The research significance lies in identifying the degree of Emotional maturity and its relationship to shyness among female students to see how the two variables affect each of the students of the University of Zakho .
The problem of the current research is stated when the researcher has answered the following questions:
-What is the degree of emotional maturity of the female students of the University of Zakho- college of physical education and sports science ?
- What is the relationship of emotional maturity to the degree of shyness among female students , and what is the impact of one of the variables to the other?

Most of the teachers of the gymnastics used to use the usual teaching methods, and they did not care about the individual differences, especially for the female students. There was little attention to the environmental background of the female students about the gymnastic device and most of female students know nothing about these devices . And through practicing lessons of gymnastics , the female students are surprised to see various of devices and the difficulty of performing skills on those devices. Therefore, it leads them to psychological and embarrassing situations when they are obliged to perform by teachers being a duty to determine the level of success in the school stage and these are called embarrassing attitudes .

The current research aims to identify the mental alertness of female students in the third stage, and to achieve this objective , the researchers deliberately measure mental alertness prepared by Langer. After verifying the validity and reliability of the scale as it was applied to a sample of (146) female students and after processing the data statistically, the researchers concluded several conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a positive moral relationship between mental alertness and free swimming skill among third stage students. The researchers recommended Use of mental alertness scale by coaches and teachers to identify the scores and levels of players and students

The activity of hammer throwing is considered one of the activities that passed through many changes in motor performance or methods of training and teaching , thus, most of means used to teach methods of hammer throwing are traditional and do not keep up with modern developments in this area, ie, modern technology has not been used in this game. This has been identified through observing some training units for beginners in practical lessons of this game in most of Faculties and departments, as well as in sports clubs, so the researchers considered to go into this study through research and investigation of more sophisticated and useful and technical means of modern technology in the education of beginners of students, and because of the modern technology tools, materials, devices and organizations are most appropriate in creating an effective learning environment that contributes to reduce the time and effort of education without ignoring the increase of desire and motivation of the learner to learn hammer throwing . The research problem lies in the lack of depending on teachers of this subject in terms of the use of modern technical means and keep pace with contemporary teaching methods in learning the technical performance of hammer throwing , whether through physical attributes or motor and harmony between different parts of the body, which in its simple molecules are composed of skills connected to one another to form the technical performance ultimately . The purpose of the study is to design an educational program (Hyper Media) to learn the technical performance of hammer throwing for beginners of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, third stage, and to identify the impact of this multimedia educational program in learning and technical performance of hammer throwing ,and to identify the differences between the two groups (experimental and control) in the variables studied. There are significant statistical differences between the tests (pre and post) for the two research groups in the level of the technical performance under study and for the favor of the post test, and identify the superiority of the group in the technical performance of the hammer throwing .

Technical gymnastics is one of the basic individual games, and is characterized by a high technical and creative value in the field of showing the motor performance techniques , these and other features help the student to learn and master these skills and develop the ability to express emotions and feelings and show the strength of personality, will and imagination. The research aims to:
1.Identify the impact of special exercises on developing the capabilities of motor balance and compatibility in the technical gymnastics among female students.
2. Identify the impact of special exercises on learning the skills of the front balance and standing on hands in technical gymnastic among female students.
The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of parental medium for the number of girls (23) female students and the sample was selected randomly and divided into two groups (experimental, and control) and test of capabilities was conducted (balance, motor compatibility) and assessing of skills performance of front balance and standing on hands was also conducted . The researcher used Special exercises in the main section of the educational unit, and after conducting post-tests and obtaining the data processed by appropriate statistical means, the researcher concluded the following:
1.The special exercises developed motor capabilities of fixed balance, and the motor compatibility of skills in the research skills of the front balance and standing on hands of the experimental group
2.The normal curriculum without special exercises developed motor capabilities
(balance motor compatibility) and skills of the front balance and standing on hands of the control group

1.Identify the effect of using the proficient learning method and the approach taken in acquiring some basic skills and cognitive achievement among students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science - University of Salahaddin – Erbil.
2.Identify the differences between the two experimental and control groups in the post-tests in order to acquire some basic skills and cognitive achievement among handball students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Salahaddin – Erbil.
The researchers used the experimental approach for its suitability for the research nature . The research community consists of second year students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Salahaddin – Erbil. For the academic year 2017-2018 , total number 171 students distributed on ( 5 sections ).The research sample consists of 28 students ,representing ( 2 sections ), selected by deliberate method according to the timetable ,and the teaching curriculum included 16 units for four weeks, two units per 90 minutes , 8 units for the experimental group ( proficient learning method ) , and 8 units for the control group ( the followed method )

The research significance is to increase the learners understanding and comprehending through the use of learning dimension model (Marzano), which will lead to the process of learning fast and effective and result in the development of learners intellectual and mental skills, and increase their motivation for positive learning and self-confidence. the research problem is that the model Marzano Which deals with the brain and its functions ,does it have an impact on teaching service and front ground Shot Skills in Tennis among students ?

Aids are considered to be an important element to achieve the objectives of the physical education lesson in elementary schools ,and if they are rare or not available , the creative teacher will search alternatives through what is available inside or outside school ,which does not cost money upon making . This is done through special innovations that fit the activities of the school.
The research aimed to design alternative aids and use them as stimuli in learning of the third stage of primary school age (9) years of boys and girls for some basic motor skills. The researcher used the experimental method with the same equal groups .The sample consisted of (90) male and female pupils. The researcher concluded that:

The research objective is to investigate the effect of the inverted classroom strategy on teaching some handball skills, and to reveal the significance of differences between the experimental and control groups. The experimental method was used for its suitability for the research nature . The research was conducted on the students of the second year of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences / University of Kirkuk for the academic year (2017-2018) as a research community and the number (126) male and female students divided into three study divisions are A B C .

The research aims to identify the most important physical abilities that contribute effectively to achieve the digital achievement among young javelin shooters, as well as to show the actual relationship between each, and this will inevitably help to know how much the estimated distance to these shooters achievement .
To achieve all this, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the two survey methods and correlative relationships to solve the research problem. The research community consisted of the emerging players for the distance of javelin throwing in the province of Najaf, total number is 11 players , 9 of them were randomly selected .Each player was given 6 throwing attempts ,so the total number of sample size was 54 throwing attempts .

Learning process requires the use of the best teaching programs followed and implemented properly to ensure access to the goal of the teaching process with the least effort and the fastest time, and handball became a game of the basic subjects taught in the faculties of education and sports science, so we must find the best ways and means aimed at speeding up the process of Learning and reach the highest degree of mastering sports skills. The research problem is that some of the teachers do not take into account the impact of modern teaching programs on learning defensive and offensive formations in handball among students. The research aims to prepare a teaching program in accordance with the planning approaches in learning and applying some defensive and offensive formations in handball among students, and identify the impact of teaching program in accordance with the planning approaches in learning and applying some defensive and offensive skills in handball among , and design a student performance evaluation form for defensive and offensive formations handball among students. The researchers used the experimental method to design the two equal groups with pre- and post-test for it suitability for the nature of the problem to achieve the objectives of the research. The research community consisted of students of the fourth stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences - University of Kufa for the academic year (2018 - 2019) and the number of (36) students, and the research sample included all community individuals .That means the researchers use a comprehensive inventory method for all members of the community. The most important conclusions were that the application of the syllabus of the teaching program followed by researchers according to plan approaches contributed in developing defensive and offensive formations and that the development in defensive and offensive formations in handball among students through the clear difference of the results of the experimental tests of the experimental group confirms the effectiveness of the independent variable and experimental control. The researchers recommended the use of the teaching program according to the planning approaches in learning and applying defensive and offensive formations in handball among students as well as stressing the use of planning approaches in the teaching of applied subjects because of their role in the development of learning and effective education, and to give a favorable atmosphere to the hearts of students and create motivation for the learning process to conduct research and other studies using similar approaches to the plan, for the rest of the applied lessons for sports in the colleges and departments of physical education and science Sports.

The research aims to build an effective football scoring test .The research sample consisted of the first and second clubs in tournament of Kurdistan Province in football for the academics year 2017-2018 ,including clubs ( Halabja , shaheedan , Sayid Sadiq , wayayam , Khankheen ) ,total number 104 players of all clubs after excluding goalkeepers from the research sample , whereas building sample consisted of 90 students from the afore mentioned clubs by( 86,53%) from the research sample . The researchers used a set of research methods for the purpose of collecting the data needed for the sample research, as well as using a set of statistical tools such as ( arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), standard score, percentage, test (T) for independent samples, torsion coefficient). The researchers have reached a total of conclusions and recommendations

The research aimed to identify the response of the plasma hormone prolactin level and heart rate to the aerobic stress in women practicing sport (female students at College of Education) and its response among handball female players., and the differences between two groups in response to hormone level and heart rate for gradual aerobic stress. The two groups underwent to the test of aerobic stress of gradual intensity ,which is walking on a fixed treadmill initially at a height of 4% and at a speed of 5.6 km / h and after every two minutes, the regression is increased 2% to the point of reaching 10% and then the speed is increased by 1.6 km / h and the test continues until fatigue is reached and then the venous blood is drawn from the elbow immediately after stress. The results of the test obtained an increase in the proportion of the hormone prolocaine in the two samples of practice from 88.83 to 118.17 with the heart rate increased from 75.5 to 107.67 while the female athletes sample had a high value of prolactin 96.67 to arithmetic mean 183.33 with increase of heart rate 70.33 to 128.17. The mean differences between the two samples of the prolactin hormone level were not significant, the value (t) of the two independent samples was 1.10 with a probability of 0.296 and the heart rate ,the differences were significant of the value (t) for the two independent samples and 5.41 for the probability of 0.001 as well as the stress time, the differences were significant for the value of (t) for the two independent samples and for the favor of female players, (T) 3.36 and the degree of probability 0.007.

Universities play a key role in the development process because they are responsible for meeting the needs of the community of manpower equipped with intellectual and professional skills and are responsible for comprehensive development, which facilitates the acceptance of social change and improve the effectiveness of administrative leadership, especially in all sports fields and the exercise of sports activities , made by the system that handles education and learning and reorganizing and equipping them with modern skills and technology. The research aims to :

The identity crisis in which the player enters at a stage in his life and by which one searches for self-identity is one of the qualities of the player's personality, a sense of the role that leads to self emergence and development, which is linked to a number of variables, including psychological, as well as the increasing interest of psychological workers in the modern era because of the complexity of life and its variables due to the multiple pressures on them. The research significance is that the study of the player`s psychology contribute to increase their understanding of themselves and to clarify the methods that make completing their personality and remedy the defects and lack of personality treatment ,which the player needs , on sound scientific grounds. The research problem is that the handball players who have an identity crisis show psychological disorders as they do not know their personality clearly, and therefore , we see them isolated from social life of other players, so they begin to search for identity whatever or imposed by society, which affects player`s psyche . This in turn leads to a loss or failure to achieve results or reaching the advanced stages of the sports team. The research aims to::

Modern technology and constant development are key factors that have made basketball a good step forward. This is done only through the preparation of players well in various physical, skills, planning and psychological aspects , which is beneficial to sports training and the study of the game through the association of this game with other sciences (physiology, biomechanical science and motor learning .......... etc.) Hence , the research significance lies in the development of exercises of different sizes to develop some of the biological capabilities and offensive skills among basketball young players . The research problem was that most coaches concentrate on developing Bio-kinetic and offensive skills through the use of regular training programs and methods routine without the use of manipulation of training sizes, which adds a lot to the players such as the development of physical and motor abilities . so the researcher considered entering into such a study through the development of exercises with different sizes to develop some Bio-kinetic capabilities and offensive skills among basketball young players.

The research aimed to identify the most important causes that lead to riots and develop appropriate means and mechanisms to confront the riots of the stadiums. The research population consists of (240) members of the teaching staff at the universities of Kurdistan province and (96) individuals were selected as a research sample .The researchers used the questionnaire scale to obtain the necessary data. The research researched to a set of modern means and mechanism such as educating sport audience through educational ,scientific and media centers as well as sports clubs to reduce the spread of riots in stadiums. Other means and mechanisms are coordination between the various institutions (security, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, local administration, sports clubs) to contain this phenomenon and restore recreation and sportsmanship and its wonderful values and noble characteristics of fun and competition .
