Abstract
The importance of research is through the use of exercises for both feet to
stimulate learners in the course of the application and help him to develop his
skills in conditions similar to what happens in the game if these exercises play a
large role in the success of the educational process , The problem of research
and through the experience of the researcher, a player, teacher and trainer of
the team of education Diyala and has a training certificate noted that the most
educated and trainees rely on the implementation of the skill on one man only
and thus a weakness in the performance of skills with both feet have with the
game needs to use both feet because of the small space Pitch and near the
opponent , The main objectives of the research is to identify the effect of exercise
for both feet in learning the skills of rolling and handling the football halls for
students of the first grade average , The researcher used the experimental
method and the researcher followed the design of the one group. The sample of
the research is the students of the intermediate stage, the first grade in Hassan
bin Ali secondary school. The sample was (12) , After the completion of the field
experience, the researcher concluded that the repetition of the performance of
the skills with the non-strike foot increases the effectiveness of the motor
program of skill and increases its accuracy, which positively affects the results ,
The most important recommendations were the need for the coaches of the
football clubs to train on both sides of the strike and non-strike in order to
benefit from the transfer of the impact of mutual training from one party to
another

Abstract
تكمن اهمية البحث من خلال استخدام تمرينات خاصة بكلتا القدمين لكي تحفز المتعلمين في أثناء التطبيق وتساعدهُ في تطوير قدراته الخاصة في ظروف تشبه ما يحدث في المباراة أذ تلعب هذه التمرينات دوراً كبيراً في نجاح العملية التعليمية ، اما مشكلة البحث ومن خلال خبرة الباحث طالباً ومدرساً ومدرباً لمنتخب تربية ديالى وحاصل على شهادة تدريبية لاحظ بان اكثر المتعلمين والمتدربين يعتمدون في تنفيذ المهارة على رجل واحدة فقط وبالتالي وجود ضعف في أداء المهارات بكلتا القدمين لديهم مع ان اللعبة تحتاج الى استخدام كلتا القدمين بسبب صغر مساحة الملعب وقرب المنافس . اما اهم أهدف البحث هو التعرف على تأثير التمرينات الخاصة بكلتا القدمين في تعلم مهارتي المناولة والدحرجة بكرة قدم الصالات لطلاب الصف الاول متوسط . اذ استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي واتبع الباحث تصميم المجموعة الواحدة ، اما عينة البحث هم طلاب المرحلة المتوسط الصف الاول في ثانوية الحسن بن علي وكان وعددهم ( 12 ) واختيرت العينة بالطريقة العمدية ، وبعد الانتهاء من التجربة الميدانية توصل الباحث الى ان تكرار أداء المهارات بالقدم غير الضاربة يعمل على زيادة فاعلية البرنامج الحركي للمهارة و يزيد من دقته مما يؤثر ايجابياً على نتائجها ، وكانت اهم التوصيات هي ضرورة اهتمام مدربي كرة القدم للصالات بالتدريب على الطرفين القدم الضاربة والغير المستخدمة حرصا على الاستفادة من انتقال اثر التدريب المتبادل من طرف الى اخر .
