, the research reached cognitive and applied conclusions including, the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the variables of the current research, and the existence of a statistically significant effect between the governance of the human resource in the organizational ingenuity.

Everyone who resorts to the holy Qur’an and reflects on its Ayahs during times of the day and the night would win the immortal paradise and prosperous living and get success. From this point, the importance of the subject of this thesis appears. It is not possible to know the purpose of Almighty Allah in his Book and to get the knowledge of its Ayahs without knowing the meaning of its words, mediating it, and interpreting Some of the interpreters were baptized to emph asize in the interpretation of the Holy Quran today, some of the other explained succeeds to easily and easily interpretation, every explanatory school had a privatized view.

This research aims to know the nature of relationship between digital marketing and consumer response. Therefore, the research was applied to a sample of employees working in the Kufa Cement Factory and a simple sample of 90 employees was chosen randomly. The research adopted the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The research seeks to choose the correlation and influence relationship to show the relationship between variables. Several statistical tests have been used to treat the data by using the statistical program (SPSS). Due to the intense competitive environment we are witnessing today, the emergence of globalization and modern technological means in various fields, an urgent need has emerged to enhance digital marketing for organizations. And due to the importance of the subject in developing the administrative policies to meet the needs and desires of consumers and to enhance the consumer loyalty, the urgent need emerged to enhance the consumer's response. One of the most important digital marketing boosters for organizations at all times is enhancing consumer response at the level the internal and external environment. Therefore, the research reached cognitive and applied conclusions, including the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the variables of the current research and the existence of a statiscally significant effect between digital marketing and consumer response.

Most legal scholars see that the nature of the responsibility of the master for the actions of his subordinate is a direct personal responsibility. Among those is Starck, the French scholar. The proponents of this opinion argue that this is what the fiqh and judiciary have agreed upon and that the responsibility of man for things is a direct personal responsibility. So, the nature of the responsibility of the master to his subordinate does not differ from it. There were several theories differ among them as per the difference of bases, but through them, the jurists determined the legal basis of the personal responsibility. The oldest theories had indicated that this responsibility depends on a basis of an assumed error: "theory of assumed error" and for personal fame, the research examines this relationship that exists between the master and his servant or the followed one and his subordinate, and good or bad choice for his follower, which through them, the fiqh and judiciary clarified the responsibility of the master or the followed one due to this idea, and as per of this, the fiqh and judiciary indicated that the followed one has to bear the consequences of his wrong choice for his follower. What the follower or the servant does of harm, it returns to the wrong choice of the followed one or master to his follower or servant, or the error may be in control and direction. The follower or servant who commits s an error may be not of wrong choice, but this error may be an evidence that the superior missed in his control to his follower or missed in direction and in issuing his commands to him. So, in both cases, we find that there is an assumed error recorded on the mister.
