The Colors in the Holy Quran: Their Categories and Significance

Summary:
This study investigates color, its categories, and its connotations in the Holy Quran. It relies on a number of sources and references, employing an analytical approach to select some of these verses while presenting the connotations of colors in other verses within a results table. The research reveals several connotations of color in Quranic expression, indicating that color is associated with a specific meaning according to the context in which it appears and the meaning it conveys. The aim is to provide a comprehensive study that opens the door for scholars to continue exploring and enriching the Arabic library.

جاءت هذه الدراسة متقصيه اللون وأقسامه ومدلولاته في القرآن الكريم، وقد اعتمدت في هذه ا لدراسة على عدد من المصادر والمراجع وقد اعتمد البحث منهجاً تحليليا لبعض هذه الآيات على سبيل الاختيار مع عرض دلالات الألوان في الآيات الأخرى ضمن جدول النتائج، وقد بدا للبحث جملة من دلالات اللون في التعبير القرآني، منها أنّ اللونَ يرتبط بدلالة معينة على وفق السياق الذي يرد فيه والمعنى الذي يؤدّيه، محاولة الوصـــــول إلى دراسة وافية كافية تفتح الباب أمام الدارسين لمواصلة الاستقصاء لإثراء المكتبة العربية

Abstract

Research Abstract:
This study aims to conduct a scientific analytical interpretation of Surah Al-Falaq to uncover the nature of the four types of evil mentioned in it. The research includes an examination of the surah’s general context, the reason for its revelation, the number of its verses, whether it is Makki or Madani, and its virtues. It also addresses the interpretation of key terms in the surah based on the views of classical commentators, with a preference given to the most supported opinions using a methodological approach. The research discusses four main issues and adopts an analytical method to explore the wisdom behind seeking refuge specifically from these evils.

Keywords: Interpretation of the Holy Qur’an is considered one of the most important sciences that occupied scholars، caliphs، and rulers in Islamic science، in order to understand the Holy Qur’an and realize its true meanings. Many scholars of the first centuries of the Hijra worked in this type of science، and the science of interpretation of the verses of the Holy Qur’an did not stop despite The harsh circumstances and calamities that befell the Islamic world throughout history. These scholars provided us with important knowledge in interpreting the Great Book. Imam Fakhr al-Din al-Razi was one of those scholars who interpreted the Holy Quran In a book called Keys to the Unseen، Al-Razi relied in his book on various types of rational and transmission sciences in order to produce this interpretation in a correct scientific and doctrinal manner. Likewise، Al-Tahir Ibn Ashour did in his interpretation of Tahrir and Enlightenment. Both commentators relied on the sciences of the Qur’an and on interpretation by opinion. They also relied on the sayings of the Companions in addition to their personal jurisprudence. In some matters، we should also not forget to mention that the historical stage in which each of the authors lived had a prominent impact on the performance of their work in interpretation، and this was evident in their interpretation of Surat Al-Kahf، which showed us the approach that each of them followed in his interpretation.This research deals with the approach of Imam Al-Razi and Ibn Ashour in interpreting Surat Al-Kahf. يعتبر تفسير القرآن الكريم من أهم العلوم التي شغلت العلماء والخلفاء في العلم الإسلامي، من أجل فهم القرآن الكريم وإدراك معانيه الحقيقية، وقد اشتغل في هذا النوع من العلوم الكثير من علماء القرون الأولى للهجرة، ولم يتوقف علم التفسير لآيات القرآن الكريم على الرغم من قسوة الظروف والملمات التي ألمت بالعالم الإسلامي عبر التاريخ، فقد قدم لنا أولئك العلماء معارف مهمة في تفسير الكتاب العظيم، وكان الإمام فخر الدين الرازي أحد هؤلاء العلماء الذين قاموا بتفسير الذكر الحكيم في كتاب أسماه "مفاتيح الغيب"، واعتمد الرازي في كتابه على مختلف أنواع العلوم العقلية والنقلية ليخرج هذا التفسير بطريقة علمية وعقائدية صحيحة، كذلك فعل الطاهر ابن عاشور في تفسيره "التحرير والتنوير"، واعتمد كلا من المفسرين على علوم القرآن وعلى التفسير بالمأثور، كذلك اعتمدوا على أقوال الصحابة بالإضافة إلى اجتهاداتهم الشخصية في بعض الأمور، كما لا ننسى أن نذكر أن المرحلة التاريخية التي عاش بها كل من المؤلفين الذي كان له الأثر البارز في أداء عملهما في التفسير، وقد برز هذا في تفسيرهما لسورة الكهف التي أظهرت لنا المنهج الذي اتبعه كل منهما في تفسيره.المبحث الأول: من هذا البحث فقد تناول: المقارنة بين منهجي الإمامين في كتابيهما من خلال سورة الكهف في المطلب الأول: المقارنة بين منهجيهما في التفسير بالمأثور في المطلب الثاني: تَفْسير القرآن بالقرآن: من خلال سورة الكهف:المطلب الثالث: تَفْسير القرآن بالسنّة النبوية الشريفة:المطلب الرابع: تَفْسير الكتاب بأقوال الصحابة:المطلب الخامس: تَفْسير القرآن بأقوال التابعين:وفي نهاية البحث الخاتمة وفيها أهم نتائج البحث والتوصيات

Abstract

The impact of the shrine exaggeration and abundance in the selection of readings
In this paper, we examine exaggeration tag morphological study of formats and track the impact of these formulas in the Koranic readings. It chose a number of readers choose the formulas that offer meaning more and more confirmation of the revelations, while making some verbal increases to the basic premises of the formulas Ki_did character or increase other symbols. The aim is to reach the semantic effect of these readings and directed to the meaning of the verse which are contained therein. Pena first to exaggerate the meaning of the term in the language and rhetorical studies, and then chose some formulas received from readers in the books of Koranic readings.

ندرس في هذا البحث صيغ المبالغة والكثرة وأثرها في اختيار القراءات القرانية أو عدها مقياساً معتمداً لتغليب قراءة على أخرى أو اختيارها، وهي تمثل دراسة صرفية دلالية وقد يكون التكثير والمبالغة بوساطة الجمع أو بـ(كم الخبرية) وهو ما نتناوله في بحثنا الذي عدَّ اتجاها مهماً في الاختيار والتفضيل في القراءات، إذ آثر عدد من القرّاء اختيار الصيغ التي تعرض المعنى على نحو أكثر تأكيداً وأكثر إبانة، محدثين بعض الزيادات اللفظية على المباني الأساسية للصيغ كتشديد حرف أو زيادة حرف أخر. ونهدف من ذلك الوصول إلى الأثر الدلالي لهذه القراءات وتوجيهها لمعنى الآية التي ترد فيها. بينا أولاً معنى المبالغة في اللغة واصطلاح الدراسات البلاغية، وبعد ذلك اخترنا بعض الصيغ التي وردت عن القرّاء في كتب القراءات القرآنية.

ان هذا البحث(أثر السنة النبوية في مواجهة التمييز العنصري والاجتماعي) جاء ليبين ان التقوى هي الاساس للتفاضل بين الناس، وان السنة النبوية ترفض التمييز بشتى اشكاله وتؤكد على المساواة بين جميع الناس، وكذلك تؤكد على الوحدة الانسانية وتشدد على ان جميع الناس خلقوا من نفس واحدة، وان العدل هو الاصل بين جميع الخلق، وان العرق او اللون او الجنس مرفوض، وان التعامل الحقيقي يجب ان يكون بالرفق واللين فمن خلال ذلك كان للسنة النبوية دوراً هاماً في مواجهة العنصرية والتمييز, وتشجيع ابناء المجتمع على التساوي والتعايش السلمي.ويتكون هذا البحث الذي يحمل عنوان(أثر السنة النبوية في مواجهة التمييز العنصري والاجتماعي) من مقدمة واربعة مباحث وخاتمة.

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam. It is a legal obligation with specific conditions and criteria for the wealth on which it is obligatory. Jurists agree that zakat is obligatory on certain items، such as gold، silver، crops، fruits، and livestock. However، they differ on the ruling on zakat on honey، making this topic a subject of research and interpretation.Honey is considered one of the great blessings bestowed by God upon humanity، due to its nutritional and medicinal benefits. It is mentioned in the Holy Quran in the context of a lesson and a cure. Hence، the jurisprudential question arises: Is honey among the wealth on which zakat is obligatory? And what are the conditions for this according to those who believe it is obligatory?This research aims to study the ruling on zakat on honey in Islamic jurisprudence by presenting and analyzing the evidence of the various schools of jurisprudence، and clarifying the most preponderant of them، based on the Qur'an، the Sunnah، and the opinions of scholars. The research also addresses the conditions for zakat on honey، its minimum threshold، and its amount according to those who believe it is obligatory، while discussing contemporary jurisprudential arguments in light of economic changes

تُعد الزكاة أحد أركان الإسلام الخمسة، وهي فريضة شرعية لها شروط ومقاييس محددة في الأموال التي تجب فيها. وقد اتفق الفقهاء على وجوب الزكاة في أصناف معينة مثل الذهب والفضة والزروع والثمار والأنعام، لكنهم اختلفوا في حكم زكاة العسل، مما يجعل هذا الموضوع محل بحث واجتهاديُعتبر العسل من النعم الكبيرة التي أنعم الله بها على البشر، لما فيه من منافع غذائية وطبية، وقد ذكر في القرآن الكريم في سياق العبرة والشفاء. ومن هنا، يبرز السؤال الفقهي: هل العسل من الأموال التي تجب فيها الزكاة؟ وما هي شروط ذلك عند من يرى وجوبها؟يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة حكم زكاة العسل في الفقه الإسلامي، من خلال عرض أدلة المذاهب الفقهية المختلفة، وتحليلها، وبيان الراجح منها، مع الاستناد إلى الكتاب والسنة وأقوال العلماء. كما يتناول البحث شروط زكاة العسل ونصابها ومقدارها عند القائلين بوجوبها، مع مناقشة الاستدلالات الفقهية المعاصرة في ضوء التغيرات الاقتصادية

ترجع أهمية هذا البحث لأرتباطها باحد اعلام ورموز علم الحديث الفقيه المحدث الامام الطحاوي رحمه الله كون المصطلح الذي تناولته في هذالبحث " غير انه لم يذكر" قد استعمله في كتابه شرح معاني الآثار تكررت في 43 موضعا ولم تكن تطلق هذه العبارة من هكذا عالم جليل القدر دون معنى او مدلول فكانت العبارة بعد البحث دلالة على وجود علة في أحد الاحاديث التي قارن بينها وبين أختها في الباب نفسه، ليشعر القارئ ان الحديث فيه علة مخفية وقد علق عليها العلماء رحمهم الله، والغرض من هذا الجهد ابراز دقة العبارات وسعة مفهوم هذا العالم الجليل، واستخدمت البحث العلمي لوصول الى النتائج من خلال التخريج والتراجم واقوال العلماء في الحديث.

Summary:
This research deals with the product of Islamic sukuk as one of the contemporary financial instruments that emerged in order to develop banking and the financial system in financial institutions alike in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, and be an alternative to financial instruments in the traditional economy. The first research dealt with: the concept of sukuk and a statement of the elements and characteristics of sukuk, and a statement of the importance of sukuk, its types and trading controls, and the second research dealt with: investing in sukuk and their impact on banking, in terms of enhancing financial stability and increasing the efficiency of banking performance.

يتناول هذا البحث منتج الصكوك الإسلامية باعتبارها إحدى الأدوات المالية المعاصرة التي ظهرت من أجل تطوير العمل المصرفي والنظام المالي في المؤسسات المالية على حد سواء بما يتوافق مع مبادئ الشريعة الاسلامية ، وتكون بديلة للأدوات المالية في الاقتصاد التقليدي، وتناول المبحث الأول : مفهوم الصكوك وبيان عناصر وخصائص التصكيك، وبيان أهمية الصكوك أنواعها وضوابط تداولها، وتناول المبحث الثاني: الاستثمار في الصكوك وأثرها على العمل المصرفي، من حيث تعزيز الاستقرار المالي وزيادة كفاءة الأداء المصرفي.

تناول الباحث موضوع مهما يتكلم عن الاخوة في الاسلام وماله من اهمية بالغة على المجتمعات الاسلامية من الترابط والسعادة والمحبة التي تساعد العباد على التألف فيما بينهم وتقوية حبال المحبة والوفاء والود بينهم، وقد اشتمل البحث على اربعة مباحث مهمة؛ ففي بداية البحث سرد الباحث بعض الادلة الشرعية عن الأخوة التي جاءت في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة، ثم تناول الباحث في المبحث الثاني الحقوق الأخوة التي جاء بها الدين الإسلامي الحنيف واكد عليها في بناء المجتمع السليم، وبعد ذلك ركز الباحث في المبحث الثالث على الآفات التي تضر بالأخوة وتضر بالمجتمع الاسلامي، وذكر الباحث في المبحث الرابع عدة نقاط تكلم فيها عن بعض الوسائل القيمة التي تعين على تعميق المحبة والأخوة في الشريعة الاسلامية، واخيرا جاءت الخاتمة متضمنة اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث من خلال هذا الموضوع .

تناول البحث فكرة الأداء القصصي في شعر لميعة عباس عمارة، واتخذ من عنصر الحدث مثالا على ذلك؛ بوصفه أحد عناصر القص التي لها الأثر البليغ في عناصر القص الأخر الزمان والمكان والشخصية والحوار. قدم البحث موجزا عن الأداء القصصي في الشعر العربي القديم، وكيف أن أكثر النقاد يرى أنه نضج، وأصبح اتجاها واضحا في الشعر الحديث، وذكر الأسباب التي تلجئ الشعراء إلى هذا الأداء، وهي الاحتكاك بالأدب الغربي، وتعقد ظروف الشعراء التي تلقي بظلالها على منجزهم الشعري، والأوضاع السياسية والاجتماعية التي جعلتهم ينزعون عنهم رداء الرومانسية.

ترد في شعرنا المعاصر تجارب الشعراء والأدباء والتي تقوم على قوام تجزيئي مشتت من المدركات الحسية الأشياء ما حولنا، في حياتنا اليومية السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وغيرها، فيقوم الشاعر بإعادة المفتت منها وبناءه من جديد، بناء المشتت من تلك الجزئيات وترتيبها بحسب تجربته الحياتية، وهو ما تقوم به الصورة الشعرية في تشكيلها وبنياتها في الخطاب الشعري المعاصر وقضاياه، فضلًا عن كون هذه الصورة غير منفصلة عن البنيان البلاغي الموروث في النصوص فلا يمكن تعويضه، إذ له الأثر الكبير في بنية النص وموضوعاته وتشكيلاته مما أكسبه سمته الشعرية والفرادة الأدبية وسيرورة الإبداع.

اللسانيات الجنائية فرع علمي يجمع بين تحليل اللغة والقانون، ويهدف إلى تحليل الأدلة اللغوية (نصوص، تسجيلات، خطابات) في الإجراءات القانونية. يبرز دورها في تحديد هوية المتحدثين أو الكتّاب عبر "البصمة اللغوية" الفريدة، وكشف التزييف، وتفسير الغموض في النصوص القانونية. في العراق، يواجه هذا التخصص تحديات مثل غياب التخصص الأكاديمي، وضعف التعاون بين المؤسسات القضائية واللغوية، رغم أهميته في جرائم العصر كالجرائم الإلكترونية والتهديدات. تُظهر دراسات الحالة الغربية (مثل قضية "ديريك بنتلي" وقضية الفاصلة بقيمة 13 مليون دولار) كيف يحسم التحليل اللغوي القضايا. أما في العالم العربي، فالتطبيقات محدودة، لكن هناك جهود فردية كتحليل خطاب قضية "هشام طلعت مصطفى" في مصر. التوصيات الرئيسة تشمل: إنشاء برامج أكاديمية متخصصة في العراق، وتطوير قواعد بيانات للأدلة اللغوية، وإدراج مساقات في المعاهد القضائية. هذه الخطوات قد تعزز العدالة عبر أدلة لغوية موثوقة، وتواكب التطور العالمي في العلوم الجنائية

The events World War (1914- 1918) had a clear rimpact on Algeria, as the French authorities tightened their grip on various levels, which contributed to exhaustion of the Algerian economy The Algerians and the leaders of ther national movement did not stand idly by in the face of the practices of the French authorities, but rather resorted to establishing political and religious groups to achieve their legitimate demands The repercussions of World War (1939- 1945) contributed to the decline of the economic situation in all its sectors, and poverty and unemployment , The same applies to the political situation through tightening control and gaggingThe French authorities suppressed The May 1945 demonstration with all firmness and force, which led to thousands of Algerian casualties. However, these events indicated a change in the methods of resistance Algerians for occupation .

اثرت مجريات الحرب العالمية الأولى (1914- 1918) بصورة واضحة على الجزائر، إذ شددت السلطات الفرنسية من قبضتها على مختلف الأصعدة، وهذا ما اسهم في انهاك الأقتصاد الجزائري لم يقف الجزائريون، وقادة حركتهم الوطنية مكتوفي الأيدي امام ممارسات السلطات الفرنسية، وانما لجئوا الى تأسيس التجمعات السياسية والدينية لتحقيق مطالبهم المشروعة اسهمت افرازات الحرب العالمية الثانية (1939- 1945) في تراجع الوضع الأقتصادي بمختلف قطاعاته ، وانتشر الفقر والبطالة ، وكذلك الحال ينطبق على الوضع السياسي من خلال احكام السيطرة ، وتكميم الأفواه قمعت السلطات الفرنسية تظاهرات ايار 1945 بكل حزم وقوة ما ادى الى وقوع الالاف الضحايا الجزائريين ، وعلى الرغم من ذلك فقد اشرت تلك الأحداث تغيير في طرق مقاومة الجزائريين للأحتلال .

Abstract
In this research, we discussed the financial systems in Andalusia and the states of the Taifa kings (422-484 AH / 1050-1091 AD). The political deterioration of the era of the Taifa kings affected the financial conditions in Andalusia, and the Taifa kings followed financial policies that negatively affected economic life. The Taifa kings introduced a number A large amount of taxes to provide money to meet their needs and expenses burdened the Andalusians, and despite the increase and expansion of the sources of the treasury in the era of the Taifa kings, However, the state treasury did not meet all the expenses of the sectarian kings, because of their exorbitant expenses to finance wars and pay soldiers’ salaries. They also spent huge sums of money to build palaces, on celebrations, weddings, and entertainment gatherings, and in military conflicts between the sectarian kings. The sectarian kings faced financial crises, so they adulterated the currency and mixed gold. And silver in various metals faced a mineral shortage of gold and silver, to increase the minted currency. This policy resulted in increased inflation and deterioration of economic conditions.

ناقشنا في هذا البحث النظم المالية في الأندلس دويلات ملوك الطوائف (422- 484ه/ 1050-1091م)، وقد أثر التدهور السياسي عصر ملوك الطوائف على الأوضاع المالية في الأندلس، واتبع ملوك الطوائف سياسات مالية أثرت بالسلب على الحياة الاقتصادية، فقد استحدث ملوك الطوائف عدد كبير من الضرائب لتوفير المال لسد حاجاتهم ونفقاتهم أرهقوا بها كاهل الأندلسيين، وعلى الرغم من ازدياد واتساع مصادر بيت المال في عصر ملوك الطوائف، إلا أن خزينة الدولة لم تف بكل نفقات ملوك الطوائف، بسبب نفقاتهم الباهظة لتمويل الحروب ولدفع رواتب الجند، كما أنهم أنفقوا الأموال الطائلة لبناء القصور وفي الاحتفالات والأعراس ومجالس اللهو، والصراعات العسكرية بين ملوك الطوائف، وواجه ملوك الطوائف الأزمات المالية فقاموا بغش العملة، وخلطوا الذهب والفضة بمختلف المعادن أمام نقص معدني للذهب والفضة، لزيادة العملة المسكوكة، فأثرت هذه السياسة إلى ازدياد التضخم وتدهور الأحوال الاقتصادية.

Learning a second language, particularly English, is a complex process influenced by psychological, social, and cultural factors. Cultural shock, characterized by disorientation and anxiety when adapting to a new culture, plays a crucial role in this experience. The study examines how cultural differences influence language acquisition and identifies challenges faced by non-native English learners, such as social norms, language barriers, and unfamiliar educational systems.The research outlines the stages of cultural shock—honeymoon, frustration, adjustment, and acceptance—highlighting how they impact motivation and engagement in learning. Some learners struggle with stress, which hinders cognitive abilities, while others use adaptation strategies to enhance learning. The study also considers whether cultural shock accelerates or delays language proficiency, depending on coping mechanisms.By investigating these effects, the research provides insights into how educators can support ESL learners in overcoming cultural barriers. The findings emphasize the importance of cultural adaptation strategies and institutional support in helping learners achieve success in acquiring English. يستكشف بحثٌ بعنوان "الصدمة الثقافية وتأثيرها على تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية" كيفية تأثير الصدمة الثقافية على متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية. يُعد تعلم لغة ثانية، وخاصةً الإنجليزية، عمليةً معقدةً تتأثر بعوامل نفسية واجتماعية وثقافية. وتلعب الصدمة الثقافية، التي تتسم بالارتباك والقلق عند التكيف مع ثقافة جديدة، دورًا حاسمًا في هذه التجربة. تبحث الدراسة في كيفية تأثير الاختلافات الثقافية على اكتساب اللغة، وتحدد التحديات التي يواجهها متعلمو اللغة الإنجليزية غير الناطقين بها، مثل الأعراف الاجتماعية، والحواجز اللغوية، والأنظمة التعليمية غير المألوفة
يُحدد البحث مراحل الصدمة الثقافية – شهر العسل، والإحباط، والتكيف، والقبول – مُسلِّطًا الضوء على كيفية تأثيرها على الدافعية والمشاركة في التعلم. يعاني بعض المتعلمين من التوتر، مما يُعيق قدراتهم المعرفية، بينما يستخدم آخرون استراتيجيات التكيف لتعزيز التعلم. كما تبحث الدراسة فيما إذا كانت الصدمة الثقافية تُسرِّع أو تُؤخِّر إتقان اللغة، وذلك اعتمادًا على آليات التكيف.من خلال دراسة هذه الآثار، يُقدِّم البحث رؤىً حول كيفية دعم المُعلِّمين لمتعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية في التغلب على الحواجز الثقافية. تؤكد النتائج على أهمية استراتيجيات التكيف الثقافي والدعم المؤسسي في مساعدة المتعلمين على تحقيق النجاح في تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية. وفي نهاية المطاف، تُسهم الدراسة في فهم أفضل للعلاقة بين الثقافة وتعلم اللغة.
