The current research aims to identify (the effect of the Collins and Stephens model on the acquisition of Islamic concepts by female students in the fifth grade of primary school and the development of their social values). The researcher adopted an experimental design with partial control, to suit the nature of the research. The researcher was keen, before starting the experiment, to make the female students of the two research groups statistically equal in a number of The variables that are believed to have an impact on the safety of the experiment are: (the chronological age of the female students calculated in months, a measure of social values). The researcher adopted two tests to measure the variables of his research. The first test was the test of acquiring Islamic concepts, which in its final form consisted of (39) items and verified its validity, reliability and distinction, as well as conducting statistical analyzes of its items. The researcher also prepared a measure of social values, and the measure in its final form consisted of (33) items. Its validity, reliability and discrimination were verified, and the results showed the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the test of acquiring Islamic concepts and the social values scale.

The current research aims to identify organizational culture, as well as to identify administrative behavior, and the relationship between them, as the research population consisted of secondary school teachers in the center of Wasit Governorate, and their number was (2837) teaching staff, and a random sample was taken from it with a percentage of (18%), and the number was The sample was (511) teaching staff, of both genders.
The method used in the research was the descriptive, correlational, and analytical method, The results of the research with regard to the first objective revealed that there are differences between the average scores of the sample and the hypothesized average and in favor of the average scores of the sample (secondary school teachers). This is an indication that secondary school principals possess an organizational culture that achieves success and distinction in their professional work. The results of the research indicated with regard to the objective The second is that secondary school principals, according to the sample’s opinion, who are members of the teaching staff, have good administrative behavior. The researcher concluded that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between organizational culture and administrative behavior, and based on the research results, the researcher presented a set of conclusions and recommendations

This research is based on a basic issue that revolves around the fact that the social changes that societies are going through require a diagnostic vision that is proportionate to the size and nature of those changes in order to understand the nature of their movement, the extent of their effects and reflection on the life of the individual and society, and the behaviors that result from it. Hence, digital sociology came as one of the branches of sociology due to the rapid social changes, as this modern science opened the door to a deeper understanding of the complex and complex transformations that society has undergone.
On this basis, this research is based on an attempt to define the nature of digital sociology, and research its origins and the reasons for interest in it, as the social theories of this new branch extend their roots to the pioneers of sociology in their talk about technology in general. Hence, the increasing role of digital technology and the social media and smart applications it has produced has constituted a historical turning point in the life of society, as many social phenomena and problems have emerged that require a new analytical and critical vision, in addition to the application of new approaches and tools that are compatible with the nature of the new reality. The research also attempted to shed light on the most prominent theories concerned with digital technology. Undoubtedly, the dominance of male discourse throughout history and the condescending view of women have made them a subject rather than an entity، a counterpart and another opposite . This has led to a significant alienation within themselves and within their society، in addition to the conflict between their desire to achieve self- realization and their submission to male authority .

Description is an important narrative means in the narrative work, because it conveys imagination to an imagined reality and the recipient's delusion with the truth of what he reads, and here lies the role of the narrative and its ability to describe and its creativity in it.
Because the process of description requires the writer's prowess and broad horizon, and most of us almost agree that there is no narrative work without description, without it, not much creativity in the novel work can be achieved.
Our choice fell on the mechanism of description in the novel (The Man of the Shattered Mirrors), by the novelist Lubna Abdel Aziz, as the description employed a sentence on her novel work, which gave the spirit of credibility and beauty together to the recipient's illusion that what he reads is from the ground.
