As for the research problem, through the researchers' work on the
mathematics education subject for middle school football, he noticed a clear
weakness in the skill and cognitive aspect in terms of understanding and
applying the skills of the football game and their lack of awareness of its laws
from players, and the aim of the research is to build an educational program in
accordance with the strategy of educational mindfulness courses The three
players of the second Rusafa education team in Baghdad in football.
The two researchers chose the experimental approach to suitability of the
research, as the sample consisted of (36) players distributed equally (16) on the
control group and (16) on the experimental group, and the researchers concluded
that there was learning in the skill of rolling the ball and the skill of dousing

supported by an educational method, and as for division (B), it became a control
group that took the used teacher style, and after that the research experiment was
applied and lasted four weeks with one educational plan per week for each
group. After analyzing the data statistically using the (SPSS) statistical system,
the researcher concluded that the use of the inclusion style supported by
an educational method achieved better learning than the method used in some
Roman wrestling grabs.
The innovative educational method had a clear effect on learning some
Roman wrestling grabs. The researcher advised and directed the teachers to use
the inclusion method supported by the means of the educational method in
learning Roman wrestling grabs.

Sports medicine is one of the branches of modern natural sciences, and

gymnastics, tennis and squash and in recreational sports such as jogging And
walking The most important objectives are to identify the effect of the proposed
rehabilitation program on the range of motion of the ankle joint among the
research sample. The researcher used the experimental method using the pre and
post measurement method for its suitability to the nature of the research. The
researcher assumed that there was a statistically significant significant correlation
relationship on the range of motion and pain of the ankle joint of the individuals of

The research aims to prepare special exercises for jumpers and to know the effect of these exercises using the auxiliary method in developing the technical performance of the sample members. As for the research hypotheses, they dealt with the differences between the pre and post tests for the technical performance of the experimental group. The research concluded that the use of the auxiliary method showed an improvement in technical performance by jumping with a stick for the individuals of the sample.

The researchers conducted their research on the teachers of sports education in secondary schools in the Directorate General of Education in Diyala. As for the problem of the study, it lies in the lack of a tool that measures the level of job stress for the employees of the sub-administrative units of the Youth and Sports Directorates in Iraq and the extent of its importance to improve the contents of the total quality management. Therefore, the researcher intends to build a measure of job stress to identify the level of job stress they have.
The aim of the research is to build a measure of job stress for employees of youth and sports directorates in Iraq. The researcher followed the descriptive approach in the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the problem, and the research community included (1427) from the youth and sports directorates in Iraq, the central region, according to the lists of the year (2019-2020). (26.62%) of the total community, and (1.40%) of them were represented by the survey sample. And its number is (20) affiliates, and the researcher distributed the scale form in its initial form consisting of (42) statements on the exploratory sample on 01/08/2020, and the percentage of (12.61%) of them formed the



scale building sample, and their number reached (180) affiliates, to whom construction

The importance of the research included research showing the relationship between time management and creative leadership among the members of the councils of colleges of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq. This matter is considered a goal in the higher concepts of interactive importance for the successful administrator, and here is an urgent necessity and auxiliary factors of the presence of leadership persons, and it is a constant necessity To lead the development and permanent renewal in government institutions, and for creativity to be one of the great strategic pillars to invest in time and organization. The axes of management in general and the axis of leadership and time are factors that explain and translate to link the concepts of management in general and sports management in particular, and the testing and measurement tools developed instead of the classic method, and that personal experiences have a great role in order to give the high level of scientific productivity, including members of the boards of Faculties of Physical Education And sports science in the universities of Iraq and here is the importance of research.
As for the aim of the research, it lies in identifying a relationship between the degree of effectiveness of time management and creative leadership of the employees of the boards of the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the universities of Iraq
