The research problem is identifying by a shortage in social skills for the individuals of those with Down’s syndromes and this in its turn causing difficulty in acceptance it socially by the others ,besides the shortage in paying attention for sport of the disabled and specially this category, the research aiming at :-
1- Recognition the effect of educational program through using the training strategy on social skills in developing the social skills and some of the physical and mental abilities for the research sample.
2- Recognition the effect of the educational program through using the training strategies on the social skills in learning the preparation skills of the volleyball.
the experimental program was used for the two equivalent groups on a sample for those of Down ( Mongolian’ ) syndromes and of time age(14-16) years and of mental age(8) years amounted(35)male students, and it was used some of measurements and tests and the most important conclusions are:-
1- The educational programs according to training strategy on social skills have appositive effect in developing some of physical and mental abilities.
2- The training strategy on social skills has an active role in learning the preparing skills of volleyball

Is placed approach university sports in colleges and institutes of the Board of Technical Education of the topics that the convergence difficulties preclude achieving inclusive growth and balanced for learners, which threatens many of the data the existence of problems and a lack of understanding marked with the objectives set them and desired them, and focused this study on identifying the views of those who the educational process in the field of sports university curriculum, according to the areas of previously prepared contain the classification of the problems of university sports according to the severity and then find solutions and treatments appropriate The researcher used the descriptive style survey relying on form questionnaire so special for (denominator Cyrene Jafar) after codified offer the group of experts who have had a opinion by raising the number of paragraphs to non-suitability of the environment, sports university in Iraq Kzalek make sure their transactions scientific, while the included sample search on the research community fully represented Ptdricioa and coaches sports at colleges and institutes of the body in the city of Baghdad, has resulted in the study results was attachment to the problems of university sports, respectively (b Calendar potential targets time management content) Baldhafah many of the results which in the light of which was developed a project to address these problems was one of the most important taking into account the development of scientific criteria for setting goals and taking into account the needs of psychomotor, cognitive, emotional and social Baldhafah to increase the times required for university sport and seek to re-studied sports program for weekly lessons Baldhafah to the adoption of evaluation and measurement of learning outcomes, let alone find appropriate structural section for university sports in the body and the people and units

Turning the researcher at the forefront of research to the importance of using psychological measurement in the field of sports and the importance of rationing a coherence measurement for the purpose of finding it's standards in order to apply it to players of various sports teams , either the research problem one was that there is no standardized measure of coherence sports . the samples were consist of the players in the premier league games ( Football – Basketball – Handball – Volleyball ) , the exploratory sample was ( 18 ) as a player , either the conducted sample by the processes of codification was consist of ( 220 ) players were chosen at random way , the researcher is adopted uncodificate coherence measurement was consist of ( 21 ) paragraph has been applied to the sample , the objective of research was to find norms explain our grading raw by finding a codificate sports coherence . in the theoretical chapter the researcher touched to interpret the meaning of group concept and it's cohesion and what distinguishes cohesive group sports , besides about the sports team coherence which applies the concept of small group and the role of coach which is important in maintaining the cohesion of the team .
The procedures of the process of codification was by the application of the measurement at the sample , then find out a coefficient of ( internal consistency ) and ( discriminatory strength ) for clauses , then find out the constancy coefficient of the measurement by ( retail midterm ) way and internal consistency ( alpha cronbach ) and the validity by discriminatory clauses and the coefficient of internal consistency , after that was derived criteria and ranks centipede that explain the meaning of raw scores , thus we found that it's the conclusions of the research topic is to reach the completion of the process of codification and create standards , either of the recommendations was to use of this measurement by the trainers and stake holders so as to determine the consistency of the players , their teams to it's importance in achieving success , and give attention to relations between the players and create an atmosphere of sound between the team members granularity them and their presence with in the group (team ) and increase the attraction in order to achieve

Is disabled sports in this day sport achievement and achieving record highs ie not only sports rehabilitation and recreation and filling times of vacuum to the benediction of the sport interest practitioners and audience and became necessary to increase take care of it through the development of training curricula used in a scientific manner based on scientific bases. The Games track and field one of the types of sports for the disabled are represented by many of the events, and the effectiveness of the javelin from the sitting position one of these events and require to prepare training programs regularly given the number of physical abilities involved in performance for this event we note that the individual here needs to the development of many physical capacities of performance, including the explosive power, which if developed properly allows the player to progress to the level and it had to know the relationship between the explosive power of the muscles of the arms and trunk level of achievement in the javelin for the disabled from the sitting position class 56 and this was the goal of the search, either the imposition of research is no correlation statistically significant between the explosive power of the muscles of the arms and torso with the level of achievement in the effectiveness of the javelin for the disabled from the sitting position class 56
The research sample included players clubs provinces in the effectiveness of the javelin for the disabled from the sitting position and the participants in the Country Championship for track and field games for the disabled and the 2012's (12) player category 56
The researcher used the descriptive style relational ties. Was preparing a special form Taatzmn tests the explosive power of the arms and trunk, which was presented to a group of experts who all agreed on the appropriate tests to achieve the goals of research, and then collected the results of the tests and processed statistically and presented, analyzed and discussed in a scientific manner. Through the researcher concluded that
1.There is significant correlation between the variables of explosive power of the arms and the level of completion of the javelin for the disabled from the sitting position class 56 .
2.There is significant correlation between the variables of explosive power of the muscles of the trunk (abdomen + back) and the level of completion of the javelin for the disabled from the sitting position class 56 .
In this hypothesis of the research have been achieved .
The researcher recommended a set of recommendations including :
1. the need to emphasize the use of special exercises to develop explosive power for each of the muscles of the arms and torso for athletes with disabilities from the sitting position in the effectiveness of the javelin .
2. trainers need to use aids during training because it helps to develop explosive power of the muscles of the arms and trunk .

Provided and the importance of research: - touched by the researchers to identify the importance of the concept and symptoms of burnout and its role in influencing the basketball coaches.
Research problem: - that the coaches of the most vulnerable to the pressures and influences that fall on the shoulders of basketball coaches in Iraq, to the number of games per season and convergence of levels of difference. Aim of the research: - recognize the symptoms of burnout with the basketball coaches and sports coach approaching the degree of combustion. That the child is aged 7 years, surrounded by information, knowledge and skillsvaried, which constitute the raw material of experience teaching and is in the rule of inputlearning, if received by the student of these data are positive, these data require research and audit, the style becomes more positive, effective, and then becomes the explorer, butnot done exploration efficiency without the visual, auditory and sensory owned by thechildren.
So study aimed to identify the values of the optical track and explore mathematical and find the relationship between them. And use the descriptive approach in a manner the linkon the children of the first year of primary school age (6-7) years in my school Waziriya and Karkh, during the period from 01/10/2011 till 11/10/2011. By testing the optical track (as an indicator of the efficiency of optical) and the measure of exploratory behavior sports.After processing the data the researchers concluded that there is significant correlationbetween the optical track and the measure of exploratory behavior in children sports the first year of primary school. The effect of three different techniques of Massage on the bady back stretch.
The research was consisted of Fire chapter,Chapter one included introduction to research and how massage effect the body back stretch.
The study was aimed to find out the effect of each kind on massage on the body and what kind of massage is batter than others.
The researcher found the first kind which was friction massage Was the best and secondly was stronking and the last one was kneading massage.
The researche suggested to use all of them on the body starting with the friction massage.

Objective of this research is to identify the views of students in television Doralbut and how to take advantage of it and because of its negative effect on them.
The research sample consisted of students from the Faculty of Education sport Baghdad University and the rate of (100) students of the fourth stage and was hired by appropriate statistical means to get to the search results and the most prominent of these results the following:
1 - the influence of television on the behavior of the students in his contribution to solving the problems that they face and by (22.5) and the reduction of aggressive behavior by (21.2) and change the external appearance rate (14.2) and change the values and habits by (8.8).
2 - the influence of television on the culture of the students, including the development of public taste and rate (28.7) and increase the capacity for dialogue and debate by (27.8) compared to (27.8) in the increased experience students and (15.5) in the exercise of Hobbies student and teaching behaviors wrong by (14.8 (.
3 - Effect of Television on educational attainment and in neglecting to study and student rate (39.1) versus (25.8) in its impact on the intellectual integrity.
4 - the influence of television on the increase in sexual relationships and by (63.1) compared to (7.8) to increase the relationship with the opposite sex and by (28.9) in the weak control of the parents and based on the above, researcher recommends the following:
A - contribute to the intensification of cultural and scientific activities that help concepts that can a Nstanbtha of television programs.
- Coordination with organizations and relevant departments in the field of broadcast television to deliver what promotes good values and minimize the negative phenomena in television broadcasting.

Research Objectives:
1 Identify the level of explosive power of the muscles of the legs among the members of the research sample.
2 Identify the transitional speed of the members of the research sample.
3 Comparison of variables under study between volleyball and football players.
Research hypotheses:
There is a statistically significant relationship between the explosive force and the transitional speed of the muscles of the legs between volleyball and football players.
The researcher conducted the main experiment on the research sample (Rusafa first breeding team in volleyball and football) by conducting tests for the research sample. And then the researcher recommended

Tatherbed following factors impact heavily on the implementation of the program of physical education in middle school, namely: - Physical Education curriculum - the capabilities and tools - the method of teaching - administration and incentives - local and environmental conditions - the routing method and follow-up
Survey forms were distributed on the search Avradeina on 15/11/2007 and collected on 25/11/2007 has been extracting data from forms isolated and classified and placed in the form of tables for discussion and statistically analyzed where the research sample included three levels, namely: -
1 - a representative sample of administrators of Physical Education of the General Directorate for Education Baghdad Karkh / 2 hitting (15) supervisor.
2 - a representative sample of physical education teachers a total Mrahlhaloaadadah and size (86) as a teacher.
3 - a representative sample of middle school students in Baghdad / Karkh hitting second (765) students all samples were selected randomly.
After conducting statistical operations researcher concluded
1 - it turned out that the most influential factors in the implementation of the program of physical education in middle school from the point of view of supervisors is the physical education curriculum and guidance that these two factors represent the main duty in their work.
2 - appeared that incentives most important factor factor in influencing the physical education program from the standpoint of physical education teachers, while this factor was less influential factor from the point of view of supervisors (incentives kinds of material and moral)
3 - The teaching method from the viewpoint of the research sample (students) the most influential factors in the physical education program.
4 - that the incentives are an important factor in the implementation of the program of physical education from the point of view of the students.
5 - Students Preference for converged to arrange sports activities in terms of difficulty and ease.
6 - There was consensus among the students in relation to the order of sports gaming has got small recreational respectively first and then swimming, table, weightlifting, judo, fencing on the following positions.
7 - got sports (boxing, wrestling) sequences recent Preference students.
And then I recommend the following:
1 - emphasis on the development of a physical education program for schools prep sports hand practice and adopting tendencies and desires of the students.
2 - provide the capabilities and tools that contribute to the implementation of the program.
3 - Work on Mbdoalhawwavz to encourage teachers and rewards students for permanent work to encourage communication.
4 - Conduct an annual evaluation process for the program leading to modify the objectives, content, or replace the teaching methods or techniques.
