The aim of the current research is to identify the relationship between jop satisfaction and a sense of hapiness among middle school teachers and the research sample consisted of (100) teachers and schools in the Baghdad Directorate of Education AL.KARKH3,for the academic year 2019 - 2020 Taji district reached and the results of the research that teachers of middle school feel happy in their jop performance.

In this research, the researcher dealt with an introduction to the teaching methods and its role in achieving educational goals as a basic pillar of the foundations and components of the curriculum. According to the pedagogical culture that he knew, and according to the time period, the researcher also discussed the concept of teaching methods and their origins, the history that appeared at the beginning and the stages of its development and classification, in addition to that the researcher mentioned two strategies as an applied example for two different subjects according to modern teaching.

The aim of the present research is to investigate the effect of using active discussion in solving mathematical problems in mathematics for fifth grade students.
The researcher adopted the experimental method and used the design of the post-test (Post-test) for two equal groups (experimental and control). The research was determined by the fifth grade primary school students in the morning primary schools for girls of the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Al-Karkh Second for the academic year (2018-2019) , the martyr Adel Nasser School for Girls was chosen intentionally and the research sample consisted of (72) students. for experimental design. The required teaching plans for the teaching of mathematical subjects were prepared for both experimental groups studied according to the active discussion and control taught according to the usual method.
The researcher presented the research tool to a group of arbitrators to determine its suitability for the purpose for which it was developed, and applied the test to a survey sample for the purpose of statistical analysis of its paragraphs. A number of statistical methods were used where the spss -22 program was used: T-test for two equal independent samples, Equation of difficulty and discrimination, Effectiveness of alternatives, Alpha-Cronbach equation.
The results showed that the pupils who studied the subject matter using the active discussion outweighed the pupils who studied using the standard method of testing mathematical problems. In the light of the results, a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals were reached.

The present research aimed to know: the level of executive Function among students in preparatory stage. Statistical significance of differences in executive Function among students in preparatory stage as a variable type (m-f) and specialty (scientific-humanist). The current research aims to know "the effect of a brain-based learning strategy on the achievement and retention of mathematics among fourth-grade primary school pupils", and in light of the research goal the following two hypotheses have been formulated:
• The first zero hypothesis "There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group that were taught using brain-based learning strategy and the mean of the scores of the control group that were taught in the usual way in the achievement test.
• The second zero hypothesis "There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group that were taught using brain-based learning strategy and the mean of the scores of the control group that were taught in the usual way in the retention of mathematics.
The researchers followed the experimental research methodology and the research sample consisted of (53) students for the fourth grade of primary school in Maysan Governorate for the second semester of the academic year (2017-2018).
The researchers prepared an achievement test consisting of (24) substantive test paragraphs of the multiple choice type in the initial form, after which it was presented to a group of educators and specialists in the field of mathematics teaching, then the test was applied to an exploratory sample consisting of (30) students, and for the purpose of verifying The necessary psychometric properties of the research instrument, as well as the calculation of the coefficient of difficulty and discrimination of the test items, then it was applied to a sample for basic research and the following results were reached:
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the experimental group and the control group in the achievement test and in favor of the experimental group.
- There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the experimental group and the control group in the retention test and in favor of the experimental group.
In light of these results, the two researchers reached a set of conclusions and made some recommendations and suggestions.
