The research aimed to prepare skill exercises according to the
numbered heads strategy in learning the skills of rolling and soccer
scoring accuracy for students, and to identify the effect of skill exercises
according to the numbered heads strategy in learning the skills of rolling

experimental method, but the research sample The researchers chose the
research sample in a deliberate way from the students of Division (A),
which numbered (39) students and a percentage of (32.5) . Then the
researchers prepared 16 skill exercises, and then made 8 educational
units, and at the conclusion of the research, it was concluded that the use
of the numbered heads strategy had a direct and significant impact on
learning the skills of rolling and soccer scoring for students. And there is
a significant difference (D) between the results of the control and
experimental groups in the post-test and in favor of the experimental
group, and the researchers recommend relying on the numbered heads
strategy in learning the skill of suppression and the accuracy of soccer
scoring, and using the strategy in conducting research for other samples
and different team games

Organizational silence is one of the modern topics, which has a
significant impact on the development and modernization processes in
organizations and thus has a significant impact on their efficiency and
effectiveness. That there is a close relationship between organizational
silence and decision-making. For this reason, the importance of the
research lies in preparing a measure of the organizational silence of the
heads of departments in the faculties in the hope that it will be a tool for
scientific research in this field by the researcher. And also as an attempt
from him to contribute to addressing the shortage of this field in order to
serve our universities, especially the faculties of physical education and
sports sciences in our dear country. The researcher summarized the
research problem in two questions: does organizational silence have a
role in achieving the goals of the institution. Does organizational silence
have a role in self-denial to achieve the general interest of the institution.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey and
correlations approach because it aims to determine the conditions and
relationships between reality and the phenomenon, as well as collecting
data from community members to determine the current situation of the
community in many variables. Head of department 100% of them (5)
samples, which represents the sample of the exploratory experiment of
standards, at a rate of 9%, and the rest (51) samples of building a scale,
which represented 91%. The results of the scale tests were presented in
the form of tables and discussed by means of extracting the values of the
arithmetic means, standard deviations, and the calculated (t) value of the
post-tests of the final application sample (51) of the 91%. The researcher
concluded that members of the heads of departments of the faculties of
physical education and sports sciences in Iraq possess organizational
silence with its positive side, enabling them to conciliate and successfully
deal with subordinates within the institutions they supervise (ie,
increasing their administrative performance), and the researcher
recommends the adoption of standards prepared as scientific research
tools in silence organizational.

Summary of the research
In order for the state of learning to continue in an advanced way, every
teacher must become familiar with all that is new in the ways of life,
especially those methods that are directly related to his work. new in their
field of work to keep pace with that progress and development.
One of the strategies that achieve this goal is the electronic mental maps

present time, as it meets the aspirations of the learners and the teacher
together. The game of handball is one of the widely practiced sports and
occupies a good place as it is an interesting game in the interrelation of
defensive and offensive skills and friction, and the audience’s interaction
with every play movement that learners should learn and master highly in
units, and that students’ learning at this age stage is no different. For any
other game by preparing modern scientific methods to develop what should
be developed and achieve the best results.
