Abstract
The study focuses on psychological empowerment and its relationship to the values of citizenship among university students, as well as measuring the two variables separately, and finding a difference in them at the level of the variables of gender and specialization. To achieve this, the measures of psychological empowerment and citizenship values were applied to a sample of students at Al-Nahrain University, which consistedof (200) male and female students. The results were that there was a direct, statistically significant correlation between psychological empowerment and citizenship values, and there were differences in (gender) in the psychological empowerment and citizenship values variable in favor of males, and there were no differences for those with specialization (scientific - humanitarian) in the variables of psychological empowerment and citizenship values. Some were developed. Recommendations in light of this.

تتجلى الدراسة حول التمكين النفسي وعلاقته بقيم المواطنة لدى طلبة الجامعة ، فضل عن قياس المتغيرين كل على حده، وايجاد الفرق فيهما على مستوى متغير الجنس والتخصص، ولتحقيق ذلك طبق مقياسا التمكين النفسي وقيم المواطنة على عينة من طلبة جامعة النهرين، تكونت من
( 200) طالبا وطالبة، فكانت النتائج هناك علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة احصائيا بين التمكين النفسي وقيم المواطنة ، وهنالك فروق في(الجنس) في متغير التمكين النفسي وقيم المواطنة لصالح الذكور، وليس هنالك فروق لذوي التخصص (العلمي – الانساني) بمتغيري التمكين النفسي و قيم المواطنة ، وقد تم وضع بعض التوصيات في ضوء ذلك.
