Abstract:-
Social justice is of great importance in religious thought and can be used as a criterion in all behaviour, speech, planning and decision-making, a principle that cannot be ignored under any circumstances. In this article, he sought to study respect for the rights of others and his role in achieving social justice from the perspective of the Holy Koran and the conversations of the people of the house. From this point of view, the main question of the article is organized and attempts to investigate the relationship between respect for the rights of others and social justice. and there are several rights in this regard, such as recognition of the rights of non-Muslims, freedom of dialogue, understanding, tolerance, charity and equality to which each adheres Both citizens and rulers have an undeniable role to play in the achievement of social justice. This problem has been solved through an analytical descriptive approach and by reference to religious texts, the Qur 'an and conversations.

Abstract:-
This article examines the elements of magical realism such as wonder, fantasy, mystery, and the transformation of man into an animal in Chartins novel The Rules, and also examines why the author used magical realism to depict truths. And how can it describe the political and social problems of its own society and other societies? Although this novel was very well received in the Arab world, it is still unknown among the Iranian academic community. The existence of some political and social criticisms in this novel, which is not specific to Egyptian society and can be generalized to other society, makes the necessity of this discussion clear. This study uses a descriptiveanalytical method to analyze the aforementioned novels according to magical realism. The author examines class conflict, oppression, and the migration of young Arabs, executions, political repression, poverty, and unemployment in some Arab societies, and the oppression of women in these societies using magical realism. The conclusion of this study is that Amro Abdol Hamid has succeeded in using a miracle, a code, and the transformation of man into an animal. And he has also managed to magically portray the bitter and painful truth of Egyptian and other societies and encourage people to change their fate.

Abstract:-
The “right of passage” is a right mentioned in books of Islamic jurisprudence. It refers to the right of those passing by orchards, palm groves, and farms. The majority of jurists permit this right under certain conditions, including that the passage be accidental, that it does not cause any damage or harm to the farm or orchard, and that the passerby does not take any fruit with them. In contrast, some prominent scholars, such as Sayyid al-Murtada, Fayd al-Kashani, al-Muhaqqiq al-Karaki, and al-Shahid al-Thani, prohibited it, considering it an act of appropriation of another's property, and the sanctity of another's property is an established principle. The basis for the majority opinion is narrations they deem authentic, but the basis for the prohibition is also narrations that are authentic and consistent with the Quran. Therefore, al-Shahid al-Awwal and al-Shahid al-Thani favored the opinion prohibiting such appropriation and gave precedence to the narrations prohibiting it when the narrations on both sides conflicted. Therefore, upon considering the well-known fatwa and evaluating the evidence of both sides, we arrive at the conclusion that the ruling permitting the right of way is problematic; conversely, the ruling prohibiting it is in accordance with established principles and foundations of Islam. At the very least, exercising caution by refraining from using others' property is the path to safety and righteousness.

Abstract:-
The Arab-Buwayhid conflict represents one of the pivotal stages in the history of the Islamic world, as it highlights attempts to limit the dominance of the Buwayhid influence in the fourth century AH, as a result of the weakness of the Abbasid state. The Buwayhids took advantage of the state of disintegration that afflicted the Abbasid Caliphate, and were able to impose their authority on Baghdad and other major regions of the Islamic world, while the Abbasid Caliphate remained in place but without a real ability to influence politics. Despite the military and political power that the Buwayhids enjoyed, a strong reaction arose to that dominance, represented by intellectual and cultural movements through thinkers and jurists who sought to highlight the Arab and Islamic identity independent of Buwayhid influence. Scholars sought to preserve the Arab and Islamic heritage by consolidating the concepts of independent governance, in addition to many social and political activities embodied in some local uprisings and revolutions that erupted in various regions of the Islamic East. The final outcome of that conflict constituted an important stage in the stages of preserving the Arab political and cultural identity during the periods of weakness of the Abbasid state in an era in which Buwayhid influence in the state increased.

Abstract:-
The issue is that the Imam's knowledge is in three areas: "domain, characteristics, and sources," and it is necessary, given its special importance in the Quran and the words of the infallibles. By examining the results obtained, and without a doubt, the great treasure of the lineage and the great reserve of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) are among the best divine gifts to the world of humanity; because the only way that provides correct knowledge and authentic understanding along with a true orientation to man is the unique Sharia - and the Imam's knowledge along with the unparalleled truth of the Quran, in the works of Allamah Javadi in the field of Imam's knowledge, which includes "domain, characteristics, and sources" of non-written, including "ilm, divine revelation; Wahhabi knowledge (Ladani), witnessing, being a witness, the Holy Spirit, the Preserved Tablet, the repository of divine knowledge, angels, which was analyzed from the perspective of Allamah Javadi Amoli.

Abstract:-
This research aims to examine the concept of political and social piety in Nahj al-Balagha, as a comprehensive value that guides political and social behavior according to a moral and faith-based system. The research was divided into two main sections: The first was: Political Piety in Nahj al-Balagha, and included three topics: The first was: Piety as a Standard for Good Governance: Imam Ali (peace be upon him) demonstrates that the pious are the most deserving of authority, due to their justice and integrity. The second was: Piety in Self-Control for Officials: This section addresses the importance of self-accountability and fear of God in performing political duties. The third was: The Impact of Piety on Politics: Justice and Establishing Truth: The Imam (peace be upon him) links the piety of officials to the integrity of governance, and considers piety a key to establishing justice. The second section was titled: Social Piety in Nahj al-Balagha, and also included three topics: The first was: Piety in Societal Relations and Solidarity: Piety establishes social behavior based on mercy. And altruism, and secondly, piety in the face of social injustice: The Imam (peace be upon him) demonstrates the role of piety in motivating the individual and society to resist injustice and deviation. Thirdly, piety guarantees societal security and stability: Pious societies enjoy security and stability, as the Imam (peace be upon him) expressed in his sermons and letters.

Abstract:-
This research, "Supplications for Distress in Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya," represents a comprehensive study of the supplications for distress contained in Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya, attributed to Imam Zayn al-Abidin (peace be upon him), which present a profound spiritual vision for dealing with adversity and tribulations.
The research then addresses the concept of "distress" as a recurring existential human experience in human life. It represents a moment of defeat before God's will, a testing ground for faith, and a space for manifestations of supplication and entreaty. The supplications of Imam al-Sajjad (peace be upon him) in Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya are a complete model of this experience, combining the expression of complaint and submission with contentment and absolute surrender to God's will.

Abstract:-
This study examines the Qur’anic admonitions embedded in the educational wisdom of Imam Zayn al-Abidin (peace be upon him), as one of the leading models that embodied Qur’anic values in shaping human character and guiding behavior.
The research aims to uncover the educational dimensions inherent in these sayings of wisdom and to demonstrate their connection to the themes found in the Holy Qur’an, through analyzing selected texts and linking them to relevant Qur’anic verses.
The study adopts an analytical approach, whereby the contents of these wise sayings are examined and classified into major themes, including self-purification, social ethics, and the development of faith, in addition to analyzing the educational methods employed by the Imam (peace be upon him) in guiding individuals.
The study concludes that these sayings represent a living extension of the Qur’anic methodology, reflecting an integrated vision of education based on refining the inner self, regulating outward behavior, and building a balanced relationship with God Almighty.
Furthermore, the study reveals that Imam Zayn al-Abidin (peace be upon him) did not merely transmit Qur’anic values; rather, he reformulated them into a practical educational framework that is easy to apply in individual and social life. This makes these sayings an important source in Islamic educational studies and a valuable resource for addressing many contemporary ethical challenges.

Abstract:-
Electronic space has the ability to accommodate any audio, video, book, article, and the like. It is not far-fetched to assume that these data are made available to other users anonymously. The question that can be discussed in this regard is whether any user who accesses anonymous data and works in electronic space is allowed to own them or not. The author of this article has tried to discuss and answer this issue in a descriptive-analytical manner. The results of the research indicate that such contents are bought and sold, so there is no doubt about their ownership. In cases where the owner of the work uploads what is attributed to him in electronic space in an anonymous manner, it seems that it could be an example of renunciation. Because if the goal is to preserve ownership and prevent another from acquiring it, you would definitely register the details, so with regard to anonymous data, the rule of “rejection of ownership” becomes relevant, and based on Article 178 of the Civil Code, which considers rejection as a beneficial form of ownership, the possibility of acquiring such data is not far from the imagination.

Abstract:-
The development of fundamentalist schools of jurisprudence has always been the result of the efforts of scholars who relied on intellectual foundations derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah, profoundly influencing the sources, structure, new titles, and the like. This research aims to critique and analyze the jurisprudential and fundamentalist evidence of Islamic schools regarding maslahah (interest). It was conducted using a descriptive approach and content analysis, relying on library sources. The results indicate three hypotheses related to emerging issues as a source for deriving Islamic rulings: First, maslahah as a source of deduction; Second, maslahah as a source of absolute conjecture; Third, maslahah as a source of practical reason. After analyzing these hypotheses within the framework of jurisprudence and theories based on the status of maslahah in legislation, particularly in governmental rulings, it becomes clear that: The first hypothesis is impossible according to the Shi'i ijtihad approach; The second hypothesis is unprovable due to its flawed implications, both in terms of the validity of a single report and the validity of the apparent evidence; The third hypothesis is the only rational and acceptable one. It is worth noting that the concept of interest in Shiite thought, especially among later jurists, is not synonymous with public interest, but rather refers to definitive rational evidence and the understanding of practical reason.

Abstract:-
This research seeks to analyze representations of spiritual , psychological , and social strength as found in the supplications of Imam Zayn al-Abidin (peace be upon him) in Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya. This research uses an analytical and intellectual approach that demonstrates how supplication can activate concepts of strength in human life, not as fleeting emotional practices, but rather as values that establish integrated behavior and high self-cultivation.
The research is divided into two sections. The first examines representations of spiritual strength in supplications, focusing on the elements of: faith-based awe, love of God Almighty, and submission and trust in His will. The second section addresses representations of psychological and social strength, addressing the values of conscious servitude, self-conviction, and sincerity in action. An analytical and intellectual approach is employed to uncover the underlying meanings, analyze the intellectual and spiritual structure of these supplications, and extract their educational and doctrinal dimensions, contributing to the construction of a moral and spiritual model for the Muslim individual.

Abstract:-
Al-Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya is one of the valuable religious texts that has been endowed with literary and stylistic features worthy of attention. One of the important stylistic phenomena that was strikingly evident in this holy book, especially in the supplication of Arafah, is the repetition represented in the vowels, consonants, words, sentences and different phrases, which gave this holy supplication a wonderful rhythmic color that is compatible with the requirements of the context of the text. Given the effectiveness of the repetition of the constructive elements of the sentence from a semantic perspective, this research seeks, through the descriptive-analytical approach, to shed light on repetition as one of the most important rhythmic elements and its semantic effects in the supplication studied. This research has shown that Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him) did not use repetition in the supplication randomly, but rather used it as an important rhythmic element in a conscious manner to consolidate the meaning

Abstract:-
If we follow the life of the Messenger of Humanity, may God bless him and his family, we find that he always emphasized the regulation of marital relations and the protection of the family, aiming to preserve human society, considering that the family is the foundational building block of that society. Hence, marriage was the strongest of bonds and the most solid of connections. From it descended sonship, fatherhood was found, brotherhood was born, kinship branched out, and through it, marriage arose and the family was formed. Therefore, it was the spirit of society. In its integrity lies the integrity of the nation, and in its strength lies the strength of the state. It is the principle of reform, the source of growth, and the origin of strength. Islam has established for it rights and duties that ensure its survival and integrity, and that enable it to achieve its goal, in light of high morals and pure emotions. The child is a dutiful son, a merciful father, and a compassionate mother. The child is raised on religion, grows up with virtue, and is prepared to bear the hardships and costs of life. He is directed toward its highest ideals and its desired goal, so that the world may achieve the purpose for which it was created. We see in the words of the Prophet (may God bless him and his family) And his family) that marriage is the source of happiness and stability for man, God Almighty created women to be the sisters of men, so a man cannot live without a woman, and a woman cannot live without a man, God Almighty said: [Surat An-Nahl: 80], and the intended meaning of this noble verse is that true stability and tranquility can only be achieved through a shared life, as marriage in Islam is based on satisfying man’s desires in a way that pleases God Almighty, far from obscenity, evil, adultery, and fornication. For this reason, the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, explained its importance to the young people, saying: (O young people, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him marry, for it is better for lowering the gaze and guarding chastity).
As for our Messenger, may God bless him and his family, he commanded a girl to be satisfied with a man of good character and religion, otherwise she is sinful, as he said: (If someone comes to you whose religion and character please you, then marry him. If you do not, there will be tribulation and corruption on earth.) In this article, we explore the philosophy of marriage according to the Prophet (may God bless him and his family) and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in a comprehensive and detailed manner.

Abstract:-
The Abbasid era witnessed a clear influence of Persian civilization in many aspects, especially in social and cultural customs and religious practices. In the social sphere, the Abbasids adopted many Persian customs, such as the celebration of Nowruz and the festivals, and the adoption of the traditions of lavish banquets, where Persian dishes such as sakbaj and tabahjat became widespread. Extravagance at tables became a characteristic of the caliphs and princes, as in the wedding feast of Al-Rashid, in which huge sums were spent. The Arabs also adopted from the Persians entertainment methods such as chess and horse racing, and adopted manifestations of luxury such as the use of gold and silver utensils, and even the phenomenon of the obsession with young boys, which spread in the Abbasid court. In the religious aspect, the Persian influence appeared through movements such as Shu’ubiyyah and Zandaqa, which sought to weaken Arab influence and revive the Persian heritage. Islamic Sufism was also influenced by Zoroastrian and Gnostic philosophy, especially after the emergence of the Persian role in documentation and translation. Shiite esoteric movements appeared, such as the Ismailis and the Qarmatians, which adopted concepts such as The divinity of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the will, and the return, drawing their ideas from Persian and Greek heritage, as manifested in the Epistles of the Brethren of Purity. In addition, the era witnessed extremist religious revolutions such as the Rawandiyya, the Muqanna'iyya, and the Babakiya, which rebelled against the caliphate and claimed extremist ideas. This interaction between Arab and Persian cultures, despite the political and sectarian competition it entailed, contributed to the formation of a rich Islamic civilization with diverse tributaries. Elements of Persian heritage merged with the Islamic framework, enriching intellectual and social life in the Abbasid state.

Abstract:-
The sources of Imam's knowledge are among the controversial topics that Imami scholars have found it necessary to express their opinions about. The importance of the role of the Imams in religious and scientific authority after the Prophet Muhammad has a high status regarding the sources of Imam's knowledge. Results and findings: The treasures of God and the secrets of the Quran reside in them, and they are the bearers of the secrets of the Messenger of God, the chest of his knowledge, and the headquarters of the heavenly books, and the great divine sources and knowledge of the Imam have unseen and tangible origins. From the perspective of Allamah Javadi, the inherited and written sources of the "Quran; Jama'ah, the Sahifah of Hazrat Zahra - peace be upon her - Jafar, the Prophets' Books, are the sources and sources of Imam's knowledge, which were examined in a descriptive-analytical and library-based manner with extensive follow-up in the works of Allamah Javadi Amoli.

Abstract:-
This study aims to evaluate the quality of the course curriculum titled "An Introduction to Counseling and Guidance" based on the perspectives of faculty members and teacher trainees at Culture University Centers. The study population encompasses all specialists in educational curriculum planning at Culture University, as well as all teacher trainees across the university’s centers nationwide. A cluster sampling method was employed to select a sample consisting of 101 teacher trainees and 22 faculty members. The descriptive-survey research method was utilized in this study.
The findings indicate that, from the faculty members’ viewpoint, the course content, thematic units, and proposed teaching methods are considered appropriate. However, the assessment methods were rated as moderate in terms of their effectiveness in measuring students’ academic achievement. The study further revealed that the course is currently capable of developing only three core competencies among teacher trainees:
- Recognizing the concept of counseling and guidance and distinguishing between the two.
- Acquiring proficiency in applying the developmental model of counseling.
- Understanding academic counseling and guidance programs at elementary, intermediate, and secondary educational levels.
Additionally, faculty members’ feedback on teaching methods highlighted the necessity of revising the "Introduction to Counseling and Guidance" curriculum. Therefore, it can be concluded that the course suffers from fundamental shortcomings with regard to its objectives, content, thematic structure, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies. Consequently, it is imperative that the curriculum be thoroughly reviewed by the responsible authorities - particularly the specialized committee for educational curriculum planning at Culture University Centers - to implement the necessary revisions.

Abstract:-
This article aims to clarify the intellectual foundations of the relationship between security and the Taliban movement. It was prepared using a deductive analytical approach, extracting and analyzing themes based on theoretical foundations and research conducted in this field. To achieve this goal, studies and research related to this topic were analyzed, and the basic indicators of the Taliban's security ideology were extracted. These indicators include: a specific religious and ethnic interpretation, intellectual influence from the Deobandi school, restrictions on community education, restrictions on women, and a belief in the effectiveness of terrorism as a means of achieving its goals.
This movement relies on ideology to define its security objectives, viewing faith as the source of security and, therefore, considering the lack of faith a cause of widespread insecurity. Naturally, people's daily lives are influenced by various factors such as politics, economics, and society, and the continuity of life requires security in all these aspects. Therefore, any disruption in any of these aspects leads to disruption of life and constitutes a threat to security. The results of this research demonstrate that the Taliban considers the Caliphate as a practical model for its governance and relies on Sharia law and Pashtunwali principles as the core of its activities. The movement also views any behavior that contravenes its wishes or rejects the sovereignty of the Islamic Emirate as a form of opposition and instability, and therefore treats it as a security threat and seeks to confront it.

Abstract:-
There have been many opinions about the right of usufruct in Islamic jurisprudence, while jurists appear to have not provided an independent definition of the right of easement. The right of easement is a central topic in daily life and human transactions, as individuals naturally identify each other's needs and seek to meet them. This right takes many forms, such as the right to drink, the right of water supply, and the right of way. It is a common right between neighbors and the transfer of benefits between them. The right of easement is one of the property rights associated with real property and exists between two properties.
In general, the right of easement is defined as the right that entitles the owner of a property to benefit from another property by virtue of its ownership. Within this framework, there is the owner and the holder of the easement, each with specific rights, duties, and interests that must be taken into account when using the property. This topic requires in-depth research in terms of its manifestations, the legal and statutory provisions, and the civil and criminal responsibilities in the fields of Islamic jurisprudence and law. The main objective of this research is a comparative analysis of the right of easement in Islamic law and doctrines, focusing on questions such as: the nature and sources of the provisions of the right of easement, its instances, and the role of custom in determining these instances. In this context, the possibility of transferring the right of easement is raised, as it can be transferred by will or by death. This right may also arise from a contract and may be transferable or waived, either through an agreement with the property owner or as a subsidiary upon the purchase of a property.
In addition, the owner may be obligated to grant another the right of easement. Finally, the right of easement includes broad instances such as the right of way, the right of window, and the right of drinking, with an emphasis on the role of custom in determining these instances.

Abstract:-
The Safavid state (1501-1736 AD) witnessed profound political and intellectual transformations that contributed to shaping its distinct identity within Islamic history. This research aims to study the historical and political roots that paved the way for the establishment of the Safavid state, focusing on the impact of ancient Islamic transformations in shaping its political and religious identity. The research addresses the factors that contributed to the emergence of the Safavid state, starting with intellectual changes and religious conflicts in the early Islamic eras, through the relations between the various regional powers, and reaching the ideology adopted by the Safavid state in extending its influence. The research also reviews the impact of political and religious transformations in the Islamic world, such as the conflict between the Abbasid Caliphate and regional sultanates, on the emergence and development of Safavid political thought. The research is based on an analytical study of historical sources and a comparison between the factors that influenced the emergence of the Safavids and previous Islamic states. Through this research, light will be shed on how Islamic transformations interacted with political conditions to shape the identity of the Safavid state, allowing for a deeper understanding of one of the most prominent periods in Islamic history.

Abstract:-
This research deals with the elements of the crime of fleeing from the scene of an accident in Iraqi law, as it is one of the crimes that affect public order and traffic safety, as the problem lies in the increasing cases of fleeing after accidents, which leads to the exacerbation of damages and the complexity of justice procedures. The importance of the research is highlighted in that it contributes to shedding light on the legal aspects related to this crime, while stating the adequacy of current legislative texts in confronting it. The research aims to analyze the elements of this crime, and review the legal provisions regulating it in Iraqi legislation, while stating the practical problems facing its application. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, through studying the relevant texts of Iraqi law, and the research concluded that the crime of fleeing from the scene of an accident requires the presence of a material element represented by the criminal behavior represented by illegal departure, and a moral element embodied in the criminal intent in its general or special types, in addition to the existence of a link between the criminal behavior and the resulting result through a clear causal relationship. It also showed the existence of some gaps in Iraqi legislation that require amendment and development. Accordingly, the study recommended the necessity of tightening penalties on perpetrators of this crime, and setting legal exceptions for cases requiring emergency departure, in addition to enhancing electronic monitoring methods, intensifying legal awareness for drivers, as well as activating cooperation mechanisms between traffic and judicial authorities to ensure the speedy arrest of violators and achieve general and specific deterrence.

Abstract:-
Tawassul to the divine saints and infallible Imams (peace be upon them) is an important and controversial topic in Islamic theology. The fundamental question is whether tawassul is merely a matter of legitimacy and permissibility or is it considered a religious and rational obligation in some cases? The present study, using a descriptive-analytical method and relying on Quranic, narrational, theological and rational sources, seeks to explain this gradual process: first, proving the legitimacy of tawassul by citing Quranic verses and the narrations of the two sects, then analyzing the foundations of the obligation of tawassul in Shiite thought. The findings show that verses such as (Al-Ma’idah:35) and (An-Nisaa:64) indicate the legitimacy and desirability of tawassul, while other verses such as verse 108 of Surah Shu’ara: along with the narrations, provide the basis for the theory of obligation and obligation. In the theological and intellectual realms, the principle of grace and the necessity of the means of divine grace also show that man is bound to resort to divine saints in order to attain perfection. Prominent scholars such as Majlisi, Saduq, and Ibn Tawus have reinforced this theory by emphasizing the necessity of resorting to God. The result is that resorting to God is not only legitimate but also obligatory in many cases, and consciously abandoning it means disregarding divine guidance.

Abstract:-
The Arabian Peninsula, in particular, witnessed the emergence of numerous states and civilizations during the later stages of history, leading up to the advent of Islam. These civilizations, throughout the various eras of Arab history, are clear evidence of the vitality of Arab society, which demonstrated a remarkable ability to revive civilization in any part of it whenever signs of weakness or decay appeared. Thus, Arab-Islamic civilization represents the natural outcome of this cultural readiness within Arab society during that period. It is certain that the economic life of any society is one of the fundamental pillars of its continuity and existence, as this pillar includes agricultural, industrial, and commercial activities, which are sometimes linked to pastoral activities and livestock breeding. We can observe the close relationship between the economy, time, and place, as economic production is largely dependent on the environment in all its details. The Arabian Peninsula, which gave birth to the first great human civilizations and renewed its cultural contributions several times, cannot be considered a mere desert lacking the natural elements necessary for the development of civilization. Rather, it must possess the material and natural conditions that support the emergence of civilizations. These conditions were not limited to the few areas in Yemen and the Hejaz that were water-rich and suitable for agriculture and settlement. Rather, they encompassed most of the Arabian Peninsula, with the exception of some deserts in the north and the Ahqaf in the south. Social and economic development and cultural production in general are not the product of chance, nor are they an expression of the genius monopolized by one people over another. Rather, they are the result of a conscious struggle between man and nature, and of how man interacts with his environment, as well as his perseverance and determination to achieve greater control over nature and himself. Information available from historical sources and archaeological discoveries confirms both of these facts. One is often surprised when examining the names of places mentioned in historical sources, as they were once home to abundant water sources and fertile land for diverse agriculture. However, they were later exposed to desertification as a result of various factors and causes.

As for the second chapter, it included two sections, the first means (reading in the concept of format), while the second topic included (the concept of form in modern art), and the third chapter included research procedures, which included the research community and its sample, the research method, and the research tool And the analysis of the research sample of (4) artworks from the drawings of students of the third stage, the drawing branch at the Institute of Fine Arts. The research adopted the descriptive approach in analyzing the students' outcomes in light of the criterion of the format of forms in the analysis of samples, in order to reach results in the current research.
As for the fourth chapter, it included the results and conclusions of the research and their discussion, as well as recommendations and suggestions.

He examined its linguistic evidences extensively, analyzing them from all their linguistic, grammatical, rhetorical, stylistic, and other aspects. The Shaykh held precise scientific opinions and conclusions. From among those linguistic, grammatical, and rhetorical views is what he stated about giving priority to non-ellipsis in the evidences, some of which are Qur’anic, and others from the speech of the Arabs in prose and poetry; due to the fact that ellipsis leads to a change of the intended meaning for the speaker. Ellipsis became well-known among linguists and exegetes for interpreting meanings by deleting and ellipting in order to make them conform to the syntactic rules or the doctrinal premises they adopt in their understanding, without the author intending such. The researcher relied on two types of educational research methods: the descriptive method in determining the training needs of trainees in the applied sciences, and the experimental method in implementing the training program The researcher chose the single-group experimental design with pre-test and post-test. The researcher prepared the necessary tools for his research, which included a questionnaire to determine training needs, to prepare the training program, and a test of integrated teaching skills according to the updated curriculum, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed And he proved it by using a number of statistical methods. The research results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the research sample, in favor of the post-test.
