Abstract
The Presence of Co –ordination and Connection between the strategic marketing
planning and the decisions of production and operations leads the organization to
ideal utilization of all opportunities and challenger (internal and external) Facing it
in the future . The Strategic marketing planning concerns to determinc the duties
and the goals the marketing management wants to achieve.
while the decisions of Productions and operations in the organization one many and
they have environment effects internal and external . For the organization to choose
the best of those , it must be ready for them through Co-ordination and connection
between strategic marketing planning and the decisions of production and
operation .
This led the researcher to deal with this Subject through a way discovering the
problem of the study then showing its importance and offering its hypothesis in the
same way it tries to select it in Ninavah Company for drugs and medical .
Requirement S . A questions was distributed among (30) of the chiefs of different
units of company . The Study reached pto the fact of the presence of this Co
ordination and connection according to the analysis of the Samples of the Survey
mode .

Abstract
ان وجود التنسيق والترابط بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي التسويقي وبين قرارات الانتاج والعمليات يؤدي بالمنظمة الى الاستغلال الامثل لجميع الفرص والتحديات الداخلية والخارجية التي تواجهها مستقبلا . لان التخطيط الاستراتيجي التسويقي يهتم بتحديث الواجبات والاهداف التي ترغب الادارة التسويقية في المنظمة بتحقيقها في حين أن قرارات الانتاج والعمليات في المنظمة كثيرة ومتعددة ولها مؤثرات بينية داخلية وخارجية ، ولكي تستطيع المنظمة اختيار الافضل منها يجب الاستعداد لها عن طريق التنسيق والربط ما بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي التسويقي وقرارات الانتاج والعمليات ، الأمر الذي حدا بالباحث الى تناول هذا الموضوع ضمن منهجية تكشف عن مشكلة الدراسة ثم تبين اهميتها وتضع فرضياتها مثلما تسعى الى اختبارها في الشركة العامة لانتاج الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية نينوى عن طريق توزيع (۳۰) استمارة استبيان على مسؤولي الوحدات في تلك الشركة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى اقرار وجود هذا التنسيق والترابط استنادا الى اجابات المبحوثين من عينة البحث
