Volleyball is an open skill in which the performance conditions are often unknown in its various skills, especially defense strategies, "defensive positioning" and its importance in thwarting offensive tasks that are often unclear in the direction and goal in terms of attack centers and the nature of preparation. The two objectives of the research are the impact of a game strategy according to the attack cases from Center (1) on teaching and developing the defensive positioning of the prepared player in volleyball and identifying the extent of the influence of the playing strategy according to the attack cases from the two centers (1). As for the hypothesis of the research, there are statistically significant differences between the pre-tests. And the dimension in the impact of a strategy of playing according to attack situations from two centers (1) on teaching and developing the defensive positioning of the prepared player with volleyball and for the benefit of the post tests. There is the presence of significant statistical differences between the control and experimental groups in the different strategies and in favor of the experimental group.

This paper focuses on the importance of the practical lessons for students as they try to establish information and skills in their minds quickly and in the best way. This makes the student acquire a strong sense of trust in his/ her abilities to conduct experiments in the future. The problem of the research is to explore the difficulties facing students in the course of the performance of the practical lessons in e-learning. The study field includes university students at those colleges whose curriculums include practical lessons as in the Al-Qadisyia University. The research has covered the period from 3/1/2020 to 11/25/2020 at the colleges under study. The descriptive method has been used. As for the sample of the research, it includes the students at those colleges whose curriculums include practical lessons. The results of the research have been discussed and presented in form of schedules. The study comes up with the conclusion that e-learning is not suitable for practical lessons. In-person
lesson are highly recommended in practical lessons.

This research aims at exploring the mental connection between the steadiness of attention and motor response in volleyball players.The hypothesis of the studyis that there is a mental connection between the steadiness of attention and the motor response. The community of the research contains volleyball players from the middle Euphrates: (Al-Qassem, Al-Dagharra, and Al-Hashmia's clubs)
and they are 43 players. The research sample has been chosen from (Al-Qassem, and Al-Daghara's clubs) and the number of this sample is 32 players which is equal to (74.4%)of the original sample. The screening method is used because it greatly fits the nature of the research. The research largely depends on many tests such as: the test of the distribution of attention and constancy, stability, the test of motor response and the test of the performance of the skill of defending the field by diving

The concept of authentic leadership as a combination of positive behavior, transformational leadership and moral development, as it represents a directing process through which leaders are highly aware of how they think and act in addition to their awareness of the environment in which they work. This is reflected in the satisfaction and dissatisfaction, so it has become one of the topics of interest to researchers and administrators, and that examines the various matters of the employee’s sources and means of satisfaction, and measuring the degree of workers’ satisfaction with their jobs, as well as examining the causes of job dissatisfaction. To achieve the desired satisfaction of the employee and the loss of these factors leads to the employee’s situation in a state of dissatisfaction, as it is reflected on his performance at work and the performance of his duties in the required manner. And his conviction in the objectives of the institution, and here lies the importance of research in identifying the level of practice of authentic leadership of administrators of the directorates of youth and sports transferred authority, which affects the satisfaction of employees and positive and negative reactions in their fields of work. And the purpose of the study is to identify the level of practice of authentic leadership of administrators from the point of view of Their employees in the Directorates of Youth and Sports have transferred authority, as well as identifying the level of job satisfaction It satisfies the administrative staff and non-administrative staff in the directorates of youth and sports with transferred authority and to identify the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction from the point of view of the administrative staff and non-administrative staff in the directorates of youth and sports with transferred authority. The research community included administrators and non-administrators of the directorates of youth and sports in Iraq (the central and southern governorates) for the year (2019), numbering (898) employees distributed over (10) governorates, as for the sample of governorates transferred with powers.

The main idea of this research is to identify the impact of change in some shapes (circle - square -rectangle) on the achievement and scientific bases (validity and consistency) for the precision of some of skill tests in football. The sample of the research is the junior players of the clubs (Alfutuwh –Albaladayuh -Alamwaj). The aim of the research is to be acquainted with the best shapes that have their effect on the precision of achievement and the fulfillment of the scientific bases of ( validity and reliability) for the purpose of being acquainted with the best shapes that have their impact on achievement and fulfilling the scientific base of (validity and reliability) for some of the skill tests in football.

This study aims to reveal the extent of the impact of the qualitative training program on developing some of the physical abilities and basic skills of football buds and the extent of its usefulness through designing a qualitative training program for football buds. The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the research, with one group system using two measurements, pre and post. The research sample was chosen by the deliberate method for the availability of research tools in the Fast Link Football Academy, and the Fast Link Administration expressed their willingness to assist the researcher in applying the poll and basic studies, where the exploratory study was conducted on (10) buds from Fast Link Academy, who were selected intentionally, while the basic study was conducted on (15) buds who were selected intentionally. The researcher used a set of tests of physical abilities and basic skills. Development also occurred in all physical abilities and basic skills due to the qualitative training program.

The past few years have witnessed a growing interest in the concept of emotional intelligence, in which the stress factor of mental intelligence contributes to only 20% of the factors that determine success in life, leaving 80% unknown, including emotional intelligence. "Emotional intelligence is an important variable in Learning the sports motor skills, especially football skills, which require concentration and rapid awareness of the different relationships and which require the nature and positions of playing during the game, which in turn affects the behavior of players inside and outside the stadium medium safe for boys, and its relationship with scoring and passing skills in football. Therefore, the problem of research is reflected in the lack of interest in mental aspects, especially the ability of emotional intelligence among players or students, a problem that deserves to be researched. The aim of the research is to arrive at the development of solutions and treatments that can benefit the people concerned in the sports field. It also aims at identifying the emotional intelligence and the level of scoring and passing skills of football for intermediate students safe treasury for boys and to identify the relationship between them. All data were analyzed statistically using a computer using the statistical bag (SPSS). The researchers concluded that there was a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and the skill level of scoring and footballing skills.

Excellent sport achievement largely depends on learning and mastering the basic skills of the game. The “basic skills” can mean all necessary movements that lead to a specific purpose within the law of football, whether or not these movements are with or without the ball. Therefore, studying basic skills has its own priority to address specific requirements in order to develop and qualify players as they have a distinctive role in reducing the appearance of mistakes. The descriptive approach is used in the style of survey studies. The sample of the study includes the players of the intermediate schools' teams in the center of Al Baretli City for the academic year 2018-2019. It contain 132 players who represent six schools. The results are extracted by statistical means (spss). The aim of the research is to explore the differences in some basic football skills for ages (12 ـ 15). It comes up with the conclusion that there is a progressive development in the basic skills of football for young people with progress in the age stages (12ـ 13) (13-14 ) (14- 15)It also shows that there are real differences in the three age stages in the skills of hitting the ball towards a target drawn on the wall and the skill of rolling represented in the test of winding and running of the ball and controlling the ball represented by the test of controlling the ball in the air (control) as well as the appearance of irregular differences between the three stages in the passing skills represented in the test of passing the ball towards a target drawn on the ground and accuracy of correction, as there is no significant indication that show differences between the two stages (12. 13) and (13.14) in these two skills
