Theatrical culture receives importance in working to develop multiple fields of knowledge, including the field of arts and the subsequent work in these aspects, and this gives all classes of society a state of joint work in order to highlight this image in pluralism according to their intellectual and cultural references, as well as the diversity of horizons. It may come from another plurality, not at the level of social classes, or according to economic levels, but even on the racial, ethnic, or religious level, and this diversity in the majority and minority in these previous divisions that are all due to one national affiliation and one land that unites them, and from Here the researcher deals with focusing on the city’s culture and the role of theater in it, through an analytical historical study.
The research deals with three topics in this research, namely:
• Culture and its characteristics between the city and the theater
• The effectiveness of theater in establishing the city's cultural awareness.
• The foundations of theatrical culture and its role in cultural awareness in Misan Governorate.

Psychological well-being is one of the basic concepts in positive psychology as it is a goal of life due to its association with positive moods, self-acceptance and positive relationships with others, and it is related to the research variable aesthetic response to stimuli, so the current research is based on the following question:
What is the nature of the relationship between the aesthetic response to stimuli and the psychological well-being of university students, positive or negative?

This study aimed at the effect of the tuned education strategy on developing the skills of students of the Art Education Department in the subject of planning and colors.
