This study is concerned with studying the jurisprudential issues that have five aspects for the Shafi’is after collecting them from Al-Majmu’ by Al-Nawawi, and it shows the status of a great imam of the Shafi’i school of thought, namely Al-Nawawi. It includes abundant knowledge and jurisprudential issues that a Muslim needs in his daily life, as they relate to issues of purification that are directly connected to the life of a Muslim. I ask that it be beneficial, and may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions.

The novel Desire was published by the Australian writer Richard Flanagan in 2008, and translated by Hanan Al-Masoudi in 2018, The novel deals with colonialism on indigenous identity, and the development of complex relationships between the colonists on the one hand and the indigenous people on the other, especially through the experience of the Tasmanian girl Mathena. The novel focused on the conflicts and cultural tensions between two completely different worlds brought together by a British colonial project to dominate and control Tasmania. The novel takes place in the nineteenth century, which is considered the height of the era of British colonialism, whose dominance extended over vast areas of the world, which generated many challenges and conflicts as a result of acts of genocide, The writer was able to convey historical conflicts and tensions through his narrative in a metaphorical style that varied between narrative, symbolism and metaphor, so that his novel would be an attempt to understand and criticize history through the gateway of cultural collision and identity.

Deep within the human soul lies an innate void that can only be filled by true faith and sound belief. If a person is guided to fill this void with a correct creed and genuine religion, their soul attains peace and uprightness, leading to success in both worldly life and the Hereafter. However, if this void is left to be occupied by misguidance and deviation, the coherence of the self unravels, descending into confusion and loss.
What is truly distressing is that our contemporary societies are increasingly besieged by successive waves of intellectual and behavioral epidemics that previous generations had not encountered — beginning with satellite television channels, continuing through the internet and social media platforms, and culminating in the scourges of crime and addiction. As a result, academic failure and declining educational standards have become widespread phenomena, scarcely absent from any household.
This study aims to shed light on the most critical component of this major issue and to propose suitable solutions. It is structured into two main sections:
Section One, which includes two subsections:
- Subsection One: Definition of the key terms relevant to the topic.
- Subsection Two: An explanation of the importance of Islamic creed in establishing a society characterized by security, advancement, and noble morals.
Section Two, which consists of three subsections:
- Subsection One: The impact of creed on the purification of the soul and the cultivation of virtuous character.
- Subsection Two: The significant role of sound belief in protecting individuals from extremism and fanaticism that have destroyed past nations.
- Subsection Three: The influence of religious belief in motivating students towards learning.

Through studying the Islamic Jurisprudence, the current paper aims at jurisprudent in religion to achieve many various advantages that Quranic texts and the Prophetic route have denoted to for the community that we live in as well as all over the world. Allah predetermine scholars of religion for Quranic texts and the Prophetic route to grant us precious treasures and a scientific wealth including the manuscripts. One of these manuscripts is the study about right to hasten breaking the fast and delaying the pre-dawn meal which is the main topic to be edited. This study is divided into two parts: The first part debates the author’s life which comprises: his name, birth, surname, nickname, scholars, pupils, writings, and death. The second part section talks about the edited text with reference to jurists’ controversy and their evidences, and the predominant evidence.

This study presents a semiotic analysis of binary oppositions in Surah Al-Qamar, highlighting the role of these dichotomies in shaping the surah’s textual structure and their employment in constructing a multi-layered Quranic discourse that combines rational persuasion and emotional resonance. The research adopts a semiotic approach to decode linguistic and cultural signs, tracing the interplay between oppositional binaries and textual contexts, with the aim of revealing the cohesive semantic system produced by these dichotomies and their role in reinforcing the Quranic message. The opposing binaries in the surah manifest as contrasting pairs—such as denial/belief, punishment/salvation, and warning/mercy—which recur within narratives of past nations to intensify dramatic rhythm and underscore the eternal conflict between truth and falsehood. The analysis reveals that these dichotomies are not superficial phenomena but form an organic textual fabric reflecting the balance between divine power and mercy, as well as human free will and the inevitability of divine recompense. For instance, in verses 4–6 of the surah, the contrast between muzdajar (preemptive warning) and nukur (tangible punishment) is marked by a semantic shift that transforms historical accounts into future threats, deepening the discourse’s impact on the audience. The study demonstrates that semiotics provides an analytical lens for understanding how textual binaries elevate the Quranic discourse from a direct narrative to a symbolic universe rich in meaning. In analyzing verse 16, “So how [severe] were My punishment and My warnings!” (54:16), the opposition between nudhur (warnings as mercy) and ‘adhab (punishment as justice) is shown not as contradiction but as complementary, reflecting the Quranic philosophy of reward and retribution. The interrogative shift (“how”) amplifies the horror of punishment, while intertextual references to prior destruction narratives and eschatological scenes reveal the interaction between linguistic signs and cultural contexts. In applied analysis, diverse verses were examined. For example, the verse “They called their companion, and he dared and hamstrung [the she-camel]” (54:29) embodies the dichotomy between collective action (“called”) and individual transgression (“hamstrung”), illustrating the tension between social complicity and moral rebellion. Here, the semantic shift reconfigures “companion” from a symbol of camaraderie to an agent of aggression. Another verse, “Indeed, We have created all things in precise measure” (54:49), reveals a dichotomy between divine creation and human action, shifting from material to metaphysical dimensions to emphasize a cosmic order governed by divine decree. The study concludes that binary oppositions in Surah Al-Qamar form the pulsating core of its textual structure, serving as a semantic mechanism that bridges linguistic signs and the Quranic worldview. It recommends expanding the analytical model to other Meccan surahs, integrating semiotics with modern critical approaches like narratology, and developing a Quran-specific semiotic framework attuned to its religious and linguistic uniqueness. Thus, the study affirms that the Quranic text—through its oppositional binaries—remains open to contemporary readings, offering a model of rhetorical inimitability that transcends time and space.

This study aimed to reveal the role and degree of strengthening religious education curricula for intellectual protection against extremism among their students from the point of view of their teachers. The researcher used the descriptive analytical research methodology, by applying a questionnaire consisting of (29) statements distributed over three areas (extremism, extremism (moving away from moderation), fanaticism) on a sample consisting of (116) teachers and (286) schools. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data after verifying its validity and reliability.

This research focuses on studying the morphological structures found in Surah Ad-Dukhan, which form the basis of the study: the inflected nouns. It examines derivatives, including the active participle, the passive participle, the qualitative adjective, the intensive forms, and their plurals, as well as the verbs, analyzing them in terms of abstraction and augmentation. The research has arrived at a set of findings, the essence of which is that the diversity in their forms carries significance that enriches the overall meaning of the Surah and highlights the miraculous nature of the Qur'an.

This research, titled "Juwayriyah bint Al-Harith and Her Jurisprudential Narrations: A Comparative Study," examines the life of Juwayriyah bint Al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her), one of the Mothers of the Believers, and the hadiths she narrated. The study extracts the jurisprudential rulings derived from her narrations and analyzes the Islamic legal rulings by exploring the opinions of scholars on each issue.The researcher meticulously documented the viewpoints of jurists from their authoritative sources, then conducted a comparative discussion of the jurisprudential issues related to the hadiths. The study presents these discussions in a comparative format, ensuring accuracy in transmitting scholarly opinions and critically analyzing the legal implications.

The research seriously attempted to collect the various poems of Marwan bin Ali (d. after 540 AH) in an independent blog, to preserve them from loss, and to identify the most prominent social, scientific, and literary landmarks that worked to weave the character of Marwan bin Ali. Therefore, it was based on two parts: the first of which included a study of the poet’s life, highlighting his name, surname, nickname, his social and scientific life, and then his death. It also included a study of the poet’s production, his poetic purposes, and the levels of artistic performance in his poetry.

This research seeks to demonstrate the status of the Baghdadi hadith scholars and their efforts in serving the Prophetic Sunnah. This is represented by a study of the sheikhs of the two Sheikhs، al-Bukhari and Muslim، from Baghdad. It appears that the Baghdadis held a significant position in the narration of the noble Prophetic hadith. A brief biography of the Baghdadi sheikhs is provided، listing the number of hadiths they narrated، along with examples of their narrations. This research includes an introduction and three sections: The first section: The sheikhs of the two Sheikhs from Baghdad; the second: The sheikhs of Imam al-Bukhari from Baghdad; and the sheikhs of Imam Muslim from Baghdad.

Scholars have been interested in interpreting the Qur'an, clarifying its strange and problematic aspects, and explaining any ambiguities that arise in the verse, whether in wording, meaning, or what suggests difference and contradiction. They have also been interested in clarifying its meanings in the manner in which Allah Almighty intended to convey them to humanity. Therefore, scholars have devoted considerable attention to the science of problematic expressions and have written extensively on this subject. Among these scholars are: The scholar is “Abdul Malik bin Hussein bin Abdul Malik Al-Asami Al-Shafi’i Al-Makki, who died in the year 1111 AH,” who wrote his book “Qayd Al-Awabd min Al-Fawa’id wa Al-Awa’id wa Al-Zawa’id,” which is one of the books that deals with explaining the problems of the Holy Quran.

There is no doubt that studying the correlation and interconnection between sciences—particularly religious disciplines—is of great importance, as it reveals the depth of their integration and mutual reinforcement. This research explores the relationship between the Arabic language and the foundations of Islamic preaching (Dawah), emphasizing the necessity of mastering both to broaden intellectual horizons, strengthen comprehension, and enable scholars to contribute effectively to society, which is in dire need of such knowledge and skills.
The study addresses key questions, including: What is the significance of the Arabic language in Islamic Dawah? Is there a true interdependence and complementarity between them? What are the features of this relationship, and how does it positively impact Islamic preaching? Additionally, the research examines the practical benefits of linguistic proficiency for preachers (Dawah) and recipients, as well as its influence on advocacy methods, content, and delivery. The paper is structured into an introduction, four thematic sections, and a conclusion. The first section analyzes the impact of Arabic on the subject matter of Dawah, while the second explores its influence on preaching styles. The third section highlights the role of Arabic in shaping the reception of the message, and the fourth discusses its effect on the preacher’s effectiveness. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the key findings, underscoring the inseparable link between Arabic and successful Islamic advocacy. This research aims to demonstrate how linguistic mastery enhances both the theoretical and practical dimensions of Dawah, ultimately enriching the outreach and impact of Islamic discourse.

The phenomenon of manifestation is one of the phenomena in which the theological sects differed greatly. It appeared in the first centuries of the emergence of theology and theological sects, and the disagreement over it expanded after the first three centuries. Thus, it became clear to us the extreme importance of the phenomenon of manifestation among Sufis. It is one of the evidence they presented to solve the problems raised in determining the divine attributes. They expanded on it greatly, and it appeared for some of them under the name of manifestation, and for others under the name of manifestation or revelation.
As for the other sects and schools of thought, they dealt with it as an attribute of God Almighty, so the Sunnis considered it an attribute in and of itself. As for the Ash’aris, they limited their treatment to the attribute of vision and speech in this world and manifestation through witnessing in the afterlife. As for the Mu’tazilites, they denied it just as they denied many attributes.
Many late thinkers and Sufis dealt with manifestation as a phenomenon and not just an attribute, so they divided it into other divisions such as existential, subjective, and witness manifestation. They made manifestation a cognitive mechanism for clarifying the relationship between the divine essence and divine manifestations.

The dscipline of the principles of jurisprudence is one of the greatest and most important Islamic disciplines. I decided to study one of its issues, even though I have limited experience in it. The title of this issue is (A fatwa from one whose eligibility is unknown and some of its contemporary applications - a study of the principles of jurisprudence). One of the most important reasons for choosing this topic was the leniency in issuing a fatwa from one whose eligibility is unknown, and whether we can obtain a fatwa through the Internet, which has become widespread among people these days. Another reason for choosing this topic was the seriousness of the fatwa and how our righteous predecessors - may Allah be pleased with them - were wary of fatwas and would avoid them. Some of them would tremble in fear of issuing a fatwa if they were asked, because a fatwa is a signature and a statement from Allah Almighty. The righteous predecessors - may Allah be pleased with them - would respect the one who was asked and said, "I do not know." They would despise those who dared to issue a fatwa, out of reverence for its importance and a sense of the great responsibility involved when the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) were asked about an issue, they would gather and discuss the matter, sensing the importance of the fatwa. One of them would send the questioner to the other. This is also the case with the followers (may Allah be pleased with them) who came after them. They followed the approach of the companions and were extremely afraid. The last decades have witnessed the emergence of many books of fatwas, either handwritten or written by their authors. In most cases, fatwas appear on satellite channels or are found in newspapers, magazines and some books, for people we do not know or whose eligibility we do not know. I wanted to study this topic from the principles of jurisprudence and whether we can take a fatwa from someone whose eligibility is unknown, and how do the scholars of jurisprudence deal with someone whose eligibility is unknown?

One of the issues on which Islamic intellectual sects have differed, to the point of declaring someone an infidel, an innovator, or expelling someone from the fold of Islam, is the issue of divine predestination and destiny. Is the action of the servant created? Is man controlled in his actions or given free will? They range from extremes in their belief that the servant creates his actions to negligence. I selected the three most well-known sects, compared and reviewed their statements, and favored the one that seemed to me to be consistent with the evidence. I divided the topic into four sections: In the first section, I explained the most important concepts related to the actions of servants. In the second section, I devoted the discussion of will. In the third section, I explained the theory of acquisition. In the fourth section, I devoted the discussion to examining the differences between the three sects regarding the issue of the actions of servants.

The phenomenon of the Islamic Left emerged, and preparations for its emergence began in the early 1970s. It crystallized in the early 1980s, emerging as a phenomenon and movement called the "Islamic Left." Its proponents developed intellectual visions rooted in historical roots. They presented their project as an intellectual renaissance project, aiming to achieve social justice and establish a civil society without class discrimination. They adopted reason as their reference and leader. One of their most prominent founders was Khalil Abdul Karim, who left behind several works in which he presented his intellectual vision and expressed his own beliefs and convictions. He viewed it as a progressive renaissance project based on a new reading of Islamic texts and historical facts. His views contradicted the Muslim faith, both in thought and behavior, and his ideas touched upon the sanctities of Muslims. It was imperative for those concerned and specialized to clarify these views, warn against them, and criticize them.

Soil is a fundamental element in the creation of humans and the cycle of life in general. The environmental dimension of soil in Islamic thought is a subject that intertwines religious and philosophical aspects, as Islam views the Earth and the environment as an integrated entity that must be preserved and cared for, being part of a divine system created by Allah (SWT). This understanding is derived from Quranic texts and Prophetic traditions (Sunnah), which emphasize ecological balance and environmental conservation as part of humanity’s religious responsibility. In Islamic thought, soil symbolizes purity, beginnings, and endings, while also forming the basis for sustainability and environmental stewardship through an approach rooted in respect and ecological awareness. The environmental significance of soil in Islamic discourse is a critically important topic worthy of exploration, highlighting the profound connection between humans and nature.The objectives of this research focus on several key aspects: examining environmental concepts in Islamic thought, analyzing religious texts concerning human-environment interactions, promoting individual and collective environmental care, and emphasizing the importance of ecological awareness in Islamic societies. Additionally, the study seeks to explore strategies for enhancing environmental consciousness within Muslim communities.

The ultimate goal for which Allah created humankind on this earth is stability, obedience, and sanctification, as well as the development of the earth and a happy life therein. Among the greatest forms of happiness Allah has created are marriage, having righteous offspring, and raising them properly. A marital relationship cannot be built without trust and mutual respect between the two parties. Allah Almighty says, "And among His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may find tranquility in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought" However, if trust is lost between the two parties, suspicion creeps in, and one of them betrays the other, the family disintegrates, divorce occurs, and the wife becomes divorced.
The wife may even abandon her children. In this case, they are all vulnerable. Corruption, deviance, and begging. They may also take drugs, frequent brothels, and end up in prison. All of this is due to neglect and betrayal. Sometimes, betrayal can lead to murder, Allah forbid. Based on this, and given the high rate of divorce in our time and the fragmentation of families, which results from many reasons, including marital infidelity by the husband or wife, I wrote this research, discussing the causes of betrayal and its worldly and otherworldly consequences for the individual and society, and how to beware of it. At the end of the research, I outlined some solutions to prevent our Muslim environment from falling into this negative phenomenon, which destroys the individual, the family, and society.

Of the mechanisms of economic integration between Arab countries in the second half of the twentieth century. The Arab region has witnessed radical changes in its economic and political structures. The most prominent of these changes are those resulting from modern trends towards economic integration, so that economic integration has become the goal of the various economic sectors, whether completely or partially, within this bloc, and thus serves the common goals drawn in a way that Arab countries seek to achieve, as it is the only means that works to coordinate the elements unified by the integration countries.
The research aims to give a general picture of the efforts and mechanisms made by Arab countries in the field of economic integration, in addition to identifying the most important obstacles that prevented the achievement of tangible results consistent with the ambition of joint Arab action in the second half of the twentieth century, and finally proposing solutions and means that would establish the correct foundations to confront these obstacles, and achieve Arab economic integration on the ground in a way that Arab countries find a distinguished place for them in light of the presence of various global blocs.

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to critically discuss the concept of Islamic accountability in the management of zakat funds. A comprehensive understanding of the accountability systems and practices within zakat institutions is essential for identifying the root causes of inefficiencies in zakat distribution. This article takes a theoretical and conceptual approach to explore the relevance and applicability of the Islamic accountability framework in managing zakat funds. While this framework is an initial step in examining and evaluating the effectiveness of accountability practices, it is vital for enhancing the stewardship of zakat funds and ensuring their impact in supporting those in need.

This study aims to clarify the divinely ordained Islamic rulings that Allah has established for His servants, while particularly examining the special provisions granted to certain individuals - especially those with legitimate exemptions. The research focuses specifically on the unique rulings pertaining to the Prophet Muhammad (BPUH) in matters of worship, using the chapter of ritual purity as a representative model. It explores all related jurisprudential rulings that Allah exclusively granted to His Messenger, distinguishing him from other worshippers. The study also addresses the jurisprudential ruling regarding those who might attempt to follow these special prophetic practices in emulation of the Prophet (BPUH)

The first to author a work on linguistic triangles was Muhammad ibn al-Mustanir, famously known as Qutrub (d. 206 AH). The linguistic triangle, as he defined it, refers to words that share all the same letters except for one, whose vowel changes, resulting in a different meaning with each variation. Several scholars have versified his triangle, among the most famous being the jurist Sadid al-Din al-Bahnasi, who named his poem *The Triangle of Qutrub According to Alphabetical Letters*. Many scholars have commented on it, including the eminent scholar Muhammad ibn Mahdi al-Jarari al-Dar‘i (d. 979 AH), whose commentary was characterized by precision and comprehensiveness. We have critically edited this commentary and annotated it in accordance with the rules of scholarly editing, preceded by an introduction on the author’s biography.

This study examines the denial of metaphysical realities as a persistent theological issue across different eras, addressed by both classical and contemporary philosophers. This denial has led to successive intellectual, doctrinal, and educational regressions. Given its significance, scholars of Islamic theology, thinkers, and exegetes have historically confronted this challenge.The research focuses on analyzing the reasons behind the denial of metaphysical realities among certain philosophers and scientists. Key justifications for their stance include excessive reliance on sensory perception and reason, prioritizing nature over faith, and the claim that modern science has eliminated the need to believe in the unseen.

Responses to these misconceptions are drawn from multiple sources: beginning with the Qur’an as the foundational theological refutation, followed by contributions from Islamic scholars and other intellectuals who presented rational, textual, and experiential evidence to counter these ideas. The study also highlights that some Western scholars themselves have affirmed that scientific progress has only increased the evidence for the existence of the Creator.The research adopts a critical analytical methodology, incorporating prior studies, two main sections, and a conclusion summarizing key findings. It emphasizes the necessity of ongoing scholarly efforts to address these misconceptions, particularly as new waves of denial continue to emerge.This subject remains a pressing issue requiring further attention from specialists to keep pace with contemporary developments and refute modern doubts, thereby safeguarding Islamic creed and protecting it from ideological deviations.

Engaging in trade and increasing wealth is subject to specific regulations, which every prudent individual must understand. Among the most important of these regulations is clarifying the nature of the relationship between the parties involved in investment. This relationship may take one of two forms: a tripartite relationship, in which the issuing entity of the investment fund represents the first party as the founder; the investors form the second party as providers of capital; and the management (or fund manager) constitutes the third party to the contract. Alternatively, a bilateral relationship may be established between the bank—or an investment company affiliated with the bank—as 
the first party, being the originator and promoter of the fund, and the investors as the second party, serving as financiers of the fund. This relationship is governed by Sharīʿah-compliant legal principles that preserve the rights of all parties involved. Accordingly, this study aims to clarify the nature and structure of these investment relationships.
