The Qur’an is a great book, so what if the interpretation of the verses of the Mighty Book and the understanding of their meanings came from a diligent scholar like Sayyid Muhammad Saeed al-Hakim (may God be pleased with him) who probed the sciences and was witnessed by far and near to his high resolve. Among the reasons for choosing the topic of research was the introduction of the jurist of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon him) as an interpreter, not as is commonly known. He was considered a jurist and authority in tradition. The research was summarized in a book (In the Rehab of the Doctrine), which consisted of two topics, a conclusion, and a list of sources.

This research, titled (Mental Development and Community Health - The Qur’anic Voice of Reason as a Model), is considered one of the important topics in achieving Qur’anic community health, as it contributes to the development of future generations and the refinement of social constants represented by cooperation and acceptance of others within a spiritual faith framework far from tribal racism, and far from About hate speech, and all of this is done by stimulating the mind for what is better and higher, and showing the high level of the human being by stimulating him Qur’anically, ideologically, and psychologically.It was formulated for research within the framework of strategies for reducing social ills from the point of view of the Holy Qur’an.Therefore, the research included an introduction that explains the conceptual framework of the research, and a preface that includes the most important definitions that need clarification.The first topic is entitled: (Methods of stimulating and developing the mind) and includes an explanation of the ways and methods that help stimulate the mind, develop it, and direct it to what is best.
A second study entitled: (The impact of mental development on personality development). It includes the philosophy of positive thinking and reasoning, which affects human methods and personality from a Qur’anic perspective and the viewpoint of commentators. It also discusses rationality, its goals and results. A third topic entitled: (The Qur’anic voice of reason and its impact on achieving community health). Which includes a definition of the voice of reason, an explanation of its religious and philosophical importance, the reasons for interest in it, and the purpose of reaching the true goal.As well as explaining the importance of the voice of reason and its impact on the behavior of the individual, through the habits and practices he has stored that are evident in his way of thinking, walking, and dealing with society, and explaining the importance of this in developing the societal health that peoples aspire to. And a conclusion that includes the most important results reached by the researcher. A list of the most important sources and references that will assist the researcher in her research.

From the foregoing, it has been shown that the curricula of innovation in medical jurisprudence exist in scholars and for ages they are keeping pace with developments resulting from changes in time, space, emerging accidents and medical contemporary subjects that have not previously existed. They research their judgments through public and private evidence, legal and fundamentalist rules, so that they do not deviate from the constant evidence of legitimacy by establishing evidence such as transplantation, anatomy, anatomy and reproduction As appropriate, forensic medical collections and medical research centers have become books about medical jurisprudence or the innovative issues and curricula are visible in medical jurisprudence.

The phenomena of reserve in the practical messages of the late jurists as Al sheikh Kashif al-Ghidaa and Al sheikh al Ansari and the aloundance of reserves has its cause. The research dealt with the issue of the mask in Arabic poetry in Iraq due to the acceleration of political events and the poet’s influence by them, a reality similar to Al-Mutanabbi’s reality at the time. Therefore, Al-Mutanabbi summoned a mask to express the nation’s hope for liberation and rejection of injustice. The research came in three axes: Al-Mutanabbi’s axis is a mask in the vertical poem, which is in fact an approach to persuasion, as The poet of the vertical poem did not succeed in calling Al-Mutanabbi a mask, and the topic of the mask has not yet been established due to its recent nature.
In the second and third axis, the poet of the ta’feela was able to convince himself of the character of Al-Mutanabbi, in harmony with the modern critical reality, especially Al-Bayati, a textual producer of Al-Qina’, and the author of a book on Al-Qina’, which means that the experience was firmly established in him.
The sixty-year-old poet is greatly concerned with change, as he strives to cross the tight circle of ta’afil poets, and he found in the symbol.

Al-Sayyab talked about the night (and what is related to it) as a title and made it a title for some of the introductions to his Diwan poems in his poetry collection (Flowers and Legends) under the title (In Autumn Nights.We see the black sad picture has overshadowed his hair, so the external nature is an extension of the suffering internal nature and its relaxation and his sincere emotional participation.

And the second poem is under the title (In the Dark Village) when al-Sayyab returns to the village with sadness in his eyes after it was the home of love and comfort.And if we move to the second group, which is (the drowned temple), we find a decline in the night and it appears only in one poem, which is the poem (Seeing) and we find the night in its third group (The House of the Serfs) under the title in his poem (The Last Night).

This study aimed to reveal the impact of the organizational climate on creativity in the directorates of education in Irbid Governorate: knowledge sharing is a modified variable. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool for a sample of (310) workers in the directorates of education in Irbid Governorate, and they were selected using this method. Simple randomness. The results showed that there is an impact of the organizational climate on creativity in the education directorates in Irbid Governorate. The results of the study showed that there is an impact of the organizational climate on creativity in the presence of knowledge sharing. The study recommended working to strengthen the material and moral incentive systems for distinguished and diligent employees in their work, and achieving the required budget for the principle reward and punishment.

The current study aims to demonstrate the impact of the strategic orientation variable on the dependent variable of strategic renewal in the organization under study. The researcher focused on the problem of the study: Does strategic orientation have an impact on strategic renewal? The study gained its importance by focusing on two variables of importance at the level of administrative sciences. On the other hand, the study reflects its importance in the field of application - the real estate investment sector - and the target sample is the Smart Assets Organization. The main study tool is the questionnaire, which was designed from a five-rank scale that included 9 questions for the strategic orientation variable distributed over three dimensions and the same for the strategic renewal variable. It was distributed using the intentional sample method to (80) specialists and experts in the field of real estate marketing employed in the Iraq branch - the capital Baghdad - and the response rate reached 95%. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is proving the existence of a relationship of influence between its variables by relying on the statistical program SPSS and Smart. The study also recommended that researchers and those interested in the real estate sector conduct more research to advance the real estate investment sector.

Many Iraqi and non-academic researchers and writers, academics and non-academics, have addressed, in research, study, and evaluation, one of the most important historical events in the contemporary history of Iraq, namely the Iraqi-British treaty of 1922, which aims to regulate the form of the relationship with Iraq, in an effort to mitigate the financial effects of the mandate on the payers of the mandate. The book "Shiites in Lebanon under Ottoman Rule" 1516-1788" by the Orientalist Stefan Winter is one of the important contributions to the study and documentation* of the history of the Shiite sect in Lebanon during the Ottoman occupation of the Levant, as the author relied on an academic approach with multiple dimensions in this book that combined historical analysis in political and social aspects with research in documentary archives, and his motive was to present a relatively semi-complete picture of the nature of the conditions of the Shiites in Lebanon and their complex relationship with the Ottoman rule during that period of history. In this book, he presented a critical analytical perspective and vision that we can say can enrich historical writings on the history of the followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) from the Shiite sect in Lebanon, as the author conducted a study Analytical of the new variables that this relationship went through due to the fluctuations of the Ottoman rule, as well as the influences of regional and international policies and their impact on Lebanon. Hence, Stefan Winter addressed this complexity by analyzing the important political conditions, so we find that he sought to provide a deep understanding of how the identity of the Shiites in Lebanon was formed within the system of political and social components there.
Stefan Winter: "Stefan Winter": Canadian historian, specializing in studies of the history of Syria and Lebanon in the Ottoman era. His research interests relate to the history of Shiites, Kurds, and Alawites in the Arab region. He works as a professor at the University of Quebec in Montreal. He has many writings or publications, independently or in joint books between him and other researchers, in addition to many articles.

The city of Gaza is one of the ancient Arab cities, since its history goes back to the Mughal era in the past, the Canaanites are also older than their homes, it is located in the south of Palestine, and it was one of the most important trade routes that the ancient world knew, connecting Syria and Egypt, making it a strategic place for many civilizations. The British and the Jews were interested in the history of Palestine and its effects, hoping to find evidence that corresponds to the Torah and the Zionist approach in the history of Palestine and the Arabs, and to provide any archaeological data that it is from the time of the creation of the Jewish state.

The research highlights the establishment of the Sabahi Teachers’ Institute in Diyala Governorate, and its impact on the development of the education movement in the governorate, making it one of the important educational institutions with a direct impact on the lives of citizens. The research material was distributed into an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The first section dealt with: (A glimpse of the reality of education in Diyala and the justifications for establishing institutes for male and female teachers and their development until the year 1979 AD), and the second section talked about: (The establishment of the female teachers’ morning institute in Diyala, its goals and the variables of its curricula until the year 2015 AD). The third section touched on: (Directors of the Female Teachers’ Institute in Diyala, the decision to cancel the institute, and some opinions regarding it). The researcher used the historical, descriptive and analytical method. The research was based on a number of sources, most notably the documents of the Teachers’ Institute in Diyala and a number of files of the Royal Court and the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, as well as many Arabic books, theses, university dissertations, and other sources, the details of which are recorded in the list of sources.
The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the period of the royal and republican eras witnessed an important development in education in Diyala Governorate, and attention was paid to male and female teachers’ institutes after that, as they were considered the main source for graduating educational staff, and foreign experts were brought in who contributed to developing appropriate solutions to improve the reality of education in Iraq, including Diyala Governorate. The establishment of the Sabahi Teachers’ Institute in Diyala came to graduate female teachers who were qualified to practice the teaching profession in primary schools. Capable educational figures succeeded in managing the institute who succeeded in providing the local community with youth capabilities that contributed effectively to raising new youth. The curricula in the institute’s branches witnessed many changes and changes. Some curricula were deleted and added as an update to the curricula and developed to meet the changes and social and political developments in the country in line with the educational philosophy of the state. These changes were reflected in the development of education in Diyala Governorate, and the branches of female teachers’ institutes diversified and included (the mathematics and science branch, the Arabic language branch, and the English language, the art education branch, and the physical education branch) to cover the various specializations needed by primary schools in education in the governorate, and the institute continued to graduate courses since its establishment as a teachers’ house in 1956 AD until 2015 AD; Studies were stopped, especially after the opening of the Teachers College in Diyala in 1994, which began to undertake the tasks of graduating female teachers with a bachelor’s degree. The process of abolishing the institute faced varying criticism between supporters and opponents of abolishing the institute.

This research aims to construct an educational Learning design for the "Foundations of Education" course according to Situated Learning Theory and to assess the effectiveness of applying this design on Students of the College of Education regarding their academic achievement and the development of royal thinking. The research objectives were verified through the following two hypotheses
1. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group students, who study according to the educational Learning design, and the control group students, who study according to the traditional method, in terms of academic achievement.
2. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group students, who study according to the educational Learning design, and the control group students, who study according to the traditional method, in terms of royal thinking.
The researcher employed both descriptive and experimental methods with partial control. An educational design comprising four stages was constructed, and the research sample consisted of 61 male and female students from the Department of Quranic Studies and Islamic Education at the College of Education, University of Kufa. The sample included 31 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group. The researcher controlled for variables such as age, intelligence, prior knowledge, and royal thinking scale. Teaching plans and research tools were prepared, with the first tool being an achievement test consisting of 40 multiple-choice items, and the second tool being the royal thinking scale, which consisted of 37 items. The research results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group. After statistically analyzing the results using SPSS, the following conclusions were reached:
1. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group students, who study according to the educational Learning design, and the control group students, who study according to the traditional method, in terms of academic achievement, in favor of the experimental group.
2. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group students, who study according to the educational Learning design, and the control group students, who study according to the traditional method, in terms of royal thinking, in favor of the experimental group. The research results indicated the superiority of the experimental group over the control group. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends several measures, including adopting the educational design based on Situated Learning Theory in teaching the "Foundations of Education" course in Colleges of Education. Additionally, the researcher proposed further studies, such as:The effectiveness of educational Learning designs in teaching other educational subjects, Educational Psychology, Secondary Education Administration and, Teaching Methods and Curricula.

The research aimed to explain the role of kindergartens in developing the child's social and educational skills. The research sample consisted of (120) parents of children in public and private kindergartens in the city of Damascus, according to the research variables (academic qualification, type of kindergarten). The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the researcher applied a questionnaire of her own design to the research sample.
The research reached the following results:
1- Educational skills ranked first in kindergarten from the point of view of the research sample members, followed by social skills in second place.

2-There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of parents’ answers recorded in the educational skills dimension according to the educational level variable.
3-There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of parents’ answers to the questionnaire according to the type of kindergarten variable in favor of private kindergartens.
The research came up with a set of proposals, including: working to reduce the difficulties facing teaching skills to children in kindergartens, and conducting studies examining the role of kindergarten in developing skills (cognitive, educational, physical, etc.).

The South China Sea is a region of great strategic and economic importance to China, as it connects the Pacific Ocean to the Indian Ocean, a large proportion of global trade passes through it, and contains rich resources of oil, natural gas and fisheries. China seeks to achieve its interests in this region by strengthening its influence and securing energy supplies, as it builds artificial islands and develops military infrastructure, reflecting its desire to impose its control over this vital region. It was natural, and as a result of all of this, that it would not be unlikely that (the employee only here and there) would issue a difference in the law in the case of negligence and implementation of duties in other cases. Likewise, laws legislate in every country to address individuals and punish them if they refrain from implementing its orders and carry out its prohibitions. The employee today is not excluded from his job (responsibility) whenever his negligence in performing duties is proven or he is proven to have committed prohibitions. Perhaps the way to prove this responsibility against the employee is what is known as (administrative investigation), which is the main channel through which (disciplinary responsibility) is proven. For the employee, but through this investigation it becomes clear that the employee has committed a criminal act arising from or because of the job (a crime), which then begins to approach the judicial authorities.

This is an experimental study that explores the dimensions and possibilities of orchestration in colouring Kurdish orchestral works in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq through a work written by the researcher specifically for this study entitled "Hope for Orchestra". The research presents a suitable scientific model for Kurdish orchestral music composition for students of the Department of Music Composition at the College of Fine Arts at the University of Sulaymaniyah in particular, and for music students in other Iraqi universities in general. When writing the piece, the researcher tried to show the new sound colours in the orchestral writing of Iraqi Kurdish music and to highlight most of the tonal possibilities of the families present in the orchestra, such as the string, woodwind, brass and percussion families, in an educational and appropriate way for teaching orchestration and music composition at the university. It is clear that the basic concepts of studying orchestral music in the Department of Music Composition include studying the families of musical instruments, where students get to know the families of different orchestral musical instruments and their characteristics. In order to investigate and analyse these elements through a local musical piece during teaching, the researcher tried to write "Hope for Orchestra" in a way that is suitable for studying the module of orchestration and music composition for students on the one hand, and to reveal new tonal colours suitable for Iraqi Kurdish orchestral music on the other hand.

This study aims to analyze the novel The President's Gardens in order to detect and explain the methods and strategies that the writer used to portray the trauma of the war and the effects of this trauma on the individual and collective identity of the Iraqi people. The study also aims to offer a better understanding of how individuals and societies cope with the long lasting consequences of the violence, oppression and foreign occupation that Iraq has suffered from. It adopts a qualitative research approach because it an adequate approach that can be used to investigate the concepts of war trauma, power relations and the conflicts of ideology that are heavily presented and expressed in the novel. This purpose is achieved by using the tools of the Critical Pragmatics (CP) approach to provide a deep and accurate answer to the questions of the study. The study has found that the linguistic choices that are made by the writer, such as metaphors, euphemisms, silences, and fragmented speech reveal a deep engagement with the psychological and sociopolitical dimensions of trauma. Moreover, pragmatic tools such as speech acts, implicature, and presupposition have been heavily used to reveal the hidden power dynamics that shape the experiences of the characters of the novel.

Crystal (2008:380) stated that Applied pragmatics “focuses on problems of interaction that arise in the contexts where successful communication is critical, such as medical interviews, judicial settings, and foreign-language teaching”. This research addresses teacher-student interactions in which teachers often recognize patterns in the speech of students from their utterances and these patterns may affect their judgements. Also, the research presents a model for describing educational contexts and illustrates them with analysis of teaching in classrooms. In addition, the research attempts to examine applied linguistic conversations through the selected situations in the TV series: Mind your language (season2, episode3). This series directed by Stuart Allen and written by Vince Powell. The main character is Barry Evans who acts as language teacher and tries to teach English to students who were from different countries. Moreover, this research endeavors to investigate the pragmatic concepts through pedagogical process by its definition and identify its scope to achieve the needs of the teaching. In general, interlocutors are possibly to exhibit pragmatic troubles along with their interactions, but these troubles differ extremely from one person to another.
