This paper aims at of measuring the examination anxiety for distinguished male and female pupils in Mosul city for the academic year 2003 -2004 . the sample of the study consisted of 90 male and female pupils in the fourth general stage for the distinguished boys and girls in Mosul city 45 pupils from each sex . to achieve our objective ,the researcher adopted the examination anxiety scale for pupils of the secondary stage (Al-Saba1997) as a tool of investigation to examinee the examination anxiety for the pupils in sample .

On studying the scientific history of Bani-Qudama family , we can state that the scientists belonging to this family have always been characterized by worship and asceticism . This is so because they related science to work and were characterized by scientists’ morals . They presented a good model of the Scientists of the Islamic Nation and played an important role in serving their people and nation according to Islamic principles and scientists’ responsibilities as set by His Almighty Allah , mamely fear of god (It is only those who have knowledge among his slaves that feat Allah . This trait makes them responsible for what fear of god requires in terms of working through science , enjoining al-Ma’rouf, forbidding al-Munkar , and to do what his Almighty has ordered and to avoid what he has forbidden because they will be judged in the light of their knowledge and responsibility . On his part , the Prophet held them a responsibility like that of prophets by stating (Scientists are the successors of prophets) , and what such a responsibility requires of work to reform and guide society . Scientists have taken over such a role at a critical period of Arabic-Islamic nation’s history as it was facing the crusade danger represented by the occupation of Islam’s holy places and land . They have also cooperated with other sectors in resurrecting the nation and its prosperity . According , they have worked to make the scientific process , spread of religion , application of Islamic law , and judging with justice , advocating the authority , mobilizing the masses , and tightening the social ties go on side by side with strife in the battle fields . They were one of the milestones of the nation’s force and the continuation of its steadfastness in facing the challenges and liberating the land .

Abu Al-Dokaeish is one of the old linguists specialists who contributed much in his study of language. He died around 215 A.H.
Some of his narrations were found in some references especially in dictionaries such as (AL-Ayen) which was written by AL-Khalil Ibn Ahmad AL-Fraheedi (died 175 A.H). The present research is of an introduction and two parts. Part one includes an autobiography of Abu AL-Dokaeish as well as astudy of his narrations in (AL-Ayen). Part two includes the texts which are classified AL-Phabitically. A list of references has been mentioned at the end of the research

Color is a considered a delicate subject. It is an important section of our natural conscious experience of the visible world. Color does not have an influence upon distinction of things only but it changes our temper and emotions. It has a great influence upon favorites and aesthetic experience, which barely exceeds other things that depend on sense of vision or any other sense. If the notion of color is inculcated according to this meaning, color in Qura’n influenced our consciousness and personification for many sensed and physical phenomena.

All the creative activties should lead to serving society and be reflected in it . The theoritical studies which come from subjective sense to art (art to art theory) relate art and all the creative activities to themselves out of them . Its outer relations are social or natural or civilizational relations tredpass all the calls from people of the social theory which dosent see all the pictures only through basic consepts . This research tries to give analatical study comes from critical bases that donot believe in the double consept between the theory of (art to art) and the theory of art to society . But it calls to remove the walls between the two theories which represent the idiology of the conflect between the captalists and the socialists .The ellosion of this conflect has made this division in thinking and critic during the cold war .The analitic study to the work of Jawad Salim show from the results of the research the social role in the works through chosing enviromental , social ,and from the folklore subjects express social Iraqi fact in aperiod of time and place without making this analyses for the two theories , but it takes the analyses to embody the individual as asocial reflection formed to evrybody defered from on e to another and so we are infront of collective view dosent neglect the role of the individual and individuality dosent neglect the role of the all.

This papers aims at the following:
1. Finding out the successful and failed drives with their percentages.
2. Finding out where do service balls fall in the service area with their percentages.
3. Finding out method of replying service (reception) with its percentage according to areas of ball falling in the service area.
4. Evaluation of planned capabilities of service and reception of the research specimen.
The author applied a descriptive methodology using delicate scientific observation. The research population consisted of 12 tennis players participated in Nineveh Open Tournament for tennis held by local tennis federation. Service area where evaluation of difficulty in making the service over to the receiver for both sides (left & right) was divided, then forms (questionnaires) of matches observations were collected leading to the following conclusions:

The research aims to identify the individual differences in the degree of Self-confidence State in. basketball players.
The research was carried out on a sample chosen by the deliberate method which represented (30) players from three colleges (Forest and Agriculture College , Computers Science College the Administration and Economic college, which are, participated in University of Mosul Champion in basketball in 2004-2003.

This study was designed to examine once of most method use to treat of plant residue after harvest influence of burning on growth and yield of some plants, Wheat and Barley. These plants showed positive response to the burning concerning some morphological characteristics such as the number of leaves, plant height, yield ,this may be due to the raising of some important minerals for plant growth.

This paper shows the effect of electrode material and electrode polarity on the electrical breakdown processes in n-pentane. It is shown experimentally that the influence of electrode material and electrode spacing which produce other important physical parameters such as work function of electrode material, kind of streamers and dielectric constant of the liquid inside the cavity, act as control factors on the processes leading to electrical breakdown in hydrocarbon liquids.

In this work a new design for the thermal diffusion column which uses the flow of a hot water instead of heating wire as often used. The system was tested to find the thermal diffusion factor (αT) for a mixture of Ethanol (CH3CH2OH) and distillery water. It was found that using the flow of hot water has two main advantages the first is avoiding the disconnection problems of the heating wire and the second is the equal distribution of heat in the inner tube (heating tube) which leads to increase the speed of heat stability in the heat exchange operation.
