The study aimed to identify the indication of food label for some types of children candies imported and available in the local markets of the city of Baghdad and the extent of compliance with the standard specifications of the packaged and canned food. The results showed that the indication label for all kinds of Syrian-made candy included some information in Arabic or English, or both for the product name, type, production date and conditions of storage and components but It did not mention in some information about the country of origin and make and weight and did not mention information about the expiration date and the health warning and the nutritional value.
The indication label for all kinds of Syrian-made colored- candy granules contains most of the information in Arabic or English, or both including the product name, type, country of origin and the manufacturer's expiration date, weight, ingredients but did not include information about the date of the production, storage conditions, the health warning and the nutritional value. However it mentioned information about the additives in the list of ingredients for all kinds of Syrian-made candy including flavorings and industrial pigments and acidity regulators, but did not specify the kind of these candies whether they were free from thickeners materials, emulsifiers and antioxidants, and thus they were not conforming to the standard of the food packaged and canned. The study results showed that the indication labels of all types of Chinese-made candy contained information written in Chinese only while the country of origin and the manufacturer, date of production and expiration written in English and there was no information on the additives and thus was not identical to the standard of canned and packaged food. The results showed that indication label for all kinds of Turkish-made candy containing information written in English and Turkish also contain information on all food additives in the list of ingredients, which included flavorings and natural colors and thickeners materials, acidity regulators emulsifiers and antioxidants with type-specific and thus was identical to the standard of the packaged and canned food.

The Research aims to shed light on the negative effects of interactive programs and arrange them in terms of the degree of importance across polled a sample of viewers (the audience) in the city of Baghdad, which amounted to 200 individuals. Questionnaire has been used as a tool head to collect data and information from the respondent sample:
1. Total degree of the negative effects of interactive programs and of the effects (social, cultural, health, psychological and economic) combined 76.15%, the average extent the negative impact on the receiver.
2. All came from the negative effects of social and cultural order first and then followed the health effects of second place and then came all of the economic and psychological effects of third place.
3. there are significant differences in the answers of respondents in connection with the negative effects of interactive programs attributable to personal variables (gender, age, income), while no significant differences in the answers of respondents spirits in connection with the negative effects of interactive programs attributed to variables (marital status, educational attainment, occupation).

The aim of this research is determine mitotic index assay in blood samples taken from human for 50 sample, where divided the region aroused the source of electromagnetic filed to four region the first region begin from (0-- 25 meter) second region begin from (25--50) meter, third region begin from (50 --75) meter and finally the forth region begin from (75--100) meter the results were calculated by a comparison with standard samples by blood culture to detective any abnormal behavior by this cells caused by external electromagnetic radiation, The results of the measurements show that the mitotic index assay in blood samples were in first region (1.760.06), second region (0.855 0.04), third region (0.62 0.04) and (0.4  0.04) in forth region, from the results which show that this governorate were contaminated with electromagnetic radiation and depended on distance from the sources.

Although the buyer (consumer) was protected by the legislator in Civil Law by the rules of guarantees and the judge's power to amend the contract for the benefit of the weaker party in some cases, this protection remained inadequate and insufficient, and here began the interest to the consumer and the need to protect him; an idea that's adopted by the Algeria and Iraqi legislators in the consecration of legal protection for the consumer and the intervention of the legislature in establishing special protection laws, especially the criminal ones, which are embodied in the recent amendments.
The Algerian and Iraqi Lawmakers outstepped of great strides in the field of consumer protection, especially in light of the current circumstances, and therefore have made a quantum leap because the content of this legislation is the most that could be achieved at the moment including maintenance of health, safety, and benefit from fair treatment when obtaining and using goods and services, as well as the right to litigation in order to safeguard these rights.

This study aims to find out the content of metal elements, especially heavy metals in some vegetables in the markets of Baghdad. Samples were collected from areas which is the most susceptible to contamination being located in places exposed to car exhaust and densely populated, these samples selected the most vegetables addressed which are apart of the daily food of the Iraqi humans, like tomato, cucumber, celery, lettuce, berbin (Portulaca aleracea) and pepper. These samples were collected during the days of no rain and have been tested without washing, that to see how contaminated naturally and without intervention to remove one of the reasons for reducing pollution, the elements were determined by a Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, from the macro elements was determined the magnesium which proved the search results, there is no significant differences between the samples was measured, but the micro elements, iron and copper registered, there was a high level of iron and there was different between the concentration of the samples content especialy celery of Teyeran square has scored the highest reading where exceeded the acceptable level, as well Berbin from the same area, but cabbage and cucumber have registered less reading of copper as recorded.
In the mean while, for heavy metals, many vegetables have showed that are deserted from Lead as in Celery Zayouna and tomato Kadhimiya, Altayaren Square cucumber but tomato and celery in Almnsour, cabbage in Zayouna, lettuce Kadhimiya did not registered any reading of Chrome and recorded readings of nickel and cadmium level is high but can be avoided by washing or pealing, but the cobalt of celery in Tayeran Square has recorded higher level than the daily human needs.

Quality and their applications have become the focus of attention all organizations, regardless of the nature of its activities as it seeks to achieve its goals and gain customer satisfaction and achieve competitive advantages. The banking system of vital institutions with a direct impact to the national economy and development as well as dealing with the public and customers to develop the service provided and the commitment to quality assurance and standards need to become civilized. There are still several problems, whether credit or credibility or the response that is complaining of auditors and clients of the banks, particularly with regard to time and place, credibility and reliability, which displays to the violation of consumer rights.
So came this research to determine the importance of quality and methods applied in accordance with the agreed-dimensional. With the study of the gap between the reality of the service actually provided and the expected customer perceptions of quality. The research has come to many of the recommendations that are in service on the part of banks, and in terms of rights and to meet the customers and provide quality services that are commensurate with the desires and perceptions of the customer

A laboratory study made for detection the effect of terpenoidic, alkaloidic and phenolic extracts of castor leaves on each 24 and 120 hours age of pupa stage of cowpea weevil C. maculatus by using 3%, 5% and 7% concentration of each one of these extracts. The 7% concentration made the best spilling percentage at each phases which reach 90% for 24hours phase and 75% for 120 hours phase. Even the terpenoidic, phenolic and alkaloidic extract had high levels in partial arising and malformations that appear clearly at the 65% of malformation caused by terpenoidic extract when 120hours phase treated with it and 30% of partial arising and malformations caused by the 3% concentration of alkaloidic extract on 120hours stage.

The goal of this study is to search and find out the size of consumption of Andomie meal, for students of primary, secondary, and high school up to the importance of these generation stages in establishing a conscious, and healthy students with good nutrition educational future.
We nominate 4 schools as a study samples, two primary schools and two secondary and high schools in (Kargh and Resafa), according to that questionnaire been distributed, which contain questions declare the students recognition to consume Andomie meal and its influence on their health and the value of its consumption and the sickness side effects on thinking, organ concentration due to its consumption on the long term.
It is appears from the questionnaire results, that Andomie meal consumption upon students increased up to 80.8%, which represent very high percentage. And to understand how the Andomie transferred to the Iraqi's, this study shows that 59.8% knows the Andomie through television advertisement, it appears also that 79.4% getting Andomie one time daily, which is positive due to the reason, that increase the consumption per day influence the health and weight gain, in addition to different digestion disturbance. The result also shows, that 66% of the students takes the Andomie in between meals, not as main meal, which have bad impact on health and weight gain. Moreover, the good thing that the Andomie been taken recently as 24.7% from them, since two years, 30.9% been taken since months, due to the negative influence of the long period of taking the Andomie on general health, especially cancer diseases due to the additives to the Andomie as spices, flavoring, and an anti oxidant…..etc.
However, the level recognition of the students to Andomie consumption and its side effects, it is low as it reached up to 38.1% upon them, they also nothing known about Andomie , also 44.3% upon them taking the Andomie as main meal alone without any other nutritional food. The questions also shows that many of the students taking soft drinks with Andomie as the percentage reached up to 51.2, which is high percentage. This indicate that the students have a low conscious for healthy food. In addition, it is appears that 60.9% upon them notice diseases signs after taking the Andomie like miss concentration in addition to another disorders like slow understanding, hyperactivity, and itching… etc.
Also it appears from the bacteriologic analysis that the Andomie doesn't have any colon bacteria, salmonella, and malaria. Also, the test of labels of prepackaged food appears fit according to the ISO of the IQS.

This study was carried out to examine the addition effect of microbial Transglutaminase (T. G) on the chemical and physical properties of drinking yogurt. Transglutaminase Enzyme was added to drinking yogurt in different concentration (0.050, 0.075, 0.100 and 0.125) g/kg with activity 100 unit /g and at different milk dilution (1:1,1:2,1:3and1:4) milk:water after pasteurization. The fermentation was carried with (Streptococus theromophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus of ratio (1:1). The results reveled to that TG addition did not cause significant changes on chemical properties of drinking yogurt, while the physical properties were improved by T.G compared with the control treatment, pretreatment of milk with enzyme increased the viscosity and prevented whey separation. The best results in terms of whey separation and rheological properties were obtained when treated milk with 0.125 g./Kg in dilution 1: 2 milk to water. The results indicated that T. G may be successfully used for improving the functional properties of drinking yogurt. The results show that the addition of T.G in all concentration did not appeared any un favourable effect on the sensory properties of the final products.

The research aims to investigate the efficiency of waterless hand cleaners used by different sectors of society and in particular women and children as hygiene for hands to reduce the spread of infection. This is the first study was carried out in our Center for Market Research and Consumer Protection during the year (2013). Eleven samples of waterless hand cleaner were obtained from Iraqi local markets which subjected to the following studies: first the chemical analyses using Atomic absorption to estimate the concentration of (Cd, Pb, Co, Cu),second the Bacteriological examination which include to study the effect of these samples against bacteria including (E.coli, Bacillus spp.).The results showed that Kelobatra, Dettol contain high concentration of Copper (0.4398, 0.2768 μg /g) and lead (0.2033, 0.2287μg /g), while the rest of tested brands contained lowerconcentration of Copper and lead. Beauty and Dettol showed high concentration of Cobalt (0.0817, 0.0886 μg/g) respectively. Bacteriological examination reveals that 4wet and Cleaner samples had high efficiency against E.coli while Vanilla and Kelobatra showed no antibacterial activities against E.coli. 4 wet and Dettol had high efficiency against Bacillus spp. .
