This Research aims at measuring the Emotional Intelligence of the distinguished students and to know statistically the differences for grade mean of this Emotional Intelligence of the same students according to gender variance (male - female). Ninety six students are haphazardly chosen of sixth classes in two distinguished secondary schools in Mosul city Neneveh .

The current research aims to reveal the effect of using learning circle on the achievement of second termediate pupils in Islamic education subject. To realize the aim, the researcher put the following null hypothesis: no statistically significant difference is found at the level of(0.05) between the averages of the experimental group using learning circle and those of the control group using the traditional way in the achievement test). The researcher used the experimental design of two equivalent groups: one is experimental and the other is control; the researcher chose intentionally Al.Zuhoor high school for females to be the sample with class (a) (29 pupils) to be the experimental group and class (b) (27 pupils) to be the control group totaling (56) pupils . the equivalence between groups was done in many variables . The researcher made an achievement test of (42) items of (completion ,true or false, multiple choices of three alternatives) and presented to a panel of experts and the stability was found: the experiment lasted six weeks using the following statistical means: t-test, kai square, Pearson conjunction factor, the equation of item distinction and difficulty, koder Richardson formula 20. After the statistical treatment of data, the results showed statistically significant differences at the level of(0.05) between the average of the control group and the experimental group in achievement with a bias towards the experimental group. Given the above mentioned information, the researcher present a group of suggestions and recommendations.

Psychological stability is important subject that has a great efficiency and effect on the continuity of human life in way that insure its development towards the best .
The individual Psychological stability helps to carry out mental tasks and functions in conciliated and systematic way. The stability will help individual to be more successful.
So this study aimed to know: Psychological Stability the students of Duhok University and Significant differences in for that According to the following variables gender and specialization students the research sample included (298) .

The current research aimed at building a program of counseling in the development of emotional intelligence in College of Education students. And to identify its effectiveness by ensuring the validity of null hypotheses as follows:
1. There is no statistically significant difference between the average grade levels of the experimental group, and control on a scale of emotional intelligence, after applying the counseling program.
2. There is no statistically significant difference between the average grade levels of the experimental group, before training on the mentoring program and beyond.
3. There is no statistically significant difference between the average grade levels of the experimental group in both tests and delayed post tests.

The research aims of identifying The effect of using the Cognitive Instruction Model on third grade female students Achievement at the female teachers training Institute /ninavah Mosul and thier Attitudes towards The research sample consisted (61) third grade female students at the female teachers training Institute in Mosul for the academic year (2009-2010). The two researchers prepared an achievement test that consisted of (25) itemes. In addition the two researchers applied the attitude measurement towards mathematics wich has been prepared by Shukri sayed Ahmed (1986) in wich has (15) items, for analysing the results statistically,the statistical methods have ufilized Pearson correlation coefficient for extracting stability as well as the T-test for two independent samples,The results show that there is a statistically significant different in a chievement between the test group and the control group in favor of the test group, and no significant diffrernce towards mathematics in favor of the control group .The tow researchers have suggested a group of recommendations that include:
1- training the mathematics teachers using the conitive instructive model in teaching mathematics using continous teaching courses.
2- Using the congritive instruction model by taking into consideration variable of intelligence and investigating its effect on mathematical thinking and achievement.

This research is aimed o identify the common thinking styles of students at university level, and to reveal the differences between these styles according to the variables: specialization (scientific, human). A random sample of (153) students has been chosen, and it has included both male and female students and of both branches of specialization mentioned above.
To achieve the research aims, a list prepared by Sternberg (1997), has been used to measure students thinking styles. The validity and stability of this list has been found by using the re-test and variance analysis. The results has been computed by using Pearson correlation factor, mean, standard deviation, and T-test of two independent samples

Grammarians treat the concomitate object as not being possible to occur but in the accusative case . The researcher has proved that this object can also occur in the nominative and genitive case as in the holly Quraan and language .Moreover , it s limitation on the first circumstantial expression has some sources . For this reason , the researcher has divided the research in to four sections . The first is entitled ; the concomitate object the accusative case ; the second section is entitled ; the concomitate object in the nominative case ; the third section has the title : The concomitate object in the genitive case ; and the last section is entitled : the sources .

This study, entitled "(Doon) in the Linguistic and Grammatical Heritage" tackles the idea which denotes that the statement of the expression separately before it becomes connected with the context is very important, because the aspect of the linguistic meaning in the separate expressions can not be neglected. Morever , the confinement to it doesn’t refer to the absolute denotation because a word in this framework represents several semantic probabilities and choices. So, considering that the sole origin of the word indicates the meaning and the denotation is exaggerated Similarly, if we say that the context does that by itself only. The denotation and the statement of the expression is limited by the origin of the word and the context altogether. So, the study tackles the denotations of the word (doon) from the patterns of the Arab speech whose denotations cannot be identified without the usage in constructive contexts that give them additional dimensions

Al – Nahas played significant role in developing Arabic language. He wrote in all its artistic aspect. Therefore, many of his books reveal his wide education besides his best choices of others' views which were used as in his books.
His syntactic views were spread in his nine explained poems.
When he explains a verse line, he shows what syntactic elements are there in it after its examination to sustain his concept with some scholar's questions. He also explains the syntactic views in any side, supporting this or that view until he veaches his opinion.
Moreover, he deals carefully with that verse line to express its logic marks or its word structure.
Al – Nahas refers at the beginning of his interpretation to his concept saying "the way most of the linguists follow is to increase the explanation of the strange poetry and to neglect the good syntactic elements in it".

Arabic is like asea and atreasure of Knowledg and secrets, No wonder. Some say that the language of Arabs con't be grasped but by prophets. So, some researchers take the meaning which can't be over, hoping that serving language and promoting it.
Since then and I am prospection to this subject. Something draws my atteution in abook called Figh al Lugha and Sir Al-Arabia by Tha'labi, especiaily he tackled this subject. After reading this subject, I belive I have found cehat is missing. So I began my research, depending on some other books which are enough to write on this subject. To shed light on this subject and some simslar subjects which are Omission and Deletion in Arabis.

The aim of this research to explain the assentional scientific subjects which Sibawaih emphisise from it to built the grammatical base of according to the hypothical imagination depen upon several scenarios, which are: The hypotheses which are depending on presumptions of heavy use, advance and delays, speaker saying, removal of uncertainty from speaker, removal of uncertainty from speaker thought, question and answer for it, prior, knowledge acute remembering, mental interpretation, measurement.

The importance of studying the poem " Come to us of the Howdah " by the Ummayid poet Alarji comes from having a rhythmic structure resulting from the feeling experience which is related to the emotive state represented by the external rhythm and rhyme and the internal rhythm represented by individual sounds and sound clusters in the rhythm of verbs,nouns and pronouns in its motion or state and the influence of that on the production of expressive signification and inspiring image.

This study attempts to manifest the mist important features of the scenes related to wild animals' darkness struggle in night confrontations and revealing the motives of this struggle in the poets' consciousness in the early Islamic age . This was accomplished by the temporal and spatial unification in accordance with the analytical reading of some selected samples through a critical point of view that is focused on the wild animal which has become a symbol which carries cultural and civilizational denotations that narrate a story of a time that is parallel with the human tragedy represented by death . Then the study uncovered the controversies of life in struggle within the human himself so the image of this struggle comes to the surface as typical and complete to narrate the story of desert inhabitants , berrenness and extinction .

After the victory of Muslim Badder Battle , the political role of the prophet became very very important in AL-Madenah .
The Jews hypocrites and disbelievers were no longer able to challenge his authority which had stated in the AL-Madenahs document . lt certainly became after this victory to have the means of material power that help him to practice his spiritual , and political power when the prophet captured the prisoners and arrived at AL- Madenah ALLan has humiliated the necks of disbelievers , hypocrites and Jews, and all of them submitted to him

In any nation in general and in the Arab Nation in particular, intelligentsias play a significant and essential role not only in promoting but also in preserving human rights.
The question of human rights has become one of the most important issues under discussion in the world of today. Theorization for human rights tackles intelligentsias, thinkers and writers, in the Arab World. Intelligentsias have firmly adopted the issue of democracy and human rights, in the face of prevailing dictatorships in various regions in the Arab World.
The study hypothesizes that a great deal of military and political reasons of defeats, that faced the Arab Nation, destroying its patriotic and national goals and making depression and moral barrenness control the Arabic citizen's mentality, was due to depriving that citizen of the basic rights and liberties, not to mention the absence of the intelligentsias' active role in keeping these rights and liberties.

The paper deals with the origin of Bani Maymoon and how they lead the fleet of Murabit and then the fleet of Al-Muwahdi since the appointment of Mohammed Bin Maymoon as a leader of Al-Murabit fleet in 510/1117 AD till the end of Mohammed bin Maymoon of the fleet of Muwahdeen in 559/1202. The paper also talks about the independence of Ali Bin Eyssa bin Maymoon heading the fleet in City of Kadis and the declaration of disloyalty of Murabitis and to be loyal with Muwahdeen till his death on 534/1148.

This study aims to know the effects of some climate elements on tourism industry(heat, atmosphere, pressure, air masses, winds, and raining) as they are independent variables and the effect tourism as the depended variable, and that was done by applying on a sample consists of 29 Iraqi sites used to analyses and calculate temperature and humidity(THI), and guide of cooling-Fourteen sites used to conclude the statistical climate tables, and that for the availability of readings for
a long time, while all sites were used in studying maps. We concluded surprising results in regard of high values relative to the adopted values on the international level. These results have benefited the people involved in tourism industry sector.

• Finding out the effect of Aerobic effort in normal (28%-32%) & high (78%-82%) humidity in some immunity Variables(WBC), (Neutrophil), (Eosinophil), (Basophil), (Lemphocytes), (Monocytes).
• Finding out the differences between values of normal and high relative humidity on some immunity Variables.
The researcher has applied the empirical method for its convenience with the research nature. The sample of the research consisted of (14) players aged (18-19). The researcher has applied test and measurement as tools to collect the required data as well as a rationed test of the aerobic exertion until exhaustion. As to measurements; they have included the measuring of weight and height as well as some immunity variables (WBC), (Neutrophil), (Eosinophil), (Basophil), (Lemphocytes), (Monocytes)

The quality of groundwater of Al-Kafajia village is located south of Haditha city in Anbar governorate and 280km West of Baghdad governorate. The village suffers a lack of water and the available water resources come from wells with low quality. Eight wells were identified in the village to collect samples and conducting chemical tests upon it including positive ions (Ca2+, Mg2+,Na+, K+) , and negative ions (SO42-, Cl-, HCO3- , CO32-), besides, measuring total hardness (TH) and total dissolved salts (TDS) and degree of acidity (pH) and electrical conductivity (EC).

The isolation and identification of microorganisms that cause cervictis and vaginitis were carried during the period from October 2008 to January 2009.
Seventy five samples of wet vaginal swabs and high cervical dried swabs were collected from both pregnant and non-pregnant women attending AL-Salam and AL-Batool Teaching Hospital .these patients diagnosed clinically by the gynecologistis , in addition to the other laboratory investigations as the presence of RBCs and WBCs .
Acinomyces urogenitalis was isolated and identified from 10% of the total samples ,in addition ,the study showed that its percentage from pregnant women was lower that from non –pregnant one .

New transition metal dithiocarbamates or dithiocarbamates and glycine complexes of the type [M2(L)A2Cl2], [M2(L) 2], and [M2(L)2(A)2] where M= Co[(II), Ni(II), Cu (II) and Zn(II), A=amino acid, L=triethylene tetra amine dithiocarbamate, where prepared from triethylenetetraamine, CS2 and Sodium hydroxide. The prepared ligands and complexes were charactericed by IR, UV. Visible spectra, conductivity measurements and magnetic measurements.

The present research aims at investigating the effect of using first – letter technique on the acquisition of vocabulary by fifth class primary pupils in English. The population of the research consists of fifth class primary female pupils in Mosul.
