Abstract
The ascetic and mystic, Sheikh of Sufism Abu Ali Al-Daqqaq, combined jurisprudence,
hadith, and Arabic language with the Sufi path. He was a follower of the Junayd
way, a keeper of truth, well-versed in the Shafi’i school of thought, and excelled
in its principles. His reputation spread throughout the Islamic world, attracting many
followers, including one of the prominent figures of Sufism, Abu Al-Qasim Al-Qushayri.
Abu Ali Al-Daqqaq, originally from Nisabur, distinguished himself among
the Sufi leaders through his advice and sermons directed at state officials and military
leaders. Furthermore, his miracles and interpretations of Sufi terminology and
concepts, grounded in certain Quranic verses and prophetic hadiths, earned him a
significant position among scholars of jurisprudence and hadith as well as among Sufi
practitioners. This context highlights the importance of this topic and the significant

الزاهد العارف شيخ الصوفية أََبو عليٍٍّ ال قَدَّاق الذي جمع بين الفقه والحديث والعربية وبين
الطريقة الصوفية، فكان جنيد الطريقة، سرّّي الحقيقة، تفقه بالمذهب الشافعي وبرع في
الأُُصول، فذاع صيته في العالم الإِِسلامي، فتبع طريقته الكثير ومنهم أََحد أََعلام التصوف
أََبو القاسم القشيريُُّ . برز أََبو علي الدقاق النيسابوري الأََصل بين أََعلام المتصوفين بنصائحه
ومواعظه لرجال الدولة وقادة الجيش، فضلاًً عن كراماته وتفسيره لألفاظ الصوفية ومفاهيمها
مستنداًً إِِلى بعض الآيات القرآنية والأََحاديث النبوية فكانت له مكانة كبيرة بين أََهل الفقه
والحديث وبين رجال الصوفية . من هذا المنطلق جاءت أََهمية هذا الموضوع والدور المهم
الذي انمازت به شخصية الدقاق .
