The research attempts to explaine the role of the managerial work
quality in promoting the mental position of the producte .because of
the vitality of the managerial work quality concept and letting in all
the organization’s sides and departments (production ,marketing
,human and financial resources ,and other departments) .As it is not
restricted to one side ,therefore.it is necessary to our industrial
organizations must do according to the concept of the managerial
work quality in order to be able to improve the managerial work
quality which practiced in the organization’s as abasic support in any
industrial organization . since the results of these managerial work
make the organization to offer the production whiche satified the
customers needs and wants .thus they promote the mental position for
these producte to the customers .Therefore ,it has been choosen a
sample from the industrial organizations in Nenevah in the field study

Many local and international researches had been study the capital structure, and many theories had been developed to explain the capital structure and to identify, the factors that influence that capital.

This research studies the relationship between cash flows as an independent variable, and equity, liability as dependent variables. The research sample contains (16) of the beigest companies in the world. This works in diffident sectors which vary from technology sector to food processing industry, and by using SPSS program, the results show that there is a relation ship between the research variables, but the only acceptable effect was the effect of cash flows on equity, which refer that the research sample may tend to use cash flows to Rebuy its stocks, or retained its earnings to finance its operations

Uses of some standards in evaluating the performance efficiency in the state
north company for industry of fertilizers
The industry of chemical fertilizers is regarded strategic which has been
cared for by many countries because it highly contributes in supplying the
necessary fertilizers for the agricultural sector & exporting surplus
quantities . due to the importance of fertilizers industry . Iraqi government
has been establishing a number of factories for these purpose in a number of
governorates in which all production requirements are available such as raw
materials & energy . in line with this the researchers have made efforts to
evaluate the company by using some of evaluating performances efficiency to
detect the activity of the company in exploiting the human & material
resources during the periods in the study ( 1995 – 2007 ) depending on the
available statements .
After analyzing & studying the indications of performance efficiency it has
been noticed in stability of actual protective capacity , wages & salaries &
that has reflected in the utilizes work expoitation excuting the plan &
productivity of single worker despite of low level of exploiting the human &
material resources , it seems hard to judge the performances efficiency in this
company due to internal factories in it . however there are external influences
which affected highly in the negative sense .a among many reasons , the
blockade circumstances & the American occupation has reduced
opportunities of obtaining the spare parts & there has been electricity & gas
cuts which affect badly on continuity of production and work .

in this research cost and production functions were conducted for
(water-melon) crop ,in salah –aldeen governerate, the production
which maximize the profite mounted to (4169) Kg/donum ,while
the optimum production mounted to (3673) Kg/don the levels of
optimum quantities of resources and acreaqe mounted to (18)
worker \donum , (78375)din,and(7)donum ,respectely , it was
recommended in this reserch to use the optimume quantities of
resources and acreaqe in order to maximize the profit.

This paper is an attempt to show the existence of the free market never
cancels the need for governmental intervention in the economical life.
The man-made schools in economy decide the governmental
intervention in different extents since the appearance of the modern
economic schools and up to this time.
After summarizing this intervention in the market economics, it seems
that the Islamic economy acknowledges the market freedom and
legislate what assist its continuity. But it acknowledges the
intervention of the government in the economical life in order to
secure that freedom and provide the conditions of the complete
competition which is necessary achieve the market proficiency and
providing what cannot be provided by the market such the public
goods or treating the external influences coping with some of the
economical activities

The dependence upon up-to-date machinery in production operations has led to an
increase in the production and efficiency of the products. This in turn, although, has led to
the execution of large and complicated maintenance activities which require a good degree
of skill and skilled workers. In order to take care of the machinery, tools and equipments
and to guarantee the continuance of the flow of production.
As a result, this fact has led to the increase of maintenance costs, which have in turn
led the administration to think about adopting new strategies which aim at decreasing the
costs of maintenance as much as possible, without affecting the level of production.
Traditionally, a planning strategy would be adopted, in addition to a procedure of
programming and organizing maintenance activities, and determining the most appropriate
quantity of spare parts that are to be stored, and finally, determine the appropriate quantity
of members of staff and laborers (man power).
However, in the light of technological development and dependence upon modern
production systems, it has been proven that the above strategies are of no use regarding
decreasing maintenance costs, which has led to the adoption of newer strategies like
statistical procedure strategies and graphing, plus mathematical procedure strategies such
as net work analysis and critical path method ( CPM ) and Waiting lists, among others in
order to reduce maintenance costs as much as possible.
In this research, light will be shed upon breakages and maintenance, their costs and
how they are guided. Following this, the traditional strategies will be adopted and applied
to the maintenance activities, and then the newer strategies for reducing maintenance costs
will be adopted, that are more compatible with the modern production systems.

The trend of fuzzy statistics is new in sciences, which is wide and
important that depend on fuzzy set theory . In this paper we define
fuzzy sets and study fuzzy variable , fuzzy random variable , and
fuzzy multiple regression . we estimate a fuzzy multiple regression
model to experiment of five component human blood with the age that
represent a fuzzy data , using fuzzy least squares method .

The accuracy of estimating about future demand for some of material
depends on the accuracy of parameters of simple regression model as
conceder one of forecasting models, the variation of parameters
estimation give the ability to choosing the best model by comparing
among the models it's self by using measurements of general errors,
using the goal programming to study the positive and negative errors
considering them as tow conflicts targets for trying compromise the
straight line for some of data when formulation by linear method.
The linear method conceder as other method to estimate this
parameters (regression model) could compare with one of classic
methods such as (OLS) to choose the best model,
The main conclusion in this work is the forecasting by the model
under studying when we use the estimates parameters by goal
programming method is best from the classic model because of the
harmony with company bearings, otherwise the flexibility and ability
to containing more of one conflict goal of the model with condition it
must written by linear formula through improving the solution by
fulcrum on one variables in any stage of solution stages when using
simplex method, this work recommended to use nonlinear
programming to estimates the parameters of nonlinear forecasting
models.

The health service , in general and hospital in special, is one of the
important factor to determine the national development, to improve this
activities ,decision makers need to measure the results of their steps,
many measurements were used, each of them applied on one side of the
service operations , DEA the operation research technique, (data
envelopment analysis, mixed all the other and produce a new way of
determine the (relative efficiency) of any set of service organizations,
such as (hospitals) , using a package on the computer , (WINQSB ), we
found out that 4 out of our 9 hospitals were inefficient. We believe that
it needs more care and fallow-up.
